Wonderful and amazing experience at this location. We came in knowing exactly what we wanted. Stephanie was very friendly and attentive to our needs. The process was very easy and not stressful. The level of care they gave to us was exceptional. I had to come back the next day for them to finish up some detailing and John was very friendly and courteous. They treat you like family and less like customers. Definitely would recommend this location for anyone looking to purchase a Subaru. Very pleased!

Came here on Labor Day after looking around for several months. If only I had looked here first! Ralph met me outside and was more than accommodating after hearing what I was looking for in terms of the vehicle and payment. He showed me every detail about the WRX Premium I could possibly want to know. Its been a long time since Ive driven a manual, but Ralph gave me all the guidance and confidence to get my shift legs back during the test drive! The GM, Louis even introduced himself to answer any and all other questions about the deal. Their F&I manager Mike made the process incredibly smooth and I left with a better deal than I could have asked for. Ive been in dealership F&I myself for a few years and was absolutely blown away by the experience there. This dealership has earned every one of my future Subaru purchases and every referral I can send their way!

My son had seen a car on line so we went to test drive. Ralph met us and didn’t put us under any pressure and actually complemented my son on his stick shift skills. Unlike other dealerships there was no pressure to buy, that decision was down to us. We made the decision to trade in and buy and the process was very straight forward. Very happy with the service and would have no issue with buying from there again.

This is by far the worst dealership and service center I have ever been to. The first time I came to get my vehicle services I waited for over 4 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. The next morning as I was washing my car I noticed that there was a hole and a crack in my front bumper that was patched terribly and painted sloppily over with the wrong color paint. When I called and spoke the the general manager he explained that there are no cameras in the service center so he cannot say that they were at fault and explained they would charge to fix it. The gentleman tried to argue with me that I created the hole then tried to patch it, which is complete b.s. because I wash my car weekly by hand at my shop.Now today I got to the dealership for a service at 8:30 when they open and was one of 3 people waiting in the lobby. It has taken over 3 hours to get everything completed. While I have waited at least 15 other people have come and gone getting the same service that I have been waiting for. When I have asked about his much longer they expected it to take they said there was no way of knowing. When I got everything back on my checkout express service sheet, the time I arrived (8:30) is written and in all caps “WAIT” is written and circled. When I asked about why that was written and took so long they did not have an answer. That is unfair and unacceptable to me as a paying customer. I 100% do not recommend anyone bringing their vehicle to this dealership for service and I will not be returning!Attached are pictures.

I found my contact sales manager Stephanie very professional and honest. She helped me right from the preliminary stage of selection my vehicle to closing. I heard a lot of stories about car sale dealerships that they are very pushy but Subaru of Kennesaw was different. This is the first Subaru I have and I love it. Best experience buying a car I’ve ever had! The sales team was amazing. This was my first time buying a brand new car, so I was a little nervous and overwhelmed when I first arrived, but that quickly went away when I met the sales team.Upon arriving I was immediately greeted by my amazing salesman Micki, and General Manager, Louis who took care of everything as far as my trade in goes, and I didn’t even have to lift a finger.Going to the dealership and buying a car can sometimes feel like you’re just being pressured into something you can’t afford or don’t want, That is not the case at SOK. I told Micki exactly what car I wanted, with all of the additional features and packages. One day later, Micki found me the exact car I wanted across the state, and said “No problem” we will go get it for you and bring it here”!Micki made the whole process quick and easy, And took all of the stress out buying a new car. I originally went in the dealership to see what used cars were available because my parents had such great success here and my car was beginning to need more in repairs than it was worth. The salesman was wonderful and I felt no pressure. I had a number in mind for a payment and what I was willing to accept and they beat that number and gave me more for my trade-in than I was expecting. I could not have had a better car buying experience than I did at Subaru of Kennesaw!!

I took my car in recently for an oil change. They claimed that my 2011 outback 3.6r had a head gasket leak, oil pan leak and front cover leak. They claimed it would be $4000. I took it to Six Star Subaru for another look, and there is a slight leak in the front cover, but not nearly as catastrophic as Kennesaw made it sound. They will rob you blind here if you’re not careful.

I made appointment on oil change an tire rotation. An the finish my car in 20mins. I went check my oil, my oil was black an burn. Also they never rest oil light or gave a sticker!!!! We drove 2 hours to look at pre owned outbacks or other options for trade in. Unfortunately the salesman would only talk to us about leasing a new outback. When we told him that the lease payment was too high for us (in the $650s), he shook our hands and told us good luck. He did not show us anything else, not used or new cars. We left and went to Honda where they showed us many options, and we were able to come home in a new vehicle with a comfortable payment.

Just bought a Subaru from here actually and Colin made the process quick, easy and painless. He dealt with everything and answered all of the questions and worries I had without being pushy (which can be a bad trait sometimes in my opinion). The only reason it doesnt have 5 stars is how hard it was to get in and out of the dealership itself, and the little customer parking they had. Otherwise I would recommend if you want a Subaru, this is the dealership for you!

When looking around for a dealership I was very particular with my needs and wants for my next vehicle. I was trading in my 2018 F150 and had specific size requirements to fit the crates in my forester. My salesman for this transaction was Jason Quackenbush. I showed up was treated with respect and Jason got right to the main aspect of my next vehicle... the crates. Once they fit we moved onto the test drive and so forth. Jason was very informative as this is my first Subaru and assisted me in picking the proper accessories for my next vehicle. The rack, hitch, and other items will be installed shortly.I’d highly recommend Jason for future transactions and would gladly recommend him to friends and family. Brought our car in for recall issue and figured I get an oil change. I specifically asked just for an oil change while there, nothing else. Service was completed and I was up charged for tire rotation and synthetic oil, for which I didn’t request either. I left a comment on their survey, received a call back and I was informed that I should have specified further that I didn’t need those services. Also that, although listed as $20 on the itemized receipt, the tire rotation was free. I’m not sure how that adds up.

They know they have top-rated vehicles to demonstrate which they do in a very professional manner. Subaru of Kennesaw needs twice the amount of space they currently occupy. Im sure management is aware of this and that the long-range plan for this highly successful company is to meet that need.

Scheduled an appointment about 10 days ago for today at 11a. Arrived on time and was informed service could take an hour or more. After one hour, we checked on the status with service attendant, who indicated it would be another 40 minutes. At 1:05p, checked on status. The car had not been serviced. We watched as an entire waiting room turned over twice. I will never book with this Subaru dealer again. I brought this dealer a new sales customer and service customer based on the Subaru brand reputation. From a loyal Subaru customer of more than 20 years, this is the worst experience with Subaru Ive ever had.

Arron was great! Really recommend as a sales person. I did a quick test drive and elected to do an extended one may weeks later. in the between time I was not hassled or contacted more than once and that was via email.Cant say that about other dealerships that hound you to death over selling. No pressure. Answered ever question. In fact the entire team I interacted with was very matter of fact with zero pressure. they simply present the options and it is up to you to make the decision.

Ive called Suburu in Kennesaw SO many times and the women who answer are always rude. I ask to speak with someone in the service department and I get passed around back and for until Im like hey this is the fourth time youve transferred me and they they finally have a conversation with me about how no one is in that day. So I call the location in Decatur and I get an immediate answer to any of my questions.

I am writing this review because of the poor level of service I am receiving from Subaru of Kennesaw. I originally tried to buy a vehicle here in Feb 2020. The service and knowledge was so bad i drove 30 miles to Decatur to purchase my Ascent. in January of 2021 I wrecked my car, I had it repaired and once complete called to make a service appointment. I was routed to a voicemail, I left a message, and I never received a call back. subsequent calls have delivered the same result. the most recent call was Friday 5/6/2021. i am trying to schedule maintenance and arrange to have a hitch and some other accessories installed. It is 05/11/2021 and I am still waiting for a call. When i spend over $40K on a vehicle, and want to have it serviced, i expect a call back. it is not too much to offer. i would not recommend this dealership to anyone i know. i have made at least 5 calls and never received a call. I love the car, but would be reluctant to buy a car from this dealership or have service performed because if they cut corners on customer service for this, they will likely not be good when I really need them. Return your calls!

Other than the seriously tight and nerve-racking squeeze driving through their parking lot, and needing to be a couple weeks out in front of an oil change due to how busy they are, i have had great experiences there. They went in looking for an older used car and my Dad, which is hard of hearing, said they started having him sit in new cars. Dropped three stars. Had a scheduled recall service today. I arrived for my appointment and they didnt have the needed part. I was informed of this with a dead stare. I was offered a sort of apology, but only after the rep voluntarily revealed that they had been calling customers for the last few hours to cancel appointments...I hadnt been called. Clearly some procedure wasnt followed or someone was careless...There was something not right about the explanation and the situation. I left feeling distrustful and skeptical, feeling like I wasnt valued as a customer.

Service experience: Up front... I’m loyal to Subaru. I come from Utah where Subarus are far more common than they are here in GA. I needed a good dealer to take care of my needs for my Outback. I do my service at authorized dealers only - I expect to pay dealer prices so keep that in mind! I do it because they stand behind their work, they have the specialized training, and increased resale value, and they will stand behind their work. For example, there was an issue with a repair concerning my head unit where another part of the car was accidentally damaged during the repair but they made it 1000% right after we discussed it. They have always been fair and attentive to detail when it comes to my car. Truly, they have completed the repairs faster than I expected as well which is a great bonus! Matt and Willie are great in the service drive. See them if you want extra care and detail paid to your Subaru.

Could not get them to honor two recalls had to contact Subaru head office to get this dealership to fix the recalls . My wife was at the dealership as our lease is coming to an end and we are interested in the Outback the salesman said they have no 2020 inventory, their website say different, he would not talk numbers as he says rates change daily, really ? and further told my wife to bring her husband if we are interested ! What ! My wife chose out Forrester what total arrogance all round at this dealership. Needless to say I dont recommend this place from arrogant sales to workshop. Also seem to have a problem with females

Everyone has been very helpful and friendly, but dont understand why you dont have more room for customers who are waiting for service to be preformed with so many people in such a small place, with the distance restrictions we are encouraged to maintain. Also the mechanics were very good about wearing masks but the indoor staff were very lax. We are still in an extremely high level of alert for the safety of each other, we need to be proactive.

We purchased a 2021 Ascent from William over the weekend. Extremely easy and efficient sale. This is my second new car purchase from William and we will definitely work with him again should we be in the market. He is super friendly and makes you feel very comfortable. Lots of jokes were had. I was sad to see my STi go but it was time to upgrade to a more “adult” vehicle.Matthew in service is always great. He is quick, super friendly, and constantly keeps you up to speed on the status of your vehicle. I cannot recommend him enough as a service writer. We purchased a 2021 Ascent and 2020 WRX within three months of each other and cant say enough positive things about our experience. Our salesman was Morris K. and financing with Bill. We were in and out of the dealer with in a few hours and they took excellent care of us. When we returned for the monthly maintenance our salesman came by to follow up with us and see how we were doing. In addition, they offer a special followup after the purchase with their Subaru Expert Atiq C. who went over everything on our vehicles and showed us a few things we had forgotten about on the day of purchase. Honestly in the 20 years of purchasing vehicles this has been the best car buying experience ever. Keep up the great work folks, youre doing it right!

I started my buying process one morning by choosing 3 dealers and composed the same chat message of what I was looking for and what I was trading. Subaru of Kennesaw was not the lowest, but always the quickest to respond. So when I advised John Settineri, their Internet Salesman, that he was alittle off on the trade allowance and explained why I felt my 2020 Nissan Armada with only 1625 miles on it was worth the higher trade allowance, he immediately stated he would match it. Most importantly, everytime I asked a question, he responded timely. When we decided driving 120 miles to pick up the vehicle and having to go through downtown Atlanta, leaving a sick dog at home for hours, and my husbands health not the greatest (and Covid cases rising in Georgia), John Settineri, stated they could deliver to our house and pick-up my 2020 Nissan Armada. This dealership WOWd us from the beginning to the end and am sure they will you too. I always read reviews before I make a large purchase so hopefully my review will help someone on the fence on who to buy their next vehicle from.

Today we went to see a 2010 Forester. Loved the car, but but due to its age/our downpayment financing was proving to be difficult. Colin and Bill were AMAZING. The disappointment of not getting the 2010 was erased when Bill figured out that, for us, leasing the 2021 Forester was not only possible, but more economical.We now have a gorgeous, brand spanking new Forester in the garage!10/10 will happily recommend, and do business here!

We purchased our Subaru at this location and used it for all repairs. At 120,000 miles, the transmission went out. Subaru USA covered the cost for a replacement. Last summer, we brought it in for some overheating issues and had $4500+ work done. When we brought the car home, it started overheating again. The service department did not clamp the hoses on the radiator so all of the fluid poured out of the car. They claimed that they rechecked it and it was fine. The oil light came on earlier than it should have so we added oil and scheduled an oil change at a local service. Just over 1,000 miles after the oil change, the oil light came on. I called Subaru’s service department. They said to monitor the oil level and add as needed and bring it in when it came time for the next oil change to do an oil consumption test. We did that. At about 1,000 miles the low oil light came on and we added oil. It was approximately 1.1 qts low. The service department first claimed that it was leaking from the piston rings. They did not explain how they determined that was the site of the leak. After contacting corporate, the service manager now claims that we waited too long after the repair to make a complaint, despite the fact that we were given directions to monitor and bring it in at the next oil change.I do not trust this shop to do the work correctly. Worse than poor workmanship, they lack integrity.Oh and also, our transmission is leaking from a sea failure. A seal that they placed just two years ago!!

I recently purchased a 2021 Outback, it’s been not even 6 months and the car is leaking water inside the floor of the passenger seat. I had to drop it for the second time (2nd in less than a week and 3rd in the month, because the first time I was there for the normal maintenance they told me we they wouldn’t fix anything but change the oil), after two days ago the claimed they fix the issue. When I was telling the receptionist that I was very disappointed because I thought I bought a great car, she mentioned that she has seen the same issue in 2022 models!!!! I can’t believe it! They gave me a car to use while mine is getting fix, however they make me pay for the gas. I wish I could tell them if the are going to pay for the gas I use every Tim o had to drive to their place so they can fix my new car. This issue demands a recall, I have read so many posts with other people complaining of the same problem that demoralized me. I honestly lost the confidence in my brand new car, and I wish I would have buy a Toyota or Kia instead.

Replaced the brake pads with them 4 months ago. My daughter said that she was having problems stopping, when I took the car back to Subaru in Kennesaw they told me that the calipers needed to be replaced at $325 each and the entire brake line system was shot. The work needed including the caliper replacements totaled up to $2,400. With a straight face they sent me that email. I had the car towed to six star service in Decatur Georgia and they just told me it was $863 worth of work and that was including a new battery that my 2008 Subaru needed. Everybody knows that dealers hustle but this was egregious. The car is for my daughter to drive to college... This is the oniest one star I can give and its still not oney enough

This dealership and it’s Service Department has completely restored my faith in humanity after what has been a long year with the pandemic. We were headed to Florida on our first family vacation in years, a nice break for myself as a nurse. While driving we experienced issues with our breaking, come to find out our break pads needed replacement, rotors resurfaced. We opted to spend the night near Keenesaw and contact a local dealership the next morning. Not only did they take my car in right away, but they replaced what was needed and had me back on the road so I could check out of my hotel and head to Florida all before 11am. They are truly a blessing and I would recommend this Dealership to anyone.

Had some work done told them to keep it under $300 only one issue was a saftey issue and it was $200 so I had what I thought would be no more than $100 more and if it was more it was not to be done well they did $300 more and then said well we discounted it $100 I appreciate them trying to working with me but it all could of be avoided if theyd of just listened and read the Notes.

This is one Car dealership which didnt feel like a dealership at all. Right from the moment we started interaction with Sales person John, we felt they are worth our time, even though the place was completely at other end of the city for us. Glad we made the distance, completely transparent, pleasant and good people to do business with. Mike, the business manager explained everything in detail without even a hint of selling anything that we didnt needed. everyone was extremely polite, patient and nice to talk to. Hate that I sat alone for 2 1/2 hours to wait to sign a few sheets of paper and write them a check; especially after having all the financing, insurance, deposit et al. arranged over a week ahead of time. Hard to get appointment because of ultra tiny service garage. They know they need to expand, but they can’t. Only solution is to move to new location. I can’t even get a warranty issue looked at. Avoid this dealer until they relocate with more space.

My experience is Subaru of Kennesaw has actually been great. They have been very patience and have been really great during the while transition of buying my car. My previous loan holder, Flagship, has unfortunately been dragging on the process and has made things more difficult than they need to be, but thankfully Subaru has worked with us and are taking care of the process. Me and my wife and our daughter, were in the sweltering heat since early morning looking for a car. Around 6 pm we finally get in a Lyft (which didn’t have ac) for 40 minutes and came to Subaru of kennesaw. We were already bummed out about not finding anything yet, and didn’t think we would get lucky. Our 7 year old was already bored and drained from the day.But I’ll tell you, hands down, the best service we’ve ever gotten. Richard king was so patient and kind, and made the process a breeze! Breaking everything down for us with every step and he was the sweetest and most patient with our daughter (who also has adhd so it not so easy during a sale like this) we left with a car we were very confident with and at a rate that beat capital one. Great car, bad customer service. We purchased a loaded new Subaru Ascent on July 1, 2018. We added the medium Starlink package and a trailer hitch. Was told we would be called for a follow up appointment to install the trailer hitch and go over the features of the car. My wife sent an email to our sales person Richard on 7/2/2018 regarding some options purchased. A week passed with NOTHING from Kennesaw Subaru. My wife called Blake on 7/6 to check on the hitch and a missing seat belt part. Was told he would check and call back. NOTHING from Kennesaw Subaru. Wife called again on 7/21 and service department had no information on the hitch or other options.It appears that Subaru Kennesaw is great at cashing your check for a car (we paid cash) but after sales customer service is non-existent. We had high hopes for Subaru of Kennesaw from reading other reviews online but at this point our experience has been increasingly frustrating.The department of motor vehicles has been more responsive to getting our vehicle registered and licensed than Kennesaw Subaru has been at getting our post purchase requests completed.Look elsewhere if you desire a solid deal AND good customer service when purchasing a new Subaru.

They really push their service department during the sales process. I purchased my 2018 Crosstrek a couple weeks ago. My initial experience was that they were supposed to detail the car and when I got home the entire back of the car was covered in sand. Still trying to get it out. I was also told after my purchase that the car required an emissions inspection. When I took it to my regular emissions place the attendant said Did you buy this from Subaru of Kennesaw? Their fleet guy brings cars here all the time, why did they make you do it? My most recent experience came this week when I was having headlight problems. The soonest they could see me was 10 days. I had to take the car somewhere else and pay put of pocket.

My wife and I were shopping for her next SUV. We had 5 brands in mind one of which was the Subaru Forester. The Mark Singleton, our salesman, met us at door and was friendly and helpful from the start. Mark cared more about helping us find the right vehicle than pressuring us into a quick sale.
