I needed to take off an after market axle-back exhaust and put the original OEM one back on. My original shop was located in Dallas and the dealership was going to charge a ridiculous amount. Unfortunately the other local shop wouldnt touch it because it involved an aftermarket piece. I called and spoke with Billy who said it wouldnt be an issue and to bring it in. Even though it was a Saturday they managed to squeeze me in and I was out the door in less then an hour. I definitely plan on being a repeat customer of Cinco Tire & Automotive.

I had a flat tire & I was able to put my spare on to drive over to Cinco tire & automotive. They let me drop my flat tire off to try and repair it while I went back to work and then came back to find out it was just a leak. They patched it up and put it back on my car no problem and not of any charge. So quick and helpful. The staff was so pleasant and nice. Great first experience! Thank you!

Pricing isnt too shabby either on tires and general vehicle maintenance and repairs. I cant say Ive had any issues with workmanship from the techs at Cinco, but if I did, I know theyd make it right.

Looking for a honest spot to get your car service, this is the place. Great techs and very impressed with the service they provide.

We don’t live here and our car broke down on the highway. We left the car overnight and they called us immediately the next morning. Every time they said they would check on something and call us right back, we got a call within about 15 minutes. We were in a pretty desperate situation where plenty of mechanics could have seriously taken advantage of us, but Billy was really honest with us and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. In such a stressful situation, we were SO lucky to have someone who was so empathetic and understanding of our situation. Thanks so much guys!

The manager Billy is awesome. Tanner and Mo are knowledgeable as well. They do a wonderful job with good customer service. Prices are fair and competitive. They keep you informed on your maintenance/repairs. 95% of all my maintenance and repairs are done here for all 4 cars.

The guys that handled my request were prompt, professional, and the work was done in an appropriate amount of time. When other issues were discovered, I was called and asked about what I wanted. If I had the funds I would have given them the work, because the experience with them was great. The shop looks busy, clean, and organized as well. Cant say enough for this place. 👍🏻

DO NOT COME HERE!!! I literally just got eyed down & laughed at by an employee for asking a question about my car’s air conditioning ????? I NEVER complain about places but this was beyond ridiculous & embarrassing.

These guys have done just about every type of car repair for me that you can imagine. I believe them to be honest and upfront with their diagnostics and repairs. If they feel they are not the best suited for the job they have recommended other shops who have done a fine job as well.

Great service from the first request to have four new tires installed on the wifes car. As soon as I requested the tires and confirmed vehicle drop off, they sent a driver to get the tires. The service was completed well in advance of the agreed time at drop off. Cinco Tire & Automotive helped me out when I was out of town for my grandmothers funeral. My trucks brakes started to lock up while my wife was driving it. They recommended a tow service to me over the phone and told me I could leave it there until the morning. All of this happened 5 minutes before closing and they never rushed me on the phone or anything. They maintained great communication with me and did a great job for a reasonable price. They were very respectful and honest. I will be using them for all of my auto service needs for as long as I live in Cinco Ranch.

I had a $20 bill in my console from my daughter that she gave me from her first paycheck. I get my car back and the money was missing. The manager on duty backed up all his employees that they r trustworthy but yet tried to give me 20 back from the cash register. I told him no it’s not the same thing and that the money was sentimental. My point of writing this is, when you take your car there, take your valuables out with you.

WARNING WARNING DONT COME HERE!!! You PAY for AN OIL CHANGE and they DONT change your oil. Leaving you on the side of the road with no oil. WORST PLACE EVERRRRR!!!!!

The two technicians on duty yesterday 5/7/20 were excellent, very upfront/transparent with cost and recommendations. They performed synthetic oil change and air filter replacement while maintaining social distance, i remained in the car during the service. The service was less than 20 minutes in total. The two technicians gave excellent customer service and won me over as a new customer.

West of St. Hwy. 99 (SH 99) tucked in a fast growing part of Ciry of Katy in Fort Bend County, TX.

Great guys. I went in for a bulb replacement because its designed so you have to take the whole assembly off...but they were able to just reach up in there like an octopus and replace it without removing the assmebly, so they didnt charge me anything.

Called on the off chance they would be able to fit tires i bought online. They managed to fit me in within the hour and the charge for tire and balance was very reasonable. a few days later I noticed a slight vibration from the back of the car. I called back in with no appointment and they immediately accommodated me. They were very professional, no push back. Checked and rebalanced the wheels and now driving smooth as a dream

Where do I begin, Cinco Tire and Automotive is amazing for so many reasons I couldn’t list them in this review but I would like to share my initial experience. Outlining the knowledge and experience this shop processes.First and foremost the customer service I receive from Tony and the entire staff at Cinco Tire and Automotive each time I return is exemplary.My first experience with this shop started from word of mouth by an automotive technician who mentioned rates and services performed at Cinco Tire on many occasions to me at my job. Eventually I reached out to them for help and they were right there for me. I originally thought I had a stuck thermostat but they quickly discovered my problem. Not only was Tony able to work a fantastic price, but I could sense he really cared about my circumstances; going above and beyond with service and leading me the right way on repairing my 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee, which unknown to me at the time had a blown head gasket due to a manufacture defect in the casting of my engine block which had broken away from one of the through bolts holding the driver-side portion of my head gasket. Through intensive diagnostics and experienced technicians they found the flaw in a very short time and rushed for my parts and Tony even planed a rental car for me and my daughters school function. They also had my vehicle towed to specialists on a flatbed truck that could correct the bolt issue by means of a coil insert to the faulty casting. After the completion of this in depth repair Tony recommended I file a claim with Chrysler I did have a current extended warranty and eventually had Jeep Chrysler reimburse me for all charges and feesBut it doesn’t stop there, this shop is a FULL service shop with skilled techs that perform everything I could ask for including regular maintenance like a synthetic oil change .I feel rest assured it’s performed correctly and they beat anyone’s price in Katy, TX and always honor coupons by Goodyear and their own as well.Cinco Tire and Automotive has made a believer out of me that not all garages are alike. And I will remain a loyal customer for life with Cinco Tire and Automotive.

My brakes were squealing this past week so I brought it in for them to take a look at. Tony even let me borrow the courtesy van to drive down the street for a snack while I waited. When I got back, he said there was nothing wrong with it and the mechanic that inspected them said it could have been a piece of grit from the road that got stuck in there, but it was fine. It may have been cognitive bias but I swore the car was breaking better when I left. Ill definitely be coming back here for oil changes and regular work as long as they stay honest.

They do good work. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that they over-tightened a spark plug and it failed on a road trip 1000 miles away; but Id still bring my car there. Nobodys perfect.

I love the team at Cinco Tire and Auto! They always do a great job and they are mechanics you can trust! We use them for everything now from an oil change and tires to mechanical issues. They even will take you to your house if the wait is going to be a little while!

So I cant speak on their tires, as I needed collision type work done on my vehicle. They are a bit on the pricey side, but they have great customer service. They really care about customer satisfaction and for that reason I recommend this shop. When I was unpleased with my situation the owner personally reached out to me to make things right. They are genuine and want to provide the best care.

My wife and I were traveling through Houston when we got a flat tire. We made it out to Cinco on a donut and decided to stop here in the morning to get it taken care of. They took care of us right away and did not charge us a thing to repair the flat. If I lived in the area I would definitely be using their services again!

Went in with some issues on my F250 these guys were able to help me out and get me back on the road. I was very happy with Tanner who works the front desk he was very helpful keeping me update with my truck. Definitely will be going back for any of my vehicle needs.

I live in the neighborhood near this store and my family has had many of our cars fixed at Cinco Tires. We have been satisfied with the job each time. However, what really impressed me was what happened today around 6:00 pm. I got a flat tire on 1093 and my poor car limps into the parking lot on Cinco Terrace.Of course, the place was closed because its Sunday. I couldnt get a hold of anyone to help me, it was raining and to top it off, when I tried to change the tire myself, the nuts were too rusted to turn.Just when I thought Id have to abandon my car, this nice couple comes around the corner and stops next to my parking spot. Turns out the husband, Pat, works there and they just happen to see me and my car. They ask me if I need help, then the husband helps me change the tire (even though he is wearing nice clothes) and they were so sweet about it! Both of them assure me that they did not mind and they wouldnt even let me buy them dinner! When does that every happen? I mean, they could have just kept going and not stopped.Anyway, a big thanks to Pat and his wife ( I am sorry that I did not catch their last names). That was very kind of you. I also want to give a compliment to the manager of Cinco Tires for hiring someone like Pat. Quality people are necessary for a business to thrive and I will not forget what he did for me on a rainy Sunday afternoon. Believe me, I will tell others about this rainy day encounter at Cinco Tires.

It was a wonderfull experience during all my visits, They have a good and knowledgeable staff out there. Will not recommend anything unless really required. I found them to be cost effective, unlike other automotive within 1.5 miles. Highly recommended place for any needs of your car.

Came in with a flat tire and it was repaired quickly at a great price!

I had some brake work done on my jeep which included replacing 4 brake lines. Three days ago my brakes completely failed at 50 mph. Fortunately I was on a road with very little traffic near a family members house, so I had to downshift and gently use emergency brake to get parked. After inspecting the brakes, I noticed that the front driver and passenger side brake lines were installed on the wrong sides. This caused the line to angle in towards the tire instead of away from the tire. The tire had worn a hole in the passenger side line and had nearly done the same on the drivers side. I called the shop, but instead of handling the situation I was passed off to their national warranty center (which isnt even affiliated with Goodyear). I am now having to jump through hoops for the national warranty center in order to get this taken care of and that is IF the WARRANTY center (not the mechanic) decides to cover it. I also have to pay for a tow truck out of pocket and if they do pay for a tow truck (depending on the warranty centers determination) they are only covering $50 of the tow!!! Goodyear used to have my familys business, but after this issue they will never touch our vehicles again. Making a mistake is ok, but at least take care of the mistake. If the brakes had failed anywhere else this could have been a very serious accident.

I compared prices on several different tire stores and these guys where the lowest. I was very surprised because the location is convenient to my home and that usually means I am going to pay more! They did a great job with the new tires and the alignment I recieved. I really like the alignment report they give you. I will be back when the need arises.

Only can recommend on basic maintenance. Go to a dealership if you require more than an oil change.
