The customer service reps that helped me were absolutely amazing! Both of them were very patient, as I had to come back for 4 days in a row, but they never once complained and they treated me with the upmost respect! So glad I chose Boost Mobile!!! This is an EXCELLENT store with AWESOME customer service reps ready to help!

Andy was a very big help to us today she was willing took at our phone that needed a sim card swap. We went to the store on North Roan and was told there was a piece missing and it cohldnt be swapped we needed a new phone or to take this one to a repair shop to have it removed. So we came and saw Andi and she popped it out swapped it for us and had us done jn less than 5 mins, its allmost like the North Roan store either didnt want to do it or just sell a new phone.

My experience with this customer service representative in both this store as well as the other Boost Mobile store in town was nothing short of AMAZING! Both representatives went out of their way to help me for hours on end and never once complained! I couldnt be happier with their service! So glad I chose Boost Mobile!

I was verbally assaulted by two employees at the North roan Street store. And when I informed the employee at this store of what happened nothing was done.

The professional and friendly tech working 6/7/21 day shift (Forgot his name) did all he could to attempt repair of my GFs Galaxy A11..turns out that particular model has developed a record of issues losing network connection and is a manufacturer error not the sim and not user error.3 stars only due to the inflexible policy of Boost..whose corporate management should realize they are FAR from the only mobile provider.GF is 4 days shy of yearly upgrade so she has to wait those 4 days or pay full price for a replacement, nothing to do with the tech who actually deserves 5 stars.

The store experience was great. The gentleman that helped me was very knowledgeable and kind. But I would NEVER recommend services through boost. They say you can byod but that is completely incorrect. They will not take any device. The device that they refused to activate is the same device I got activated with a different carrier. I wouldnt recommend their service.

Would give 5 stars but when I bought a screen protector the associate insisted on putting it on themselves. So I let them and they missed completely. I asked if I could re apply it and he just said idk. Maybe. Okay lol, you messed it up and now Im stuck with it.

Boost has horrible cell service they use Sprint towers they drops calls constantly and data is slow. I ended up switching to Cricket Wireless and I will never switch again their service is the best with fast data.

I cant stand cell phones but have one out of basic need. Staff was very helpful and patient with me and my absurd questions.
