These guys are awesome and offer 5 star service! There was a miscommunication that after talking with the manager JD was quickly and easily resolved. His attitude, response and approach were definitely above and beyond! This is our gas saver needs a paint job and they took care of the car like it was a brand new 2021! Their motto is Our Attitude Is the Difference way to deliver on what you state and advertise! Cannot express how great the service was and Thanks again!

We are a family of 5 and have 4 drivers. Auto care has serviced our cars for a year now without any issues. The new manager, Doug, is awesome and I just had to write a review. The crew is great but Doug takes the cake by sending a mechanic 30 minuets away from his shop to rescue my daughter from being stuck besides 99 who was on her way from Sam Houston S.U. to spend this Easter weekend with us. The mechanic was able to somehow start her car at least to be able to drive it to his shop. The other great thing was that Doug charged me under $200 for the repair only but I did give $50 to Tony, our rescue-mechanic as a small token of our gratitude.

I just needed a State Inspection for a Tesla vehicle. But not only they (employees and manager) knows nothing about electric cars, but they started saying rude things about EVs based only in their ignorance. It was not even a regular experience. It was awful. They just lost one more customer.

If I could give negative stars I would. They exploit young girls whore looking to get their usual/BASIC oil change and will overcharge them more than DOUBLE of the actual price. Not only that, as soon as I pulled into my driveway, the oil started leaking everywhere!! Do not trust these people, they will take advantage of you. Also, all the other reviews that arent 1 star, is FAKE.

I highly recommend this place. They are trusting and do a great job. Excellent customer service. I had to take both of my boys’ cars in to be fixed in one week and they were excellent! Pricing is affordable as well. I definitely will keep using them when needed!

This place doesnt care about their customers whatsoever. I went in to get an inspection and when I called them to check they told me that there was a problem with my windshield wiper. I would have replaced it if they told me in advance but they always tell me when I check. They never tell me anything in advance. Also there is a man named Muhammed who is extremely rude and when he tried to explain the problem with my car and I didnt understand he asked if I was blind and cussed at me. This place will waste your time.

I get my oil changed here every few months and I’m always in and out quick and they don’t charge a crazy amount. FYI, the grocery store across the street has a bar, which makes the wait go by quickly.

Owner is sure to let you know I need to make a profit. If you expect to be treated with respect, dont come to this place. Workmanship is average. Prices are higher than average. Dont take my word for it, come and see for yourself.

Im changing my review to 1 star. Auto Care USA 6 gouged my wife. Ive been paying $24-28 per vehicle for 4 years. They swindled her into recommended oil & filter and charged $20 more. I will be calling manager in the morning! Buyer beware. BTW: I spoke with the manufacturer and they didnt care about special oil and filter.3 years ago I posted.Just went for an oil change but got in and out fast. Had coupon for $19.99. Usually these are bait and switch coupons but before I could even verify the price, the clerk volunteered that will be $24.08 out the door. I was impressed

Ive brought 3 of my vehicles there over the last couple of years and theyve never given me a problem. Quick service visits, and they are fair with pricing, but always shop around. There was one time, I brought my car in because it stalled, they didnt charge me....they said it was a loose battery terminal. They couldve charged me but didnt, that one time showed me they were honest and because of that I will go back to them for future service.

They have amazing customer service! I would defiantly recommend it. Jonathan was a lot of help! I will defiantly be back.

Dropped in a little after 5 to get vehicle inspected. They close at 6, I was informed the machine was already turned off. I guess they don’t expect the working class to come in after 5 for a vehicle inspection. I’ll take my business elsewhere and so should you.

This is the worst Auto service I have been to. They should be name Auto Careless USA. All reviews that are good on here are fakes. Just look at the good reviews bunch up just 3 months ago. It seems the owner put up fake reviews at that time. I made a mistake of not adhering to the bad reviews on here. Had a simple oil change that turned into a disaster. They must have hired morons as technician here that cannot do an oil change correctly. Oil leaked everywhere when I checked my driveway the next day. Never will return to this place again.

So I took my car here and I was really impressed. I went to a near by shop and was told I needed $3000 worth of repairs so I too for a second opinion talk to JD and I ended up only spending $1250 and my car is running fine I will definitely be bringing my car back here when I need repairs

Asked for a synthetic oil change, but didnt receive that. Asked for an alignment, but was told I needed to change struts to align the back. On my way to SC on family vacation and my car is violently shaking every time I press the brakes. So I was charged for an alignment, even though they only did the front, BUT now I dont think they even did that. Asked for a quote on some other repairs and they wanted to charge me for a quote?! I would stay away from this place.

I just need to change the oil. I stressed to them that I need to change the basic things, but they gave me syn, which cost me 127 dollars ，You cant just change the customers needs! I wont come back, I hope my friends dont come to this place!

We took our car there for a mechanical problem. They tried ripping us off by saying it would cost $800.00+. After doing some research and contacting a Toyota dealership regarding their claim, of said problem, turned out to be something so simple as replacing the battery!! When we first took our car there when they first opened, we were told that it is Veteran Owned and operated and we support our Veterans. Not so now!

This shop is awesome. I had to renew the inspection on my car but the check engine light was on.I got an estimate from a different shop for $1400 to replace the catalytic converters. I took my car to JD, the general manager at auto care usa, for a second opinion. He told me that one of the o2 sensors was bad with a cost of $158 and catalytic converters were ok.I wasnt sure which shop was correct but $158 sounded much better than $1400 so i asked JD to do the job. At the end of this, i finally got my state inspection with $1200 in my pocket. My wife and i were so happy. My wife even bought some cookies and took it over for JD and his crew, the least we couldve done. Thanks again JD.

Please BEWARE of this place!!! Do not go here unless you want to spend more money to fix your car at another place after they destroy it. I brought my car in for a simple oil change and they destroyed my engine oil drain plug. I waited hours while they ordered a new one but they kept getting the wrong generic parts that dont fit to save a dollar. In the end, after 3 hours of waiting the so-call moron mechanic must have put a temporary fake oil drain plug because after taking the car home thinking they finally got it fixed to find out the next day that I had a puddle of oil in my garage. I was so pissed off at Auto Care; but I did not want to bring the car back to these shady idiots, so I just brought it to a legitimate auto garage that fixed the issue. I dont think I am the only one that experience this issue at this place. I wish I can give this place less than 1 star.

To Breann Worthy: Your alignment wasnt the issue, as if you had violent shaking when pressing the brakes, your brake rotors were SERIOUSLY WARPED and needed replacing...as someone who has been replacing his own brakes for 30+ years, I can assure you youre mechanical assumptions are extremely flawed.
