This is the second Buick that I have purchased through Mauer Buick GMC. As always, I receive excellent customer service and attention. Not only in the sale, but throughout the lifetime of my vehicle. Matt Wheeler, my recent sales person was excellent to work with. Very knowledgeable of the vehicle I was purchasing and answered every question I had. He is very professional and friendly. Tony, who processed my paper work was very quick and efficient. Every time that Ive ever taken my vehicles in for maintenance, the service personnel have always been wonderful. They make a point of reading several we promise.... statements to customers, yet dont live by them. We traded a car in and during the negotiations I pressed Rich Scoles on our trade-in value several times. He tried to make it sound like the car wasnt worth much, and even when I presented him with listings for like cars, he dismissed it said itd never sell for what I thought. One week later, the car is listed for $6000 more than what they gave us (and more than the examples I showed him during negotiation). I have no problem with them making money on the trade, but up front and fair? NO. I called to let Rich know that I felt he wasnt upfront and all I got was defensiveness. Customer service matters. Buyer beware.

I needed service due to bad lifters on my Yukon Denali truck. The problem started on Sunday night and I was able to get the truck in the next morning at Mauer GMC. They diagnosed the problem by the afternoon, but the parts were unavailable due to a national shortage. We were leaving for a week long camping trip Tuesday morning and Mauer was able to get us a loaner truck so we could complete our trip. The parts took about two weeks to get in and the repair was done right away. Very happy with the service and would highly recommend anyone to use Mauer for their service needs.

I worked with Ben, Rich, and Tony for the transaction of my 2021 Buick Envision. I can not rave about the team and my experience more. Ben took me and my son on a test drive and was so knowledgeable and pleasant. He truly made the experience fun and made me feel at ease. Service area was not clean. Service advisor was in dirty bluejeans and a checkered shirt, no nametag or logo in sight. Could have been anyone coming to take my car! Not very professional. Did get the car serviced well and it was washed, but my experiences at other Buick service areas are much better.

Your service was excellent and delivered as promised. My shock came when i paid for my service. Oil change/rotate went from $70+ to over $90+. Sorry to say, but next time I plan to look for alternatives. It is because of this huge price increase, that i would give anyone that caveat when recommending.

When my check engine light came on I was very close to a GMC dealer in another state. They basically treated me like my business meant nothing to them. They told me they couldnt get me in until next week. When I got back to my office I made an appointment online with Mauer GMC. I was able to make that appointment for a day later. The Mauer staff was very kind and helpful. Replaced my purge valve for a reasonable price. Will bring my Terrain back when it needs service.

After going to two other dealers who showed little to no enthusiasm or salesmanship whatsoever we decided to give Mayer a try. We explained our situation and bad experience on the phone with a person who’s name I think was Kelly. She was extremely helpful and understanding and started to text us vehicles we were looking for right away so we had options. Once we arrived at the dealership we were greeted once again by Kelly and introduced to Ryan who became our main sales person. Ryan was extremely helpful and friendly and helped us fine the vehicle that was right for us. He did not push vehicles onto us but did show us the features of the vehicles we looked at. I’d highly recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a new or pre owned vehicle!

Unfortunately I leased a 2020 GMC Terrain from Mauer GMC in September 2020 and with 8,000 miles on it I have had to bring it in for the brakes and power system going out 7 times, yes exact same problem every 1,000 miles. While the services Dept (Chad is amazing!) has been very kind and helpful the sales manager Richard Scales and his sales department need to learn and understand how to stand behind the vehicles they sell.When I was told I should get out of this car by the services Dept and directed to the sales manager Richard Scoles told me he would help me and work with me because I shouldn’t be in a car that is unsafe and can’t be trusted but instead of helping me work with GM on resolution Richard took this opportunity to send a brand new sales person instead of himself, when I called ahead and scheduled to talk to him, continue to waste more of my time (having to go to the dealer every 1,000 miles and missing work to have the same problem and major safety risk to me and another driver remember brake going out!!) to try and sell me another lease of a 2020 terrain for $250 more per month and penalize me for $4000 for getting out of the current lease.While services Dept is great, sales and Richard Scales made me leave the dealership after extremely insulting me and my intelligence and still stuck paying for a car that isn’t safe and can’t be trusted. As I woman that came in to have a major, chronic, well documented safety issue resolved after paying large amounts of money for a car that can’t be trusted or felt safe in, I sure wasn’t heard, respected or treated as my issues or time mattered.To sum up If Richard Scales or the dealership couldn’t help with a proper and safe resolution he sure as heck should have properly advised of steps instead of trying to rob me of more money.

I was able to wait for the replacement of the drivers seat belt base piece. It had become defective and wouldnt hold the shoulder belt. It took only 45 minutes to replace the defective piece. Because of COVID we where not able to get certain parts allocated for my truck and I was not able to get a truck. There giving bottom end KBB deals and KBB is currently about a month month and a half behind what the market is acutally doing. Put these on the list with Walser as worthless.

I had an airbag recall on my Saabaru, and it was recommended to bring it to a GM dealership. Chad made it a quick and easy experience, their communication is top notch, and my airbag was replaced in an hour! Two appointments, one was to get the info on my car so they could order the correct part and the second was the actual replacement. Dealing with sales was fantastic. They gave us a fair trade in value for our current vehicle and a fair price for our new/used vehicle. They followed through with the warranty work that was requested.The process fell apart when it came to paying off our trade-in. We purchased 30 days ago and our vehicle has not been paid off. We were quoted with a 10 day pay off. So now I have to make another payment on my old vehicle that I dont even have anymore. If I wasnt watching that loan, I would assume it was paid already and would be getting socked a late fee and a ding on my credit report. We are also making payments on our new loan. The paperwork for the new title and plates hasnt reached the DMV yet either. So it is very frustrating to have to keep following up on this. The last 2 weeks have kind of wrecked the initial good vibes of getting a new vehicle.

Please reconsider if you are contemplating doing business with this dealership. We leased a vehicle from them in August, 2017 which we elected to purchase at lease end. Our preference was to finance through our bank, and contacted them in September asking for the final price for a lease end purchase NOT an early lease buyout. From the GM, Christy G., to Tony C and Steve C. in Finance, and others on down, we were ignored, berated, belittled; all in a rude, disrespectful and condescending manner.Communications and customer service were completely lacking. The loan officer at our bank also reached out to Steve and received the same treatment. Whether a customer makes a request once or ten times, THIS IS YOUR JOB! It took us three attempts to get the information we needed. The final figure suddenly included a $125 document fee not shown in the first two incorrect quotes. Make every effort to avoid this dealership.

It’s frustrating when a business losses touch with customer service and the idea of treating a customer the same way the business owner would like to be treated. I purchased a car online from Mauer Buick GMC on Friday July 3rd. They were closed for the holiday and I had already seen and test driven the car so I felt comfortable using their online purchase option. It was easy, including setting up the time for at home delivery, awesome right? I received an email stating that someone would contact me first thing in the morning which meant Monday due to the holiday. I waited for a phone call or an email and after receiving nothing I called them. I left a message with the receptionist and waited, still nothing. I called again and got transferred to new car sales, the salesperson knew nothing about my online purchase so he took a bit of info and said he will look into it. I got a call a few minutes later from another salesperson asking for my personal information that I already provided online, he said he wanted to fast track the process to ensure my car would be delivered on time. No problem, things are still looking good. Now I waited, it took a long time for someone to get back to me but my car was scheduled to be delivered in 3 hours, so l was happy. I waited until it felt like something must be wrong, 5 ½ hours went by and I called them again. They told me the car sold shortly after our conversation. First why did they leave me waiting 5 ½ hours?! Second, why didn’t their online purchase application let me know that the car was still available to be purchased by anyone until it was delivered to me, I would have skipped the online process and driven to the dealer. If they had called first thing in the morning like they said in their email we could have discussed that the car was still for sale and I could have given them a credit card number for a deposit, but instead I was left to sit ALL day until I finally had to call them, I didn’t get the car or even any kind of phone call. Mauer has forgotten basic customer service, I imagine someone from Mauer will respond to this review to make themselves look better but I believe in good customer service up front not excuses after the customer writes something online. I would expect better customer service from a brand new car dealer, Mauer should be embarrassed considering how long they have been in business. Mauer, you have forgotten about customer service, the core of every business!

I just want to share the outstanding experience I had with Mauer GMCs Service Department! I had a significant breakdown with my truck at 8:00am on a Monday. I was heading to work. I called the dealer and they gave me a number of a towing service. Within 40 minutes my truck was towed to the dealer and I was on my way to work in a brand new loaner vehicle. From start to finish, I was treated with FIVE STAR Service! Chad, my service representative called me several times throughout the time they had my truck. He worked with my warranty company to assure everything was covered. Thank you Chad! I really had a wow experience!

I brought my truck into Mauer GMC for an oil change for the first time because I couldnt get into my normal dealership and let me tell you from the minute I drove into the service bay, customer service was nonexistent! It started by not even getting a smile and hello from the service advisor who was extremely short with me, providing me with no information and telling me to go wait in the waiting room. Once in the waiting room, I got to sit and listen to the parts department and other staff joke around, smacking eachother with some type of item while swearing at eachother like children. The waiting room was literally 20 feet from where this was all occurring. What a joke and its blatantly obviously this dealership knows nothing about customer service and providing an inviting atmosphere for their customers. I am so thankful for my normal dealership LUTHER GMC and will definitely be using only them in the future!!

Should be a negative star ..... New potential client. Visited used dealership part for a test drive. Sales associate took my license and disappeared for nearly 10 min. Really disappointing- as I had to eventually phone the receptionist (apparently in another close building) as there was no other staff in the office. How not to waste your clients time! How ridiculous! You will not see me ever again. Not even close.

I have to say this was one of the best new car shopping experience Ive ever had.It all started with Kevin Pfeiffer reaching out to me after I placed on online query. His approach was honest and completely pressure free. I went in the next day to test drive a Sierra and asked for Kevin. He pointed me to Cory Bersinger, a sales specialist. Cory and Kevin were great at providing info but I was floored when they offered me to drive it for the weekend! I thought to myself, who offers that these days, incredible!After I test drove other brands at other dealerships but I came back Arrow because of their customer service.During negotiations, I worked with Aaron Liskiewicz and Cory. Both were respectful, direct and honest. They helped where they could and beat out five other GMC dealers that I was working with. Finally, Matt Westberg, helped me with the finance and proved to be honest and direct when they just simply could not match my interest rate Id receive elsewhere.This was a great team effort by Kevin, Aaron, Cory and Matt.
