These guys were absolutely amazing. Brian and his team actually knew more about my phone and network than my carrier did. I strongly recommend that you do not buy a used phone online, and instead buy from these guys. The phones I ordered online were reported lost or stolen, and could not be activated. Indy Cellular gave me a much better product, and helped me through the whole process. STRONGLY recommend.

My iPhone 11 battery was draining noticeably faster than when it was new. I’ve never had a battery replaced in an iPhone, I usually just ordered a new one. I reached out to Indy Cellular 4Less for a free quote, in less than a minute I was texting with the store discussing price (which is very reasonable) and how long it would take. My phone was done in less than an hour. There’s a bar right behind the Indy Cellular 4Less where you can go have beers, and actually talk to people without your phone for 45 minutes, and have 3 beers, and your phone will be good as new by the time you settle your tab. Looking forward to my next battery swap!!

I dropped my phone off for a simple screen replacement. I had to come back 2 hours later. These were the most courteous, informed, and happy staff members a business could present to a customer. A UPS delivery man came in and they were extremely welcoming to him too. Whatever your race, creed, etc etc this staff is ready to help!

Today we bought a phone. We ended up being given the wrong phone but they had good customer service and switched it for the correct phone.

They were nice, got my phone fixed in about an hour, and saved me $70.

My camera broke and would not take pictures properly. Indy Cellular 4 Less had amazing service and were very helpful. They fixed my camera very quickly and cost WAY less than the Apple store would have. I am so pleased with my service and will use them for everything phone related in the future.

Decided to go here to get phone, but had a negative experience. I was switching carriers and was getting prepaid account. To begin with, one of the guys working was just chilling, maybe on break so I understand. But the worst started when he decided to help me as if it was a hassle. I told him what I wanted to do. Keep in mind Im getting PREPAID plan, however me having my account number and pin werent enough for this guy. He asked for driver license, which surprised me because its a prepaid plan, but I provided the ID. However it wasnt enough, he asked for social security number. Its not like I was getting mortgage, I just needed a PREPAID phone. He was just being rude overall. Dont recommend.

I had an awful experience with this store. Bought a new phone from this location for $600+. Within a month it wasnt working well. I brought the phone in and they had me change service. (This cost me 15$ more per month) what is worse is that it didnt help. Within a few weeks I was back at the store and they asked to keep my phone for a few days to see if they could fix or send it back to the manufacturer. For this time they gave me a loaner phone. What happened next was that they had my phone for 4 weeks instead of a few days. During that time. The loaner phone they provided with me endured a cracked screen. (They gave me a loaner for a few days, but instead it ended up being a month and they didnt give me a case for this phone.) So I also had to pay an extra $100 for the screen for a phone they gave me that didnt have proper protection and that I had to use for way too long. So over the span of two months of issues. I endured not having my nice new phone, an extra $100 fee for a cracked screen, and an extra $15+ per month for using the service that they recommended. Dont go there, you will lose money and time. Ill leave one caveat. Two of the service people I worked with were kind and helpful. But I found the decisions made to be unacceptable.

I have been going to this store for years and not once have I had a problem or an issue. Brian and Ryan have been more than helpful every time I have gone as have the other employees. I will continue to go back despite any bad reviews or negative comments posted on this page as I believe them to be untrue or said from a person who didnt get their way. Had my back camera screen replaced a month ago and i recently discovered a lot of dust in some of the cameras and a big piece of broken glass from the previous screen, they clearly did a sloppy job.I took it back today and basically i was told to leave my phone to be diagnosed and that ill be paying for the new screen and the replacement cost so no refund nor free replacement 👎. And No im not trusting you people with this expensive phone again, fool me once...

IPhone got water damaged, unfortunately it couldnt be repaired but they were able to get me into a pre-owned iPhone and helped me restore my data all in the same visit! Have used this place for all of our phones for about 3 years now. Miss seeing Kent, but other staff are friendly and helpful. Have gotten much good advice over the years, and Kent noticed a better/cheaper plan for us with Metro several times. Helped us save a lot of money!

The place looked nice. There were two guys in the store helping customers and they were taking a long time. There were other customers sitting on chairs against the wall and I didnt know if they were in line or what was going on exactly. Neither of the guys acknowledged that I was there. After waiting what seems like 10 minutes I got up and walked out. Nobody tried to stop me. Very frustrating! I ended up going to a Castleton Mall kiosk and found what I was looking for.

I will definitely not recommend this place at all, they are the most cheter and deceitful Ive ever seen and the most bad experience Ive had.

Sold my ipad today got 70 less than there website told me i was getting. Claimed I didnt have the Apple block and he said that cost 70 dollars. Do not sell or buy to them. Another gentleman bought 4 phones from them and everyone of them failed on him. Go elsewhere. Its not worth your time. They manufacture there own reviews on here as well.Update a type c charger was included and does not cost 70 dollars. The ipad was only used once and your website said 570 dollars and you took 70 dollars. My review will stay in place and will be placed everywhere on the web. I took video of the man with the issues on iphone searching. He bought 4 phones from you and all 4 failed. Your service is a lie and your reviews are manufactured

Indy Cellular 4 Less has made the cell phone business simpler, cheaper, and more convenient. I found I was able to browse over 300 cell phones. I do not know any other place were you can see and test so many different models. The big carriers want to make you think that you have to pick only there locked phones, but in reality indycellular4less gave me more options at a better price. I have been back 5 times already for both personal phones and business phones. Thanks for all the help.

Fast friendly and fair

Yep this place is great, I was visiting Indy from Montreal,Canada and found this place from yellow pages. Good customer services and good quality phones. End up buying two phones and one when I return back to Canada and had it shipped to Canada.I have to say the ONLY PROBLEM they have is the fact that he close at 7pm had to go two times after work and end up reach few minutes after 7pm :( already closed.Hey Brain open a bit later man and stay until 8pm, with the traffic on the 82nd there is no way to leave work and be able to catch the store open. specially for the people who are in Indy for few days only (like myself)

I bought my phone from out of state.... after having dropped mine in a river!!! The owner actually approached me and said shed like to help if I needed any. She was the only one who stepped forward and I do appreciate it. Transaction was smooth, shipping was prompt and service was just over the top, what more can you ask for. My main compliment to the store would be on the immaculate appearance of the inside and outside. The guys who work here are super smart, my daughter had been searching for an iPhone 7plus, we had looked everywhere, and the tough part it needed to be compatible with Straight Talk. The service rep helped us find what we needed, and the phone was $100 less than everything we had found online or in other stores! The phone looked brand new, so they are picky when buying phones to resell which is a plus!!

If you EVER need ANY mobile phone help, these guys are the best in town. No contest. Theyre very knowledgeable, no pressure to buy or upgrade. You can trust these guys. Which is a rare thing these days.
