Completely incompetent! Took our platinum diesel for an oil change, and they used 5w 40, our truck immediately is burning up! After they all ready charged us $170 for the oil change, admitted that they “aren’t really familiar with diesel” and they would flush it and change it to correct oil, but would have to charge us twice! So, paid $170 to wreck our $90k truck, and they say. “We’ll fix it for you and put the right oil in this time for more $”!?!? What the actual hell? How about, you broke it, fix it!? Zero customer service, zero knowledge. If you want to risk blowing up your vehicle, go ahead and go here. Otherwise, you’re probably better off letting the neighborhood toddler do it and see how it goes.

I appreciate the fact they dont tell me something is wrong with my car when there isnt. Im not mechanically challenged so I do most of my work myself. Sometimes, I dont have the time so Ill bring my car here. Theyre always professional & quick.

I love going to Castrol for my oil changes and inspections. They are always a lot faster and cheaper than places like Jiffy Lube. As long as I live in the area, Im never going anywhere else.

Castrol Lube Express got me in and out in 10 minutes, even vacuumed the floors and cleaned the windows. Would highly recommend for convenience and efficiency.

Let me first say, I have visited this location before with great service and results with other cars. However, on this occasion I pull up in my vehicle and I’m told we can’t change the oil because it has to be done by dealer. He goes on to say the manufacturer doesn’t provide the information for the filter. I laughed because that’s illegal and not true. I’ve taken my car to Jiffy Lube numerous times for the service.Maybe this employee didn’t know how to tell me they didn’t have my parts but lying is unprofessional.

Went there today to get an oil change, asked them to check the differentials, I seen them pull my Tahoe out of the bay without checking the differentials, then one of the employees told me it was all done. I asked her why they didnt check the differentials, she and another said oh because we cant check them today. When I asked them what does that mean, they couldnt give me a straight answer and they didnt really seem to care..So basically if I wouldnt have asked them about the differentials, they would not have said anything.. Also the printout they gave me is false information, it states differential fluid checked when it wasnt..

First time here and had an amazing experience. There was no wait time to be seen. I got the edge synthetic oil change and state inspection. Never had I ever had this quick of Service and professionalism for such reasonable prices. For $89 I dont have to change my oil for a year along with a $30 inspection. Theyre knowledgeable in what they do. My hood tech Joseph, lube tech Justin, mgr Brad, and cashier Duog were all friendly and worked together to get me in and out. I highly recommend! (:

I took my vehicle to be inspected and informed the guy the the windows in my vehicle did not work as well as the doors locked automatically. Upon getting my car back they are telling me my window opened on its own and now my vehicle can’t be put into park from drive. I will never use this facility again they were horrible and lied about the entire issue saying that the rep was never told about any of this and they are denying that anything was done wrong.

Went to get my oil change only to arrive and be told they don’t do oil changes on my type of car. It’s a Mini Cooper 😑.

First of all.who does a oil change in five minutes. After getting my oil change.check it the next day it was black. I called them. There reason was sludge in my engine...What The Hell He TAlKING ABOUT. Change my oil every 3000 miles.never had that issue before.Now I have to spend another 40 dollars for it to get done correctly. Not to pull in and out.

Showed up at 5:20pm to get a quick oil change, no cars in bay, stated they couldn’t take me box they already started cleaning up. They closed at 6pm. Really?

First time visitor and Ill be releasing in the future! Service was quick and staff was kind!

Today is May 1st of 2020. I called around town to price check, ended up here. $69.99. Will not be returning. Filter had been over tightened versus checking that to see if they could get it off prior to draining the oil. They drained the oil and put new oil in. For unaware parties, changing the oil with out changing the filter is the equivalent of taking a shower and putting on dirty gym clothes.No discount was added. I was told the filter was free. When I asked if I could get a free filter with out an oil change it wasnt free anymore. If youre not going to change the filter whats the point of changing the oil? I was charged full price of $74.89 for a half job. Now I have to pay for a secondary oil change because they couldnt change the filter.

Call about an oil change if I bought my own oil (they dont have ) they said yes. I got there and they sad oh we dont do that. Go figure.

Got in and out in a few minutes. Friendly employees, clean bays and inside customer area. Very satisfied.

This place is great . service is unremarkable and they take pride in what they do. I dont usually take my car to someone else for oil changes but this might be some of the greatest service Ive ever had.

My second vehicle is quite old but still does not have an ashtray. So, I use a metal can that sits in a cup holder. The other day I happened to tip the can over with ashes falling into the cup holder. To keep them from blowing all over the car I stopped at your facility asking if they would do me a favor with their vacuum cleaner. NO..., youll have to go someplace else. As my last oil change came from this location I just kind of figured they would assist me but no, was turned away. So much for customer care I suppose. Course, I dont suppose the guy recognized me from my previous stop. Im glad I wasnt having chest pains.

Not busy, in and out with in 10-15 minutes. Came for an oil change, they topped off my fluids, tire pressure, reset my oil light, and vacuumed my car. Explained everything they were gonna do before doing it. Highly recommend.

Great service! Very fast and friendly! I have always changed my own oil in the past, but the older Ive gotten the less enjoyable it is to get out the ramps, drain pan, ect. and work outside in the cold. I finally gave them a try a few months ago. I stood outside and watched them work. My wife had to have some expensive repairs made on her car about the time I first met her because a different quick lube place in another city that she used never greased some of the fittings. I watched and asked questions and was impressed. Very fast and thorough. The clean floor and windows was an added bonus.I have learned not to even try to park since they are there waiting before I can even get out of my truck. Last visit they pulled my truck inside at 4:46 PM for an inspection and oil change and I was driving away at 4:59 PM. Highly recommended!

Amazing service, and friendly staff. I just purchased a 2013 Volkswagen Jetta TDI and I was driving to the local Walmart when I must’ve snagged something on the road, because my splash cover underneath the vehicle was hanging off and dragging on the road. I forget the name of the staff member who assisted me but he told me that there weren’t any screws holding the cover in at all and he replaced every single one of them for me free of charge. He was just doing a good deed, this isn’t even a service they have to perform. I’ve always come to this Castrol for my oil changes and will continue as long as I remain in Jacksonville. 5/5 would give higher if I could.

Been coming here 2 years. I have a warranty so I get my oil changes like clockwork. I havent driven my car the last 6 months so I didnt really need a change but I didnt wanna lose a free oil change. The gentleman looked at my mileage and oil meter and instead of continuing on he informed me I didnt need the oil change. That is above and beyond for me. I will continue to come to this place for all my basic maintenance needs.

I was coming to get an oil change done on my wifes vehicle and the gentleman who was unprofessional in how he spoke with me. He did give me the prices on the oil and I wanted to go with conventional. He then walked off as I tried to get information on how long it will take with his response being I couldnt tell you. Not welcoming service and I wont be coming back.
