I brought my 2017 Mazda6 here on February 18th 2021 to have my windshield wiper fluid system looked at and fixed. When I received my car back the windshield was cracked. They did not tell me this I saw it myself. Then after looking at the photos it proved there wasn’t a crack when I entrusted my Mazda with them. Their reaction was very unprofessional. They said they were going to fix it and would call me. After 3 hours I called them for them to say they weren’t going to replace the windshield. Claiming it had a chip when it did not. The replacement cost me 860 dollars. I won’t be taking my car to this dealership again. I recommend you don’t either.

Refused to sell the car I was interested in for the price it was listed on Autotrader. I even showed the listing to the salesperson. I went to another dealer and bought a year newer car with 10,000 less miles for a lower price.

Pressure and Stress free test drive and look at the vehicles of interest. Then when I was interested but the car was out of my range, they were flexible and understanding and gave me a decent enough drop for me to agree to purchase the car that I wanted. They were very interested in making sure I was happy with my purchase.1 thing I recommend is, if youre buying from carousel, get the extended warranty package. Cover for any mechanical or electrical issues covered by the warranty. Quite nice, worth it.My salesman Benjamin Cool, volkswagen specialist was very patient and understanding. Their finances guy Sharif was great too.All in all a great and welcoming place.
