I set up an appointment online a day ahead of time. I showed up and our phone was quickly checked in. I got a text message letting me know that my phone was being worked on. I received another text message when the phone was finished. It was a painless experience and we’ll go back if we need another screen replaced.

My phone screen was cracked like a spider web from top to bottom. I called and set up a next day appointment. The service was very friendly and thorough. My phone was repaired within two hours and ready for pickup. Again the same excellent service. I really appreciate the way I was treated and the quick replacement of the phone screen.

Paid over $200 to get my phone fixed and honestly it caused way more problems than I already had and not even a month later the glass cracked again but it’s somehow not covered by the 90 day warranty. Would not recommend to anyone.

My IPad was intermittently charging so I brought it in. Jasper noticed a bright spot on the screen, and asked if he could take it in the back and look at it, after about 5 minutes he came back and said there were a couple pieces of loose plastic inside that was causing the issue. When I asked what I owed him he said nothing… finding an honest business like this is getting harder to find… they now have my business forever!HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I needed to get my Pixel 4XL fixed because the back glass was coming off, so I made an appointment here. Brought it in and talked with Aidan and he gave me the estimate and a time to pick it up. The repairs were done in an hour and a half and they even replaced the battery which was causing my phone not to wirelessly charge. Overall, a very pleasant experience which will prompt me to come back if I need more repairs.

Scheduled an appointment to have my phone fixed. Drove there and was told they dont have the parts or work on that type of phone. Its an s20. All of this would be fine if it was a walkin but i scheduled the appointment with the phone information provided to them. Thanks for wasting my time. I will start off by saying that uBreakiFix does a quality job with repairs. I have had my Samsung phone and my kids iPad fix there.... the iPad screen repaired several times. I initially started going there because of the price of the screen repair, $79. After my last visit in December they were pushing membership to Asurion... that would offer coverage for all broken electronics in your home. After my daughter broke another screen, I called Asurion to make a claim. The cost would be $99... after the $24/mo membership. Knowing that it would cost $79 without the claim, I canceled. When I took the iPad to uBreakiFix yesterday, the price had increased to $129. I was told it was due to them having a hard time getting product, which honestly I dont belive especially when the screens are available anywhere for less than $30 (retail) . My OPINION is that the price increased is related to partnership with Asurion. My disappointment is because I was told when I first went there that they dont charge as much as the other places because they put the customers first, stand behind their work and dont believe in over charging. Ill probably be going to a place closer to my home that charges the same amount when my kid breaks her screen again.

So my girlfriend dropped her Google Pixel 4XL while we were on a day trip to Indy. The only damage done was a cracked screen; the camera worked fine and the phone itself was fine. We took it to the Verizon store near by and they helped set up a claim and sent us to these guys to have them replace the screen. All was fine and they took her phone and said they would call us in about four hours. Four hours comes and goes and they have us come get the phone. We go out to the parking lot and checked it and she noticed that her data connection wasnt working. Everything was on and we had signal and she even restarted the phone and nothing worked. So we walked back in and asked what was going on and the guy was like oh that phone didnt have a sim card in it when we took it um what? My girlfriend looks at them and goes uh yes it did because it was working just fine four hours ago. and the guy goes oh no there wasnt a sim card in it and she just stares at him and he goes okay let me go check and he goes to the back and then comes back and says oh yeah so your sim card went bad and you need to have Verizon fix it so we took it out so we drove back to the original Verizon store and talked to the guy we saw originally. He takes the phone and pops open the side and the sim card is still there. He takes it out and gives us a new one and the phone still wont connect to data. He tells us that it seems like they messed up the antenna when they were fixing the screen and there isnt much he can do. My girlfriend then calls this place back and is like what did you guys do and they refuse to even look or touch her phone because of some policy. She calls the company that they use and now theyre sending her a replacement phone when that was what she was trying to avoid in the first place. The fact is that they not only lied to her about the sim card but then tried to argue with her about it having one in the first place. Do not recommend going to this place because her phone left more broken than it came in.

Trouble with my cellphones USB port holding on to the plug. Jasper looked it over & thought it was just a case of some pocket lint in the port. Two minutes later, he had cleaned it out & tested it. Back to normal! And no charge! uBreakiFix will have our future business.

My experience was very mixed. I had a brand new Pixel 4a 4G with a cracked screen in need of replacement. I initially made an appointment via the corporate website, only to find that the actually store was closed on the day that I was supposed to be there. I rescheduled for a new appointment, and was able to bring my phone in for the screen repair. When I picked my phone up, I found that the new screen was seated poorly and was not fully attached to the device. There was a 1/16 inch gap at the top and the bottom was pulling away from the phone body. There was also what looked like left over glue hanging out of the repaired area. I returned to the store and asked them if they could fix the issues with the repair. This time, the work took overnight and, in the end, was only marginally better workmanship than the first time. There is still a noticeable gap between the screen top and the phone body. The technician at the store told me that I would probably need to keep a case on it to mask the defect and ensure the phone didnt come apart in the future. In the end, the staff members that I dealt with were very kind and easy to work with and the new screen technically does work. However, to me, from a company that boasts genuine replacement parts and repair training from Google, the result seems to be indicative of rather shoddy work. For $150, I expected much better. In hindsight, I should have just sent my phone off to Google themselves for a genuine repair instead of rolling the dice with this company.EDIT 04/06/21: I forgot to add that, in replacing the screen, the technician smeared the adhesive/glue all over the inside of the front-facing camera hole. So now, my FFC video is super blurry and the image is really hard to see - rendering it all but useless. I might actually have to send this thing off to Google to get properly fixed.

I have never been so upset in my life! I dont understand how you could completely break my phone! I also dont understand how you couldnt tell it was the wrong screen to begin with. You certainly didnt warn me that you may make it unusable! I WOULD NOT HAVE DONE IT! It worked fine until I brought it there. There were just a couple of blurry parts on the screen. They lie, don’t trust them. They don’t use OEM parts (Original Equipment Manufacturer) even though they will tell you they do. Their pricing is slightly cheaper than at a Apple Store, but the product they use is so much cheaper!!I was told the screen they would be using to repair an iPhone X’s cracked screen was an OEM part, and that it had a warranty from manufacturing defects. None of that was true.The screen cracked across the middle (from left to right), all the way across This happened while in my wife’s handbag (a clutch bag; small, narrow with little movement). This means that a tiny bit of forced was applied to the phone, across the top of the phone, and the screen cracked. The bag wasn’t dropped or sat on, it was held in her hand and placed next to her on a booth bench.There is no splintering, spider webs, or anything else. Just a clean break from left to right.As you can see from the photos, this crack is clearly a manufacturing defect. No glass breaks this clean from any actual damage.This problem occurs when cheap glass is used. Had I known that the $20-$25 I’d save vs an Apple Store would reault in a far cheaper and piece of junk glass, I never would have gone to a ubreakifix store.When I called the store to explain the problem, I was told “we recently fired several staff members for lying to customers about using OEM parts”. This is an obvious lie itself, but not the point.I then said, “ok, so you know I was lied to. I’d like a refund or the glass repaired free of charge because I was lied to and you’re admitting your staff was lying to customers about the quality of your product, which I believe falls under a Bait and Switch law”.I was told “no, we won’t do that, but we will try to give you a discount on the next repair job” & “that break isn’t from a defect”.AVOID THIS PLACE AND THEIR HORRIBLE REPAIRS & LIES.

I took my MacBook to Macxperience down the road and they wanted me to pay $75 Non-refundable fee to put my Mac in a queue for diagnostics with a five week turnaround for an answer. They estimated $225-350 for my display fix. UbreakiFix on 82nd fixed it for free in under 3 minutes it just needed a power cycle. If you go anywhere else for any Mac, apple, i-product help you’re robbing yourself. The best customer service and know-how of any establishment I’ve ever been to. I’ll never go anywhere else.(Display wasn’t cracked it just wouldn’t show on anything other than HDMI)

I went into the Clerarwater store last night a few minutes before closing. The gentleman at the counter told me it would cost $189 to fix the glass on my IPhone 11 but he was unable to do it before closing, he asked if I could come back the following day at 10am when they open. I thought that his request made perfect sense given the time I walked in. I shuffled my schedule to be there the next morning around 10am. A different person was behind the counter and told me it would cost $229. He explained they must have run out of the $189 after I left yesterday. I explained I was here at closing and came back at opening the next day...he fumbled his words as the manager did after him. Simply due to principle, I went down the street to One Stop Cellular Repair at 6251 Winthrop and had the phone fixed for $169 in 30 minutes by a very professional, polite individual. The phone looks and works great!!!!

Called yesterday for a battery repair quote for my son’s MacBook Pro. Tech has us get the model number, then gave a quote. Set up a time to come in today.Came in. Waited 10min in line, then another 10min for senseless conversation. Tech went in back, came out and told us they don’t replace batteries on this model.Wasted my entire lunch hour. Why was this not said when I called yesterday? Will never use your service again.
