First, ALL the employees were very nice to work with in closing my purchase of G80. I did the deal 200 miles away from my home. There were a few clarifications we needed to make, but all worked out well. Norberto was always attentive and worked hard for my business. The support from everyone else was outstanding. I truly enjoyed the upbeat atmosphere in not easy times. If you are looking for a Genesis, I strongly recommend this dealership and Norberto!

Was looking to get a lease. They were to appraise my car and took my keys to take a few photos. When I returned to my car after the lease didnt work out (they charge you fees for things you dont need), I found out that 1. They drove my car recklessly without my permission 2. The driver was not wearing a seatbelt for the duration of the ride. What kind of service is this? I will report this to corporate along with the video footage of the incident. Ill be talking my colleagues to never step foot in here ever.
