Great service! They helped me find the best plan for my new phone. Totally recommend this location.

The staff was very friendly and very helpful — treated us like friends.We told them what we needed, they got it done quick and made sure we had the best deal.All in all, a very positive experience!

Kristin and Chris sucked. I understand customer service and how frustrating it can be to be understaffed but you can’t let that be a cushion for poor customer service. Knowing its T- Mobile Tuesday this store should of had more employees or better employees who know how to work a system. They have more than 10 people standing in line to redeem our free gift the line standing out the door and some people were there for more than an hour just for something they can hand us by looking at our phones quickly. I get they had appointments but they could of just told the customer to hold and send us off instead of keeping us there waiting thats the thing about customer service you have to help more than one person at a time sometimes. This store should of been more prepared knowing the day and had more employees and the employees should know how to work under pressure to keep customers leaving happy. I get it may be a bad day but if you have a handful of customers leaving angry then it’s a problem and then employees had the nerve to have an attitude with all of the customers instead of apologizing when they are the ones who had us waiting. Do better won’t be coming back here again for T- Mobile Tuesdays cause clearly they aren’t smart enough to handle it.

Worst customer service experience Ive had in a long time! I called in advance to see if a certain phone was in stock. I was told it was so I drove all the way there only to find out that they didnt have the phone. The girl (wish I would have caught her name) was SO rude and less than helpful. She could care less about making a sale and her attitude was really off putting so I left, and took my business elsewhere. If you are a t mobile customer, looking to switch to t mobile or just need a new phone, DO NOT go to this store. The worst!

Great service! Nate was very patient & accommodating. Knowledgable about every question I asked regarding my phone & downloads. Very hands-on in helping me get setup. Kristin, a manager at this site has been in the cell phone business for 10 yrs! Make an appt. before you go to the cnt. They made the cell phone servicing trip- non stressful. Who loves going to the cell phone cnt.?🤔😉👍 Glad I selected this T•Mobile/Sprint location.

This is by far the best T-Mobile store in the area. Kristin and Harold always help unlike other stores that only do when I’m buying something

They miss lead me into buying an accessory that was not needed for the plan I am on. Be aware of up-selling.

Easy to access. Variety of shops and services. Free parking. Moderate prices. Can find groceries, fast food and sub-shops as well as clothes and cell phone stores. Its a One Stop and Shop location. It also has a beauty supply store plus its all on a popular metro bus route.

Just Bad!!! 10 Years with Sprint...Chris was super unprofessional and rude. Kept laughing and playing around while we kept waiting. I got his business card and complained. I am in Customer Service to daily and face-to-face, know when to step back and do your job professionally. Your Management team wasnt any better. It is already too much that Sprints Techs are only at the Greenwood and College Park locations. Drove out of my way to get to you!

Long time sprint customer. First bad experience at this location also happened to be the first time going to new T mobile version. Workers were slow and unhelpful. Felt like I was getting scam. Considering my options on cellular coverage

This place has some great shops with a Walmart at the center . Getting out of this place can be a nightmare however with the only south turn on keystone option busy at all times . Comic carnival an be found hear its good to see them still around I miss their east Washington location, a good dollar tree and shop other great shops great part of town. There area needs a few more food options around here

Great selection of stores in this shopping center. Large chain super store, as well as some smaller random shops. A good selection of restaurants close by. Easy to get into and out of if you are in a hurry, and close enough to just about any type of store or restaurant that you may want to go to.

Coffee was nasty, breakfast burrito was fair. Service was fair. My 9 yr. old loves,so I will be back for her.

Staff was friendly, explain everything and even voluntarily reviewed my account for savings. Awesome!

Sprint is great unless your phone breaks. Even a month after purchase, they cant seem to figure out how to help.

Though I didnt receive all of the help I needed (shouldve reviewed my outdated phone plan for potential savings), they were still better than the corporate store over on Michigan road.

The service here is always bad Im not going there anymore. Im sick of them. They need a serious training course on behavior. Ive been going there for over 5 yrs only if I have to and each time no matter who is working I feel like beating the snot out of them. They need to be shut down asap

Pretty standard strip mall. Theres a Wal-Mart, Starbucks, and plenty of paces to eat. Easy to enter and exit from traffic because it has its own light. Nothing fancy, but nothing terrible.

Was here at Walmart. Store has improved quite a bit since the last time Id been there. Much cleaner and organized.

And old staple, re-done. But a nice addition to the north side. Much needed!

Seldom know whats going on. Had 2 employees there, telling me 2 different procedures for the same thing. Luckily I know my stuff and they were both wrong. Next time my new phone gets sent to my house and not picked up in store.

E-Z Parking not crowded safe location this is one of the most fantastic malls I have ever been to if you have not checked it out you must do so for yourself and your children it will particularly love the cotton candy machine and the juggling clowns

They have truck parking in the back at Walmart which is an automatic 5 stars. Nobody bothers you a pretty clean. As far as the options around, okay I guess. Walmart is kinda dirty and ghetto. Same with the surrounding stores. But not horrible.

Id give it 0 if I could....called 6 or 7 times to see if they had goldfish and nobody answered the phone. I called and tried every department extension ....and still no answer

Hey its alright. I wondered where in the heck Northgate shopping center was even at when Google asked me to review it. Strangely enough, when I Googled it, this one in Indy didnt show up in the search results. I guess they think that I ought to know that my local Walmart is in that shopping center. Is there even a sign with that name on it? It is Walmart Keystone with a Starbucks, Dollar Tree, and some other shops. Truthfully its about the worst Walmart in the area because of staffing issues and poor work ethic of employees, but its the only local Walmart stocking my favorite 20w50 motor oil so I have to shop there or order oil from Amazon.

Its an old center. Nothing special here. There is a nice pet supply store here with a friendly staff --Petco-- and a Wal-Mart

I like going there because I can get my haircut there I can get dry cleaning there and I can go to Walmart. Theres a Chinese food buffet but Ive never been there so I couldnt tell you whether its a good or not.

I usu2go there because og GreatClips but the pet store there is great also. They dont sell puppy mill animz6that I know of. But, in fact try to help local animal rescue sites to provid animal with good varing homes. I will edit this later with the shops correct nameIm a big softie for cats and large breed dogs so I cant visit too often. By the way, the staff is always helpful and they are a full pet supply store.GreatClips is great even though now u der new management. I miss Radio Shack, but have not tried the other stores.
