Terrible customer service. I showed up for my 5pm appointment and the guy was very rude. Said they were backed up which i totally understand, but i asked why he didn’t just give me a call and he got an attitude like it was my fault. Will not be going back that’s for sure!

I have never really been a fan of these Big Box store tire shops have always tried to use the smaller mom-and-pop shops. Today was an emergency had to replace tires and the mom-and-pop shops were not open. Very proud to say Tire Kingdom on Normandy and Lane was an awesome experience. If buying four tires and Alignment can be awesome in any way. But it was fast friendly and awesome service very knowledgeable very helpful thankful to have done business with them today. Mike in the front office was very helpful and kind

Super nice staff! Helpful and knowledgeable when we called. We had a flat on our trip, we called, and they had our tire and got us fixed up in less than an hour!! There was no extra sales pushing either. Clean bathrooms.

I wouldn’t even rate them a one star, they sold me a USED tire with no tread whatsoever for $109. They took over two hours just to replace one tire that ended up being bad.

3 hours with no one in front of me 3 hours my truck sat in bay for 2 front tires and an alignment. But somehow the blazin speed of this group took 3 hours for that. Never seen a slower service be provided

Quite honestly, this is the most unaccommodating Tire Kingdom Ive ever been to, & I have been a dedicated customer for a good 5 yrs. Manager was not up front with pricing,nor would he correct his mistake when discussed,and to top it off his attitude about his job was not any better.Do yourself a favor,save yourself a head ache, & avoid the run around=Go to the Park Ave location ( Atlantic is way better too). Its actually worth it to drive out of your way once you notice the difference in customer care & atmospherics Park Ave provides (fun fact: most of Normandy fails actually go to get fixed at Park: go figure.)

Walked outside at work to a flat tire at 5pm. Took the tire off and brought it to this locations, because the park Ave location that closed at 6 said they had no one left in shop to work on it. When I arrived the clerk at the counter wouldn’t make eye contact with me and just told me, ‘not a chance we can do this today maybe tomorrow’. I live in Middleburg and have been a customer of tire kingdom’s since I was 16. No more. On Normandy across the street Firestone fixed it in less than 20 minutes.

The worst automotive experience I’ve had, and I’ve been around 59 years. Made an appointment one week ago for four tires. Came in on time they said it would take 2 1/2 hours. My wife and I took an Uber for lunch two hours and 45 minutes later we returned and the car had not been touched. We asked rep when will car be serviced, he said maybe 1-1.5 hours. No apology. Tech in garage playing on cell phone. We left, they lost $800

Dont take a foreign made vehicle there for any kind of repairs. In fact Im not going for oil changes anymore. Staff is plain rude, more so when theyre caught.Theyre not shy about charging you factory prices for parts while trying their damndest to make universal parts work. Regardless of the damage it could cause down the road. Nope... Id drive down the road. If theyre that careless with a repair I shudder to think of the lack luster effort with which a tire is placed.

Well I had a positive review at 1st but thats now changed. My husband went to get new tires on his truck for the 2nd time but all of them replaced. Long story short two of my rims were damaged. He talked the store manager who told him there was nothing they did wrong, my husband told them to pull cameras because his rims were just purchased with no damage. The store manager said the cameras in that area dont work & if we file a claim he will deny it, he basically refused to do anything about it. Not to mention they put in the bill the truck was check for alignment & its driving sideways.Pics of the damaged are included, I also have pics of the rims when I brought them so they cant say it was damaged before he got the tires.I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE IF YOU HAVE NICE STUFF

I went to this location because they did not appear to be that busy. When I got there and interacted with the employee at the counter, I see why they did not have many clients present. I told the large gentleman working the front counter that I had a slow leak in my tire and I wished to have it inspected, and hopefully plugged. His response was asking me when I wanted to bring the vehicle in. I was confused, due to the fact that I had arrived in the vehicle. I informed him that the vehicle was with me. He told me that the inspection and repair would be impossible because it was 6:15pm and they close at 7pm. In my humble opinion, a business should be prepared to work until the posted closing hours. In the case of Tire Kingdom at Normandy and Lane, this is not how it works. Apparently they are closed prior to closing? Aside from the strange operating hours/schedule, the customer service was unsatisfactory and downright rude. To those in management/corporate, if you are reading this, you lost a future customer. To those looking into this establishment for future repairs or purchases, beware. 0/5 stars.

Do NOT go here. They messed up a simple oil change. We will be contacting corporate and taking any additional steps necessary. They did not properly put it back together and now have a few hundred dollar bill from a different mechanic since we were afraid to take it back to tire kingdom. This could have literally ruined the car because they could not do a basic task of putting it back together. They even convinced us to buy new tires. Feelin pretty doubtful we even needed them and they did an alignment supposedly. Sure does not feel like it. I used to love tire kingdom! It was my go to for oil changes and tires/anything i needed done. We will never use them again.

Had to replace tires on my sons car. He hydroplaned the during the rain storm Sunday night. The Mgr Mike was great as always.

Stay away from this place. We wentthere in need of a tire repair and theyClaimed the hole was on the sidewall.IT WASNT, before leaving to go there I made up a bowl of soapy water and showed my Ex. who owned the car, the bubbles were in the center of the tire, NOT THE SIDEWALL. Anyway he convinced her she needed a new tire when all she really needed was a repair. The tire was only 6 months old you cant go out in the shop to see the tire as they pull it off so they screw you out of youre hard earned money. TK on 103rd is a much better store.

They did me right pretty fast service

MY HEALTH WAS THREATENED!!!On polite request, the customer representative said:If you call me a liar again, you will end up in a hospital!If you dont leave immediately, you will end up in a hospital!Im calling the police!Details:I ordered 1 tire replacement and wheel alignment online. No extra services or insurances. My total was USD 276. When I arrived, the technician convinced me to change the second tire. He calculated the total to be USD 520. I did not notice the mistake initially, and signed. When I came to pay, I realized that the price is too high and that extra Complete Tire Protection (CTP) package have been added. Also shop fees were added, which were not in the online quote. When I politely asked to remove the extra costs (CTP) from the bill, I was threatened by the customer representative: If you call me a liar again you will end up in a hospital (multiple times). (I did not call the person a liar, I just pointed out that there was a mistake in the bill). Also the customer representative threatened to call the police, which was fine with me. In the end I was afraid for my health and life, and took the refund of USD 59, which I believe was still too small and incorrect. I demand: (i) Give me the proper refund consistent with the initial online quote. (ii) Provide further compensation for threatening my health. I also recommend to immediately fire the employee for threatening the customer.

First experience with Tire Kingdom. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The service was excellent. I appreciate any business that respects my time by keeping appointments. We arrived early and were promptly serviced. Thank you Xa and team.

If theres 0 star thats exactly what ill give. I told the guy that i did not need Tire Pressure monitoring system because my car has a standard system that signals me when my tire/s is low (car yr 2014)... I didnt want that knowing i had options, but he insisted that the tires cannot be installed without them which cost additional charged. and they placed 2 of my tires that were supposedly good in the trunk only they slashed one of it, and i just noticed it because because i didnt take them out the whole time. If I argued about the tire pressure monitor, but I dont think that this place can be trusted for any car/truck service. since they take things personal... I had a point of not wanting an extra cost, and I think for myself paying over 400+ is enough just for those tires even without those monitoring system which i already have.

These guys really saved us! We had a rental car that needed a new tire and they got us in and out in no time. Chuck and the tech were super nice, helpful and informative. They let us know about a huge slash that was in another tire and helped in getting a picture of the damaged tires for insurance. I’m just so thankful they looked around!There were multiple people that came into the shop while we were waiting and all were rude or seemed to be on drugs. I feel so bad that they have to deal with customers like that because they really have five star customer service.

We called my husband called explained we have a tire falling apart. We would have to drive slow. They closed at seven and when we showed up at 7:04 they closed. The company obviously is too busy to wait 4 minutes to get a customer for life.

Thank you Tire Kingdom! Out with 92 year old mom when tire pressures went crazy! Thanks for correcting and reassuring us we would be ok! Also advised that we would soon need to replace tires where threads were wearing low. And you never charged for the air!

I had a great experience with Mike at Tire Kingdom. I had a nail in my tire. Although there was a wait. I was able to get a ride. When i came back my truck was waiting for me. An hour before expected. Quick for as busy as they were. Much appreciate the help on a Sat. Afternoon.

Front office was not efficient, did not have the information to run a commercial fleet card.The service tech was slow. Ordered lunch, went to the first aid cabinet, went to the toilet for 15 minutes.....Was in a hurry and told it would be done quickly...Never going back!

Normandy Tire Kingdom has the best staff around. They’re taking all necessary precautions to keep my safe and to keep their store clean. They explained exactly what needed to be done to my vehicle and gave me the best price. I know because I compared with 3 other stores. Their friendly, honest assistance has made me a regular customer.

This place is horrible. They think just because you leave, that means they can fix your care when ever they want. I missed my appointment but called and asked do I need to reschedule or could I just come. I was told I could come up to the shop. I did and decided to go across the street to workout. This was at 1056. I returned to the shop at 1250 and noticed my car was just sitting there with no tires. At 1:15 I asked the front desk how long would it take for my car and she told me about an hour and a half. It had already been over 2 hours so I said to just put my car back together and I will go somewhere else. The manager then told me it would only take 45 minutes to finish the car and it would be longer to put my original tires back on. I told them to just finish. Now I am still waiting 1 hour and 15 minutes later. This is horrible.

Made an appointment online. Showed up for my appointment time and the person up front told me there were no technicians in the shop. Complete waste of time.

Tire Kingdom have poor service the sale clerk at the front desk named Chuck hes rude and disrespectful I came up here to get some brakes done 2 weeks ago and I needed them to check it out he was being rude and disrespectful to me and he crumbled up my paper I will never come here again I pay $538 for my brakes and I get treated like this

Stay away from this store I have been a customer of Tire Kingdom for over seven years and have always gotten the best service and advice from the Mostly in Orlando I have work done on my vehicle and had spoken the Michael on the phone, nice guy but when i got there he was out so the store manager said he was aware and wrote the order had a tune up and spark plugs change 249.00 but that did not solve the problem and immediately started saying Hey I did what you told me to do I explain that I had told Michael what the Dealership had told me but because I trusted Tire Kingdom I would rather have them do the job and no time that the store manager try or suggested anything to solve the problem I ended up spending 7 hour and 600 dollars on something the dealership could have done in one hour and less money. So much for loyalty and trust. After I pay i didnt even get a thank you..So how much does the store manager care about his customers....He parks his personnel vehicle in the only handicap spot in parking lot do yourself a favor and stay away from this location The store manager is not interested in helping you solve your problem.. only in covering his butt to SAVE HIS JOB Wish they had a zero star review

Very rude guy running the desk and tried to over charge for unnecessary things i needed. For example, he stated my tires had been filled up with a dangerous amount of too much air. Weird...i have never aired my tires since i got them...beware future customers

Stopped by here to put some air in a spare tire I had to put on after getting a flat. I was open to buying some new ones but my immediate need was to get the spare filled enough so it wouldn’t damage the tire and I was immediately told that they couldn’t help me. This could have been the easiest sale they made all day had they showed even the slightest bit of customer service. Go somewhere else.

Staff was ornery and rude. Went in for a alignment was told I needed new tires. I told them I just wanted the alignment. An hour later they came and told me that they snapped a part off of the vehicle. Didn’t even apologize at any point. Still ended up having to pay for their incompetence. Please save yourself a headache and go across the street to firestone.Three weeks later... I went and did your survey that the owner’s response told me to do. Did absolutely nothing. Please go to another shop. This toxic workplace is worse than coronavirus!

I went to this location on Normandy Blvd today and I was greeted by a man named Charles. My English is not very good and I was told I am on the wrong side of town talking like this (my accent). I asked him what did he mean and he said “usually people come in here speaking that ebonic monkey mess” I left and sat in my car in tears and shaking that someone would talk to a regular customer in that manner. No more go to Tire Kingdom for me . This was a horrible experience. I went across the street to Firestone and they have me the best customer service and a $10 oil change because they could tell I was upset and trying not to cry in front of my children. Sad day at tire kingdom on Normandy.

Went to this location on Normandy Blvd at 6:45 am so i could be out in timely manner .The service i got was 2 tires and alignmentWell i should have know something was wrong when the tires i had ordered last week they could not find so after calling a few other locations they mysteriously appeared.Now keep in mind i am the second customer my car is up in the air tires have been found the mechanic decides he wants to talk on his phone and smoke a few cigarettes well long story it took them 4 hours to do the work Get Better Mechanics who value customers Time

Last night I had a flat tire and I tried 3 tire places that said they couldn’t help me I guess more concerned with closing down than helping a new customer.Called and spoke with the manager Charles and said come on down we can take care of you.So after I get there he shows me why I had the flat because my alignment was out and the cords or belts were exposed and that I needed 3 more tires. I just had my oil change at another company and they said my tires were fine.So I know now they didn’t even check the tires or anything.I’m so thankful I went there and had them check the whole car over. I feel much safer for my trip to New York next.Tire Kingdom has earned my business.

I also get my oil changed here but dont do anything else. My ac went out and I got it diagnosed, they said it would be 1800 bucks and that I needed to have my engine cooling fan replaced. Well just to be safe I got a second opinion at a shop called d&d auto and they checked everything and it was my compressor which was only 800 bucks fo replace. Dont come here for anything that cost more then 50 bucks.

*** STORE UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT 4/5/18***The main lobby is clean and well kept as is the back waiting area. plenty of room to walk around and there are windows so you can see the technicians working on vehicles. Earl is the new store manager. He said hes diligently working to get the store back into shape. I would highly recommend visiting this store.

Do not go to this shop. Go Anywhere else. I had various work done on my car including brakes, few weeks later my breaks were still squeaking so I went back and gave them the opportunity to fix the issue as I know something was done incorrect. They refused to fix them, laughed at me, and even quoted me on a another issue (which is non existent on my car). I took my car to another shop and they verified that the work has been done incorrectly and This tire kingdom is still unwilling to admit fault and refund me my money for the poor work they have done to my car. FIND ANOTHER SHOP.

Beware!!!! They will tell you, “ It’s too dangerous to drive! I would park it if I couldn’t get it fixed right now.” The gentleman at the front desk has no communication skills. Take it to someone else!

Bad customer service. Every one same to be in a bad attitude. I have changed 4 tire for new tires for my tire light to get off my dashboard after there told me I only 2 tires needed change it been a month the light still there after the guy say ride it a little and it come out itself 900.00 just to keep have same tire light on. Going to check some else to help me about the light. Maybe am a woman and the guy run one on me. Service is service . When my light come out my dashboard than I change my star but same comment.

Poor customer service. First visit they didnt rotate my tires because I didnt specifically request it despite saying I wanted the $19.99 deal with the oil change and tire rotation. Fine. Last visit they said the tires didnt require rotation which is ridiculous and then charged me $24.99. I spoke to someone on the phone who quoted me $19.99 and I asked for the special. If I got there and was told differently, I would have gone somewhere else. When I told the gentleman this, he said that it was due to Irma. There are too many businesses in the area to bother with this particular one.

Worst service ever !!!!!!!! I would go to river side location way better I switched there and they are great these people screw your stuff up they lost my lug nut key admitted to it then lied when manager got there screw this location

This is for the Normandy Blvd store. My husband normally takes our vehicles in but he was sick and I took his truck. He has taken this truck to this store for 4 years and theyve always put conventional motor oil in his truck. I said to the manager, Mike, that I wanted to conventional motor oil just like always and the oil change normally runs around $35. He printed the paperwork and very harshly shoved it in front of me and highlighted it and said the minimum today is $49.95. I asked why and he said your vehicle requires synthetic oil. He was very rude, he came across as a bully. I told him that I would put him on the phone with my husband and put it on speaker phone. My husband told him to put the conventional oil and and he said Tire Kingdom will only put synthetic oil in. and argued at length with my husband. My husband told me to leave the store. When I got home 15 minutes later my husband told me to turn around and go back to the store because he had a heated conversation with Mike and he agreed to do the oil change with the conventional oil. I arrived back at the store at about 10:35. I didnt leave the store until 12:35. First they let me sit in the waiting room for an hour without one word. When I finally got up and asked what was going on, they pulled the truck into the bay and lifted it. They, however, still didnt work on the truck. After 30 more minutes I asked when the truck would be done. Mike, who at this point was sitting in a corner of the garage inaccessible to customers, said we have no idea. I was visibly irritated and called my husband again. Five minutes later they worked on the truck. The animosity Mike projected was palpable. It was so uncomfortable being in his presence. I felt bullied through the process. One of the employees did apologize and said that Mike isnt a good guy and that he treats many of his customers and the employees the same way. We have a lot of vehicles and we will not be back to that store. They lost loyal long time customers because of Mike.

I trust this place. Toby was straight forward and they finished earlier than promised. I used the Winn Dixie coupon and had oil change and tire rotation for19.99Great deal

Love these guys on Norwood Ave. I never feel hustled. I pass the one on Normandy to come to this one because they take advantage of women. This one cares and i never worry about them trying to take advantage of me or my daughter. Stay clear from Firestone on Normandy. Women Beware!

If your looking for a job go here. They need help!!!I have been here 3 times for balance and rotation. (I paid extra for this service with tire purchase)And told the wait is 4+ hours. After making an appointment I arrived 30 minutes early, and still told 4+ hour wait!!!

I came in and asked for a full synthetic oil change, got conventional oil. I had a coupon and they charged me $10 more than what the coupon was for. Store manager told me that even with synthetic oil I still needed to change my oil every 3,000 miles. (lol, wut?) Was given a list of $2000 worth of recommendations upon checkout, but was never asked if I wanted any of them done. This is my second and last bad experience with this company.

I have been going to this store now for a couple of years and have to say I have never had an issue with them. They do great work and everyone there is very friendly and prices are very competitive. The store manager Jessie has gone out of his way many times to help out...times when it will be a while to get the work done on my truck he has taken the time to drive me back to my house ( I live about a half mile from the store ) and then came and picked me back up from the house when the work was done. I have never been to another place that even thought about doing something like that.I would highly recommend this location as an honest and friendly location to do business with.

I went to this store because it was close to my house. I needed 4 tires that I already had, mounted and balanced. The price was 40.00 more than other tire stores. I figured when I told them the cheaper prices elsewhere he whould work on the price. Nope, he said It is what is, take it or leave it So if you want a better price go elsewhere. Very rude sales person.

Came in for tire repair. They were courteous and professional. Work was done in about an hour even though I didnt have a appointment. Price for a patch and balance was very reasonable.

Big Earl was nice, but when I got in my truck after it was finished, my dash cam was off my windsheild and thrown in the floor board. There is no reason changing 2 tires would knock it off, with out some help. Plus its all recorded.

Got turned down to mount and balance 2 -35x12.50x22 tires, alignment, oil change, replace 2 studs, and brake job on truck. Was cut short and to even tell them about the work on my service van to buy 2 new tires, alignment, oil change, a/c check for the next day. Managers exact words wasnt worth chancing to hurt the balancing machine, maybe if they were low profile Factory tires that came with the truck were 34 overall diameter on 20 rim, the ones I wanted done are 35 overall diameter on 22 rim....only 1 inch taller tire than factory, rim doesnt change overall tire height. Btw - same rims, same size tires currently on the truck was done by them 3 times previously with no problems. Guess either business is that good to turn down multiple work or balance machine is getting old and faulty, so on to find another tire shop for my 4 vehicles.

Im JJ.I was in here today to get one tire fix. To make this story as short as possible; the gentleman at the front desk was phenomenal plus I received the best service ever.It was my time there, definitely recommend this place.

I wouldn’t rate this location anything more than a zero. Service manager got upset me and my kids didn’t have mask and made us stand in the rain outside while we waited. Very poor customer service.

I would not recommend coming here. The person who helped me was very pushy and suggesting work that one of their own mechanics said i didnt need. They didnt have a part needed to change my tires (yes... Tire kingdom didnt have the part to change my tires) and he tried to convince me to go buy the part for them. Dont come here.

I purchased four tires here and purchased the extended plan where they are supposed to rotate and balance your tires for free along with alignments. I went there to have my tires balanced, rotated and aligned however my alignment was either forgotten or done incorrectly. Purchasing tires from here is fine but I recommend you go elsewhere to have them installed and definitely do not get your alignments done here. All the warranties they provide are pointless and a waste of money! I blew about $500 here- not to mention they scratched my Brand New Toyota Rims and do not cover fixing them whatsoever.

Awesome place. I have never felt so good and sure about a care place until I went here. I oringally had an appointment setup at another shop and when i arrived there they told me because they were backed up they could not service me. I was so upset. So I was referred to tire kingdom and upon walking in I was greeted by Mr Earl who showed nothing but awesome customer service. He was a man of his word, he beat the price of the other company and provided awesome work and labor. The entire team is just awesome and I can honestly say I have found my car a new home if anything else ever goes wrong with my car. I will strongly recommend others. I was just asking for a quote on tires and the two guys working here at the counter on 16 February at 11 am had real bad attitudes. First they laughed at my tire choice then compared me to a customer that previously told on them.. I do not recommend this tire store!!!!! All I asked for was a quote. Well they won’t be getting my business!

Do not use this business. After making an appointment and showing up on time they told me it would be at least an hour. When I asked why they took appointments he said it was just like a doctors office and laughed. I left.

Great price on tires, but did a poor job with a wheel alignment, now my steering wheel is no longer straight.

I bought one tire that I took off myself so the service was quick. Price was OK I guess but after paying for installation $16.99 & $7.00 for mount and install I thought it was lazy and unprofessional that they put my spare in the back of my truck and not under the truck where it goes. If they dont know where it goes than that shows a lack of knowledge or training. thats not how you get return customers.

Your estimation was 870ish dollars. It was a simple brake job with a twist.(LABOR)+ OLD SCHOOL MACHANIC HACK,,,,) WITH TOW *COMPETITOR Less than half with warranty. Same trouble shooting diagnosis.

Ive brought my truck in two times for an alignment. It is never right. It either pulls right or left, after each and alignment. The steering wheel is never center. So today is the third time. Ok be requested a refund if the alignment is not correct this time.

I spent $200 getting 3 tires I brought in to get placed on the wheels of my car. When the new tires were installed, the employee used a socket wrench to tighten the lug nuts, including my antitheft lug nut which I specifically told them needed to be tightened by hand or the key would strip.The employee completely ignored my instructions which caused my key to be completely destroyed without an apology or acknowledgement.Glad I know to never go here again. Thanks for the over priced and under delivered service. Keep up the bad work.
