The work performed on my Infiniti QX80 was done in a very professional manner. The quality of work was superb, as it always is. This is the 3rd vehicle Ive had repaired at AN. The staff was also very professional and kept me informed of the status at all times, EVEN ON SATURDAY! I would return to this business.

Had my car longer than I was advised originally. You dont get a follow up call to let you know of the progress of your car. And when you call, the rep is out on a long lunch. Looks like its an autonation thing coz the one on i-45 is the same poor service.

I was in an accident that involved an 18-wheeler so my car had a pretty good amount of damage. Daniel at the collision center worked with their insurance to get my car fixed quickly and beautifully. They even cleaned out the inside of the car! Definitely would come back if I needed more body work! Great place of business 👍!

The damage to my 2018 Ram Rebel was somewhat extensive after hitting a deer at 50mph. Daniel received the truck and provided a quick turnaround on the estimate. He also stayed in touch with me to ensure I was aware of the centers progress. The truck was repaired correctly, however the promise date had to move several times due to availability of OEM parts. When the truck was initially delivered, there were several issues that needed a return to the collision center for part replacement. Additionally, the detail folks that supposedly clean the vehicles before delivery need to be managed for quality as they are not performing a thorough cleaning, the do not wash and wipe down the top of the trucks, and missed large amounts of paint cutting compound all over the truck. Having said all these things, I strongly recommend the collision center for your Dodge or Ram truck repair. The technicians did an excellent job aligning the body panels and paint. I did notice a couple of small imperfections in the final paint job, but they were no more noticeable then any other paint job on any new vehicle they had on the lot. The most important takeaway from any repair job, is.... is it safe and done right, and I firmly believe all work was done to my perfectionist satisfaction. The truck looks and drives great.

Everyone at this store is super friendly. The receptionist lady Tracie is so great and always has a smile on her face. The red head estimator is always in a good mood and hands on ready to work. And the GM Robert is super duper helpful.

Came in to fix my Dodge Charger after an accident I had. Staff is super great and friendly and answers any questions you have! I was helped by Daniel and I recommend if anyone needs any type of work done on their car, to go in to this collision center and ask for him! He is great at his job and I for sure trust him and his team with taking care of business on any car damages that your car may need!

I took my car for collision work here after reading good reviews about the place. The team here is friendly, but is not reliable at all. I had to chase around for updates on regular basis throughout the repair process. I had asked to speak to the branch manager last week and was transferred to a voicemail. Its been over a week and I still have to hear back. Eric, a collision estimator, had told me that they would cover the rental car gap if the car wasnt ready by the time the rental authorization ended from the insurance company. They ended up not providing the car rental and I had to go without a car for two days. The car wasnt even ready at the time it was promised for when I got in, so I had to wait around for about an hour. Would not recommend them to a family or a friend!

Outstanding service! It was my first time getting my car cosmetically repaired after a small collision and I had heard stories of how it sometimes can be a stressful or messy process. Tom was extremely accommodating and helpful to what I needed and made the entire experience stress free. Not only am I pleased with my new bumper, but my car was also fully detailed complimentary to the work I was getting done. So to me this experience was stress free, I got what I needed and more, did I mention this only took 2 days? I wasnt out of my car for a week or anything crazy. I left feeling like I had won the lottery and a new car. Every staff member that I had encountered with were professional, friendly, and helpful. I dont plan on or want to have another incident with my car, but Im comforted by the fact I can come here and will be taken care of.

Collision Center,I’d like to thank you for all your effectors on your side to keep me informed. I believe that you mentioned I was one of the easiest customers you’ve dealt with. As I mentioned before, this is my wife’s car and as husband we want the best for them. Did you know that we purchased our 1st minivan when they came out almost 20 + years ago from your location. We still have it in the family.Regrading our 2018 Honda Pilot Touring, we experienced hail damage at a cost to our insurance/us of $12K. We felt very confident that your location would have no issues with the repairs after speaking to you for more than 1 hr. We spoke every week and you provided updates. I kept reminding you that you should keep the car as long as you had to and make sure it was done correctly paying attention to any/all small details.This past Thursday was your last text message to me stating that the Honda Pilot was ready. The first thing I noticed, was the passage car floor mat. It was dirty from over spay/dust plus overspray throughout the inside of the car. You asked to give you an hour so we left. After we came back, my wife mentioned their was a scuff on the driver side/roof. You took it back, buffed it, and brought it back. We left since it started to rain. I noticed a few hand prints/smudges and I thought by washing my wife’s car myself, this would take care of them. Little did I know, I noticed so many other issues. I really believe that there was No Quality Control done by you or the head of this department. I know for a fact that even a Used car for sale on your lot has gone through a deep cleaning making it look like a brand new car. Well my wife’s car is A new car, but the attention was not given by your entire staff.We will be bringing the car back for lack of attention since this was not done right. I know for a fact that these issues will not take an hour. It will probably take another week. We have found as many as 20 areas. The issues are from overspray of clear, white color, damaged rails, solvent residue, etc. This one is on you. I will need a car for your lack of attention that you gave my wife’s car. I felt I needed to copy the owner of the company and prevent this from occurring to another customer . I am also willing to bring another Brand New Honda Pilot so you can compare both vehicles. Our vehicle has 6,000 miles and was brand New prior to this mishap.Donald & Deborah Coleman

It has been over 4 months and I still have not gotten my Nissan Rogue yet. I had an accident back in January of this year and it was mainly body work that needed repair. My husband and I stop by every week and every week we hear the same thing your car got sent to another dealer for specific repairs or we ordered the wrong part again. Its embarrassing how long its taking them. I will never go back and will never recommend these people to anyone unless youre ready to wait over 4 months without a car. Very unprofessional.***UPDATEWe had the manager Josh reach out to us regarding our issue and took very good care of our problem. Unfortunately we had to return the car a second time but he didn’t hesitate to provide us a rental car this time around. Thanks Josh for your help and attention! If you’re having any issues, call and ask for Josh. He’ll take care of you and goes above and beyond to make things right.

I will not recommend this unprofessional place to anyone, the person in charge of my car is Michael, never returned my phone calls, I have to reported this place to the business bureau, My vehicle is there for a month and I have to return it to the dealership because the lease is over. I spent money in flights from Miami to Houston, they blamed on my insurance but it is the dealership negligence. As today the car still there. Very disappointed ☹️ I wish I can give 0 stars.

ZERO if possible - service department caused great damage to the electric band inside the wheel which allows controls on the wheel. Life threatening damage. Power steering would lock up while I was driving!Almost had several crashes! They also neglected to put the factory seat cover back on correctly. It still is not right! STAY AWAY! All I ask is they make it right! THEY REFUSE!
