What it means is its one stop shop for all the needs - Towing, Rental car arrangement, Estimations, Claim processing, Vehicle repair and Process rental car returns. Big appreciation for Eric, the amazing Tech at service king took care of my car repair with utmost care while keeping me updated on status and arranging for rental car. After experiencing a devastating collision I had the pleasure of getting service guided by the customer experience representative named Christian. At the time following the accident I was still unable to communicate properly but this gentlemen had displayed commendable people skills and personality as he guided my parents through the process of helping my vehicle arrive at his location and furthermore upon my ability to communicate his professionalism continued as he continuously went out of his way to help make sure the process of getting me into a rental went as quickly and smoothly as possible. When I arrived to inspect my damaged vehicle I was warmly welcomed by an another associate named Kim who demonstrated warm, kind, but professional guidance as to how the process would proceed. They work in congruence with Enterprise rental service which gave me the pleasure to work with a young man named Tarek who stood out with his own outstanding people skills and conducted a personal inspection and despite me insisting I didn’t mind he immediately noticed a smell in the vehicle that other customers would otherwise refute. Dealing with these 3 has been a blessing and employees like this deserve to be recognized for going out of there way whenever to help smooth out the roughness of a otherwise life changing experience.
Service King did a wonderful job from the beginning until the end of servicing my car detail issues . I so appreciate them keeping me informed on the entire process on getting my car repaired in a timely manner .

3 stars for the repairs. Only 3 because they put my wife and I in danger of being stopped by the police for not having a license plate on the front bumper of the car. It had a license plate and the assembly that holds it on the bumper when it went in the shop. Im not sure if I wanna use Service King in the future. Its my wifes choice. This is the second failure to deliver quality service. I still havent taken my other car back to get them to make a small light in the front work. It was working when I took it in there.
They were so professional and I didn’t have to call them. I would get text and calls to let me know where they were at on my car, plus they finished 4 days early. They will definitely have me as a forever customer. My passing job is #1. A. Wilson

My wife had an XSE Camry that came with smoke headlights, when they replaced it they put on a regular chrome headlight. I showed them the difference and they said no that is what most of them come with. That was the one I hated the most, but the was more. The lines on a car are supposed to be the same and even, on our Camry some lines were far apart on top and close at the bottom. They didnt understand the problem. A couple weeks later the bumper they put on popped loose, they said that once I left their property anything that happened is not their problem. I made sure that my insurance knew that none of my cars will ever return to service king. Jammers is the best place out there .

They did a good job of replacing my passenger side mirror. They were pleasant and to work with and I especially like their regular updates. Communication is important and they really stand out in this area.

GEICO referred me here to get my car fixed from this little detail my car had on the rear bumper area. And I love how my car came out. Jesse handled my repairs and he’s super friendly and has great communication. They updated me every step and the process was super fast! Kim from the front desk answered my phone calls all the time and she’s super nice :) I’m very pleased with this collision center.
Terrible customer service. 2 times, we had to wait a very long time for someone to help us. The first time, we waited an hour and 45 minutes, the second we had to wait 30 minutes (this was after calling 10 times & leaving a message with no response). We have 2 kids, 3 and under, so this waiting time was unrealistic. We also both have jobs that we were missing out on because we had to wait such a long time. They also gave us a quote to fix something & then changed it to double the amount, all for a handful of dents in the car, not any major body work. They emailed to tell us this, and didn’t even have the decency to call to notify us of the difference in price. I have also never been to a car repair that did not vacuum out the car. I took my car to Caliber Collision, and they actually detailed the car. It looked amazing. It really is the little things that add up but customer service is a must & Service King doesn’t have it. Do not recommend. On top of all of that... when I took my car in, I had 147 miles left in my gas tank, and when they gave it to me, I had 5! I was astonished & barely made it to a gas station before I ran out of gas. No decency to give me half of a gallon of gas to get to a gas station after taking 100+ miles worth of gas. Like what could you possibly be doing with over 100 miles of gas?!

I took my car in to go get my bumper fixed I left my car with 160 miles in the tank. Which is half a tank. 1 week later I get my car back bumper looks great but my windshield has a crack in it. And my car only has 24 miles left in it. Looks like someone took my car out for a long drive and something hit the window. Sad part is. No one said anything thank god i looked at my car before i left the lot. Although they are fixing my windshield 100% I would not recommend them
I was rear ended in my brand newEdge and was referred to Service King. They not only fixed my vehicle to look new again, but finished ahead of schedule and kept me informed of their progress every step of the way. They were always helpful and professional every time I spoke to them on the phone and in person!

My insurance Allstate advised me that I would be taking my Fiat SUV to Service King in Katy Texas. Once I arrived at Service King I was met by Stanley, he was kind and he was professional he also explained the process on my vehicle and the lifetime warranty. I really appreciated the time he took to inform me how things would go. Stanley would call me if not every day every two days to let me know how the vehicle was coming along.That gave me a peace of mine. Finally when I got my SUV I was so surprised how beautiful it looked inside and out. The job was excellent in fact it look better than it did when it was new. The staff was great, the repairs were perfect. I appreciated the communication throughout the process - my assigned representative called and texted as progress was made with the repairs and notified me of any possible time set backs (back ordered parts, etc). I fully expected the repairs to take way longer than they did since my accident happened right before the holidays but they were fast and efficient and the quality was great. I would definitely recommend their services.

I went there to have my trucks damage evaluated. A guy came out and took many pictures with his phone and told me the insurance would get back to me soon. A week later and the insurance company stated they NEVER got the pictures or anything. PICK A DIFFERENT PROVIDER>

Recently had the driver door replaced and overall my experience was positive. Arturo was the gentleman that handled my case, and his customer service and attention to my case were exceptional. Better actually than service provided at renowned dealerships such as Audi and Mercedes.The repair itself is of good quality, the paint color and finish match the rest of the body flawlessly. It did have a small misalignment of the door where it would not shut smoothly. There was also a small oversight in forgetting to apply the window tint on the new window. Both issues were solved quickly and without any hassles. Overall 4.5 stars. thanks
Horrible place, please don’t take your car there. I never had any issue with my car. Even after accident. My car had zero mechanical problem and it came, two days after, every time we turned the AC on, there is a super loud noise,, they broke the thing where the wiper fluid goes in and my call connect does work properly anymore. They tried to put a claim on the insurance, if the problem was there before they would had noticed it. The noise is so loud that I’m not driving the car as it is too hot to not have AC on and it is going to cost us over $1000 to fix. If my husband had listened to me to take the car directly to the dealership instead of there. I regret taking my car over there. May God curse the mechanic who damage my car
This is my second visit with this repair shop, the first time was amazing no complaints! The second time I did encounter a couple problems, however when I addressed Corey with my problems they fixed everything in 3 days and paid for my rental during the time it was needed to fix my complaints! Overall a great shop and I do recommend them! My car looks like new!.
When I read all the negative reviews on this place, I spent several hours looking elsewhere on the web. For logistical reasons, we finally decided to give it a try.When I brought my car in, I mentioned the negative reviews to my service agent (Israel Leon) who said hed only been with Service King for about a year -- and that the service agent is the one who makes or breaks the transaction.I thought that was just brag -- but in our case it happened to be 100% accurate. Fixing a car can take nearly a month where most of the time is waiting for parts. After the initial estimate and obvious parts are ordered, additional parts may be needed when the mechanics do their work and discover other problems -- so delays are inevitable.Israel Leon was phenomenal. He kept us informed regularly – as I hate waiting in the dark. We knew exactly WHEN & WHAT was going on with fairly accurate time estimates. He made sure the work was done correctly and took care of other little things – going the extra mile.I’m writing this a MONTH after to make sure everything still works.Bottom line: the work was done correctly and was a smooth transaction. I credit this all to Israel Leon which made the difference. Service King had better recognize & retain their good talent.

This guys just dont value ppls time. Got an appointment for a repair and they said they cant repair my car even they give me an estimate. This is plain wrong. They give a very low estimate to the insurance company and then they refuse the service bc they know they will be losing money. Just outrageous!
******Update 6/16/2017**********After I left this review Darryl and I had a conversation. I told him that someone dropped the ball and that no one in this process managed my expectations. I had no idea what the process was going to be or how long this process was really going to take. He apologized and said that he would help out with the rental charges (the upgrade fees) and also that if the car would need more than the 30 days insurance covers they would cover any charges. He explained what went on with Geico, the outside vendors and what was going to happen in the future. Well today I picked up my car and it looks good. Darryl pleasantly surprised me and covered all of my rental fees. They do provide good customer service! It would have been a 5 if solely based on customer service.They are nice and polite but they do not manage expectations at all. I had an accident to the rear quarter panel and my car was there for more than 25 days. The 1st estimate was for 5 days then after 2 days they submitted another estimate for double the price and it would take 3 more weeks. The day my car was suppose to be ready they needed a few more days. Ridiculous! Dont go there unless you dont care about money and your time.
They will be quick to claim they have honest people working with your car. They stole my cell phone charger head phones. And when I call to let them know. They just put you on hold forever and give you the run around. Make sure you note every single detail about your car or they will claim they are not responsible for items inside! I will never take a car to them again it was my first and last time!

SHADY, RUDE, LIARS, SCAM… those are few of the words describing my experience. A job of 4 days took them 2.5 weeks to realize the work was not done right. My wife picked up the car and look find to her, when I checked they didn’t put several parts, they missed several screws and they disappeared some of the splash guards. On top of that I found my windshield broke in one side. The 2.5 weeks where a total of 2 months, after I brought the car 4 times. After they recognized the broken part (windshield) was their fault they told me to come back in 1 week for them to order the part… When I came back because no body called me, they said the person that talked to me was not working over there anymore and they didn’t know anything about it. They have attitude and they are rude. Shame of a company with so much commercials on TV and radio that have so poor customer service. Long story short after 6 months I am still dealing with this company for things that they did wrong or things that they never did and charged for. My lawyer is in charge now…
I would highly recommend this repair shop; Darryl, the service advisor, was excellent as were all the employees that I dealt with - all were friendly and helpful; I was kept informed of the progress of the work being done on my SUV and they completed the job early which was a nice surprise. Excellent customer service.

Mostly friendly staff young lady at front desk didnt smile at all. Even if something came up that seemed to be an issue the staff were quick to resolve the issue. They did a good job repairing my front bumper.
This is an update regarding the post from 7/13/2016. After posting my negative review i was contacted by Service Kings GM at the Katy location (Colby I believe is his name) whom insisted that i bring my vehicle back for review. After the return visit Service King went above and beyond to ensure my vehicle was brought back to pristine condition and even took care of a few hail damage spots on the house. This is the service that i was expecting from my first visit but i am definitely pleased that this location did all they could and then some to ensure that i had a pleasant experience. I do understand that sometimes we are all provided poor service, but the way that this location rebounded and took care of all my concerns i salute them. Thanks again Service King as i have no problem recommending or having another vehicle repaired at this location.
I took my car here to get repairs done. When I originally took the car for a quote they quoted pretty low for the repairs so I took it there. The price doubled by the time the car was done. I was given a deadline for the repairs and dur to their ordering the wrong parts multiple times, I didnt get the car back for over 10 days past their deadline they gave. Will definitely think twice about going back!
Walked in after making an appointment over the phone, was greeted with shaking hand and offered water. Chris Frias helped me out and was great at updating me daily of the status of my car and was done repairing within 4 days. They also have automated status text daily. He explained everything clearly and was quick to get me back in my baby. Definitely recommended.
Im truly surprised to see some of the previous comments about poor experiences at the Service King in Katy. I was recently rear-ended and sent to this location by the other drivers insurance company. I only had to have the damage inspected there and it was my choice to have the work completed with this shop. I was very pleased with the work, turnaround time and service. I dealt with Chris, who was very professional and maintained good communication with me. If given the choice to have future repair work done, I would not hesitate to return to this shop.
Tamara and Corey went over the top to make sure my car got fixed properly. Had so many bad experiences before this, and they changed my mind on repairs in general. Excellent body work done and excellent customer service. Would recommend anyone here! They even stayed after hours to make sure I got my car before 4th of July! THANK YOU!!!!
Timely lil expensive good work
Never reviewed anything before, but I felt I had to considering the low ratings form others.-Spectacular job on the repair, truly flawless and very fast.-Vladimir kept me updated every day, with pictures, calls and a text or e-mail.-Very nice people, very professional.-Kyle at the enterprise there was also a huge help and hustled to get me set up in the rental I wanted even though they were basically out of cars that week.I NEVER feel the need to review anything good or bad, but they truly did a great job.
Dont go here for repairs. I had a front end collision and took it to service king and they took longer with repairs than they said but thats nor a big deal. I got my car back and after a couple days of driving it I noticed the side of the bumper popping off. I looked at the bumper and a piece that was supposed to fasten it was broken. I brought it back and they days that I had damaged the bumper and thats how the piece broke. If there was damage to the bumper then the bumper itself would have damage, i drive a Honda civic which is pretty low to the ground and we all know how crummy Houston roads can be so yes the bottom of the bumper scrapes the ground occasionally when going up driveways, but that should not break the fastener on the side. What is supposed to fatten the bunker in place is a full circular extension on each end of the bumper that has a screw which goes through it and the plastic liner for the wheel well and into the frame. A full quarter inch piece of the circle is missing which allows the bumper piece to just pop off, Service King is arguing that something hit the bumper hard enough to physically break that piece off (that means it broke on two sides to be completely missing) but miraculously didnt actually damage the bumper. And if all of that werent enough, they neglected to replace the liner which was damaged and broken from the collision that I had brought the car in for repairs for in the first place. It seems like they cut some significant corners and didnt do the due diligence to do the job appropriately to begin with. The bumper didnt seem even and there are some misalignments and larger gaps between panels than there were previously which seems like they just did the minimal job. While waiting for the service person to talk to the manager, I overheard another service agent tell a customer that for insurance jobs they get used parts, which makes me think that the fastener on my bumper was already broken because it was a used bumper but they didnt care. The staff is nice and courteous and if it were just about customer service then they would get a much better rating, but a nice staff doesnt make up for sub par repairs. I will never take any vehicle to be repaired here again in any way and I recommend that anyone reading this find another place to go as well. After reading some other reviews I can see that using cheap parts is a trend of theirs, dont risk yours or other peoples safety with cheap repairs from this place.
Let me preface by saying Im not the type of person to write reviews (good or bad) but I had such a great experience here I felt obligated to post based on all the negative reviews.To be honest, I was reluctant to take my car in due to the average 2.5 star ranking. However, due to their proximity to Honda of Katy (located right next door) and the fact Service King has a good business relationship with the dealership I decided to take the chance. I had just recently purchased a 2015 Accord and was involved in a major accident and genuine replacement parts were a must. I must note that Service King of Katy is a preferred vendor of Nationwide, my insurance provider. First, the representative that youre assigned plays a SIGNIFICANT role in your overall experience. In my case, I was assigned to Vladimir and he exceeded all expectations. He kept me in the loop with constant updates via text and email. Once the work was completed, I took the car home and noticed minor touch-ups that were needed. I notified him, they took the car back, completed the requested touch-ups and returned the car the next day.Now for the kicker, a few months passed and due to the significant rain and flooding here in Houston, water got inside the passenger side of my car while it was parked in my apartments parking lot. I had no idea what to do. Before I even called insurance, I took the car back to service King and spoke with Vladimir for advice. He agreed to take the car in, remove the carpet, place a dehumidifier and then went next door to Honda of Katy and got new interior carpet from them. Moreover, Service King issued me a rental car. The cost of all this additional work (and rental) - nothing! I didnt even have to contact my insurance. I must say, this was the BEST experience Ive ever had at a body shop.
Worst customer service skills I have ever experience. I walked into this place no hello maam how can I help you, the girl just sat there and looked around. I informed her I needed assisted with an estimate, she asked if i had an appointment. I informed her no I didnt. She asked the name of my insurance company then began to look at papers. She comes back and asked the same exact question three times. I should have left at that moment but I stayed. She then asked a coworker about the agent that handles this insurance. That coworker never came back. An hour goes by and Im still sitting there no one has help me yet. While sitting there is make an appointment via chat since Im already here. I walk up to the front desk and inform her and another worker that I still havent been seen and have made an appointment. She then looks at my answer states Oh sorry then goes back to looking at the computer screen. Once the agent comes out after being called twice, he gets the information and goes back to his office. Ten minutes later he comes out ask a few questions then states we didnt get any information from the insurance company. I ask so you cannot assist me. He states no. AFTER AN HOUR AND A HALF SITTING THERE SOMEONE SHOULD ASSISTED ME... THIS IS HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.Also called location to speak with a supervisor to file a complaint... What actually occurred was the youngest lady who answered the phone called my insurance company... I asked for your supervisor not a supervisor from my insurance company. Very unprofessional.
After going through a painful process of getting into an accident, I did not know what to expect, But the professionalism of their staff made it so easy and pain free, they are attentive and the work they did to my truck was Stellar, can’t even tell I was in an accident! Plus they have life time warranty on their work as well. I hope I don’t get into another accident but if it happens Service king will be the first place I take it to. Thanks guys!
Great Service
If there was a 0 star, they deserve it. Being in a fender bender can be stressful by itself but having someone like this work on your car just makes it that much more frustrating.To start when you bring your car in the receptionist is hell bent on getting at least two different phone numbers so they can get hold of me. Well Ill tell you they never use it because they dont even return my calls. I made three of them on three different days.My second issue with them is that the repair estimate by the insurance company was 4 days. I brought my car in late Tuesday, call it weds. It has been 10 days and my car may be ready next week if Im lucky. Not sure I believe a word they say.Btw I rented from the Enterprise Rental right there. I was promised an intermediate car but got an economy instead. I guessed they knew this was going to take a long time so they got me the cheapest car possible. Im sure the excuse was inventory but that is just very convenient.
On Thursday 12/14/17 Ramon helped me get an estimate for repairs on my 2013 Toyota Highlander, my insurance had approved the claims for this repair. Unfortunately on Tuesday 12/19/17 I was mistreated by a different employee. He is anywhere from 25-30 years, hispanic, tan skin, short, overweight, bearded man who was wearing a red shirt. He was screaming at me during the process of checking in my vehicle. It was very obvious this employee was bothered by my presence based on his bad attitude, and rude facial gestures. I told him, why was he screaming at me, and that he should have more respect. He responded, This is how I talk I am hard of hearing. I informed him that my husband is hard of hearing as well, but manages to speak to people with respect and treat people with dignity. He continued screaming, and giving mean facial expressions so I decided not to pursue any repair services with service King due to this employee poor treatment towards me. After this conversation I went to sit down in the office, I witnessed this same employee laugh and make jokes to his Co workers about me concerning the fact that I was speaking Spanish with him. Its truly embarrassing to see another person of latino/Hispanic ethnicity make fun of people from the same race they are born in. I am writing this review because maybe the owners and management are not aware of how bad certain employees treat your customers. I was given very poor customer service on 12/19/17, I was made fun of by this very rude employee. I hope you screen your future employees better because I have been a customer for many years it is a shame our experience was ruined by this horrible employee.

If there was an option to rate these folks zero stars, thats what I would pick.I was having my car towed by AAA from Service Kings shop to the Ford dealership next door. The tow truck driver received a different key and so my vehicle arrived with the wrong key. After many phone calls to AAA and Service King, AAA basically wash their hands of the situation since their driver received the wrong key. I called Service King and the receptionist told me that they were not going to do anything because it was the drivers fault, He picked the wrong key, is what she said. To me this sounds ridiculous since you are the shop and you know what key goes to what car, rather then expect a stranger to be able to make that call. Needless, to say I was not going to argue around such a perplexing statement, hung up the phone and drove straight to Service King to collect my key. Their clueless manager, who wasnt even tuned into this entire fiasco did not even approach me directly after I requested to specifically speak with him. They finally found my key and offered to take it to the dealership - what?!?!?? I was supposed to be in a work meeting which I rescheduled because of their ignorance, and they offer this now???? What a joke. I stormed out furious & insulted.I wouldnt put one single person at fault here since they did such a great job, collectively, as a group! These folks are are not courteous or customer oriented. All thumbs down.

Would not recommend this place to ANYONE. EVER. I recently was in a car accident that set off my air bags and I had my car towed to service king. I have a VERY nice car with VERY light leather and fabric interior that I work hard to keep in the best shape. Unfortunately, service king was not able to fix the car due to my insurance company but upon receiving my car back there were black smudges all over the inside of my car ruining the leather interior and fabric in multiple places that should not have been touched in the first place as their was no need to even be in that area of the car. To add to the list of damages they completely cut off the seat belt strap by my headrest when there are clips to OPEN and release the seatbelt. Also, someone of, or at Service King stole my Bluetooth connector to the car as well as all of my silver coins. I will admit they were nice enough to leave me the pennies. Oh yeah, and the customer service was awful. Terrible place.UPDATEI went and talked to the manager and he proceeded to blatantly tell me that I was lying. I wish I could remember his name but he proceeded to tell me that his guys wouldn’t of rummaged inside of my car although they clearly did because a mechanics hand prints were everywhere. Maybe y’all should give your workers a raise since they feel the need to steal coins and things of value from someone’s car. They’ll be hearing from my lawyer here pretty soon.
Im editing my first review because I was mistaken on a few details. Long story short, there was a mixup that brought me to the store before my car was ready. The only thing I would like to say about that, and really my only complaint with this experience, is that it seems like this location needs to tighten up on their communication between departments. Either way, Daryll was my agent. The day I dropped my car off, he was pleasant, quick, and thorough. He also took a guess on how long it would take and he ended up being right on target. Furthermore, he kept me updated on the status of the car on the days he said he would (Tuesdays and Thursdays), and even updated me on a Wednesday and a Friday. Minor inconvenience aside, this was one of the better interactions Ive had with an auto shop. Ive yet to pick up the car, but I did get a look at it when I was accidentally called to the store. The repair looked really solid, and it took exactly how long they said it would. Thanks, guys!
Pitiful service. I called in advance to make sure there was somebody available to drive me 10 minutes away to work. They confirmed they did on the phone and then again when I got there to drop my vehicle off. Guess what? About an hour later I still have to get to work, so I made them give me the insurance check, paperwork and my keys and I went to work. They were able to scrounge somebody up as I was leaving but after being lied to I wasnt leaving my vehicle there either way.
I had a some work done on my wifes car and we are definitely happy with the way it looks. It was been over 2 years and car looks good as new. I would highly recommend using Service King.

Very Bad BewareI visited your Katy Location 7/14/2014 to get an estimate done at the insurance request. Estimate was done by Cody. After repeated calls with the insurance company they finally informed me that the estimate was uploaded on 7/11/2014. That same day the insurance company asked me to called Service King to make an appointment for the repairs and get a rental right their. I called the Katy location to make an appointment which they asked me to bring the car in today 7/22/2014 at 9:30. When my wife arrived they told her that they did not have anything scheduled but we had the email for the appointment that confirmed the appointment. Vladimir informed my wife that the parts were not even ordered. Why would they scheduled us if they are not even ready to work on the car. HE THEN TOLD MY WIFE THAT SHE COULD LEAVE THE CAR OR JUST LEAVE. Very rude obviously he did not get the MEMO about Service King being committed to Quality and Service. Our vehicle was hit which is already an inconvenience but to deal with a company with such unprofessionalism We had to give up and take the car somewhere else. People take time off of work for something that was not their fault to then be treated rudely by the place they go to for help getting their damages fix. I will not recommend this place to any one else and am smart enough to go some were else to get my repairs done. Thanks Service King.

I received excellent service and the damage to my car was repaired faster than expected. I received daily texts with progress updates . I would like to acknowledge Daryll who was courteous and knowledgeable at all times.

I called Service King # 55 and made an appointment for an estimate on my wifes car on 6/14/2017 at 4:45pm. I explained that I needed to get in and out ASAP because I had to pick up my son. I arrived 5 minutes early. Instead of making me wait, Richard greeted me right away and then went right to work. He walked around the car, took some pictures and said thats it, he could email me the estimate when hes got things complete. I was in and out in 10 minutes. The customer service at Service King # 55 rocks! Thank you Richard!
Had to avail of their service through Gieco. Great service, nice people, and good job on the car.
Was good, been there several times. Most recent time was the last. They act like they care, they are polite. However, they will cut corners, and try to not do work if possible. I was in an accident took my car in on insurance, they fixed it perfectly, except I told them it needed to be aligned when I first got there and they didnt. After they did everything, I left car pulled really bad to the left, immediately took it back and they did fix it. The main issue? They broke my hood cable, refused to fix it, and now I have a dent in my hood from continuously having to close the hood.

Horrible place service king katy. We took the car for repair the front hood and they told us that it going to be ready in couple days. And they sent us emails that the car is almost done (percentages of the completion of the car were given through text daily). Come to find out nothing at all was done to the car, so we are paying renting car for a week . The man who supposed to help us was ARTURO. They told to the insurance that this car is not worthy for repair. All bunch lies . If you got a claim dont take you car at this place. ALL ARE A BUNCH LIARS....Simply put do not come here to fix anything. For something as minor as fixing a front hood, this place handled it poorly.
For the sake of full disclosure, I do want to say I have not gotten any work done at Service King (yet). But I still think they deserve recognition for the exemplary customer service I received when I went in to get a quote. I went in because of issues with my front bumper. Ive never used a body shop before so it was super intimidating, but the associate, Mike, was so incredibly helpful and thorough in explaining what was wrong. He actually walked me through it step by step and showed me what needed to be fixed and why. It was a little overwhelming at first, but he was very patient and let me take notes on my phone and privided me with a detailed printed quote I could take home and decide what to do.It was my first visit to a Service King and keft me with a wonderful first impression. They are really good.. they did good job with my car and looks as if nothing happened to my car
After leaving car here when I got it back someone had switched my brand new battery for a 5 year old one out of warranty. Was offerd no help or option to make it right will never even consider using this shop again.
