I had an oil change done at this location and my skid plate was damaged due to it not being screwed back on correctly (I was traveling from Jacksonville to Charlotte, skid plate was scraping on the ground). Antoinette (the store manager) and her team redeemed themselves by putting a brand new skid plate on my vehicle. I was very upset at first, but now I am satisfied. Thank you!

Had my oil changed here on 7/31/2021 with a 5000 mile oil change done only to get in my car yesterday to hear my engine clattering when I started it. After checking my dipstick I realized I had literally no oil left at all checked the plug on the oil pan it was tight and then checked the filter to find that it hadn’t been tightened down and sealed all the way allowing all the oil to drain out. I’ve never had this bad of service before especially at a price for what they charge and none of the service checklist was ever actually completed when I went in either so I guess it was $70 spent for nothing.

I had my oil changed less than two months ago, having to use this facility instead of my normal shop In Wilmington. They have the equipment but skill is lacking. I now have a terrible leak that has drained all of my oil because they did not reinstall the oil housing back together correctly. I will not come here again and I do not recommend you do either.

I went to get an oil change, which cost me $80.00. They took less than 10 mins to change my oil. My a/c was working upon arriving at the place and when I drove off after they were done, my a/c was blowing really hot! It was when I tried to check the receipt of what they did, was when I realized that I didn’t even get a receipt from them. Went back and asked them to check it because of what was happening and the manager assured me that she checked everything and that they didn’t do anything wrong. She then encouraged me to go to an a/c specialist to get it looked at up the road, as jiffy lube does not do a/c work. From that one visit, my car went downhill. I’ve had to change my a/c fuse but that only corrected the issue for a while. NOT KNOWING WHAT WAS GOING ON WITH MY FREON. Not knowing the long term effects of what was going on inside the car, my a/c started blowing really hot again. Every time I changed the fuse and cut the a/c on and it blew the fuse. Finally took it in to a mechanic I trusted and the Freon was checked. It was so high, it could have blown my engine and car up. They had to let it out. Where did all that Freon come from??!! Further checks revealed that there was an electrical issue and that the pigtail was burnt up, condenser and compressor and everything down there needed to be changed out. This cost me $1500 to fix my car. I’ve never EVER had any issues with my car prior to that. I’ve had it for 4 years and never had an a/c problem. I take good care of my car and service it when I should. It was my first time doing to jiffy lube to do any maintenance and I regret it. I’ve always heard stories about that place and how shady they business is but I still went. I hope this never happens to anyone. It’s completely messed up to think that you trust someone with your car and they mess it up with the intentions to make more from you or do their friends to make money. While I have no proof of what exactly they did, I’ve lost trust in even taking my car elsewhere to get it looked at by anyone, and that really sucks. Be careful who you trust with your vehicle and if you can do the job, then do it. Learn about your car, especially as a female because people will scam you of your money and make you have to spend more money to fix your car.

Showed up probably an hour after they opened and noticed they didnt have any customers yet so I figured I wouldnt have to wait too long. I didnt have to wait long at all, to where it felt super rushed like I was taking away their free time and inconveniencing them. The worker who went over the stuff with me basically asked, are we doing what we did last time? Im thinking to myself, I dont know, how about we actually go over everything and then Ill make a choice. Very limited to what he said about the oils and didnt say anything about my filter, tires, transmission, etc. The reason I bring my vehicle in for an oil change is to also keep everything else up to date but I guess they didnt really seem to care on the day I went. So, if you dont appreciate my business then Ill find someone else who does

Jiffy Lube almost cost me an accident. My left front brake bleeder was left loose with a 10mm wrench still attached to it! Despite getting refunded from the manager a week later, I would not recommend this place to anyone. Jiffy Lube left me feeling unsafe in my vehicle with my family. Jiffy Lube also messed up on my inspection sheet. They had my vehicle odometer reading at 103,056 miles when there’s only 76,180 on it. Jiffy Lube will hand you over an unsafe vehicle!

Came here for a quick inspect for first time vehicle registration. Quick service and very courteous. Ill definitely be back for routine maintenance. My car has a lot of aftermarket parts, the staff was very cooperative with everything.

Update:Communication with the district manager was fantastic and he was very understanding of the situation, which I appreciate. Thank you.Overcharged for combo brake job that can be done for less than half the price down the street. We wont be back.

Definitely not my business of choice as I’ve had a bad experience once before with the exact same thing I’ve experienced once again on my latest visit. Only difference is when is submitted feedback about it customer service was the absolute best addressing the problem in a prompt and timely manner. I only went back to this location because I needed my oil changed and because I stopped to the another location and they was very busy so it was going to take a while. They offer free complimentary vacuum with the oil change of which is the same problem I had once before at this location because obviously they classify a free vacuum as cutting corners and only partially vacuuming the quickest they can by just vacuuming my floor mats and leaving all other debris I went there with on the floors and between the seats and door still there when I left. Literally left my floors completely dirty and tried to mask it by vacuuming my floor mats only! This is totally unacceptable and a complete insult for the price that I paid to have such low class service. Make no mistake about it I can and have been vacuuming my own vehicle with no problem but the point is why try to intimidate people with offering free complimentary services then do a bum job with little to no effort or care in the world about how it was done?! Obviously if this matter was addressed accordingly the first time I submitted feedback about it maybe it wouldn’t have been a problem again. Lesson learned for me now I don’t have any desire to use any Jiffy Lube I’ll take my money elsewhere.Cutting corners with simply fully vacuuming my vehicle out tells me one thing and one thing only they will cut corners under my hood or anywhere else on my vehicle as well. I don’t trust them anymore I’m not going back and “NO” I definitely don’t recommend.

This isnt no regular jiffy lube, well it kinda is...but the customer service is 10/10! They they serve a vehicle fast, the best jiffy lube in Jacksonville.

Excellent customer service. Techs were personable and explained the work. They were a little slow, but I think understaffed. I was there an hour and a half and saw no fewer than 20 cars come through. Only saw 5 techs though.I will certainly be back.

Quick service and reasonably priced. They usually have coupons as well and if you’re military they do offer a military discount. We keep returning to them. Always a good experience.

Came in for a Groupon I bought for an oil change and tire rotation for my Jeep Wrangler with custom side rails on it. The mechanic informed me that they cannot do the tire rotation because they do not have the proper equipment to lift my vehicle. This is definitely a downfall because majority of the vehicles like mine are customized and there are quite a few running around on the streets in this specific area. On a good note, Customer service is great!They updated me every step of the way and was very cooperative. The service was done in a very timely manner and that is very much appreciated. Would recommend this place for oil changes anytime.

I have been going to this business for over 5 years. I love this place. They always get me in and out and let me know what services are needed for my vehicle. The employees are very friendly. Most professional service I have had in Jacksonville when servicing my vehicle. The managers are always on top of their game. Got an oil change here. They didn’t tighten the oil filter all the way up and when I was on a cross country drive the oil filter became very loose and I lost all oil pressure. Now my lifter is ticking and cam is going bad. Put my truck in the shop and it’s costing me 3300$ all because of jiffy lube. Your job is oil changes and you can’t even do them correctly. Poor business never go to them. Bette off doing the oil change yourself

I went into this shop on Monday for an oil change. When my mother and I went inside to sit down we could hear the employees talking about us through the door. In a very objecting manner. We knew that they were talking about us because we were the only women in there. Even the men that were in the waiting are with us were shock by the behavior. We were so upset we just left and didnt even talk to the manager and no one even came out to see what was wrong. We where very upset with the professionalism that was display in the shop that day and we at probably never going back.

Waited for over 2 hours for tires when I was one of the only customers there. They gave me a quote 2 weeks ago and it was $70 more when it came down to it. They didn’t even put the air pressure caps on two of my brand new tires. Do not recommend

Came here for a inspection and lady charged my a $60 cash just to pass my inspection over a little bit of window tint on my car. In Raleigh I didn’t get charged for that. Such a rip off from this place and definitely never coming back. The lady there also had an attitude.

The staff make a really great effort to get you the best services for your car and never talk down to you (which is important to me as someone who lacks that kind of knowledge). They are also very communicative and efficient.

In two words, I am extremely disappointed. I usually patronize the local shops but I always thought highly of this place as a backup. In fact, I used to take my car AND my wifes car here at least twice a year...sometimes three or four times actually, since I keep such a busy schedule. They were always fast, friendly, and seemed reasonably priced. What more could you ask of a place?Well a few months ago, my wife mentioned to me how expensive they are. After looking at her receipt, I realized she was tricked. She paid some amount, over $100, for a basic oil change. As it turns out, she had been charged somewhere in the neighborhood of $50 for a bogus coupon book during her visit. I had always gotten the stupid thing for free, but they saw her as an easy victim and slipped it right by her.To whoever from this business reads this: shame on you and shame on your employees. Capitalizing on the ignorance of a young woman is disgusting . Unfortunately, I know you will survive because the turnover rate in this town is unprecedented. For my part though, I will make sure that everyone I know is aware of your shady practices.

I was a bit disappointed today after my visit to Jiffy Lube at 452 Western Blvd. Jacksonville, NC. I cant help but feel like there was an attempt to deceive me just a bit.I know these kinds of places make $$ on the extras they are able to sell beyond the basic service. When I met with the lady at the computer to go over all my recommended services, look at my air filter, cabin filter, etc. she showed me their break lining thickness gauge. She told me my brakes were almost to the point of grinding into the rotors. I informed her that I didnt know how that was possible since I had just spent over $500.00 having my back brakes on both sides replaced a month ago. She kinda hesitated and said, she didnt know what they were doing and that they would check them again. I could understand if they were busy, but I was the only vehicle in the bay at that time, so it couldnt have been like they mixed me up with another vehicle.I really do want to give people/businesses the benefit of the doubt. I know people make mistakes. However, I cant help but feel that there was an attempt to deceive me today.

Do not go here!!!! Save yourself the anger! I took my BMW for an oil change, guy says 15-20 minutes. Oh cool, great! 20 min later, we don’t have your oil filter but we are going to track it down. Another guy says oh it’s going to be about 20 minutes we are having it delivered, original guy comes back 15 minutes later and says I can’t find it. But what about the guy that told me it was on the way? Well, he was mistaken. So we are going to put the old filter back in, but I’m not going to charge you for it and I’ll take $15 off the oil change itself. Ok. Comes out to $100 still?! How the hell is that possible?! Get in the car, the hood was still opened and they didn’t reset the maintenance light... so there were 2 guys on google trying to figure this out for 10 minutes and I finally gave up. They are the worst, first and last time!!!!

This place is not kid friendly. I dont know what was going on but the one black man kept looking at my 12 yr old daughter. I did speak with the manager Antoinette and advised her of the creepy vibe. The workers name was Desiare. She said she would speak with him. I WOULD NOT ADVISE GO TO THIS LOCATION. also before coming I kept trying to call and they would let it ring and that hang up.

Service was quick and efficient. Very nice guys. Just dont come here and expect to get without spending at the very least 80 dollars for an oil change. Thats why they get 3 stars. Out here robbing people

I have no complaints on the service, was fast and professional, BUT where the problems come is the MASSIVE over charge. For a 5 quart, full synthetic oil change with filter cost me 98 dollars. ABSOLUTE RIP OFF. My home town Jiffy lube charges me 54 dollars out the door. Consider this before you get your oil changed here.

Customer service was great but the quality of service was very poor. I went on Saturday 10/6 to get a oil change and for them to change my differential fluid. The next day on my way to Church with my family, I come to a stop light and as I let up off the gas. My truck begins to shake and make a grinding noise. So I call the location where I had the truck serviced and the manager asked for me to bring it in. So I finally made it in with all the grinding going down the road. After looking at the truck, the noise continued and we were told that the noise should go away within 30 min.I drove the truck around town for a little to see if the noise would go away. Nothing. As I get closer to my house I take my foot off the gas to slow down (not touching the brakes) my truck starts to shake again and the grinding noise gets worse and it feels like my truck is about to shut off. Finally as I get to my house with all the grinding noise. My family and I smell something burning from the rear of my truck and I noticed that all the differential fluid is leaking out.Never had any issues with my truck until now. Take in mind it is a fairly new truck with low miles. Very very disappointed.

Got my tire “patched” drove it home and the tire is flat. You also lost the cap on it.

Horrible service. Got here at 12:45 and waited almost 2 hours and I still have not gotten my oil change. The lady said it goes by order but I was there before 4 of the cars that finished and they got there after I did.

I personally will not be going to this place again. To have to pay 45 dollars (slightly less with a coupon, its still not worth it), I expect to get at least the basics of what Im paying for and with good customer service. This was not the case; my fluid levels were not topped off (I realized once I got home), my windows were not cleaned, my carpet was DEFINITELY not vacuumed (but they stated that it was on my receipt) and the customer service was below average. They did the absolute basic on my car and the whole process seemed rushed as if they didnt have time to answer any of my questions, just pay and go. Disappointed. I do not recommend this place at all.

Kind employees, poor service.Put too much oil back into my vehicle at an oil change -- this can wear out the piston rings and seals etc on vehicles. I had to return to have some of it drained off. Honestly, wouldnt you fill the oil between the L and the H on the dipstick if you did it yourself?Did not reset the oil-change maintenance interval on my vehicles computer.Did not register the VIN of the vehicle on the receipt (for future warranty purposes).Also, is WAY TOO EXPENSIVE. Costs $45 for oil change or $35 if you have a coupon. My dealership charges the same... Standard non-synthetic jiffy oil change should be around $20 these days. I dont plan to return.

Friendly, however they failed to mention I had a stripped oil pan plug until I had to find out myself. And they also stripped my tire lug nut and failed to mention it to me, which ended up costing me more money for another shop to fix. Won’t get my business again.

Horrible I recommend gts express thats where its at under 40 gets vacuumed windshield done top off all fluids brake power steering coolant washer fluid Grease fittings check all filters a honest 18 point inspection of youre vehicle change oil up to five quarts and oil filter about ten minutes great place always go there buy five sixth ones free or they have a 21 dollar oil and filter oil change but I prefer all the extra stuff for the extra 15 bucks

Was eagerly greeted car side even before getting in line for service. Offers free wi-fi and coffee for patrons. Arrived at 11:30 on a Sunday with a couple cars ahead of me and after an oil change and tire rotation was on with my day by 12:10. Friendly service from start to finish.

They spilled oil all down my Mercedes motor and I smoked for 2 days while it was burning off...took it back to them three times. They threw a little water on it but the second time I showed them that the oil cap wasnt even on tight. Last time I got this franchise location!

I went here a few times. The last time I went here was about a year and a half ago. Theyre really expensive. The mechanic was also pretty rude to me last time I was here, and the oil change took me about 3 hours of waiting when they really werent even that busy. I would suggest going somewhere like NTB or elsewhere. Ive had much better experiences with NTB. My oil changes are more expensive because I have synthetic oil in my car, but NTB does a free tire rotation, and this place will charge you for it. My past experiences werent bad, but based off of what happened the last time I went here, I wouldnt go back again.
