Went to T-Mobile today to inquire about the new pixel 6 pro deal that was going on. Talk to Todd, he was very helpful, he got my plan straightened out to where it needed to be and provided super great deal on the 6 pro. Ive only been doing business with T-Mobile for 2 years but every time I go in its a great experience. Super great people that Ive dealt with so far.

John was an angel in the store yesterday trying to switch service from another carrier. Explained all phone options thoroughly including what was available in stock. It was ridiculously time consuming due to dealing with the previous service on our phones and switching over to new services, but no fault of t-mobile. We appreciate the time and effort to get us situated properly.

T-mobile has been great. Verizon will try to block your service at every turn. You can not get rid of the Verizon apps if you brought your phone from Verizon.

Good service etc. but north roan store will never answer your phone calls. I’ve tried 4 days in a row and not an answer. Yes I can just go into the store I just had a simple question that I wanted answer so calling was easiest considering I should have go to the store everytime I need help that can be answered over the phone. You’d think a phone service company could answer their own phone.

I want to give a huge shoutout to Zach for being a true Rockstar for me yesterday. My charging port completely went out on me on my phone and I called the store and was told to come in and Zach took care of all my needs. He was knowledgeable, showed true customer service, very professional and he does not know how much he truly helped me without any hassle and saved me with one of my biggest clients. Thanks for taking my headache away and this really kept me as a customer all because of Zach.

Thank goodness for the stores. I had a very bad experience with calling Apple support to get a phone changed out. But going into the store was extremely helpful! Ive been with T-Mobile for over 16 years and I am not happy with the insurance policy of the iPhone side. Android phone support is great, however.

Switched to T-Mobile from Verizon during a promo 3 months ago. Was given one price on my bill and now theyre telling me they are only giving me 1 promo instead of what I was told, and am now basically stuck. Fortunately this company doesnt do contracts. Canceling plan and just paying off the phone. And going back to Verizon. Conveniently, there is one across the street.

So we made an appointment for 6pm. We arrived at 5:55. They were extremely busy which wasnt a problem. The next two became available and asked my name. He said he said I have your appointment for 7pm, sorry there are a couple people ahead. I had the email stating my appointment was for 6pm. He didnt even ask to see that. Why even send an email with the appointment time . I was going to try and be patient but when he finished helping the next person, he didnt acknowledge me and took someone else. Didnt even give me a chance to speak up and show him the email. Horrible service.

Service has been horrible. Simply trying to turn off my deceased fathers phone. Been to the store and told I had to call customer service, called customer service, they said go to the store, went to the store and again they cant do it, call customer service. SO I just closed the bank accounts good luck getting paid, I tried to be honest but your service precludes me from being able to do that and neither have the store visits or service call been helpful.

Website says you can cancel a line in store or by calling. I went to this location amd was told I have to call they can do nothing from in the store. So basically they can start up service but not help you cancel a line. Also the wait time on the phone is over 45 minutes.

Theyve been charging me for phone lines I hadnt authorized, allowing anyone to walk in and have a phone cut on and Im billed for, charged for a hot spot that was stolen from me and I called asking g to shut it off. Person who stole it was able to have the hot spot cut back on and I was paying for the service still, and THEY ALSO OPENED A PACKAGE THAT WAS ADDRESSED TO ME, WITHOUT MY CONSENT. I HAVE E-MAIL TO BACK EVERYTHING AND MORE.. LOOKING FOR AN ATTORNEY! !

Brannon Culbertson was great. I have been into this Tmobile location several times over the years. Being that I have been with Tmobile for 13years now. With that being said, its sometimes hit or miss withcustomer service at this location. However, I recently met BrannonCulbertson who had just been transferred from the Kingsport store.He said he had been with Tmobile for around 7years I believe. I workin the field of customer service so its very refreshing to meet someonethat takes pride in their work. Great Customer service and way tostep up the game Brannon.

Terrible service and they over charge. You can pay for something they tell you is one thing then you use it and they say o were sorry it changed. If it wasnt like this when I signed up years ago and hadnt been that way anytime I had used it but now its different rules so you have to pay more even though you had paid for it every month on your bill. Id give no stars if I could. They have gotten ridiculous.I know a great guy at verizion now so if anyone needs great service see Jamie at verizion across the street.

I went in to get my phone activated that I received for Christmas. The person that helped me was incredibly rude and slinging my brand new iPhone around like it was a piece of trash. They stood there trashing other employees from the store and didnt even acknowledge the other customers there. I hate dealing with T-Mobile and try to avoid going to their stores as much as possible. If youre buying a phone then theyre all about serving you so they can get their commission but any other time you might as well find a way to help yourself. T-Mobile would be out of business if it wasnt for their plans being so cheap.

Its my first time to review cell phone carriers online, I never ever had experience like this! Pls make sure you will talk to right one in this store, cause some people who I deal with are totally awful expert! Upgraded my phone to iPhone 7+ with black Friday 2016 deal, they let my husband and I believe that we just need to return old phone and pay off for new phone right away with big discount, we paid immediately. After a few days, we got the bill shows got to pay extra 24-cycles monthly payments for new phone! It confused me so much then went back to ask same people about it, they even didnt help to check on computer carefully, told me yes, youve to pay it! . I was trying to explain more they just interrupted scornfully said its cause your old phone has not been paid off yet its cause you used JUMP but not Upgrade ur phone... Fine!!!! GOD knew that I paid off for old phone and quitted to use JUMP long time ago! they made you started the contract on black Friday thats all they want, then they dont care anything after that! No any explain and helps as expertise! I moved on until my husband called custom service and figured it out. we just need to pay 2 extra monthly payments then T-Mobile will take it over. About this, they never told us on black Friday even we asked it over and over again! it was ridiculous! stay away from those ridiculous experts and make sure you will ask for all details before you pay and sign anything in this store!!!

Tried calling the store, and they hung up on me several times. I continued calling and they took the phone off the hook and just left it there so I couldnt call again. Listening through the phone they did not sound busy. I was looking to make a sizeable purchase and wanted to make sure it was available before driving there, but screw that and screw them.

Horrible they say things will change and never do. One person says one thing and someone else says something else. No one knows what they are talking about its been a lie after lie every time and gets worse the longer you stay with them. Save your time and money and go somewhere else where they dont lie and keep telling you bs to stay. It is bad and never gets better i promise you from experience.

If you go in to just pay a bill ive waited as long as 45 mins inline just to pay the bill and if you call the store ive had to call back to back for 30 mins just to get someone to answer the phone. The in store customer service sucks.

Terrible, the employees there are full of bs. Coverage around this area is not what they lie and tell you it is. My bill was never 100% right, it was always changing. I had to file 4 bbb complaints to get it taken care of and I was able to cancel without a ETF. I would not go here for phones or service. Watch out customers, they will rip you off and lie to you with a smile on their face. Go elsewhere, and do not buy t-mobile! You will regret it!

They kept adding to by bill every month and never told me where the extra charge was coming from!
