Very disappointed with my experience with this dealership. We were in the market for a used vehicle and purchased a 2012 Subaru Forester in late August. When we purchased it, there were a couple cosmetic fender guards that needed to be replaced, so they kept it for a few extra days. We appreciated that they took the time to make sure it was looking good for us. Those fender guards fell off when we were driving after less than a month. We also started smelling burning oil only a couple weeks after purchasing. When we brought it in to our mechanic he told us that the oil leak appears to have been there for awhile. When we purchased the vehicle we were told that it had passed an inspection, but there was no mention of an oil leak to us. I tried contacting the dealership to talk about the matter, but was told twice the used car manager was out and that they would relay the message and have him get back to me. I have heard nothing. I will now have to spend a couple thousand dollars to fix an oil leak on a car I just purchased.

I was nervous about buying my first car as the used car market had low inventory and I had little knowledge about cars. After going to another dealership that did not seem to take me seriously, I was even more hesitant. Lindsay and Brian S. at Inver Grove changed my perspective immediately. They seemed to care about me, not just my money. They were thorough in explanations and honest about how long the process would be to get my car. Have always had great service here for our 2017 Land Cruiser. Prompt, courteous, and they do a great job on all our requests even handling our special requests without missing a beat. What is also appreciated is when they offer ways to save on maintenance by buying maintenance packages ahead of oil changes which in the long run save money over buying oil changes individually.

I had a very poor experience at this dealership. I reserved a new Highlander and the lead time was about 2 months. The plan was to finance the vehicle. The day the vehicle arrived, the sales person (Peter Ihle) told me that I had to pay cash and couldnt finance. He said either wire them cash from my bank or he will cancel the sale and refund my deposit. He said I couldnt finance since I was out of state and they couldnt title the vehicle because of my states rules. I spoke with my state and found out there was a way to title the vehicle and the dealership just wouldnt. The sales manager (Greg G.) then said that since they couldnt title the vehicle they wouldnt accept a check from my bank because they said the bank would come after them if I didnt title the vehicle properly. After conferring with my bank we called Greg G. and told him the bank would come after me, not the dealership. Greg G. then changed his story and said they cant accept checks from banks because theyre unsafe and can be canceled. I argued with Greg/Peter for about a week and finally escalated to the GM who said of course we accept bank checks and there was no titling issue. Overall I had a very poor experience and wasted many hours arguing over a very simply and straight forward transaction.

Brian was not helpful nor was his assistant. This was a horrible experience. We asked for a better price and were told that he couldnt even ask or work with us. He said they would laugh in my face.We went to Maplewood Toyota and the guy was lovely and got us the best price he could. Bought a car today at Maplewood Toyota. The service and energy at inver grove was horrible. He gave us the wrong information and didnt even take us inside to discuss the cars. He acted like we werent serious about buying.

It is probably best to be on your gaurd when going to this dealership. I sat in the waiting room and watched as every service attendent tried to oversell everyone there. I have not been charged for an alignment while buying new tires before. I have a feeling they are hurting in this time and are trying to make up for it. The people are nice, so must just be a management thing.

Over 2 hour wait for an oil change with an appointment. They clearly didnt inspect anything as my left wider blade needed to be replaced and they didnt say a word about it. I honestly wouldnt be surprised if they did absolutely nothing other than turn off the maintenance needed notification. The female checking people out at the end of their hours long wait seems to think its funny that people are waiting so long for their service. No one bothered to check in with me or let me know whats going on, I had to ask them what was happening after waiting a half hour past the time they told me it would be done. Literally worst customer service ever! Take your business elsewhere!!!

Well, I think the used Honda Pilot I got will be a great car, I’m glad I bought it. But I did not enjoy the high pressure classic used car salesman experience. They seemed annoyed that I wanted to think about my $10,000 cash purchase for 2 minutes before I made the final decision. I left with a bad feeling, but ultimately I’m glad I found the car.

First time here waited 3 hrs for an oil change and tire rotation and at the end cant even wash my truck shouldve just went to Maplewood or golden valley.Its gonna be a first and last time taking my business here

Come on guys, you can do better. Two service visits in a row 10k and 15k -- Same issues as last time.Tires were 10% over inflated when I specifically asked (on the service order and in person) NOT to touch the pressure. Car was washed, when I asked NOT to do so unless it was touch free (I do not like paint scratches). Oil change and tire rotation took two hours (with an appointment). Paper floor mat and plastic steering wheel cover left in the car when parked, trash on floor that fell out of the glove box during service opening, my seat was moved way forward (it should be moved back if the driver adjusts it to move across the parking lot). Tech also reset my Trip A (377 miles) gas mileage counter to ZERO instead of Trip B which showed 5,500 miles.

The whole process was smooth, from taking the test drive to arranging financing, and I got the car I wanted quickly!

The staff couldnt have been more friendly! Perry completed my sale. Everyone was respectful and patient and answered any questions I had. They were also flexible. I need the car delivered so Perry agreed to drive it to my place and I will drive him back. They made me feel like an informed consumer and told me of options with no pressures. I even decided on the spot to make inver grove toyota my auto service shop. Highly recommend!

Bought a used car here. My experience with the dealership was fine. I had regular maintenance done here and every time they would charge me around 50 bucks and threw in a car wash before pickup.I needed a hub cap and a couple new wheel barring bolts that got destroyed during an attempted theft and it was due for routine maintenance so I decided to have it towed there to kill two birds with one stone. They tow was done by another company. Inver Grove Toyota charged me $290 for 4 bolts and an oil change. They tried to charge me $130 for a single hub cap (which I would never consider, you can find it for less than half that price elsewhere). As the icing on the cake, they didnt give it a wash. My car was dirtier than when it arrived.I wont be getting any further service done here.

This is the second new Prius I’ve bought from Bryan. It isn’t said very often about auto salespeople, but Bryan is honest, trustworthy and takes all the stress out of buying a car. We felt like we got a great deal. I don’t plan to ever buy a car anywhere else. From start to finish, everyone I worked with was top notch.

This seems to be the case every time I’ve dropped off my car and leaves my car looking worse than it did before the wash. Free car wash each time you go for servicing. Great team work, clean environment. I like their expertise. You will always be reminded by emails or phone calls when your car is due for maintenance. Just purchased a new vehicle. They made the buying experience fairly easy and comfortable. Im not big on negotiating, so we first shopped at a no hassle dealership of a different brand. Based on what we were quoted for a similar SUV at that dealership, I was able to respond to their original price offer with an honest statement of what price I needed to be at to but immediately, or we would wait a couple of months until we had more cash down as I knew what I could afford for monthly payments and the term I wanted (only 36 months). They quickly worked with us and we actually got what seemed to me to be a good price. We did go with the extended warranty which i would normally not do(the reason we are buying our 3rd Toyota is for the reliability), but since there is so much new tech since our 2005 Camry, we thought it was worth having it as basically an insurance policy, If we get to the 8 yr/100,000 mi mark and havent needed it I will consider that a good thing.
