Had my oil changed there this morning excellent customer service. Very nice establishment everyone there is so welcoming and nice.

Easy to make an appointment, the front desk was friendly. The service was completed in a timely manner. They are responsive to the customer. They are one of the best service centers I have been to. I would gladly recommend my friends and family to Joshs Christian Brothers Service Center.

Just as I had given up on trusting others these guys were dropped into my world. Very professional, went above and beyond to get my vehicle repaired. I was not expecting them to care about my personal hardships yet; they did and made every attempt to keep the cost down so I could afford it without cutting corners on the work. Even stayed past their normal hours just to make sure I was able to get my vehicle back that day. It’s rare or maybe even unheard of these days to find a business that truly puts the customer as a person instead of a new sale. Unbiased and non paid endorsement! I’ve dealt with CB in another state before moving to TX. Honest and straight up. After moving here only a month ago, my wife’s car needed attention.Keep in mind I took our car to the Honda Dealership and paid $6000 for work that wasn’t actually done. I realized this after the fact. Of course that “stealership” didn’t own up to anything. Not surprised.Fast forward to 2 days ago. Went to CB and within the hour had a full report and full diagnostic texted to me. What I thought would be a scary transmission problem turned out to be a simple suspension issue.So long story short, CB for the win! Courteous, professional, nice, etc etc etc.Customer for life. Plain and simple.

Our car got damaged by the ice storms in houston. I taught asking for everything to repaired would ensure better quality for future driving. Incorrect I was. I cant say i will be using their services anytime in the future.Big disclamiers in the communcation and overall professionalism of the staff. How can you expect someone to be happy when you pay over $3000 dollars in services only for them to evaluate your incorrectly is extremely annoying.

Let me start by saying, I do not normally take my car to a large name brand repair shop. I had a problem with the starter on my 2012 Kia Forte SX with 187,000 miles! I purchased a remanufactured starter from O****** auto parts. New starter installed w/o incident. Car still wouldnt start. Removed new starter and bench tested. Functioned normally and passed all bench tests. I could not find a problem anywhere. I reinstalled the new starter an d threw in the towel. After over-thinking the problem, I decided it would probably be a good idea to have it towed to a VERY experienced shop. Christian Brothers came through with flying colors. In appreciation of all of the diagnostic work I had done, they did not charge me a diagnostic fee. Their recommendation--new OEM starter...not remanufactured from auto parts store. They were exactly correct. Josh and Kirk worked with me to keep the costs down and got me going again. Now hoping to get 200K miles. If I have any problems along the way, I will be calling Kirk and Josh. HUGE thank you to Christian Brothers. Also, thank you to OReilly for standing behind their product and giving me a full refund (including core charge) for the malfunctioning starter, WITHOUT ANY ARGUMENT! Thank to you as well. I highly recommend both stores.

From the detailed digital inspection report they send itemizing the repairs and cost, to their willingness to match competitor pricing, they really go above and beyond to take care of their customers. Its never fun to be surprised by an expensive repair (especially right before Christmas), but Christian Brothers made it as painless as possible, and now my truck shifts better than new. Drop it off and we will call you later in the afternoon they said.Then why make appointments?Nobody notified me that there would be such a long wait time. Ive had multiple repairs and service performed at the Katy CB (99 Toll Road) location. My experiences have been world class each time. Excellent service, superior facilities, courteous staff, fair pricing. This location represents the companies mission statement with consistent, timely, professional service.

Unfortunately, after 10 or so years of using this company for service. I will no longer be going there. Both of my sons had bad experiences and asked me not to go there. I had one bad experience years ago and let it pass as a mistake. But this time, I brought in one of our work trucks because it was making a scraping noise. CB gave me a list of things needing repair. I paid nearly $3000 to have that list fixed and while driving home, the problem persists. The same noise that I originally brought the truck in for. Also, when I brought it back I was told they would have someone work on it. The mechanic drove around with me and he also heard the noise. I would have thought they would have done this when I first brought it in. This was a Friday when I brought it back. I called at the end of the day and Tyler told me that they did not find anything yet and it will be Monday. As I drove past CB several times on Monday, the truck did not appear to move from the parking lot. I then called on Tuesday and Tyler was not available. I asked for him to return my call. After about an hour I called back and Tyler was still unavailable but the person answering the phone told me that they were working on it. I then told him to stop working on it and I will pick it up. Tyler then called back and said that it was tire noise. No, it is not. I went there and picked up the truck. It still has the same noise. It is not tire noise. I am never going back there. If they would have said it was tires in the beginning, I would have paid for new tires. $3000 and I am still having the same issue. Both of my sons state that they should change their name because they do not act as Christians.

It’s hard to find an honest automotive place.... so this is a breath of fresh air! They are friendly and do a great job! If they make a mistake, they fix it. This is my go-to place from now on. Their prices are not the cheapest you can find but after being screwed over by other places, I’ll pay for honesty and quality. When it comes to vehicles, it’s worth it!

Up charged me for synthetic oil without asking if I wanted it over conventional. Rudely asked me are you sure you want to do today? Theres two people ahead of you when I walked in, despite the fact I only waited an hour, in and out. Left the keys in my car, window down, UNATTENDED while I paid, which is one of the most incompetent things you can do, considering they can just hand me my keys at the counter and keep my car safe.The only good thing I can say was that they offered me a bottle of water while I waited.

We were on our way to Dallas and needed to adjust the hitch. Wayne went out of his way to help us even after closing time. This meant so much to us and put our minds at ease. This place has my future business and i will recommend it to everyone. Thanks again Wayne.

We have used CB consistently for years and started with 2 cars. Since that time, some of our kids have grown and we have 3 additional licensed drivers in the house. They now laugh that we have a fleet but its because they know us and have taken care of us throughout it all. Great experience working with Christian Brothers. They were courteous and efficient. Worked until my issue was located and fixed all while throwing in free plugging of my tires from nails I picked up. The shuttle service is great and the office is nice. Damien did an awesome job keeping me updated and assuring me they would work hard to find out what was wrong with my car. They even paid for a rental while they took extra time to keep testing the car out! The service is superior to any shop I’ve taken my car to in the 12 years I’ve had it. I like the fact that I worked with the same person the entire time as far as communications about my car and it’s symptoms. When I called to check, they knew what was going on and didn’t have to put you on hold to go ask someone else. I’d definitely recommend my friends and hopefully I won’t be back lol, but if I need to I will. I’ve always believed in treating strangers like family and that’s definitely the feeling you get here! I had 2 leaking engine gaskets that required a good deal of expertise to replace. The Christian Brothers technician was experienced and did a great job. The service managers did a good job to keep me informed. The price was reasonable. I would certainly recommend Christian Brothers for most any automotive issue.

When your car is having issues, you always want to find the friendliest and most helpful mechanic shop to get the job done. Most importantly trust worthy! I called multiple mechanics around town for quotes, and by far (even compared to other christian brothers) this shop had the best customer service. Although I didnt get the work done here, Id highly recommend to everyone looking for quality service. The service manager, Damien, even swapped out my battery remote for free. Ill definitely be coming back here for any future vehicle issues!

Ive been a customer of Christian Brothers for many years, from regular oil changes to state inspections to vehicle issues and Ive always been treated fairly and respectfully. Good customer service is very important to me but another reason that brings me back is their service and warranties which, in my experience, has been better than other shops. During a recent visit I dealt with Gary who listened to my concerns and followed up with calls to outside vendors and their management team regarding my request for parts and extra verification. On a few occasions, Ive used their courtesy shuttle to and from work and during this last visit, they were willing to drive me to the bank prior to dropping me off at the store to retrieve my vehicle. I call that Above & Beyond the call of duty and Im extremely grateful.

Christian Brothers got everything sorted so we could get our car in for repair quickly, despite social distancing, keeping us informed and updated. Jordan, as always, was courteous, helpful, patient and friendly.

I want everyone to know how impressed I am with Christian Brothers Automotive. Allen at the Grand Parkway location answered all of my questions and gave me an amazing quote. The next day when I dropped off my truck the rest of the team showed professionalism and competence. My truck needed advanced repair to one of the turbos and it was fixed perfectly and $600 less then the horrid Ford dealer in Katy. Christian Brothers Automotive also has a better warranty on the parts and labor then the dealer. The warranty is made for the customer which is unheard of in America today. I am now a customer for life.

I love how they treated me professionally and did not mansplain things to me about my older model truck. I felt comfortable enough to bring my other cars.

We have lived in Katy for a little over 16 years and from the time we got here we have used Christian Brothers Automotive on Grand Parkway for all of our mechanical needs. They have always been very personable and kind to deal with as well as taking GREAT care of our vehicles. They also stand behind their work if that ever happens to be an issue (which would be very very rare), but it is refreshing when you come across a company that stands behind their work and word. I cant begin to say enough about them as a whole other than I would not take my car needs anywhere else!

Have an older Honda that was running a little rough. Knew what I wanted done to address issue. Tech Aubrey listened to what I wanted, made a couple of suggestions, and we settled on work to be done. They kept me up on progress, and car was ready when promised and at exactly the quoted price, with none of the upselling you get from most car shops. Facility is CLEAN and COMFORTABLE. My first visit, won’t be my last. Strong recommendation!

Ive used this location twice and have been impressed with their service on both occasions. This past visit was just for a state inspection and oil change, but they performed a routine inspection with no pressure recommendations for routine maintenance items and things to keep my eye on for the vehicle. They also caught that my battery was failing and performed testing for it at no charge. This battery was under warranty at a nearby location and so I was able to get a free replacement before being stranded because of their great service.

We just moved from Iowa to Katy and needed our vehicles inspected to get Texas license. I stopped to make an appointment and they said they could do it right away if I wanted to wait a few minutes! I was not only impressed with their work but they visited with me and made me feel like we were long time friends. When I got home I told my husband we were only going there from now on for vehicle service! Thank you !

Incredible (Over-The-Top) Customer ExperienceWhat an incredible customer experience we have had! As someone who works with thousands of customers, the customer experience is something we are always looking at and I have a high bar when being on the other end as a customer. From the outset, the team was friendly, over-communicated and made sure I had a complete understanding of what needed to be done. What particularly impressed me was that even after I authorized the work, they came back and found that one of the items could be addressed with a simple replacement of a bolt that needed to be tightened which saved us $1,500 off the original estimate! What a testament to this teams ethics and integrity. So impressed. Jake also called me no less than 8-10 times over the course of 2-3 days while they were working on my vehicle to keep me updated. The over-the-top service, was that the team brought the vehicle back out to my home 15 miles away and when I found something that wasnt quite right, Jake and the owner (Brad) personally came back out and picked up the car and took it back in, found the problem and then both of them delivered my vehicle back at 5:30p.m. They got in the vehicle with me and drove it together and explained exactly what they found, which was a fairly complex problem to solve to begin with. I am not sure how many other auto-repair shops would do that. Not only did they meet my expectations, but this team EXCEEDED my expectations. A+ guys. Thanks so much!

Great service and very friendly

Always on time with my oil changes and state inspections go quickly. Recently, I had major car trouble in my way out of town. They got me in immediately and helped me get a rental car and work with my insurance. I was completely overwhelmed at first, but everyone is so kind and informative and put me at ease. Seriously wont take my car anywhere else.

Best place in town to take your vehicle. I took my Lucy in that I couldnt get started any longer and too be honest I thought she would never start again being almost 30 years old and sitting for awhile. But ohmygosh Christian Brothers got her running again. I am so happy and thankful to them and that I can drive Lucy again.
