No pressure and easy to talk to. I’ve worked in the automotive industry so I know the grind. Ed was great. This review is overdue. My wife and I purchased our new Lincoln Aviator on Memorial weekend from Braden Flanagan at Inver Grove Lincoln. We had been shopping for awhile for a new vehicle and precocious visited a number of dealers. There were 2 Aviators at this dealership that we had interest in. When we entered the showroom Braden immediately took interest in us by rising to his feet and acknowledging our presence, this had not been the case in other dealerships we visited. Braden has a great personality and made us feel welcome. We drove both the Aviators and purchased one the same day. Braden answered all our questions and has followed through answering any post sale questions right away. I will be back to purchase my next Lincoln from Braden at Inver Grove Lincoln.

I came in for a simple oil change and tire rotation on my 2019 Ford Expedition to the not so fast, Fast Lane (4 hour wait) The service writer insisted that I needed an alignment due to front tire wear and tried to sell me on one. I pointed out that my tires hadn’t been rotated in 15,000 miles (which he verified in the records) and that was likely the cause as nothing was out of alignment. He disagreed and then asked for the sale again and I said “No”. He then tried selling me on an inspection package that included an oil change and tire rotation and said it was “almost the same price” as buying them separately. When I asked what’s “almost the same price” he sheepishly said “ forty dollars more”. I’m not sure he learned math the way I did, but $40 more which worked out to 20-30% more is not “almost the same price”Based on this experience and past experiences at the dealership, you can’t trust a word that comes out of a service writers mouth. It’s all about sales and profit, which is fine but have some honestly, integrity and credibility. I’m truly surprised they don’t offer a service for 1) changing the air in the tires and 2) topping off the horn fluid, probably coming soon…….

I purchased my 2013 Ford escape from Inver Grove Ford. Its the 1st car Ive ever owned. On 2 separate occasions this Ford dealership has proven to me why sticking with them is a good idea. 1st time when my transmission started slipping and a couple of days ago when Midas just tried to lie to my face about unnecessary things they wanted me to have done to my car. He always goes out of his way to help. I would highly recommend Inver Grove Ford/Lincoln and especially Jeff Lowell.Another example of how helpful Jeff is - a few days after I bought my car, I had issues with the free Sirius trial subscription. I talked for almost an hour to the Sirius radio people and they finally said to call the dealership - it was something wrong with the radio. I called Jeff and he immediately walked me through resetting the radio to default and that fixed it! He made sure everything was working before we got off the phone. Excellent customer service - we will definitely go back to see Jeff when we want another vehicle.

Overall four stars. Ruben definately earned 5 stars. As did Steve. From listening to our needs, to selecting a car, test driving, and allowing us space and time to decide all was excellent. The fifth star was lost because we were not prepared for the three hours it took to sign the papers and take position of the car. This is perhaps not really the dealerships fault but the unexpectedly long closing time marred an otherwise good experience. We drove away with a good car, but not feeling good. Something for the industry to think about. On a good note - 5 stars for Ruben.

ITS LONG BUT 100% WORTH THE READ. YA CANT MAKE THIS UP.I bought a 2021 F-150. 5star sales service. Couldn’t be happier. The following week I return and by a Ford bed mat. Love it. The next week I return to buy a rollback topper and have it installed. Tammy Emick in aftermarket sales gave me one of the single worst buying experiences I’ve had. YOU HAVE TO READ THIS! First she gives me the price. Works for me. So I called my wife. 10sec into the call Tammy shouts “you have to give me an answer now if you want it installed”. This is an $800 Ford roll top. To add to the $70k I’ve spent there that month. IT GETS WORSE! Tammy then asks for a card. I laid the same Amex down that I’ve used previously. I told Tammy that I had $210 in Ford points I wanted to use. She said. “Just tell the cashier after you get your truck back.” AND HERE IT IS! Trucks done and I go to the cashier and tell her I want to use my ford points. Cashier says “you’ve already paid.” I said “why would I prepay for services especially since Tammy told me to let you know when I paid?” Cashier- “People usually don’t prepay but Tammy handed me a piece of paper with your cc # on it and told me to run it to make sure you could pay.” HUH? IT GETS WORSE. I said “nope I want to use points and never authorized anyone to run my card let alone scribble the numbers on a piece of paper and pass it off without saying a thing to me except “let the cashier know you want to use your points.” KEEP READING ITS WORTH IT! Cashier apologized 5-6 times and told me she dosnt understand why Tammy did this. So I talk to Tammy Emick. I suggest crediting my card back and recharging me with my points applied. AND THE GRAND FINALLY!! Tammy told me that her “manager told her they can’t do that and that their is nothing that can be done.” Never even looking at me. Then told me that I can’t even use my points towards Ford products and they are only good for services. Now I bought the 100k warranty and pretty much prepaid my oil changes. Tammy then dismissed the whole thing and picked up her phone. I left. I called Jason (a sales manager) the following day. He was polite and attentive, just like the rest of the team I worked with (except Tammy Emick). He didn’t understand why any of that happened and informed me that my Ford points do apply to my purchase because it’s a Ford product. Agreed that my card should’ve simply been credited and recharged correctly and was surprised about the shady prepayment. Jason corrected all the things Tammy had caused within 1hr.I was blatantly lied to several times by Tammy. Then when I called her out on them she blamed her manager. Then when I called her out on that she took a phone call. It felt like I was being pranked. THE END

Im from Northern WI and randomly just Googled Inver Grove Ford Lincoln after dropping family members at the Minneapolis airport yesterday. Vehicle selection in our local area is lacking (North Central WI), and I had been in the market to upgrade my 2016 Escape to an Explorer for quite some time. However, I had no idea I would be actually buying a new one yesterday! I found the EXACT model and color I was looking for on the lot. Do not bother with their Quick Lane. It is as quick as a dead turtle. I left after waiting an hour (and a mere 2.5 hours more to go). Ridiculous! Never again! I will not even consider them when I purchase my next vehicle.

Due to ordering issues consisting of Covid 19 shutdowns and Microchip shortages, we had to wait over a year to obtain our car. In fact it was so long, our original salesperson retired in the meantime. Yet when our vehicle finally arrived we were given a complete walk through by our new salesperson Jim Rued. He was very well versed on all the equipment on our car and was super helpful regarding any additional questions we had. All in all, even with the delay, we had a very positive car buying experience, the first time since 13 years ago.

On Friday evening we went to the dealership at about 430 PM, to look at some F350. Steve Stucci meet us at the door and when telling him what we wanted to look at he went right up and brought the vehicle down and we took it out for a test drive. when we got back he informed us of another F350 that for sale and would like to try it and we took it out for a test drive. When got back we told them that we would take the first vehicle now the time was about 545 and they close at 6 pm his business partner Triple J went fuel the vehicle up but we told them that would finish up Saturday morning, they said they didnt mine stay but Insisted on coming back Saturday morning.Of course during the night I was second-guessing the actual weight the vehicle can tow and when getting back in on Saturday morning I was met by triple J and he insisted on making sure that The vehicle could carry the weight needed.He didn’t ask about the vehicle that we test drove and didn’t take it he told us some facts about the vehicle that I didn’t know before so we Took another test drive the vehicle in the problems we encountered on Friday night were eliminated with the knowledge that there was an airbag in the rear of the truck we then told them that we would take this track which cost more and so they redid the paperwork and we met with Sara in finance and everyone was so friendly and so thoughtful I would always buy any vehicles I need in the future at this dealership

Had a great experience with Inner Grove Ford and sales person Tim Corcoran. With the chip shortage and the lack of vehicles it was impossible to find the truck I wanted with the features I wanted. Tim went to great lengths to keep an eye on what was coming into Inner Grove and as soon as he saw one that matched reach out to me right away to get it locked down. The other part that was awesome with Inner Grove was they where very fair with the pricing vs some other dealerships that want to charge full sticker price because they can. Unfortunately after my experience today I definitely went running to any other ford but here. Being a sales person as well, when I am looking to purchase a vehicle I prefer to be treated like any other customer. Early on in the conversation I was asked why I was shopping at this store if I worked at another dealership, obviously something on your lot caught my eye else, I wouldnt be wasting my time or yours, coming to look an inquire about a vehicle that I want to add to my family. The whole interaction was very uncomfortable, I was told I had to commit to a vehicle before getting my current vehicle appraised, Honestly if I wouldve gotten numbers for my vehicle, I would have put in a credit app and purchased a vehicle today!The rest of the process just went completely downhill from there, I felt like I ended up arguing with my sales gentleman about where I was at, he was clearly getting upset, at that instant I knew it was not wise to purchase from the dealership. I did not speak to a manager at all, but if I did I would definitely have requested working with a different individual, Im sure every interaction is not like this at all, but man this definitely is not a great experience at all, unfortunately I have recommended friends and coworkers not to shop at this dealership.

Instead someone tried to set up a buy bid which I later learned was to try to make an offer on purchasing my vehicle. After waiting 3 weeks for this appointment my vehicle is still broken needing repairs and now I should go through the process all over again to set up an appointment for a vehicle that isnt safe to drive. They have effectively lost my business based on their sales scheming. I will find a different Ford dealership who takes my concerns seriously. If I could give negative stars for this I would!

My family and I came in to Inver Grove Ford looking for support buying an Expedition. Braden Flanagan jumped to help us and went above and beyond. The Sales department was great to work with, however their service department was not. We scheduled an appointment a month in advance as early as possible for only a diagnosis of an electrical issue. I called the following day left a text and a voicemail and never got a call back from the sales advisor Ben. We werent given an explanation as to why it took so long until the next day when we showed up to pick up the vehicle. Their explanation was that they had other appointments lined up ahead of us. The whole reason for our scheduling was to avoid that. And the lack of communication made our experience a sore one.

Friendly and helpful staff! Made the buying experience a piece of cake. Came in for an oil change and left with a new Ford Edge.

NEVER NEVER USE THIS PLACE FOR SERVICE!!!!! They have had my sons car since July 28th and was working with an extended service warranty company. Which recommended a full tear down...It is now September 24th and the car is still torn apart. The warranty was denied because its not a covered part, yet they have only supplied a two sentence diagnostic that says nothing about the part at all! They are now threatening to put all of the parts in a box and move everything to their lot, as they are losing money on the service space!!! Mind you my son has been without a vehicle since July 28th, no one ever offered a service vehicle or to reimburse for a rental....SHADY BUSINESS going on behind the scenes here.....

I knew exactly what I wanted, but I was unfamiliar with so much of the technology. Tim explained all the features of the 2020 Escape I was interested in. Took my 2015 F150 into the service center for a regular tune-up. They billed me +$300 for the tune-up but then wanted an additional $500 just to replace the spark plugs.Took the truck to another dealership service center and was billed just over $200 for the entire tune-up INCLUDING changing the spark plugs.I also wanted to replace all of the lug nuts on the truck. Inver Grove quoted me nearly $400 to do so, Discount Tire did it for $90 with solid steel lugs and apologized for the high price!

New Ford all electric Mach-EI reserved a Mach-E, Select, AWD, standard range, in November 2019 as soon as they were announced. Jim Rued of Inver Grove Ford helped guide me through the, first for Ford, on-line ordering process.I picked it up Saturday March 20th 2021, the first day of spring. How appropriate for new beginnings. Huge jump in technology from my wifes 2004 Crown Victoria and a bit more than my 1930 Model A, which I have been driving since 1973.I did have to buy a phone because it uses Phone As A Key (paak) technology. I never liked carrying a phone. I would borrow my wifes if I needed one. But because of this Ford only supplies one key fob, which since you don’t always need it is more likely to get lost so I will be ordering a second to put in a safe place as a backup.Today Tue Mar 23rd was the first time I drove it on a real errand to the grocery store. I turned my phone on, opened the Ford pass app and put it in my pocket. Walking into the garage pushed the button on the door and it popped open, so far so good I’m in. Put my foot on the brake, which you never have to use with one pedal driving, and hit the start button. Voila the dash lights up and I’m on my way.One thing I notice is that I’m always speeding. Its so smooth and quiet you don’t realize how fast youre going. But there is technology to fix that too. I turned on intelligent cruise control with speed sign recognition and it keeps me at the posted limit. And if a car in front stops to take a turn it stops too and then resumes speed all without touching a pedal.The one pedal drive is really nice as you never have to hit the brakes. When you want to slow down, lift your foot off the accelerator pedal and it will turn the drive motors into generators to recharge the battery and that energy slows the car to a complete stop and it will hold it on the steepest hill without your foot on either pedal. All in all a pretty neet car.
