They were all nice and their work speak for itself, especially the interior!Bear in mind as of the date of my post, their building is still under construction, and expect a long waiting time but its worth it. I was visiting from Pittsburgh and wanted to get my windows tinted. They hook it up And they know what they are doing. I got tint and a full detail for less than it would cost for just tint at other places. Oh and there is some good BBQ there. Best leg I ever had

Was a little disappointed the dude wouldn’t or couldn’t do the tint strip on windshield I wanted and paid for along with the 5 window ceramic tint Groupon I purchased. Overall did a good job and I would highly recommend! Time it took was expected but worth it!

The gentleman where very courteous the only thing I did not care for was not everyone loves hip hop music if they would have just turned it down just a little bit and let people enjoy their own music in the earphones or whatever they had which I did but I couldnt hear my own music because there was playing are so loud so they have a lot of different nationalities different cultures coming into their business and I wished they either will turn their music down a little bit or go to a radio station that plays all types of music since their clientele is very diverse but theyre really enjoy their business and well give them more out I had my windows tinted as well as my car cleaned out now were done the men were very mannerable thank you

Duke and the gang did an amazing job on my car with a wash and wax. I am very pleased with the results, and will be taking the car back for them to do the inside next. Took just over an hour I think for the wash and hand wax, but well worth it for the end results. I might have to have them down to do my Boat.

I purchased a Groupon and have been attempting to schedule an appointment for over a week with this business. I’ve sent three emails and have called 3 times (I did not leave a voicemail). Today was the first time they answered the phone. While courteous and professional on the phone, I was told they can’t schedule any appointments because they are busy, had no availability, and cannot currently validate the Groupon.I understand availability and having a booked schedule; however, I don’t understand the lack of customer service. So availability is booked forever? Not even going to attempt to schedule an appointment or talk about what it is I was wanting? Call back ‘Some other time’ (yes, this was said to me verbatim)? Was that because the kids were screaming in the background on the phone and the representative didn’t have time for me or my business? I see you don’t want my business. I’ve refunded my Groupon and will take my business elsewhere.

My first experience wasn’t as pleasant but after leaving a review the owner reached out and offered me a free wash so I could receive the customer service they usually give AND IT WAS AMAZING! The staff and especially manager were super professional,understanding and helpful thank you guys so much. See you soon

This is a small black owned business which I love! I try to support when I see my people doing positive things in the community. The owners name is Damon. He is very professional. He is definitely building his business from the ground up. Every time Im there, I notice more upgrades hes done to the property. He has a very nice property with a lot of potential and is very business minded. In the last few months, hes added mechanic services. Hes fast becoming a one stop shop and I will support all the way! They do excellent work here and will make you love your car again!

Everything done with a smile great service even took my wifes car there they took the time to do it right on both my vehicles. Deffnetly no complaints. I can be very particular about my cars. Was told 35 minute wait. Was there an hour and 5 minutes. Tires were not cleaned properly. Customer service was great other besides them lying to me twice about when I was going to be done. Felt like $45 dollars that I was charged for verses the work that was actually done was worth $30 for my SUV. But I will only go back there again if I dont feel like cleaning my own truck and go on Wednesdays because its$25 for ladies!

I encountered several problems when I took my car in to get detailed this weekend: (I purchased a Groupon for the $120 full detail package)Day 1: I drove 40 minutes to their location as I have had a really good experience with them previously, so i was excited to have my car detailed (and even more so that I had a groupon so I could save some money). It was a Saturday and they refused to take me as they do not accept groupons on Saturdays (This was no where listed on the groupon, but I spoke with the owner after I left and was going to come back the following day).Day 2: There was no line and my car was taken right away. I want to mention that all of the services I did receive were decently completed (not amazing, but pretty well). The issue came when they said my car was done. I purchased the full $120 detail package as mentioned above. There were SEVERAL components that were not completed . This includes the following: my carpets, headliner and seats were not shampooed. My leather seats were not conditioned (they were cleaned well but not conditioned), my truck jambs were not wiped down/cleaned, and the car was not waxed. I spoke these concerns to the manager on duty who was also the one working on my car. He gave me a round about answer of why this was not completed and essentially said they were not going to complete this.I then asked the manager on duty (the same one who gave me issues about my groupon the day before) how much the work they completed on my car today would cost if I brought my wifes car in (remember, I had purchased a $120 full detail package). He said $55-60 dollars. I then said isnt this the full detail? He said it was the works plus, which I then restated that I had purchased the full detail. He again provided some round about answer and then walked away. Instead of arguing, I left and decided that leaving a review would be the best way to get the attention of the owner.Potential resolution: comp a full detail for my car and make sure it gets completed correctly as it was not completed correctly and I had already paid for it.Response: I have not used 3 Groupons, this is my second, and I did not leave you the poor review due to your Saturday policy but that is besides the point. This review is due to not getting a full detail package as I purchased. I also stated how you can make it right. The rest is up to you and your business.

I took a friends car to Pit Speed for detailing as a gift to cheer her up. Her car was such a mess inside (stains, etc.). They made it look BRAND NEW! I was blown away. When she saw it, she got tears in her eyes. This place is remarkable and I would recommend it to anyone. Outside of their amazing work, they were super nice and even waited for me when I arrived a little later than expected.

They were extremely friendly and they looked like they worked really hard, but I dont think I got what I was expecting for how much I paid. I specifically wanted my seats and carpet cleaned and the package for interior and exterior came to $110. My carpets look pretty nice but, unfortunately, my seats dont look muc different and it doesnt look like there was much detail taken care in terms of my cupholders/console or the crevices next to the seats. For reference, the car was kinda gross but only to the extent that there was a lot of debris from outside on the mats and the seats had stains from my niece spilling ice cream/food. Its a 2017 model and I have had it for only a year. I wouldnt have thought I would be charged so much if they couldnt get the stains out.

Absolutely the worst detailing job! Please save your money. Manager was no where to be found...they had no interest in fixing any thing...Car had no smell as if it hadnt been cleansed at all. Also they a hour and a half which I left the car and was supposed to call and inform me it was finished and didnt. No pen for a receipt gave them mine. Just a total cluster. And when I spoke with the manager he wouldnt issue a refund. Or fixing it.

Rented a uhaul, was charged, guy never showed up to give me keys. Note that the pick up time was within the hours they were open. An employee told me they just left. Was charged and had to cancel since he never showed up.
