I visited Deals with Wheels today to check out a car. I called about 15 minutes before I coming. The gentlemen I spoke to on the phone didnt realize one of his mechanics had the car in the shop to change its wheel bearings. He felt terrible about saying I could come check it out when it wasnt ready. He gave me and my friend a $20 gift card to a nearby restaurant to have some lunch and come back in an hour.It wasnt done yet when we returned, and upon looking at it through the windows, it just wasnt what I was looking for. Regardless, their customer service was very kind and unexpected! If I were just rating their customer service, I would say 5/5. I put 4/5 simply because the car was priced above Kelley Blue Book.

I bought a truck from here a couple weeks ago. I went with my fiance, both in the middle of rebuilding credit. Already had a nice vehicle we were looking to keep while getting a second loan for a much more expensive truck. Went there thinking it was about a 25% chance of getting approved. We did get approved, but had to put down more than we wanted to. Which was ok. Alex stayed late on a Saturday to get us finished and get us sent home in the truck. He is very knowledgeable and good at what he does.Only reason i dont rate 5 star is because im a bit disappointed in the truck that wasnt noticable when i bought it. A couple of the trucks on their lot had VERY noticable buffer trails. The one i purchased happened to be dirty so they werent noticable. I keep mine and my fiances vehicles very clean, i typically wash every couple days. I have only washed the truck once, because soon as i did it looked horrible in the sun light. So now i plan on keeping it dirty because it looks better. It drives me CRAZY to have to keep it dirty. I also found out the seat heater doesnt work soon as i got home. These problems are not the end of the world obviously, but when i am paying almost 50k for a truck over 4 years those little things do really bother me. Especially when i already need to get tires for it, which i knew purchasing the truck...None of this is Alexs fault, hes a very good guy to help get you car/truck. Just look very carefully at the paint of their vehicles, and try to look at them when they are clean as buffer trails are not possible to see when they are dirty. Easily noticable in direct sunlight on a clean surface, especially darker colors.I will change my review if i find a place and it doesnt cost a whole lot to fix the issues. Again...it is a VERY good place to get a vehicle if your credit isnt perfect.

Hi this is Monroe Page, and I hope this is one of the best reviews that deals with wheels receive. I was at a point in my life to where I was rebuilding my credit and had just recently paid off all of my tickets and receive my drivers license again it had been almost 10 years plus. This was the first place I came to in order to get a car, i never even test drove the car. I showed my wife and she said, if thats the car you want apply for it. And we apply for it, and within a matter of days we were approved by one of the better companies that they sent the loan offer too. Alex our financial advisor, as well as Ken whom sold us the car. Not a good place to get your car, sold us a 2009 Dodge journey with engine light on and drivers window got stuck and when we brought it back all they did was make it stay up they never repaired it, we have had nothing but issues and have been paying for it to be repaired since we bought it. Don’t go here they only care about themselves to sell a family with babies a car with trouble.

I was financed for a 2012 rav4 from Deals with wheels. Claudia helped me out for my second time working with her with my second car. Financing was easy and it was pleasant to work with. I was so happy to find out my dream car was attainable with my bad credit. I do believe they stand by their financing guarantees. Their cars are great on mileage and they offer some good warranty’s, giving me the confidence to buy through them. I referred my boyfriend who has also been approved on bad credit. I definitely think this is a great place for someone with bad credit or any credit. They have nice cars, friendly atmosphere and are willing to work with you.

Buying my car with Claudia went smoothly.The rest of my experience however has been TERRIBLE.The terms of me purchasing my car with them was that they would replace my touch screen radio and the fan for the heat and a.c. that went out the next day. Also the tires were wearing so bad on the outside that they were ready to pop within a month. They told me because they fixed the touchscreen they would not be willing to put anymore money into the car for me, but would give me the tires at cost when it came time to replacing.The touch screen stopped working within a few weeks and I found out they put a used one in that was not even the right radio for my car. By this time I was so sick of dealing with them that I have now dealt with it for about 9 months. Also finally called to get a quote on the tires and never heard back, so went to walmart instead. This company has been nothing but a headache to deal with and I wish I could return this thing and be done with them. LESSON LEARNED.
