Had my vehicle inspection done friendly people fast service would use again

I love this place! We take our cars there for oil changes, inspections, check engine lights, you name it. They always take care of us quickly and explain things clearly. Just today they changed the headlight in my car free (I bought the headlight from the AutoZone next door). It took less than 15 minutes for them to do but still they didnt have to do it for free. But thats just the kind of people they are. Chris and Bryan took great care of me today but thats just one example of their great service. Recommend them to everyone.

This place is truly amazing! At first glance it looks like a typical oil and tire place but it is a full on garage. Yes you heard right, best of all the mechanics are truly full on gear heads that love cars! The Manager of the A-Team Terrence and his trusty sidekick Pactrick restored my beast of a Hummer. They worked on and restored this badboy to glory and these these guys are super knowledgeable. I have officially made this my garage, the only thing is Express Oil needs to change the name to something that personifies what they really do. Trust me my fellow car enthusiasts this is THE GARAGE!

Terrence and his team work great together and they want to give you all the information to understand your vehicle issues.Had to have tire change and brought new tires for 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit. Ordered online and scheduled same day appointment.Terrence and team were very accomodating.They inspected vehicle and tires, provided research on tire quality and asked questions about reason for tire change.Great teamwork and communication.Will return with other vehicles.

I was very impressed with how my visit went today and I left feeling truly blessed having Bryan and Rey tend to my car today. All I needed was my front headlight bulbs replaced and they were very polite, professional, and had me in and out in less than 10 minutes. With the exceptional service I had today, I will definitely be back to see them for other services in the future.

The Catalytic Converter in my friend’s car was stolen so we brought it in along with the replacement part we had ordered. After looking at it Chris Doshier helped us figure out the additional steps we needed to get the car back in working order and they went above and beyond to help out with a situation they really didn’t have to help with. They could have told us to go to an exhaust shop but came up with a good alternative that wound up being cheaper as well. Great service!

I went there to get assistance on changing a headlight bulb on my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee. They had to disassemble the air filter to gain access to the bulb, performed the change and re-assembled the air filter. When I asked how much it was, they said a simple bulb change was not something they would charge me for. Talk about building good will. I highly recommend their service.

Everyone here is always so nice! The only place I get my oil changed. They are always willing to help out, even with the little things. They helped me change my brake light and didnt charge me anything. Highly recommend!

I drove up and Rey welcomed me, I asked how long the wait was he said approx 15 minutes, I said perfect I’ll be back. Upon my return Patrick welcomed me back. These guys are always friendly and know what customer service is all all out! I even have my mom coming to this location now!

Came in looking for an oil change and questions about a nail in my tire, Patrick very quick to greet and help me with my options on my tire. I was expecting to have to park my car and wait for the service but everything was really fast and they are great at letting you know what the see as the work on your car and what to do to help with the longevity of your vehicle. Thats why I come here, great service.

Unfortunately I took my mothers car to this place for the oil change but I realize that they have VERY LAZY PEOPLE AND NOTHING PROFESSIONALS because we realized that they did not install the cover that protects that area well and UNFORTUNATELY !!! By not putting ALL the screws out of laziness and in its place the cover came loose and I had to change it and install it new for a cost $$$

Very fast and had a low tire light that wouldnt go out they reset for me no charge also had a choice of oils great place

The store manager Terrance is one of the best I’ve ever met. He has serviced my vehicle twice and both times he went above and beyond to meet my needs. He did a diagnostic both times and was very knowledgeable with the make and model of my vehicle. Because of his thorough explanation and excellent customer as well as personal skills, I was out of there in no time. He was very helpful, efficient, and kind and definitely needs a promotion. I recommend this place for any oil change and tire issues. Patrick and Bryan are very knowledgeable and extremely kind. I’m never there longer than 15-20 mins. We use Express Oil for all of our oil changes and general services with a fleet of work trucks. The technicians are always great and you can count on being finished within 15 minutes. Rey went out of his way to make sure everything was in working order at my most recent visit. We’ll certainly be back.

I needed an oil change for my wife’s car. They were quick to get me in and out and I didn’t even have to get out of my car!! How cool is that? I will be back to use them for our other cars for sure.

Started out thinking wow they come to the car ! Awesome, then a poor display of customer service when asked for a state inspection. The lady proceeded to “check the tires” understandably so, but then said they are not passable. To my knowledge anything above 2/32 is passable unless bubble or nail in sidewall then tried to i guess make me feel better said and i quote” im not supposed to say this but other places don’t check the tires “. Now we did get the inspection done 15$ cheaper thanks for that but my tires were treaded at 7/32 6/32 5/32 both rear so they were passable basically if u dont want to do states then take the sign off the front of the store !

Patrick did an awesome job explaining the process of getting the fuel system cleaned and was honest and let me know that he wasnt sure if that was going to be much help with the problems I was having. I always come here for my oil changes. They are fast friendly, and super convenient. I also love the fact that I can stay in my car as they are doing my oil change. Love it here.

Integrity over profit.I understand businesses are obligated to profit from thier customers but when I walked in to get my brakes checked they walked me through the process of what it would cost me with thier thorough professional communication.Mike, the mechanic took a look and told me he could fix the problem but there was bigger lying underneath that cannot be fixed. He could have totally just fixed the problem, made his business a profit and I would walk as one happy customer. Instead, he was honest and I walked away as fulfilled customer. I will recommend them when I actually get a service job done but Im sure they will not bluff you for profit and they do have a sound knowledge of automobiles. Giveem a try! 💯

Nice place! Very clean, with courteous and helpful people. Conscientious -- wouldnt inspect a car on wet streets because brakes couldnt be properly tested. Asking you to delay to dry conditions tells me you are running a really honest, safe business.

Ive received excellent service the four times Ive had my oil changed. Quick, polite, and efficient. Price is definitely higher than Wal-Mart or similar stores, but I havent been there longer than 30 minutes yet.

Ray is the BEST!!!!! I recently went to the same place that passed my inspection last year. The owner failed me stating my tint was too dark and handed me a business card to someone he knows. Of course, I was annoyed because he literally passed my car last year and I have the factory tint. I felt like he was trying to scam me or get some money in his pocket so I left. I drove over to Express Oil Change and met with Ray. He did say the tint was not passing grade but the law has been like that for several years... which again made me wonder why the first guy passed me last year??? Anyway, Ray was kind and fully explained to me the process. I walked away feeling informed and happy that honest people still exist. I got the tints lightened and returned a few days later. Ray and his team remembered me.. talk about customer service. They took care of my car and even added a bonus in. They did not have to do that, they were not the ones that gave me a hard time. He saw how much distress I was in and jumped in to help. Listen in a world so torn and divided, it is good to know that companies like this still exist and people like Ray are still here providing the best customer service.

Very quick and easy, let me know when things needed to be done and the price. Has a comfortable atmosphere where there isnt a lot if pressure on the customer, they just ask you for your sticker and if you want the sane oil. After that you wait a minute or two and be on your way. The complimentary window wipe is a nice touch as well, doesnt leave streaks on the windshield and actually cleans the glass. From now on, I will be going here for basically everything my car needs.

Went for A/C issue no cold air.... was looking for a event honest mechanic.... they got me with 19.99 check up or 29.99 whatever they put out there at the end of the day i replaced just the compressor for $1,000.... 3 weeks later no cold air again.... very upset with that.... went to 2 mechanics no cold air coming through the pipes inside.... both told me to get a new compressor.... just so upsetting.... went to ask whst was wrong.... salesman talk dince infidmt get there kit for $1400 they couldnt be held responsible, i did get a hey just let us look at it and we can try to see what we can find.... what did you do the first time I went???? Come on man.... all I know is why is it hard to find an honest mechanic shop.... 2009 Honda accord
