This place has horrible customer service and I recommend you find another dealership to give your business to. My Nissan NV came with a 5 year, 100,000 mile, bumper to bumper warranty. That’s a big reason why I bought it. We have only 17,000 miles on the car and we bought it less than 4 years ago. About 18 months ago the paint on our hood started oxidizing, and cracking. I told the service department about a year ago and he said they would have to send it out and I would be without my van for a week. I have some time now so I brought it in today, and now they say they won’t fix it. The service manager inspects my hood for about 5 minutes like he’s Sherlock Homes. The guy finds one speck and says, “Yeah…you see that speck..uh this hood has been repainted. That speck wouldn’t be there in a factory paint job.” Liar! The car came to the dealership from the factory, was bought brand new, and has never been painted.The other thing is that every month they send me oil change coupons in the mail and then when I go in, they refuse to honor them. 😡Town Center Nissan, you get to decide what kind of reputation you have and how you conduct your business. To do the right thing or not. I will never give you my business again, and I will make sure everyone knows how shady you are. You should be ashamed to conduct your business this way.

I came there about an issue for my check engine light, and had mentioned that someone told me there might’ve been a recall for the issue on my vehicle. The lady who took my keys came back telling me everything looks good. The tires look good and all else looks good. Then proceeds to tell me the next upcoming things I needed to repair soon. If they actually looked at my car they would’ve noticed my sole purpose of being there was my check engine light, which they never even mentioned and a warning on my dash board for my tire pressure being low. Some how they missed all of that and gave me back my car with no information or anything I came there for. I received my car the same as they received it. Makes me wonder if they even looked at my car at all.

When I brought my car in for service, she got me in right away, I requested an oil change and tire rotation. She told me that they did not rotate my tires because i didnt need it. That makes me feel great that they are looking out for me and what is best for me....not how much they can charge me. I love coming to Towne Center Nissan for service.

Terrible service. I’ve attempted to reach out to the service director mr.mathis on multiple occasions. He’s always at lunch or out of town lol. Unfortunately I was serviced by these guys less than two weeks ago. In that service I had a few things done on my car. My sensor was one of them. My sensor at this moment is still doing the same thing as if I never took it in. Which is understandable. My issue is after waiting from 10am til nearly 4pm.. This is not the first nor second time this has happened. I go to Nissan because I trust out of everyone I could go to you guys would be the best because I have a Nissan. Unfortunately I was very wrong about the situation. Ive left reviews, voicemails, emails & more about this service I’ve received now I’m forced to believe that I am being discriminated against. I’ve spoken with other department directors & they keep ensuring me mr.Mathis would contact me. I strongly don’t recommend sending your children here is they attend KSU. They can easily tell your inexperienced when it comes to cars, they will create services your car may need & still don’t fix the ones you actually came for. I’m very upset I paid $600 plus out of pockets & my extended warranty covered some for this for it to not even work 2 weeks later!The whole service department is fraudulent

He broke the amenities down to me and explained the difference in my old Nissan & the new one. He opened the hood of the car and explained where everything was. He treated me like family. Our 2019 Nissan Altima was involved in a hit and run accident with severe damage to the back of the vehicle. We took our car to a StateFarm preferred vendor, who somewhat took care of the body work....but missed serious mechanical problems consistent with the impact. We decided we needed a second opinion as we did not trust the other shop at all. We were recommended Nissan Town Center in Kennesaw. Eddie and his service team inspected our car and could see the damage and why it was shaking. They were able to open a supplemental insurance claim and get our car fixed back to the way it was before the accident. Eddie was very helpful and I am SO glad we took our car there. It took longer than we had hoped....which was not their fault as they were waiting on insurance issues....(StateFarm were amazing btw ) at the end of the day....things were done right! Thank you Eddie and the team - highly recommend!

Went for the oil change, to this service center in my glovebox i had a small cross body bag with $20 in it a gift card someone from the service center stole it.I know i should take it out but i trusted the service center. later when went to grab my bag it was not there i will never ever go there for oil change or anything again.

Jeff worked for hours on a deal to get us the ride my wife wanted and within the requested budget I had. He had answers for ever question that we asked. We went back to TC Nissan because of the deal and service we got last time. We will return again.

No communication between departments. No communication between anyone. Been to this location 4 times now (only because I bought my car here and I got the “VIP” package) and it’s been nothing but a shitshow each time. I politely asked Brandy for an update on my car or how much longer she might think it’ll take and she said “I’ll check on it right now and I’ll come and find you in the waiting room to let you know.” Fair enough, so I went back and waiting for 30 minutes before I realized that she just took her lunch and left. Then I go and wander the lot to see my car is just parked in the lot. I waited another 30 minutes and no one came to get me so I had to literally talk to the mechanic who fixed my car to let me know it was done. How long would I have been there if I didn’t go and find someone??

My 70 year old mother came here looking for a basic car to lease. She walked out of the dealership with a $32,200 Nissan Altima that was loaded with every option she didnt need including tires that were filled with nitrogen! She is now in Assisted Living and no longer drives. The dealership is willing to do absolutely nothing to help in this situation. She put 1,900 miles on it in 8 months and will have to pay $10,000 to break the lease. The Sales Manager told me there is nothing he can do and old people lease nice cars all of the time. I called Nissan Corporate who stated they could only refer me back to the dealership. So much for loyalty. I will never do business with Nissan again.Response to below: I completely agree with your statement below and I am willing to reasonably try to work something out. I don’t think paying $10k and giving the car back is reasonable. I have emailed your GM twice with no response. Could someone start by reaching back out to me?
