Not all stores stock the same items, causing me to go to multiple stores.

Horrible place to shop for parts or anything at all. Rude management horrible services and on phone. Very unprofessional people.

The sales rep Christy is the best. She helped out so much with the oil we needed for our truck. She was patient enough to answer all of our questions and gave us an amazing deal. If any one has problems finding a good auto store go there and ask for Christy.

They have no idea what they’re talking about on any topic concerning cars. Only go there if you know exactly what you need, although dealer parts are much more reliable and worth the extra cost.

Not only do they know nothing abour cars, they dont even price match their own site. Waste of time.

Management BY FAR provides the most unprofessional customer service. Specifically Milly, who is one of the store managers. I am appalled by the lack of courtesy shown to a customer. My husband dealt with her twice and she provided nothing but sarcasm and disrespect when simply trying to return an item. She is not helpful and does not handle customers in an appropriate manner what so ever. I doubt we and my family will return to that store due to lack of professionalism and courtesy.

Horrible customer service, I went there today about an battery for my car key and a tall bald guy was so damn rude. He was really being a jerk and getting smart with me because I was asking him questions about my key, I mean dont be rude because u chose a minimum wage job and had to work on new years

Iam sorry to tell every body that store if you buy from them you have to be carefulmy wife go their buy battery for the car and they told her instillation free.after she buy the battery the guy in shop refuse and ask for more money and he say no time to do it it was 5 and the close m 6pm and he has the tools it take 15mint or 20and we she try to return the battery the say no let your husband do it or go to another locationso iam not recommend this location at all dont buy any thingthe other side is pep boys wish i get the battery from them

Went for a battery ck and I saw 3 staff member chit chatting and giggling. I ask for help and they sent me to service. I got to service and the guy was rude. I ask if I can have my battery ck and he said 4 to 5 hrs wait.
