Ive used Auto Check Elite for a few different things now that have came up with my truck. The first was a tire balancing issue that they took the time to properly diagnose, unlike the sea of children that work at Discount Tire and couldnt be bothered to figure it out. The second thing was a rear tail light replacement. The part was ordered and arrived same day. I returned today for the install which literally took 5 mins. Thanks, guys. Happy customer. 5 stars.

Outstanding service & experienced technicians for 2016 Honda CivicI have only been using this shop for a short time and have been nothing but grateful for their eye for detail. I took my car in for its 50K checkup, alignment, and A/C issues I was having. Kim (technician) spent hours on my vehicle trying to diagnose and find the source of small pinhole leak. Ginger, did my alignment and my car is driving better than it has in awhile. They also identified a need to replace my drive (serpentine) belt. They always give me the option to say “no” but I trust their expertise. Mac and Matt are very personable and easy to work with. Highly recommend them.

Mac, Milan, and Logan were great to work with. My online tire purchase was a headache but they easily smoothed things out. They are friendly, informative, and meticulous. Spotless shop and outstanding service!

I want to start off by saying these guys went above and beyond any of my expectations. Paul was who helped us out and kept me informed through the whole process. I had an ABS service light come on along with an airbag light. They took care of the ABS light and I was going to come back for the airbag( did not have enough money for both repairs). Upon returning Paul let me know since I was a new customer they did not want me to leave with any lights on in my dash, they went ahead and took care of the airbag light as well! Now I have 0 lights on, how amazing is that!! Im so grateful and amazed at the honesty and generosity of this shop. You guys have a customer for life. Mac and his team were amazing! Took my car to jiffy lube for an oil change this morning and they stripped my drain plug. Went to Auto Check Elite and got a quick oil change and they got me a new drain plug. They did it cheaper than any other place I looked at. My Dad is a service advisor in Colorado and used to go through him for all my car needs. Glad I found a shop in Texas that I like and trust. Will definitely be back and will have my boyfriend bring his car here too! Thank you Mac. You got a customer for life.

I have been many places to fix my car which is 13 years old it had quite a bit wrong with it everyone else would just replace stuff, but this place really knows their stuff. Not only did they fix the problem I complained about they went the extra mile and went over the other shops work without me even asking and at no additional charge. I ended up having to leave my car for a few days so the very attractive and knowledgeable woman who was helping me offered their longer car. It was new, clean, and felt very safe. The shop itself was the cleanest Ive ever seen. My car runs like new again, which is hard to believe. It appears they washed and vacuumed my car as well. Ive NEVER been so impressed with any shop anywhere... Ive worked in a few auto shops in my past but nothing like this place. I cant wait to go back even if just for an oil change. Christine was very nice, very professional, very pretty as well. If you choose to wait for your vehicle you will most definitely enjoy her gorgeous smile and great company. The shop itself was unique and original, comfortable chairs and funny signs on the wall. Recommend by Discount Tire, but stay far away from this place! I repeat stay far away from this place!At first I was excited and had high hopes for this business. I had just got new wheels and tires that brought my truck to life and made it look even better!That was until on 04/16/2021. I went in to get my speedometer recalibrated because I got bigger tires, 12.5 x 35 to be exact. Before I went in my previous tire setup was 10 x 32.On my previous setup, my mph was dang near spot on with my Waze app. I called these guys asking if they could recalibrate my speedometer they said yes. My speedometer was off already, after new tire install, about 5-10mph, depending on the driving condition and traffic. Upon arrival, AFTER they saw the truck, no one told me that they would NOT be able to get my speedometer spot on like it had been before on a different wheel and tire setup.So they “flash” the module and take it out for a test drive to see how accurate it was. Mind you I had already paid their fee of $156.50.This was my Red flag: I kid you not, a mechanic driving my truck, almost pulls out in front of an oncoming truck pulling in, not paying attention. Having just seen this, I was a little un-easy. I mentioned it to another worker but didn’t let it get to me too much. From here, everything went south.After they flash, and I pay, I take it out on I-10 to see how accurate my speedometer was. Believe it or not it was just as far off as when I originally took it in. I ask them to flash it back and to give me a refund so I can take it elsewhere. Keep in mind, I had already been there 2-3 hours. One of the workers even rode with me down I-10 and could see that the speedometer was still off. When we got back everyone, and I mean everyone, disappeared in the back of the shop bays. When they came back out, their excuse was that my tires were too “big”, being on a 6” lift, and that they could only flash the module to the size of factory Ford Rims. Which is completelyridiculous. That should have been told to me as soon as I came in!! Dont do work and charge customers for work that you know you cant do accurately!When they came back out, they told me that they could flash the module back to the previous firmware it had been on when I originally brought the truck in, but that they could not refund my money for inaccurate work and incorrect information. Because they still “preformed” work. Again I called ahead of time asking if they could calibrate my speedometer because I got bigger tires and no one told me that my speedometer would still be off and couldn’t be calibrated within the mph of what the speedometer reads.After going back and forth I’m still stuck with an inaccurate speedometer and Im out $156.50. This will be the first and last time I take my truck to them! I definitely do NOT recommend them for anything!

This is the greatest mechanic shop I have been to in many years. They are very friendly, professional, and easy to work with. They explained their findings and provided complete cost with taxes before conducting any repairs. I took my vehicle here after visiting the VW dealership. This mechanic saved me over $300 in repairs that the dealership quoted. They also did some free preventative that they could have charged for. Highly recommend!! I will only visit here for now on. They can do it all.

After taking my car several times to a car dealership for a brake issue and not getting the correct diagnosis I decided to try auto elite. I am so happy I did. I was rear ended and got on google to sear a good boy shop near me! Auto Check Elite popped up first on Google. I call drove over and my consultation was very good and professional I dropped the car off a few days later on a Wednesday Khrystina is the one who helped up and she super sweet and collected all the insurance info and assured me she will handle it from here. I got my car back 6 days later and I am beyond happy and excited! I had only had the car for two weeks but and was worried dropping it off but it all panned out and it was a great experience! These guys are what we should have in every auto service establishment. It is clean and pleasant. They acted like they were happy to see me. My auto was serviced on time as they had promised. They took care of several extras that they found and attended to them for which I was very grateful. I have gone to many service establishments in the Katy area and I have found this one to be at the top of the heap. There are excellent in every way. I recommend them highly to my friends and family.

My daughter moved to Katy TX from Denver and needed a oil change. She went to jiffy lube and they told her her drain plug was stripped. I run a repair shop in Denver and I have done all the maintenance myself so I know it wasnt stripped. She picked this place because of the reviews and they didnt disappoint. Confirmed the plug was just recently damaged and they removed it with no issues and replaced it. Thank you for taking care of my baby girl since I cant be there. Shes found a forever shop and will bring a few others here for repairs.

I am so grateful I was able to find this shop! The worse thing to happen in the middle of a pandemic is car trouble, and the second worse is your air compressor failing in Texas during the month of August.I took my vehicle into a local Firestone since I was new to the area. Firestone quoted it would be over $1400 for me to get the compressor replaced. This quote did not sit right with me since I bought my car in October of 2019.Heres where this shop became my blessing. Apparently, when Firestone completed my A/C test, they evacuated the freon out my A/C system but did not recharge it. Secondly, I was quoted for an incorrect compressor and lastly, misquoted for my condenser and evaporator. Auto Check Elite informed me of all inaccuracies. They checked my A/C multiple times and found no leaks or failed compressor.By recharging my A/C system, the issue of the A/C not blowing cool was solved. They were so helpful in explaining everything thoroughly for me, and I am so grateful they wanted to help me truly.Auto Check Elite will now be my new car shop! Thank you again for your service!

Matthew and his Staff are all about building relationships, their professionalism, knowledge, and customer service far surpass any other garage I have ever used.I bought a 1985 Bronco (from a weekend mechanic) for my 16 yo son. It had been pieced together and had lots of electrical and mechanical issues. Matthew and his mechanics spent a lot of time trying figure them out to make the Bronco a safe and reliable vehicle for my son. We went through some trial and error to get the fuel injection and AC system to run right. Matthew had me pick it up and drive it for a few days to see how it was driving, he texted me over the weekend to check in and see how it was running. The things they tried didnt work at first, so they replaced the voltage regulator, put in a new bigger alternator, AC compressor, and added an additional fan the second time. It worked! He ate those costs, he would not let me pay for it, because he said, it was the right thing to do. That was not necessary, I knew going in this truck had issues and was going to be a project to get it running right, yet Matthew went above and beyond to satisfy the customer. The Bronco is now a safe and reliable vehicle for my son to drive.We are still working on some other thing minor things to make improvements to the Bronco and Matthew has offered to show my son how to do some of these things, he is not just a business owner trying to make money, he is trying to teach a young man how to take pride of ownership and learn something new. Every time we leave his shop, he texts me a day or so later to see how the Bronco is driving, Matthew and his Staff are all about building relationships and doing things right. I highly recommend Auto Check Elite!

I found Auto Check Elite on Google after having a bunch of issues with my car. I called and was greeted by Christine and she was extremely nice and helpful. I was immediately able to have my car towed there and had the pleasure of having Ernie and the Auto Check Elite team working on my car. I had issues ranging from my transmission to electrical problems and was given a fair price. I found out the next day I had a warranty with Ford and they would be able to do it for free under warranty and I let Ernie know. Ernie removed what they put in and ended not charging me a dime. I even offered to pay for labor and he declined. I have never received better care from a business. Highly recommend!! I cant be more grateful for them especially during this pandemic and having my hours at work reduced.

They didn’t quote their ridiculously overpriced diagnostic fee and then wanted to charge $200 more than the dealership would for total labor. We paid the fee and can still get it done cheaper at the dealership. How sad they take advantage of people this way.

Auto check elite is the best! There are many other auto repair places near my house, but I always am willing to make the slight drive to Auto check elite because I prefer quality over quantity. With that being said, they’re rates are very affordable as well and you do get what you pay for. Even with this pandemic going on the crew maintained positive attitudes and provided me with exceptional service. The lady at the front desk was so friendly and informative. She even managed to pop out this ugly dent in my front bumper which I was told would cost me $600 to replace the whole thing at another location! She saved me $600!! I will definitely be returning to Auto Check Elite, great job guys.

Folks here always do a very thorough and professional job and charge fair price. The owner also did minor services for free sometimes! They have the new tire machine that won’t scratch up your nice wheels. I take my M3 here for service all the time. Highly recommended!

$30 Oil change price was advertised on Community IMPACT newspaper, and I mentioned that, but final price came out as $40 with disposal fee and tax. Also, it took 1.5 hours for oil change. Im not sure about other services, but definitely not recommend for oil change. Took time as long as dealerships service with higher price tag.Additional comment:The cutomer service representative contacted me after reading the review. They do care about keeping all the customers happy, and that is a good thing.

I recently put a aftermarket lift kit on my 2020 Toyota Tacoma. After I installed, my safety system had a lot of errors and I needed an alignment. Auto check had the right tools to rest and recalibrate all my Toyota system back to their original state. BTW, service was fast and accurate!!!! Awesome Job guys!

I have used Auto Check Elite in the past.When it was time for my state inspection, I knew where I would take my vehicle.The service in the past and present is thumbs up a 5 star. The human aspect of their customer service is a rarity in todays world.You get a number and told to wait. Not at Auto Check Elite. I felt as if I was at a business owned by a relative. Took my vehicle to these guys for a check engine diagnostics and never did they ever disclose to me that they would be charging me $128.99. I was referred to them by Carmax whom I have always taken my vehicle to and never have been charged for diagnosing my vehicle. I specifically told the guy that they only charge me my deductible if they do the work and he still never mentioned the diagnostic fee. I will never bring my vehicle back over here. The guy was rude and I knew from the tone in his voice after we got off the phone from me telling him I wasn’t going to do the work with him that I would run into issues with him 😩😩😩😩I’m so upset 😭

Id be happy to share with you how I though you had earned 2 stars, and I later went on to determine you hadnt really even earned 1 star. Were you not able to locate and read the specific feedback that I provided? Perhaps that was on a different site. The bad news is that it only got worse. I ended up traveling to continue to determine if I was going to purchase the vehicle, although uninformed from the ppi you performed. You guys had stated that the vehicle was straight and didnt appear to have been in a previous collision. After driving for 4 hours to see the vehicle, I could immediately see that it had been in a previous collision. Many of the body lines did not line up properly. The paint on some panels was clearly not a match to the paint on other panels. Frankly, the ppi you performed could not have been done more poorly.

I love the atmosphere and the staff! They were very helpful and I even learned a few things from them. They are my go to place for sure!

They have signage of wearing mask in must and no one from staff is wearing mask at all even the cashier which i felt not safe.Secondly they charge extremely expensive and out of world prices.Changing water pump with timing belt they want to charge 1800$ and funny part that Toyota dealer offer me to change it for 1000$ and i change it outside garage for 750$.Then they want to change brake disk, brake pads, brake fluid and brake caliper and they want to charge 1500$ and again I change it outside for 500$.I believe that they should study thier prices better and stop fooling people and charge 1000$ extra for no sence.

We took in our 2016 Suburban to get serviced because it was having issues with the AC. The manager was very kind, professional, and honest with his work. They were able to find the problem and fix it without an issue. It is hard nowadays to find an honest workshop that won’t overcharge. Really well organized, awesome shop, fast service and car wash for the service, this how mechanic shops should look. You can schedule an appointment online and get reminders, when you arrive there is no wait at all which is good, also they have shuttle service to close places. Now about the cost, you will have to pay a fair price for the quality of service that you get but is not unreasonable. I will use this service again.

I came across Auto Check Elite through a flyer that I got in the mail. I decided to give them a try because I wanted to take advantage of the coupons. I was scheduled to go on a road trip to New Jersey so I wanted to make sure that there were no issues with my car. As soon as you come in to the place, you can feel their dedication to provide excellent customer service. I spoke with James first and he walked me through the issues with my car. I like the fact that they dont make you feel rushed because they had to speak with another client. Every client is given the appropriate attention. I like how James had to explain to me in detail what my car needed without feeling strapped in a sales pitch. The owners also very hands-on and takes the time to mingle with his customers. They really make you feel like family here while taking care of your vehicle. They specialize in any vehicle to the most basic up to the most luxurious (They serviced a Lamborghini and Maserati the day I went there). Pay them a visit and you wont regret it! I went on a two day-drive and now in NJ when I wrote the review and my car ran like a champion!

Took my car for collision repair, they dealt with the insurance adjuster to get the correct parts and repair it the right way vs the cheapest way possible. They found another issue (oil leak) that needed attention and handled it through my warranty and got it fixed too. Took two days! That’s counting the day I dropped it off and picked it up. Never had a shop turn around a vehicle that quick. Would of been quicker if they didn’t have to deal with insurance adjusters and warranty people, they never make it easy. Christine will treat you right! Thank you!

They took care of my locking lug nuts when I didnt have the key. They were professional, did a good job and were quick.

Good guys. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Came in late Friday and since they couldnt get to my car until Monday, they gave me a loaner for the weekend as well as Monday to get to work.

They did a brake job and tune up on my car and did an awesome job. They also dont try and pressure you to have work done that you dont need and I really appreciate that. Before I had to leave out of town for work, I had the rear brakes on my Jeep done. They were great, extremely friendly, helpful, did what was needed and didn’t try and do things that didn’t need to be done. They got me in and out very quick, but my brakes started squeaking randomly while on my work trip and when I called them to see what I could do they found me a shop to go to (as I’m out of the state for work) to fix the noise and they took care of everything!!! And the owner of they shop was in personal contact with me multiple times, BEST customer service I’ve honestly ever had and this is they only place I will ever use for my Jeep.

Service has been great! They put a new motor in my truck has been running great. Have over 5000 miles now with no problems. Service was great again went in with daughters car had a vacuum leak somewhere fixed same day and cost less then quoted.

I brought my daughters Ford Edge to them to get checked out. They did a fantastic job. Mathew would call and keep me updated with the findings and also of what needed to be repaired / replaced now and what could wait. The staff here are very friendly and competent. Ive found this place online while looking for someone i can trust to fix my car. I was so frustrated with the past two mechanics who tried to fix it, spent so much money and end up frustrated and mad. But with Auto Elite Check, from the time I called to set up an appointment to picking up my car after they finished working on it, everything was just a real good experience. They are way better than those people from car dealership. They are honest and very knowledgeable of what they do. So impressed with their service. I feel good and safe driving my car again. I went to this shop for my cars inspection and they were very fast about making an appointment and then taking in the car the day of the appointment so I could go to work. They valued my time and had the car ready when they said it would be ready.

This place was recommended to me from a tire shop. I was leery at first due to back experiences. I can say that Ive never met a more professional, polite, prompt and honest team in the automotive industry. Just recently I brought my truck in to get the brakes done, knowing for sure they needed to be done and ready to drop some money that of course I did not want to drop. These guys called me and told me everything is completed on the truck minus the brakes. They told me my brakes didnt need to be done and saved me a pretty nice stack of money. Most places would of did a half bleep job and took my money. Auto Check Elite has my business for life. PS: I drive a good 45 minutes to an hour to see them. Great job guys and gals.
