Hands down the best Mitsubishi Motors I have been to! The two young men working the service counter were absolutely the best. Very thorough with questions and explanations, and super professional! I couldnt find my coupon for my service and they were still able to apply it for me, which was awesome, I had never been to this location before so he walked me through the building to show me where I could plug in my laptop for work, snacks, bathroom etc. This gentleman has the calmest demeanor, and even asked me about the book I was reading upon completion of my service. Service was done in the estimated time frame that was given, and no extra stuff was pushed on me as it was always at Richfield/Bloomington (when they were open) and at White Bear Lake. This is my new Mitsubishi Motors, keep up the great work! Make sure you are paying those two young men at the service counter what they are worth!

I co-purchased a previously owned VW Jetta from Inver Grove Mitsubishi with my son, and it was in very fine condition BUT it did have 120K miles. But once I got home, a couple of warning lights came on, it stalled out at the gas station and I thought, oh great, once off the lot, Im in trouble now But NO, I called Jason and Alex and they went at this car NO HOLDS BARRED. They fixed the broken springs on suspension and cleared the intake, replaced lights that had burnt out and would not stop until all the warning lights were off and the car was good to go. They could have callously just said, hey, buyer beware but no, they went above and beyond the call of duty to make me a repeat customer and I will be. Im in the military and once my children come home from their overseas duty assignments, I will send them to Inver Grove straight away. Good job guys! Military friendly business for sure!

Went in for an oil change today and the staff was once again very friendly and prompt when discussing my car. Recieved the inspection and was told about up coming work in advance. Was a bit disappointed about the car wash being unavailable.Original review:Went in for a recall service.Staff was very kind and welcoming.They seemed to follow covid precautions well.However, the service itself was a problem.They said I would receive a multipoint inspection, which I did not get after the appointment.When I left the dealer my car sounded off and louder than usually.After pulling over, I found they had left the air intake off and the oil dipstick wasnt fully seated.I had to return to the dealer to confirm that I was able to correct their mistake. I was told to schedule another appointment if anything breaks due to this incident, but was disappointed in the level of service.

I recently bought a suv from here that has turned to a LEMON I drove it for 3 weeks tops I have reached out to dealer left name number an how to get ahold of me never got a call back now I have a vehicle with a blown engine under warranty and has been sitting for almost 3 months now at a Hyundai dealer seen as they could not contact me I took it else where now it has been waiting to be fixed with no date on when it will be done now I’m paying for a car I can’t use‼️

My partner bought a car here four months ago, it was a weird experience and now his car is in the shop for a new timing belt ($1,700) and now they said theres something about scoring on the walls of the pistons. The auto shop is incredible and said that because they didnt notice the problems with the pistons the first time around theyre going to cover the costs of everything aside from the timing belt. I could cry. Inver Grove Mitsubishi should be ashamed.EDIT:Scott reached out and offered to help with a portion of the repair bills and was incredibly quick to respond and available for calls. I greatly appreciate his help.

If I could give a negative review I would....drove MANY HOURS to test drive and buy a vehicle....kept in contact with the salesmen for 5 days asked many times about the rust, was assured it was only surface rust that the vehicle was in EXCELLENT condition. Drove 5 hours one way to essentially pick up the truck only to get there and the frame was so rusty it crumbled in your hand. Dont lie to get someone in for a sale my time is valuable too!!!

I went to Lexus at 5 pm ready to purchase a car and left emptied handed at around 7:30pm and was told to wait until 10 am the next day to hear potential interest rates and lenders. They never got back to me until 1:30 pm after I sent an email stating I wouldnt buy from them now or in the future due to lack of communication ( I called twice and texted).So, meeting Tom Thursday was a breath of fresh air. I really appreciate him just for taking the time to meet with me. I have bought three cars in my 25 years and by far the best experience I have ever had. If I need another car in the future--- I will definitely come back to him

Definitely one of the worst dealership I ever been to. If i can give it a negative review i would. Drove all the way from st.cloud to come check out a vehicle, once I got there I pointed out some chipped and scratched paint under the vehicle asked the salesman multiple times would they possibly paint the vehicle. So he went to talk to his manager and told me they would . We kept in contact for about a month and I ask him couple more times when can they paint the vehicle, he say after my bank loan goes through so I said ok Ill wait until than. After my loan went through i came to pick up the vehicle and noticed that none of the chipped and scratched paint was painted over. I talked to the salesman and he told me they didnt say that theyll promise me to paint it but instead get me a paint pen for that vehicle, at this point I asked him since they didnt paint it can they lower the price so instead he went and get his manager. The manager came out didnt even said hello or look at me and try to work out some sort deal instead he came out and said whats your bank Ill just send your loan back to your bank and walked out.Trying to pressure me to buy the vehicle after that I went back to salesman told him Im not getting the vehicle and walked out the door with the manager standing front of the door without even saying goodbye. Overall experience the salesman was polite and kept in contact with me but the manager was one of the worst people I ever met at a dealership. Definitely never supporting this dealership again.

Do not trust this dealership. They use false advertising to lure you in. I purchased a 2017 gmc acadia from here. It was listed on the website saying it has 3rd row seating. After speaking with Nick on the phone several times, reiterating that I NEED 3rd row seating, IT DOES NOT HAVE 3RD ROW SEATING!!!! so now Im stuck with a useless vehicle. DO NOT TRUST THESE CONS!

I purchased a 2014 EVO X MR at Richfield Mitsubishi when they were still operating. Unfortunately, that location closed when the AYC light came on my car a year later. I did a quick Google search and found that this location recently opened and that it was only 5 minutes away from our residence. Anyway, I brought the car in and I was told that it would take a week to repair it because the part needed to be ordered from NJ and because of COVID-19, it may take even longer. Luckily, they were able to find another part and instead of taking a week to fix the AYC, it only took 2 days! Since, then, my car is performing like it should. Anyway, Matt and his service team are exceptional! I highly recommend getting your Mitsubishi serviced here!

Quick and easy! Came in for an oil change and a diagnosis for my window intermittently working. Matt said it would be about an hour and a half and not only did it take less than that, but it turned out the connector wasnt seated properly so he waived the diag fee! We met with Josh and he is great. I could tell he researched the vehicle, and went over all the options with us. He is low pressure, friendly, and knowledgeable. Our buying experiance was excellent. We both got a good deal, and never felt the dreaded selling pressure. Scott the manager was friendly and welcoming as was the business manager.

We came in to buy a Mitsubishi and the dealership said they had 3 options available for us. We drove there under false pretense with them lying. When we arrived we were told by dealer we had only one option, a Chevy Sonic.We came prepared with financing available. We told them we wanted a Mitsubishi on several occasions. It became redundant to keep asking. We even asked for our keys back on several occasions.Three hours later we demanded our keys again and left. We never wanted a Chevy Sonic... We bought a new car elsewhere with no hassles the next day.

I had scheduled service check-in appointment due to a manufacturer recall. They were conveniently available, quick, and efficient. Everything was completed within an hour: the check-in, oil change, both filters replacement, transmission fluid change, tire rotation and complementary car wash.

We recently bought a used car at Inver Grove Mitsubishi and the salesperson and other staff were very helpful and easy to work with. I didn’t feel rushed like I did at some of the bigger dealerships around town and their pricing was good. I’d recommend to others.

When you advertise a Computer Inspection Report as part of your service (which was part of the Mitsubishi Essential Service coupon offer) then customers can only expect that any codes on the vehicles computer will be reported, but that was not what that really was, and so the customer was misled and can only feel cheated. Mitsubishi is responsible if their offers creating misleading expectations to the average customer.

This dealer is not extremely large, but you will be surprised to find quality of service they provide for you. Purchase your cars with confidence!

A relatively painless experience! Came to look into getting a 2015 Toyota Rav, but unfortunately once I got here it had just been taken out for a test drive. However, the salesperson (Josh Olmstead was his name) was very nice, and accomodating. He gave us several different options of small size SUVs, that were in my price range as well. He was able to give us a full carfax report, as well as a service history, and was very knowledgeable about the ins and outs of the bells and whistles. When we took it for a test drive all he needed was a copy of my ID and insurance, and while he rode along for the drive, he was quiet and unintrusive as I was testing the vehicle. In my opinion, they were very reasonable with the prices. In the end I was able to purchase a 2016 Nissan Rouge at 36k mileage for $17,000 with tax and title included. The manager who came to talk to us about warranty pricing was pleasant and not pushy as well. Other than that, the building was clean and well maintained, as well as the lot. Everyone was wearing masks and they had us sanitize our hands as we entered through the doors. It looks like they have a small waiting area for children as well.Overall this has probably been my best experience purchasing a car so far!
