EDIT: Turns out I had a $950 bill because the front axle needed to be replaced. Why? Because someone didnt tighten the lugs all the way and warped it as I drove. The only time my lugs and tires were touched after leaving the dealership was when I found this out during maintenance. I would assume that removing the wheels to check the brakes and whatnot would be a part of their supposed check of the car. So either they were incompetent in the check, or they didnt check. I tried to get in touch with them because the bumper to bumper warranty that I purchased didnt cover it as it was determined a fault with the car at time of purchase. I tried to contact ALM multiple times and left my information multiple times and never heard back. Seems like once they get your money they dont care about you. Will never be using them again.Original review: As a first time car buyer, Bill Hicks made the process so easy and smooth. Both he and the financial department of ALM Kennesaw answered all my questions and worked with me to help me get my car. I couldnt recommend them more

How terrible can your customer service be??I purchased a vehicle in FULL with a cashiers check from this location. When it came time to pick up my car, I asked the salesman where it was. He proceeded to hand me the keys and while still sitting in his chair, point to the parking lot and said, Over there. EXCUSE ME? At this point I had to let him know how poor his customer service was. I complained to the manager, but of course he showed very little interest in what this black woman had to say. Whenever I purchase cars I am gladly escorted to my car by the salesman, but not in this scenario. Honestly this experience could have been better. However, if you want poor customer service, lack of attention and insincerity I highly recommend this location to purchase your new vehicle.

I recently purchased a car and within two months, the breaks and rotors need to be changed. They are completely gone and rusted. I was told tht the car was inspected prior to my purchase, but when I called to ask when the inspection had been done/had this shown up on the report… the inspection was done in APRIL and I bought the car in JULY. This is incredibly misleading and poor service. I’m out over $500 because they are selling cars that are obviously in subpar condition.

For a non-affiliated major branded dealership, the team at ALM Kennesaw were amazing and easy to work with on my recent purchase. It took a few days to complete the deal because of weather, my ever-changing “Zoom” schedule and just me wanting a great deal. I purchased a 2016 Honda Accord Coupe towards the end of May of 2020. Since purchasing, the clear coat on the front bumper has peeled horribly. While I understand that I purchased the vehicle used; I wouldn’t expect to be about to pay over $2000 to have the vehicle painted. I went into the dealership Monday May 24 to inquire about having the vehicle examine the vehicle and refer me to who they used for repair/paint work (if not done in house).There was a gentleman at the podium who appeared engulfed in what he was doing on his computer and while he saw me come up; he failed to greet me for a while. He finally looked up and asked if I were looking for someone. I explained that I purchased the vehicle there last year and told him of my concerns. He asked for proof that I purchased the vehicle there, which I furnished. He then told me that the Salesperson was no longer there and that the person I would need to speak to would be back the next day, to text him around 10am so he could speak with him.The gentleman wrote his name and number down (Brian McFarland). I contacted him the next day and he responded that the person was out on family emergency and would return the next day. It has been one week and I’ve yet to hear back from Mr. McFarland.Again, I totally understand that I purchased a used vehicle and that neither my warranty purchased, nor the remaining factory warranty, cover cosmetics. However, I financed a vehicle that according to the the repair shop that is about to paint it- looks as if it were buffed all over and the entire vehicle needs repainting. Customer follow-up and satisfaction should be important to ALM and Mr. McFarland; but I suppose that since the dealership has been paid for my purchase; it doesn’t matter if I’m left without a promised return call for a paint job referral.My brother has purchased from the dealership and so have other friends and family, as a result of my referrals. This was the worst car-buying experience of my life. I bought my 2017 Land Rover Discovery Sport in November 2020. On the four-hour drive home from the dealership, trim pieces started falling off of my car. It took them two weeks to get me new ones. Since November, I have had to fix the air conditioner, spend $6,000 to replace the turbo, and four days after I got it back from having the turbo fixed, it left me stranded on the side of the road again. Its been a week, and I still have no answers about why it wont run. It has been made clear to me since this purchase that ALM Kennesaw simply put Band-Aids over bullet holes when it came to fixing damage on the car before selling it to me. Disappointed and frustrated do not even begin to describe what I have felt since purchasing this lemon from ALM Kennesaw.

Bait and switch....ALM sent out an email last week for with the “Sell or trade your ride event.” The email stated they’d give up to 130% for your vehicle whether you’re trading it in or selling it to them. I decided to check it out and found that they weren’t even close to the 130%. It was the same as if there wasn’t a promotion. I went in to get an idea where they’d be number wise. They asked me what my pay off was. What does the pay off amount have to do with how much you’ll give for a vehicle? Nothing......but it does keep them from giving YOU too much. Only one person can win in their eyes and that’s ALM. The sales people I’ve dealt with have always been great, but I quickly learned today that management is crooked. Smooth idea from marketing to get people in the door, but it’s an even better opportunity for buyers to learn about their deceit. They lost me on this dealing. Don’t take the bait.

Made an appointment to see a car and they wouldnt let me test drive. Apparently they dont allow test drives past a certain time but didnt communicate that info after I told them what time I would arrive. Wasted my time.

Truly good people, and great service! We just bought a 2019 Jeep Cherokee. Nick was the salesman who greeted us - he was kind, courteous, and not at all pushy, right from the start. Nick took the time to walk around with us and take us out on numerous test drives. Always patient and fun to work with. The finance manager (Brian I think) was a really nice guy too. Again, not pushy and very straightforward. .They tried to charge me 2500 dollars above price!!!! for fake fees that they could not justify. An only reduced fees slightly because I refuse to take deal. Then when I went to DMV I could not get my tag because they did not pay the taxes or apply for my registration. Remind you I paid my taxes at dealership!!! I called the lady that handles their “DMV” and let them know about my issue and she said that it’s should not be that much and I that they would not pay for it and Hung up in my face. Very disrespectful.I have been selling cars for 5 years and a customer should never come out of pocket at the DMV, and I have never hung up in the face of a customer.

Wish I could give zero stars. DONT BUY HERE. My salesman was Nick and he did not follow through in a professional manner. His sales were the lowest in the company. My car was not ready when told. When they told me it was ready and that they fixed the issues they literally did not fix anything. Due to the car not being ready they promised me theyll pay my first car note in writing and I kept getting the run around about it. They ignored my phone calls. The manager never stepped in and apologized. I am patient but you dont play with someones money!!. People are suffering from this pandemic and car dealerships like this one is not taking care of people who are work hard and buy from them.

I recently got into a car accident in which my old car got totaled. I had searched for weeks at other dealerships both far and nearby, only to find what I was looking for at ALM Kennesaw. With the help of Caleb and Jacob, I was able to purchase my 2015 Toyota Camry. Caleb processed the paperwork very quickly, explained the details of the sale thoroughly, and was very kind. Even though the car was used and had some minor bodily damage, it was repaired in a timely fashion with Jacob calling to update me every 3 days with the progress being made on my car. Jacob and Caleb made every effort to make sure that I was happy and that my car needs were met. When I received my car, it looked polished and brand new. In fact, they returned it to me with a full tank of gas, a complementary oil change, and they even replaced the brakes. Caleb, Jacob, and their colleagues, Nick and Jacob, were very humble, attentive, and respectful throughout the whole process. Each time I came in, I was attended to in less than an hour and all I had to do was call and bring it in. They have truly made me the whole experience of me losing my car significantly better and I am truly blessed and grateful to have met and worked with them.

Bought a used 2017 Subaru Outback at ALM Kennesaw for my son. Solid car at a very fair price! He loves it. There were some minor issues we noted with the car during the test drive that the dealership dealt with and corrected in a timely fashion. Be careful they charge $699.99 to each vehicle for it to be serviced, through there own service department. I found they had done absolutely nothing to the vehicle, not even a simple oil change. I then got a call two weeks after the purchase and be told they forgot to charge taxes and could I pay them or have the bank pay them. To present themselves as a premier car dealership here in Atlanta, is quite a shame be careful!!!!!

Be aware of scammers and sales of lemons. This company is selling badly damaged and salvaged titles then keeps deposits. don’t do business with Brian McFarland or Male. Worst people to do business with.

I had a fantastic experience with my purchase however when my truck was received the tail light was cracked and there was a dent just under it. After reaching out to the dealership they said I would be taken care of and a year later I have not heard anything. Just like any dealership once they make a sale forget about getting help after.

This place was not professional. The woman Denae walked out with chewing food in her mouth. She was extremely rude and not welcoming at all. Did not even give her name or say hello. Was extremely short in answering any of my questions (if she even answered them with more than a “yeah”) Dressed a size to small for her that felt more like a club than a dealership.

The incredibly friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff made my auto purchase a breeze and worry free. Robert did an amazing job as my salesman and assisted me in getting an incredible deal on an equally incredible Camry. Kudos yall, I felt neither pressured nor uncomfortable at anytime during this experience.
