This is one of the best Verizon retailers in Indy! They have some awesome employees in there! Jason was so great today! He doesn’t try to just sell you stuff. He works with you to find what works best for you, and really takes his time and makes sure that you get everything you want/need. He’s got the best customer service. I’ll definitely always come to this location for my phone/accessory needs - and of course I’ll ask for Jason every time!

I was helped today by Austin at the Emerson Shoppe and it was the best service from a Verizon store ever. I came in with two new phones that were linked together by an apple ID and were receiving the same messages and everything. He worked with me for over an hour (mind you FOR FREE) making sure that both phones were separate with regards to all data. THEN, knowing one phone was for my 11 year old, he helped me correctly install Life 360 for safety purposes before I headed home. I was very thankful for his knowledge, patience and helpfulness. We normally drive across town to get new phones, but from now on, this shoppe will get our service. Thanks Austin!!

I needed a couple of items for saving my photos to my hard drive from my iPhone and the area manager, who’s name slips my mind, assisted me and was really helpful in answering my questions. He gave easy to understand explanations to one who is not so tech savvy. Very pleasant gentleman. Good experience, great service.

Stopped in today to replace my broken, ancient dinosaur of a phone and Jason was a huge help. He didnt try to sell me the most expensive phone there, but instead pointed me in the direction of what would work best for me and I appreciate that since thats not usually my experience when getting a new phone. Both he and Austin were super chill and friendly and I wouldnt hesitate to deal with them in the future.

Had been planning to get the iPhone 12 Pro for a few weeks and originally had considered going to the Greenwood store since that is where I got my iPhone X. Thankfully they were closed and I went to this location instead. Brandi took care of both me and my mom. She got me the phone I wanted for a great deal (didn’t even know that I could trade my old one in - Greenwood store had never done that before) AND she let us know about a more cost efficient phone plan (we were paying waaaay too much). My mom also ended up upgrading her phone while we were there. Brandi was extremely patient and helpful. We are so glad we came to this location!

My family and I have had it rough with phone services. We went to a few different store to get quotes. Most phone places the employees were rude n didnt really care to help us or answer our questions. We went to the beechgrove Verizon store sunday to see what deals they had to offer. The store was pretty busy and there was only one employee working, but brandi was very perfessional and ensured us she would get us taken care of. Needless to say, she did just that. She went above and beyond to make sure we got what we needed and at the best price. We ended up getting 3 phones, screen protectors and cases.She put it all together and even showed us some of the features. Context:Soooo on last Saturday, my Amazing and comfortable IPhone 6S kept blacking out. I was so frustrated. AND it was 7:39pm. AND I’m not from this side of town. AND I had called every other Verizon that was closer to my side of town and no one was answering the phone or were closed. AND my battery was about to die.My experience:I called this location and Quentin answers the phone and told me he would be available to help me. I was concerned about the time (as closing was fast approaching —8pm) while he was concerned with easing my frustration from my phone experience. He told me to come on in.I get to the store at about 7:47pm. Immediately I tell him about my dread to lose my home button by upgrading to an 11. THEN he further eases my frustration by telling me about the iPhone SE 2020!! Quentin Made me feel like apple made it for me specifically (I can’t imagine life without a home button!!).And now it’s 8pm —closing time and we are finishing up the payment and signing documents. He says to me that I have the option of setting up my iPhone and transferring info on my own or he could help me. I told him I don’t trust myself to do this efficiently and he said no problem. Quentin knew that this could be up to an hour long process and didn’t once make me feel like an inconvenience. We spoke with rich conversation where I often forgot that I was in a Verizon retailer!!Quentin is a rock star for how he eased my anxiety and made me feel valued as a customer. A phone that is comfortable is important AND the experience of that process makes allllll the difference. Thank you Quentin for showing up for me and making me feel seen and heard. Walked in the door because it was unlocked and was confronted by an employee very rudely saying they were closed. He couldnt have been more rude to me and my family. Will never go back to this store. There are plenty of other verizon retailers that have great customer service.

Jeremiah was the sales clerk who went extremely out of his way to accommodate me. I’m a truck driver and very rarely get home. Today I was in town and wanted to surprise my kids with new phones. But halfway through the transaction, the system went down and I couldn’t complete the purchase. I was already running late and couldn’t wait any longer. My kids were upset as well. A couple hours later i got a call from Jeremíah that the system was fixed but I was already in another state. He made it to where my kids got came back to the store with their mother and I could pay over the phone with my card. Almost no store allows that kind of transaction. But he made it happen and called me several times throughout the process to let me know my family made it there, got their phones, and left safely. AWESOME job on his part.

Great customer service! They got us set up with Verizon when we transferred from another carrier. It took no time at all to get our account set up, phone numbers transferred, and 2 new phones set up with all of our info transferred from our old phones! Didn’t have to wait an hour just to talk to someone like our old carrier. Customer service goes a long way!! Highly recommend this store!

Austin W, was absolutely awesome. He made my whole process fly by. He exceeded my expectations way beyond what I was thinking. He even tried to upsale me a little lol inside joke. I would honestly recommend this dude to anybody that asked me. Ive never been to another cellphone shop where I laughed the whole time about spending money and where my time there was less then what I actually expected. Quentin was a great help in getting my whole plan moved from Sprint to Verizon and made sure I took advantage of all the offers Verizon had to offer. He also helped with the setup and placing the liquid screen protectors on so I did not have to. Overall great service, great people and great attitudes.

Brandi and Quentin were extremely helpful! While transferring my phone, they ended up having to use two new phones before they found one that worked. They took the time to make sure the job was done right. We sat there with them for over an hour, and they were very patient. They were also very friendly, and answered all of our questions.
