Previously purchased two cars from the dealership. Noticed a car on the website, inquired via their website, got the typical response, give us your phone number.. I had three simple questions, mileage on car, remote start? and what engine. The young lad that replied to my inquiry didnt answer my questions or reply, so I tried another inquiry, no response, tried another one this morning, no reply. Our my questions a guarded secret? why do I have to call to get the price, is that also a guarded secret? Get with the 21st Century, its no wonder Carvana is taking such a large chunk of the market. I buy many cars, I guess I can take this dealership off my shopping venue. Call for a price?? Really, dont be ashamed, the price of a used car has increased 67 percent in the past year, you folks are making money faster than you can count it, dont be ashamed, its business! Good by and good luck! Your business model is 20 years old.
Andy was a killer salesman! I originally wanted a used car or a lease, but after his advice and showing me a few cars I left the same day with a brand new Kia! I adore it and I am so glad he helped me out. I highly recommend talking to him if you are at this location. Buying the car took a hot minute, but he was so fun the whole time and made the process so much easier!

Car repairs never start on a positive note. You bring your negativity with you. The group in the service area are always positive and work to understand your issue asking questions so the mechanics know where to focus their expertise. The mechanics work diligently to have your car back as quickly as possible. Communication about the diagnosis and repair was great. I was able to text, call or email and received a response within an hour, most of the time quicker.

Wow! I dont know what I was so nervous about. There has never been a easier time to buy a car, and thats all thanks to Luther Inver Grove. From start to finish it was a great experience. There was absolutely no pressure while we were browsing cars, yet the second we were ready for they had someone there for us. That person was Dennis V. Denny, as we now call him, was one of the most patient humans Ive ever met. He graciously answered every single one of our questions, and I didnt feel a single bit of pressure from him the whole time. He was able to draw us up two great deals, so we ended up getting two cars in just over 3 hours start to keys in hand driving off. Shout out to Business manager Jamie for being a Rockstar as well. She was able to help take the price down a step further, and was so nice and helpful throughout. This place rocked, I would highly recommend coming to Luther for your next car, or two.

I bought a 2021 Kia Forte and Andy was my salesman. He never told me any of the feature about the car I was looking at I had to ask. It felt like all he wanted was to get me in a new car whether I liked it or not. Which I do like my new car the only good part about this whole experience was the finance went very smoothly. They gave me a terrible trade in price which I had to argue with them. (Arguing with a customer). I tried to work with them and they never responded. If you want to feel like you got ripped off and have a salesman that doesn’t talk to you and keep you up to date then this dealership for you!
Went to a competing Nissan dealership to get a white Nissan Maxima SR. They did not have any in stock and said they would not be able to factory order any because Nissan was not taking factory orders. They also said they would not be able to accept my trade-in because they did not work with Mitsubishi leases.I contacted Luther Nissan and spoke with Igor who, despite not having any Maximas in the style I was looking for, was very helpful and let me place a factory order since there were none available nearby. While waiting to hear back from Nissan, a Maxima in the color and trim I was looking for was located at a dealership in Lacrosse, WI. Igor contacted the dealership and was able to facilitate a dealer swap and got me into my new car. Igor was nothing but helpful from the start and was easy to work with. Thank you so much!

Every part of the process was easy and clear. Interactions with the employees were fun and pleasant. We love our Rogue already! Andy also convinced me to apply for financing through them, even though we were pre-approved at our credit union; Luthers financing cut our interest rate by quite a bit. It was overall a great experience!
I was very pleased with the service at Luther Nissan of Inver Grove and the helpfulness of Service Manager, Greg (Sorry, didnt get his last name). I had come in on a short schedule for just an oil change and though the department was about to get very busy, Greg had my Frontier set up for the service very quickly. He also took the time to show me some easy fixes for the rail system I have in the trucks bed, and Im able to now use them as designed. I cant say enough for the extra mile Greg went to get me on my way, but I can say Ill be back to LNIV for whatever service the truck needs. -Norm

Stopped in couple months ago to test drive cars as its been years ( ive always drove SUVs). The were very patient in the many cars I wanted to test out. I ended up ordering a new one. It arrived two and a half weeks early. They kept me informed on all updates and the pick up day went very smooth
Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Took over an hour. I had a coupon for a free oil change from slow service in the past so only paid for the tire rotation. Before dropping my car off I checked the tire pressure. On my way home I checked the tire pressure again, and discovered one was still low (the same one). They did not rotate my tires and still charged me for it. I called them out on it, and they gave me a refund, but it was by chance that I even caught it. I wonder how many people get charged for service that isnt done?
Excellent service. Greg Isham is an outstanding service manager. He listens to the customer’s concerns and makes sure the work is done correctly. If I ever have any questions about my vehicle he quickly responds. If he isn’t available and I leave a message he promptly returns the call. I continue to have my vehicle serviced because of Greg’s exemplary customer service.
I needed a 75,000-mile checkup for my Nissan before winter, and all the services were completely thoroughly and efficiently. My car runs great, and I feel confident that it is ready for winter.

Worst customer service. My sister got a lease with them and received a defective car with a non-fixable issue. After a month of visits to the mechanic, the dealership told her she was going to get it replaced. However, when she went to the dealership she was told that she needed to put a second down payment and that her monthly payments would increase if she wanted to get it replaced.Worst experience ever. I dont recommend getting a car from here. The just want to make money, dont care about their customer at all.

Advertise a 39.99 oil change- bill ended up being 98.00, attendent rold me 58.00 with a filter she said it needed. Last time they told me i needed tires, brakes when they serviced my Murano. What a racket- I needed neither. My car only has 17,000 miles on it- now own the Rogue. Like the vehicles- service charges are a rip off and had to exert effort arguing with them again- they finally dropped it to 58.00- should have been 39.99 as advertised. That is why people say don’t take it to the dealer!!! Rip off! And the attendent was rude about it!

Everything went so smoothly! Kevin was fantastic, made me feel very comfortable. I was extremely anxious/nervous going in on my own to look at vehicles and he put me at ease. Made for a very positive car buying experience. Jamie was amazing with explaining the whole financing process and it put me at ease, and we were able to basically match what I had been paying previously on my prior vehicle, which made me feel even better. Luther just keeps proving me that they don’t care about the costumers. Had a problem with my Jetta at VW Luther years ago and they did nothing to solve it. Now my girlfriend made the mistake of getting a car from Luther Nissan and they’re even worse. Gave her a defective 2021 car and even after the engineer said the problem is not fixable they won’t replace the car. They want her to trade it in, put more money down (again), and have a higher monthly payment.Luther just keeps proving me they’re a rip off. Do not buy from any Luther dealership. We know we never coming back to any of their dealerships.

The team at Luther were nice and friendly folks, overall easy to work with. Deducted 2 stars from 5 are due to: 1) Disorganization: They arent well organized and it shows - not sure of what is or isnt on the lot, etc. 2) Age old dealer shenanigans like Sign this scrap of paper saying you agree to buy the car if the numbers work out. And having to talk to the manager and finance director. Nah, buddy, lets actually get the out the door price+TTL before we get into BS like that. Im not a fan of tactics like that as theyre high pressure lies meant to push people into a decision. We had already decided that we wanted this specific car so we ignored it but honestly we would have walked over it. 3) Hidden costs, they install a device that pulses the top bar brake light on all cars for an additional $299 thats not listed on the sticker. Again wasnt that big of a deal for us because we wanted this specific car, but Luther dealers need to drop these tactics and be honest, up front, and clear. Dont tell me the sticker price is the out-the-door price when there is this Pulse thing plus TTL still undisclosed.My advice, if you do shop at Luther come in and make it clear youre going to walk easily and go elsewhere if they pull any of these shenanigans. Sometimes you just have to be firm and keep your keys so you can walk.
As always I was in and out in a decent amount of time. Scott always knows exactly what I expect and what I like. I never have to deal with any of the number games. Perfect service every time. Scott is by far the best guy to work with- hes a straight shooter and there are never any catches. This is my 4th car Ive leased with Scott- I will not lease with anyone else.

Buying a used car at Luther Nissan was not a pleasant experience. The salesforce is OK, but they are absolutely beholden to a sales manager who seems to make their lives miserable, as well as the customers. I don’t think I’ve ever been treated so poorly in making a $10,000 purchase.

He got the paperwork going, loan pre-approved, etc, so basically all I had to was go drop off my old vehicle and drive off in my new Nissan!
