Hello All!My Seat Belt Receptacle decided to not function today as I was in the process of going out and pick up something from the store.I called around a bit, considered going to a non-BMW shop to see if they could fix it but resolved to go to the BMW West location.I pulled in and David was there. David was honest with what He read of Me, offering solid advice.David said, Let me take a look at it... David came out of my car and said It just worked for me, why dont you give it a try...I said I tried it a hundred times before coming here and it wouldnt work.I sat in my seat, latched my seat belt and Voila!David told me it must be my lucky day and He wished theyd all end up like this. I had been looking for my car for a while. It was worth the wait to find my vehicle at BMW of West Houston.Olga took care of me. No pressure as she said. I was in love with my little RAV4.After i left happy with my car I found there was a microphone missing in the vehicle that prevented me from connecting my phone.I called Olga and she and the Service Manager approved for Toyota to place the missing microphone and they paid for my bill.I did not buy a BMW but this did not matter. I was treated as a queen.I will recommend them forever.

I called several times last week to confirm an ETA on my vehicle which I was told every time that my service provider wasn’t in. I asked for a manager to follow up with me twice and as alway they were in meetings. Got a call this past Saturday from my service provider Bradley who told me my car was ready and come pick it up Monday morning. I get there today wait around only to be told that my car is still being worked on while one person told me they have valet the paperwork to pull it around. I again ask for a service manager and once again everyone is in a meeting and will reach back out to me, yet that call hasn’t take place not once out the 3 times I have requested it. Now let’s see if they’re like most companies who care about there social media presence and someone finally reaches out and gives me the correct ETA on when my vehicle will be repaired, returned to me and what the actual problem was since I can’t clearly get answers over the phone nor in person!

I recently had service done to my BMW 330i (which is still under warranty) and the people at this dealership had noticed a issue with one of my struts. They went ahead and ordered all the parts to replace it. When the parts arrived they had me make an appointment to drop it off and everything was done the same day. I am very happy with my experience there and especially my experience with the service advisor David McCormick. I am glad that I have a dealership that i can rely on thats located so close to my home

My experience was seamless and structured. It was my first time buying a car and I was really looking for a 2018 X1. Found one online and added it to my favorites on the capital one auto navigator app. I received a text asking to come in to test drive so I showed up same day. Turns out that car was sold but we found a better one for the same price that had carplay and head up display included and the other didn’t. BMW West Houston, excellent service, opens at 7, three lanes with six or eight service desk on each lane, fresh Starbucks coffee inside, machine makes it when you order it not pre-made! Flavored creamers in sweeteners as well as Splenda and NutraSweet for diabetics, 2 hours for service start to finish, they did a video review under the car the tires the underbody the service panels underneath, video Dan pointed out any discrepancies which need correction, in my case are already ordered a valve cover kit with gasket and bolts and a oil pan gasket, replace the Inlet air tube behind that map sensor with resonator already, Ill take care of d gaskets and cover and steam clean the engine compartment and underneath, Im very happy with the service I received for the recall for the PCV valve and heater and tubing, covered by BMW! I will be back!

Why is It when you’re looking for a car they’re very attentive and return your calls immediately. The minute you purchase a car and drive off the lot you become a Devalued customer. GMC took another payment out of my bank account five days after I traded in my car. BMW owes me $1500 we’ve been calling them for almost a month now not to talk at nine messages with no return calls. I left a message for the GM last week. No one has reached out to us no one has responded …. why do we have to come in there to get a response.I need to purchase another car for my daughterI was going to look at this dealershipI absolutely will not buy another car from dealership now!!!

Was buying a CPO car that was shipped in from another location. Car was not quality. Non reported accident damage and cover up discovered during final inspection. Car looks to have side swiped something along 2 doors and the rear quarter panel. Was about to purchase and caught this. Be weary of their CPO cars! They said this car was fine as it had no wrecks (per car fax) so it could be in the CPO program however it clearly had been involved in a significant accident and poorly repaired with signs of bad Bondo/paint work. Glad I caught it because they sure didnt /dont think its was a problem. Vehicle will be sold ... Look these cars up and down. CPO standards are slipping.

Im a former Mercedes owner and BMW Of West Houston could learn how premium customer service is done from Mercedes. BMW dose not run shuttles on the weekend and it takes an act of congress to get a loaner vehicle. One dose not feel like they are in a high end German luxury dealer. It feel more like a Honda dealer. With that said everyone is polite, and there is a snack bar with refreshments. BMW Of west Houston is a decent dealership but compared to Mercedes of West Houston it is like night and day.

Customer Service was EXCELLENT! I found the vehicle I was interested in and submitted an online inquiry. Within 3 minutes, I received a call from their internet person. The person on the phone was very nice and give me directions when arriving. I arrived later the same day and was greeted by a woman that was very pleasant and was immediately assigned a salesperson. I was assigned to Jose Martell. Jose was very knowledgeable about the X5 I was interested in purchasing. He has positive attitude and there was no bait and switching or other tactics I experienced in the past. He thoroughly explained their financing process, and was very helpful in answering all my questions about the vehicle. The finance department were full of smiles and made me feel like family! My husband took my X4 in for service. The initial representative we were working with was great. He kept us informed on what was being done and the additional services needed the entire time. Once they were done he called to give us a final amount and advised we could pick up. Once my husband went to pick up the truck we were given an amount of almost $200 more than what we told over the phone for a diagnostic check. That’s not a problem it’s just not what we were told. So we did get a slight additional amount off I still paid more. The bigger issue was that the diagnostic check was due to a sensor that was not working. We were told the sensor had to be replaced and the amount was $800! The following day I took my truck to Car Toys who took the bumper off my truck and saw that same sensor was just unplugged. They plugged it in and my truck has been fine ever since! Very disappointing considering I paid for the diagnostic check & this is a certified BMW dealership.

Absolutely horrible experience at the dealership today. I usually do my service here, and I’d give them a 5 star for that. But today I had an appointment at 12:30 for my 2014 bmw trade in(appraisal) and I told them it’s my lunch break a day before, they said you’ll be out in 20/30 mins max. Arrived at 12:25 and notified front desk that I was here, I didn’t get someone to come to me until 12:45.He then took my car to the back, took 4 pictures and went inside and was on the phone for 20 mins. No word whatsoever, at 1:20 he comes and ask for my phone number to call me when he gets the appraisal value, I said so you checked everything, can I leave now? He said 5 mins, my manager wants to take a look at it. Waited 25 more minutes! And nothing, then someone goes to my car and moves it. I ask him all good? He says no no I’m just moving, it’s blocking my clients car, absolutely horrible experience from them, expected so much better. I went to the office inside and asked for my key instantly and said I’m not interested in trading it you anymore, this is ridiculous. They said sorry we’ll give you a call, funny thing never received one after I left.1 hour and 30 mins wasted my time for nothing. If I ever wanted to buy a car from here since it’s close to home, not doing it anymore. This is no way you treat customers.

Requested an appointment online to test drive an X3. I got there and was made to wait on a salesperson who didnt know what I was interested and made me wait to see if he could find keys to the vehicle I wanted. Waited some more and eventually left. Couldnt see myself doing further business with this dealership.

I bought my third car from Angelo Maglio at BMW West this past May. The first time was when I was in a jam and lost my job back in 2018 and needed to sell my X5 and get a car that someone without a job, living on severance, could afford. He found me a car within days and made me a deal that was well within my budget. Needless to say, three years later when I was well employed, I went back to him and he found me a beautiful X5 just like the one I had traded to give my wife.
