I needed the screen replaced in my daughters phone and every place in town I called wanted the cost of a new phone until I found J-Mobile. They fixed it for way cheaper and it was super affordable. Because they had the screen in stock, it was fixed in under an hour! The customer service from these guys is exceptional. They have gained a solid customer with me. Thanks for all your help. Reasonably priced with 1yr warranties. They will activate it and transfer all of your stuff to your new phone. They deal with all carriers. Highly recommend this place to buy or sell a phone safely.

The people are awesome and they help you out a lot glad I went up there. Bought a phone off of eBay and it was made in Japan. I went to them and they figured it out that everyone couldn’t. Excellent service and prices! I Shattered my phone screen the week before Christmas and he was able to get me in right away to have it fixed. All done in just a little while, I was able to walk out with a new screen and phone working perfect that day. Lots of phones, cases and other merchandise to choose from. Fixed my phone within a matter of minutes. I called beforehand to make a good time arrangement. Fair priced, no complaints! Id take a picture of my phone if I could but havent managed that LOL considering my phone is my camera.

Great experience, very knowledgeable and more importantly honest. Walked in thinking I wanted an iPhone 6 or 6+ to replace my 5s that I shattered (yeah I know I’m way behind on the newest tech) but John explained to me why I should avoid the 6 and 6+ and offered some alternatives. Wound up with a 6S+ and the phone has been great, no issues. They threw in an otter box and tempered glass screen protector as well.

I dropped and shattered the screen of my old SE. The guys were not only able to replace it, but they did it super fast. I called them a little after 5, drove to the shop, got my phone fixed and was out of there by 5:45.Also—I called and got a voice mail they called back in less than 5 minutes.Great response, friendly, and fast. Highly recommend.

Update: I went back to J-Mobile and picked up an iPhone 7 in great shape for less than what I was seeing them on market place. Customer service and pricing was awesome yet again.Previous visit: I would like to take a minute to give a shout out for my buddy John at J-Mobile! He was quick to respond to my questions and did not hesitate to fill me in with the tech talk. He really hooked me up with an Amazon Fire TV Box! They sold me an iPhone XR red. Supposed to had been unlocked. But phone has a balance when I called AT&T they said phone was not Causepaid off for so its locked to at&t. And now I cant use it.

Jake was very helpful he replaced my iPhone 6 screen in less than 10 min. And the last shop that repaired the screen (mobile King’s) left all my screws and brackets that hold the screen down off my phone. Jake replaced those as well. Thanks j-mobile! 5 stars.

I went in about a week ago for an iPhone 8+. Gerald is phenomenal to say the least. He is very knowledgeable and very nice. If he doesn’t know something he goes above and beyond to find out and explains everything on a basic level for the customer. I have been telling people and recommending this place since then and I sincerely hope they get more business because of it. Even talking with John over Facebook was great because he actually responds! Couldn’t be happier with my phone and with the service I received!

Great cell phone and even fire stick

I came in to buy a phone or repair my broken phone. I took a while and was very indecisive, he was patient with us and very helpful. We mentioned I had a spare phone I thought didn’t work, he took the effort to help me figure out if it worked. Turned out it did! He helped me get my stuff worked out with a room full of customers, he was working fast and knew what he was talking about. We walked away very satisfied customers. Definitely going to visit again!

I shattered my iPhone screen so I went in to see what could be done about it. When I showed them the damage the guy said piece of cake. I was able to get my screen fixed with a brand new one for cheaper than what Apple quoted, and best of all it took 15 minutes. Super cool guy and great service!

I went in for a screen replacement on my iPhone 6+ and after it was complete I wanted to reactivate my plan but I had to get a new number and SIM card. And for some odd reason my phone wouldnt read the sim and it would just say searching. So John said he would keep my phone and work on it to try to fix it and he even lent me a iPhone 6 until he gets it fixed. He swapped charge ports and nothing change, then had to swap the frame and finally I got it working. But he was very helpful and went above and beyond what was necessary for him to do. He is more than fair on his pricing and he has excellent customer service. My business will be loyal to permanently, highly recommend coming here for all your phone/tablet needs.

I would love to give j-mobile a 5 Star because he did great work but, because he shares a business with a barber shop and one if there clients was down right disgusting. The barber shop is why j-mobile is not getting 5 stars. I went to get my phone fixed and I brought my two young daughters with me. This is a warning do not take your children in there. The client that was getting a cut every other word was f$@k they talked about oral sex and also drank beer all while he was getting haircuts. The barbers knew there where children in the building and did not deter the client from talking this way actually joined in the conversation. I’m pretty sure that the owner of the phone store did say something to the guys but, I really don’t think they cared. I had to take my kids to the car and make them sit in there while my phone was being worked on. If you want to run a business like this then it needs to be private out of your Home or in a bar. To bad for the phone shop because he did a great job but, I will never go back there. Hopefully he can find a better place to run his business.

John has fixed my iPhone that I washed in the washer!! He has fixed my broken screen and replaced batteries on both my phones. He is very efficient. He responds almost immediately.
