She said I could only get$48 for my trade inI went to an ACTUAL Verizon store two days laterAs I wasn’t happy with my purchase / price.They told me there was a promotion for my tradein that I was given at this store. I went from $48trade in to $460! Please think twice before goingto this location. Verizon in Johnson City was 10Xmore helpful and didn’t care about their commissionsince they don’t get commission on sales, unlikeTHIS LOCATION.

Long process, but the crew went above and beyond and were very personable. Had to get a phone transferred for my dad on another account and my own phone transferred on my account. They remembered me from one day to the next and were extremely accommodating.

I have been a Verizon customer for over 20 years and a customer of Russell Cellular for 4. Stephen Wilson and the staff are very respectful, helpful and offers prompt service. Russell Cellular offers all the devices and products as a Verizon retail store without the wait and a more personal experience.

Stephen Wilson did an awesome job of taking care of us at our local Johnson City Verizon affiliate on State of Franklin Rd. We bought two phones and he was so helpful in picking out the best phone for our needs, analyzing our plan so we could get the best deal, and helping to get everything transferred from our old phones to our new phones. He was so patient and helpful. It was clear he knew his job inside out. Thank you for a wonderful experience. We highly recommend this store and this associate.

The customer service was amazing! The whole process was not smooth (not the store’s fault) but Robbin did everything she could. She went above and beyond to help me make the switch to Verizon. She stayed on the phone with my previous carrier for over an hour with me trying to figure out the issue. And the she tracked down the wrong paperwork that was sent from corporate. She is the reason I stuck it out and eventually we were able to get everything set up. I definitely recommend this store.

This place has amazing costumer service. I came in as they were about to close, working in retail I can understand how tough that is for employees when theyre tired from a shift but Dylan S helped me out with my phone service with a very welcoming and positive demeanor. As the store was closing he helped me lessen the bill price of my phone and provided in-depth answers to all my questions about the service. He has helped me greatly with this and I am very grateful for the time he has given me to help me out. I also bought a screen protector and he successfully put it on my phone with no mistakes or bubbles. Im including that in because I had many instances where a sales associate has botched my screen protector so im also psyched about that.Not selling just to sale, just all help to any costumer that walks in.

Im new to Verizon and havent had the best experiences, but do like the service so I kept it. Went into the new State of Franklin location today though and Caleb Norris was amazinggg.
