Was scheduled for the cars first oil change and also window tint.I was scheduled for 8:20 am. I left there at 11:00am, so I was pretty satisfied about the time it took. I was updated periodically by David McCormick via phone during the time I was waiting. The tint looked fantastic. Looked like it came from the factory that way. Will definitely be back for future service. David did a great job from beginning to end. His many years of experience with the company was evident.

Excellent as always! This year I availed their car pick up and drop off service for annual maintenance. Needs appointments fairly in advance. Service was spectacular, car was picked up at scheduled time. The advisor David McCormick called and reviewed all maintenance with me before proceeding . I received continual text confirmations and updates. Finally car was dropped off at home! Wonderful experience to be able to get a chore checked off my list without taking time away from work!
David was very helpful and explained all the issues and followed up with a phone call during and after the servicing was completed. Overall the service was excellent and I would recommend this place for working on your BMW and if possible ask for David.

As an M6 owner, outside of warranty, this light can be scary. I have been using these guys for years and the Service Advisor Cash is as honest as they come. Simple vacuum tube and i was out the door for under $200!!! Try doing that anywhere else with a less expensive vehicle!
My service advisor Cash was very friendly and likeable. He made things easy to check in and communication was on point. The only problem was the make ready department removed my front license plate bracket and my specialized license plate. I noticed over the weekend and called Cash first thing Monday morning. I told him what I believed happened and he went to investigate. 15 minutes later, he text me a picture of my plate and gave me his operation hours. I went by the dealership before he left that day and he gave me my plate, not my bracket but at least my specialty plate. Although Cash was very apologetic, I think they should of at least offered to put my license plate back. Once again good people but poor service for a BMW store.
Usually they are pretty good. But today I wasn’t very satisfied and was disappointed by their service quality. However, the service technician redeemed it by giving me a rebate without me asking for anything. So no complaints. But they should do better when giving time estimates. I lost an entire day of work today.
BMW of West Houston was great from scheduling service to completion of the work. I used their valet service, fast and easy. My service advisor, Robert, was very friendly and explained all possible charges. I would definitely return to this location for service of my BMW vehicle.

I’ve never had great experiences at car dealerships. In general I avoid them. But when I purchased my certified preowned 5 series at the beginning of the year, my salesman Vinny was the nicest, easiest to work with professional. He found me the car I wanted for the right price and got it shipped here from California. I purchased it sight unseen. My banker wired over the money and I went to pick it up. Total time at the dealership was less than 30 minutes. They had the car ready and signing paperwork only took 5 minutes. A few days later I had an issue with the car. They put me in a brand new loaner and got everything fixed. And since then the few times I’ve been in for service I have been very impressed. Benny in service is A+, excellent customer service and communication. All of my experiences with them have been excellent. I will definitely buy my next bmw from BMW of West Houston in the near future.

OK. I brought my car in to have the key bobs checked out because every time I go to start my car I get a warning that they are not linking up. Then of course I have to wait and try several times until they work. I have been stranded several times.They did not fix the problem and returned the car to me only to have it fail to start at my first stop at HEB...AGAINThey did however manage to repair a camera for about 2000 dollars to bill BMW with on the visit. The problem I have with that is that there camera was working just fine. Go figure.I sent out emails to the president of both North America and Germany to let them know about this service.The service rep failed return calls after questioning him about the camera.I asked that they come and pick up the car since they did not fix it the first time and of course no response.Horrible service.This is my 3rd X5 and my last X5. Going to Lexus and taking as many friends possible with me.
Benny is extremely helpful and highly professional. He took the time to listen to my concerns and explain the technical feedback. He also was very sensitive of my time and getting me going as quickly as possible.

I came here for a nail in my tire and had an early appointment. David McCormick, my client advisor attended to me right away. I had an early appointment because I am scheduled to work at 9 this morning. I told David my dilemma and he got me out of there in no time. He rocks!! Kudos to David who made sure I’m not late at work and for his superb professionalism.
I arrived at the dealership at 7:40am on Saturday, 9/4 and the front gate wasnt open. There were car lined up outside the front entrance gate going into the street.The service I came in for was a state inspection and sparks plugs. I was told my parking cable bracket was broken. I decided to get all these services done. I was only at the dealership from 7:49am till 10:26am. I ended up paying $1,199.47.Can someone please tell me why I was charged $1,022.33 for just labor. This is ridiculous!And seems like a rip off to me for only 2.5 hours of work. The parts was only $26.69 for Repairing the parking cable bracket.Un- satisfied customer. Can someone explain this pricing to me.

The worst for me we paid an extra $5000 for extra warranty for my tires, to not have to pay $1000+ to buy some no flat tires.!!!and another one for the cosmetic to the car for touching up paint, cleaning the inside if spills, etc. They can’t find it!!! And extra protection for my windshield they did honor that one!! BECAUSE it is SAFELITE REPAIR!!! You will have a lifetime warranty with them not (BMW on 2280 Katy FWY) KATY TEXAS. I Finally went to DISCOUNT TIRES AND PAID (4)each 287+ For regular tiresAnd They Match Prices!!!and I saved money rolling with my new tires with warranty this works for me😊PEOPLE IF YOU GO THERE FOR ANYTHING GET A SECOND OPINION!!! Very dissatisfied. Oh The BMW PLACE SAYS THE WARRANTY COMES WITH STIPULATIONS!!!

Purchased my 2021 M340i from the same dealer about a year ago and took it for its annual maintenance today. Service staff members (as expected) were very friendly, professional and accommodating.My only MINOR complain would be the time it took to get my vehicle back (3 hours for oil filter change + program update). Then again, The program update might have been the bottleneck....Wont know for sure.Would certainly return for future servicing of my beamer.... hands down! :c))

My cars sensors were randomly going on and off so I booked a car service appointment at BMW of West Houston. Mr. John Blevins is my service advisor at the service center. After reaching the service center on Thursday evening I came to know that my car model has a recall for the above issue.Due to the unavailability of a Loaner vehicle, Mr. Blevins had no choice but to return my car on Friday evening as I needed my car for work. He made sure that the technological aspect of the repair work was completely done so that I do not face any problem during the weekend.Mr. Blevins informed me that we can work on the issue again on Monday once the loaner is available for my use but unfortunately again the loaner vehicle was not available.I thought that I would not hear back from my service advisor as the day on Monday passed but on Tuesday morning I received a text from Mr. Blevins that he still remembers my issue and I am currently on his service list. He himself schedule an appointment for me on June 25th, 2021, and made sure that a loaner vehicle would be available for my use.I really appreciate Mr. John Blevins timely communication and professionalism as he always makes sure that my questions are answered. I feel like my time is valued while interacting with him. I would definitely recommend Mr. Blevins for your other car service appointments.
First, I called ahead to let my BMW Service Advisor know I was headed his way. Today, I was in need of a simple General State Inspection, but Mr. Jacobson did it with care and a smile. Actually, from the moment I pulled into the service center, because I caught Mr. Cash in the middle of a call to another client - another gentleman leapt to his feet from his office to greet me. I brought my ancient 2000 328ci in for recalls on the airbags. Everyone was polite and we received service quickly. My car was even washed before I got it back. The only complaint is that they didnt call my wifes number like I had requested, so we didnt know when they had completed the work. After killing some time we found out it was done when we came in to see how much longer it was going to be.

My a/c was not working and they replaced the coil, and it appears to be working fine now. They also fixed some scrapes on the front air dam caused by the wrecker driver.

Pulled up 15 mins before my appointment. When I drove up no one approached me so I had to approach a rep. Lady was very helpful and informative. Walked me through the inspection of my vehicle told me what was needed and recommended. Thing is she never called me back on my question about a retrofit for my vehicle. So I would say the customer service was ok. Only reasons I didn’t give a one star is because of the lady who helped me.

Horrible customer service. I’ve been a customer for over 10 years. This was my first service with my new M340i. First, I wasn’t initially assigned a service advisor. So when I showed up I was greeted by an advisor who then hastily ran off and got on the phone. What is SO important that you have to stay on the phone for so long while ignoring the customer RIGHT NEXT TO YOU? Eight other advisors were standing around doing nothing so I brought that to the attention of two nearby advisors who were chatting it up a couple feet away from me. Feeling totally ignored, they apologized and hopped to it. All I needed was an oil change, which they said it would take one and a half to 2 hours. Although I had a ride, I let four hours go by before I called. I was never notified that my car was done. When I showed up I was once again ignored and had to flag down an advisorAs much as I paid for my vehicle I expect a LOT more than this 1-star treatment.
WORST experience I have ever had! I would NOT recommend this dealership to anyone. The finance Dept. added several warranties to my sale (so he could get the commission of course) and refused to remove them, now I am sure I will have to waste my time fighting with the warranty companies they use and thats if I ever receive my paperwork! After numerous emails going around in circles now they dont even respond back. Do yourself a favor and choose another dealership. Not worth the headache
This is my 3rd BMW from BMW West since 2010. I’ve always used their service center for my BMWs and I’m always impressed with their professionalism and work. I just needed a basic oil change, filter replacement, and spark plugs. Was in and out in under 1.5 hours.
I own a 2018 X2 that mean every light is going pop up on your dash as soon as there is a problem. I did my research and took my BMW to BMW West Houston. All the lights for the brakes were on and specify back brakes with a steady brake light which indicates my sensor was bad. If I know that why my two advisors didnt. After sitting in my car for a good 20 minutes before anyone acknowledged me.Finally one came to my window. I explained that my brake pads just got changed but my BRAKE lights are still on. Immediately they told me $197.00 to diagnose the problem when it clearly state on my dash REAR BRAKES. I said to the advisor it clearly says brakes, he said they dont know so they have to do a diagnostic test to find out as if my car is 20 yrs old. The test came back with the same exact information on the dash. He came telling me its the sensor. I told him I know and its only $35.00 which should let him know that I know what the problem was. This is nothing but robbery. They knew what was wrong he pretend to reset it before I sign for them to fix it and act as if it wouldnt reset. The advisors at BMW West Houston are dishonest and I dont care to take my car there anymore. There was no need to charge me that $197.00 and have me sitting for over 2hrs as if its a big job. Never again.

The worst experience I’ve ever had to experience, I brought my BMW to Bmw at Katy Texas, for my regular oil change. When I came to get my car it was bringing out white smoke, come to find out that the radiator was mixed with the engine oil. How do you do a oil change and not notice the water in the engine. I spoke to the manager about it but I keep getting it’s not there fault and they are not liable for the smoke coming out. My car was with them for over 3 months and nothing was still done. A whole BMW condemns their customers and their own car without no remorse. Trust me I’m talking to my lawyer!!!!
I wanted to share my experience with Angelo at BMW West Houston. Angelo helped me configure and buy a brand new, custom BMW x3M40i and it was the best service I could have asked for. He was on time, extremely helpful made the process so effortless/easy and was willing to do whatever it took to make me happy with the purchase. I know he treats all of his customers this way and thats why I would rather drive out of town to purchase a new vehicle with him than just settling for a closer dealership with not as good service. I had 2 x $600 tires installed on my car and they reused the old valve stems on the new tires. The invoice has an itemized charge for vale stems and weights per tire. Thats the kind of tricks you get from the discount tire shops. Not what I expect from BMW and certainly not what I want on a M class vehicle.
Had passenger window broken in. David was very attentive to my concerns; he scheduled my repair, kept me updated and was timely with my repairs as he knew I was paying for a rental. Profesional as always.

My experience was not so great. First, I dropped my luxury car off only to be offered a 2017 Kia Soul as my loner car. Terrible. Who goes to BMW and drives off in a Kia?! Second, I had to track down my service rep on multiple occasions, he never call me once. I was told service of my vehicle would take 1 maybe 2 business days to fix, took a WEEK. I never received updates.. I called my service guy and his mailbox was full (didn’t call me back). When I finally reached him after calling the service department directly, he said my car would be ready that day at 3:45pm once quality control returns and my car was washed… NEVER CALLED ME BACK.. I call mid-day the next business day because I still hadn’t heard anything, (once again I’m stuck tracking my service guy down for MY car). He goes, oh! we’re washing your car now and it will be ready soon. Really, because I remember you saying it was being washed yesterday, sir…Anywho, I finally made it BMW to get my car and my service guy Jose Maldonado was somehow too busy to check me out so he sent his friend to do it..: get it together BMW. Not only was the service poor, I had to drive a Kia with an actual key for a week.. ew.
The whole dealership from service to sales and everyone between have always been fantastic. My service advisor(Dustin) is awesome. He updates me periodically through the day about maintenance or repairs. I have never been someone to take my car to the dealer for work, but I am now. When BMW fixes it, it works perfect. I recommend this service department for your cars needs

Stay away! Julio Lopez has given this service center a terrible image in my eyes. Never calls and just gives false expectations. I took my series 328i for what I thought was a quick suspension repair. I took it in Thursday at 9:00am with an appointment. I was told I was going to get a call. I never got a call, instead I got a text message saying they would not be able to see it until FRIDAY and that they would call me. I never got a call, so I called and then was told I was going to be without a car all weekend because they are backed up. Finally, on Monday I got a call in the afternoon saying that they need more time to diagnose my issue and that it will be an additional $638.31 to do ADDITIONAL DIAGNOSTICS!! I took it in and already getting charged $179 for the diagnostics, why more now? They couldnt explain and it is what it is…anyways, in my eyes, I am being told that I was going to get double charged and still not know what is wrong with it. Terrible communication, It is now Monday 6:55pm and I am without a car. Of course I requested my car back because it seems they do now know how to diagnose cars. In my opinion, Just stay away from this place. I just wanted the bushings (rubber seals) on my suspension to be replaced!!! I know what it needs and what needs to be repaired, not my first time getting it repaired. It would have been fine if the service manager would have communicated clearly, provided proper expectations about the time it will take to get it diagnosed, and if I would only be charged for what I took it in for, not more because they can’t find rhe “root cause” of the issue. (Guys, a computer is not going to tell you everything!) I tried this service center because it was close and was even going to buy another BMW from this dealer, no more. I will never step foot in this place again. This is my experience, I am upset, and I hope this review helps you when considering taking your BMW for repair to this repair center. Maybe other service managers care more about their customers.

Scheduled my car for a diagnostic. Upon arrival, I also noted I needed 2 new tires, and front end alignment, Oil Change, and inspection. Took 2 days to come up with a diagnosis. That was ok. On the third day I called and left a message asking when my car would be completed. Finally returned my call and this is when I was told the part for the diagnostic was on order and the part was being overnighted. No problem. Figured it would complete the next day. Again I called on the forth day and left a message asking when my car would be done. No Reply in text or phone. Finally drove to the BWM service to see what was going on. I was told that part was not in and they could reschedule me for 2 weeks out. Interesting since yesterday they said the part was being shipped over night. Well, I said what did you complete. All they did was the 2 tires. No front end alignment, No oil change. And no definite date when they are going to get back to my car. Poor communication all around. Never had this kind of service at this dealership. Will ask for a different service rep, next time.

Opening and closing request using the key didn’t get fixed. Moreover, after advisor said the car should be in the car wash but it took another additional 90 minutes to get the car.

I went on a road trip and broke down 6 hours from home. I used the SOS button and the Trip Interruption Service was activated. My car was towed to the closest dealership, I stayed the night in a hotel as I couldnt get a car until the next day, I found a rental car and was on my way home. The Service manager at the BMW in Mobile Alabama was uninformed of the program and I was very frustrated. I called my salesman, Angelo Magiono from BMW West Houston at 9pm on a Saturday night and he answered! He listened compassionately to my troubles and advised that I call the BMW West Service Manager on Monday morning. I called the Service Manager at BMW West Houston, Daniel McFadden and he fixed everything. My car was fixed and delivered to me at my home in Katy, Texas. He arranged for a rental car for my use until my car was delivered, and all my expenses were covered. Daniel McFadden took care of the process and let me know I was a valued customer. He turned a very frustrating event where I was ready to leave BMW into me loving my BMW even more. This program is wonderful when the manager you have to work with is knowledgable, kind, and professional and Daniel McFadden was all of those things. Thank you.

My mom and went to two car dealerships before landing here and I can say the service was excellent! Won’t bother waste my time and complain about the other 2 dealerships!
