Justin, theyoung man who found me this wonderful car, was knowledgeable, courteous, helpful, and had a sense of humor. :) Chad, the young man who helped me with the finance part of the purchase, was also knowledgeable, helpful, courteous, and had a sense of humor.

I was pleasantly surprised that the gentleman that picked up my vehicle knew what was likely wrong with it. I felt like a knowledgeable person was picking up my vehicle and it made it easier to trust them with my vehicle.

Just a standard oil change. It was great service and I appreciate the information on recommended additional service without a push or feeling obligated to do it at that point. I also appreciated the vehicle being washed following the visit.

Great service department. Ive used this service department for the past 6 years for my Sentra. Always friendly staff. They give you a $5 off coupon to use for your next oil change always. And occasionally mail you a $10 off coupon.Today they changed my oil, rotated my tires and washed my car in 25 minutes for $31 after my coupon. It was also a 4 thousand mile oil change. Forever pleased.

Looking for a vehicle to fit my budget. After test driving an Altima, Trent pointed my in the direction of a Rogue and Murano. The Murano fit our budget and is what we choose. When I bought my car back on August 8th, I was very happy with the sales person Tyler Thompson. The person I did not appreciate was Tylers manager who tried to sell me the upgraded car policy that all sales managers sell. I just didnt appreciate the 180 tone in TJs voice. Other than that. Beware, Carousel Nissan is the sleaziest car dealer I have ever experienced.Bought car from a listing online. After I purchased it, the listing was pulled. This would not have been an issue, however when I received the car it was missing critical safety features that were advertised. After days of trying to contact the dealer, I was told that because the listing was pulled and no information was saved, I am stuck with a car I do not want.

We had an excellent experience at Carousel. The manager walked us through our options in a way that made our buying decision easier. He gave us a very fair price for our trade-in, as well as the new vehicle. Our salesperson was very knowledgeable and took time in explaining the numerous features of the vehicle. I would definitely return to Carousel, and would recommend it to anyone who is considering purchasing a new or used vehicle.

I am writing this for my husband. Well the only thing I know, I will not buy from them never again. My husband bought a car from them and he bought a warranty. Later we decided that we dont want the warranty. Is my money so we decided if we want to keep it or not. He went to the dealership and told them that, he doesnt want it any more. The person who took care of him was very unprofessional about it and was mad about it. Like I said IS MY MONEY SO I DECIDED WANT I WANT TO DO IT.
