Amazing customer service. I had another local tire shop replace my tire that I had popped on 10. They guaranteed their work and well lets just it wasnt safe nor let my truck be drivable. I took my truck to the guys at TIRES N MORE after I was about ready to give up. In the tire they found almost a gallon of water, why the other company did that, no clue. That said they ordered me an exact tire to match my off road vehicle, the tire was the last of its kind in Houston. Tire was in the shop within 3-4 hours and was changed in less than 15 minutes. Immediately I took off to see if this addressed the problem and without a doubt it was fixed. The guys did amazing work, cared about our safety/vehicle and even called to check on us after the fact. Cant beat that. Customer service with quality work is hard to find this day in age and these check off all the boxes. Great guys, even better work and customer service. Ill buy tires from them on from here out for that.

Let me rewrite what I suppose is the truth, they couldn’t fix my tire and yet the charged me $20 which is I think it’s too much, they said my tire was beyond repair and it’s not their fault, but I went to a different place close by and repaired my tire for only $12. I would never take my business to this place ever again.

I felt like I was discussing my car maintenance issue with a close relative or friend. The owner gave me suggestions on how I could fix it myself, if I wanted to. I called him back the next day and had him fix my car and he did that very quickly and professionally (and at a very reasonable price). They go out of their way to communicate details and I really like that. Im 61 yrs old and own many cars. I cant count the number of experiences Ive had in the past where I left a repair shop feeling like I was just ripped off. Not with these guys, not at all. I highly recommend Tires N More.

Good and fast service! The manager Carlos was very attentive on the phone and as soon as I got there they started to work on my car and the service took only 18 minutes to be done. The price was fair compared with other tire shops. I recommend this tire shop for the good prices and fast service.

Took my jeep in yesterday to get a couple of used tires as thats all I could afford, Carlos the owner and his mechanic were so nice, so fast, very reasonable Then I brought it back for new brakes and they found that a rod/screw was rusted and thats why I was having so much trouble with the brakes. They needed to order the new part and I kind of lost it, as I had had a month of car and rv repairs one after the other. Thousands of $$$$ later and the previous place I went to still has not fixed the problem But Carlos The owner saw how upset I was. not at him but at previous mechanics he told me to go sit in his office and offered me some water. He said he would take care of it. Rare find. A christian professional. Very rare. I will be going to him from now on. Tired of crooked mechanics.

I cant believe how much money you can save by using this place. Extremely professionally-run. They do More Than Just Tires as I found out. They are very reasonable on any repair that they do. I got to say I dont trust most mechanic type places but this place they are fair honest and I really appreciate the work they did for me.

Staff is really nice but they have flaws, they sell whatever they want/have. Went to change a flat tire and got another size that they said was similar when tire in fact was shorter and wider and in order to get the correct size I had to buy the 4 tires... also had to go back since they forgot to place the cap back to the rim.
