I came barging in 5 minutes before close this past Saturday evening (5/29/2021) desperately needing a new phone before going to the Indy 500 early the next morning. My battery was shot and would not have lasted more than two hours in an environment with that many people. I often coordinate our group meet up at the track so badly needed a phone immediately. John (I think??), from Buffalo, and another gentleman whose name is lost to me (but I picked up hes originally from Kentucky), were amazing. They stayed an hour past closing making sure I got my phone switched over. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Excellent customer service. I would give 6 stars out of 5 if I could.

Told us that Verizon doesnt support Motorola phones. Had to use a Verizon Sim card in my Motorola phone and worked fine for authentication. kept pushing phones over $1000 to us. Didnt need a flagship phone, just one that will work. Sold us a Motorola 5G phone. When asked why they would sell a phone thats not compatable with the Verizon system they didnt have an answer. Phone worked great and still working (although with no 5G as there is only Verizon 5G in part of 1 stadium in town.)

I needed someone to set up my new phone thatI just purchased and picked up at Verizon in Castleton (82d street). They said they dont set up phones there anymore and gave me a phone number to call when I got home and that person would tell me what to do over the phone. So, I stopped in at Verizon on Keystone Avenue. Sales Agent, Mr. Trey Davis was so kind to get my phone set up, transferring info from my old phone to my new one and explained things to help me understand. I really appreciate his kindness, patience and understanding! Thank you!

Braden is the best customer service representative of all time! Unsolicited, he went above and beyond anything Ive ever experienced with a phone company. He substantially got my monthly payment down, even with a new iPhone 12. He followed up with me a few days later, graciously offering to help me with any phone issues that might arise. All around awesome dude.

The store location is convenient for easy in and out accessibly. I was greeted by friendly sales staff. My salesperson was knowledgeable about the product I was interested in purchasing. I felt comfortable throughout the process of inquiry and purchasing of the product. My salesperson made a follow up call a few days after my purchase to ask if I had any questions or needed any further assistance. My overall experience made me feel valued as a customer!

Went in to add a new number to plan, upgrade phone. The employee told us they had BOGO on google pixels, so we went with this deal. It took almost a year to realize they did not give us this promotion and only $400 off. Dont trust these fast talkers. Second time this store has ignored what I asked for and left with a bigger bill both times

My phone went on the fritz and when I went into the store, John was a huge help. When I left the store, John gave me his number to reach out in case of any issues setting up my phone. My new phone wasn’t activating correctly, and he was super patient and accommodating in getting the phone to work. I’m pretty sure the store was about to close but he still stayed on the line with me until we were sure everything worked correctly and I had service. Made the stressful situation much easier! I needed to drop a line and upgrade my phone. The store manager, Braden, and one of the sales reps, Dave, were very helpful. They contacted Verizon corporate for me to drop the line, and made the transition to a new phone seemless. They were very knowledgeable and provided great service.

Tyler helped my girlfriend and I with getting our Iphone 11 Pro Max within the same exact day after placing an order online (which we didn’t want, we wanted pickup) they successfully got the order cancelled and we managed to not get two hard inquiries on our Credit Scores! (Only one)

Pre-ordered a phone through one of the salesmen and store manager. Both men did a great job finding promotions that went with my pre-order. The gave me helpful insight on ways that I could lower my pre-order bill and monthly cellular bill. Fantastic work.

DALTON IS AWESOME! He works so well with people who are struggling. He fixes anyone’s problem even if I means staying after his shift! He always answers the phone whenever I call Verizon and when you walk in the door he’s always up and walking around waiting for the next customers at the door. Best Verizon I’ve ever been to. My husband and I were extremely surprised and delighted by the high level of customer service we received at Cellular Sales. I certainly didnt anticipate ever taking the time to write a lengthy 5-star review of a cell retailer, but these guys went so above and beyond for us, I had to share my experience.We had been with T-Mobile for over 10 years and were really not looking forward to going down the rabbit hole of changing cell phone companies. It always feels so confusing and misleading. We first went to another wireless carrier store and left feeling rushed and shocked by the price. We found Cellular Sales nearby, and we are SO glad we didnt check them out on Yelp first. Our experience there was thankfully nothing like some of these other reviews, and Im thinking Cellular Sales has made some big changes for the better since many of these reviews were written.Our primary sales rep was Lamar, and he and another employee took so much time to answer our questions, go through all of our options, help us find the best possible phone deals, and match us with the perfect promotions. Wed been anticipating a significant jump in our bill as wed been grandfathered in at T-Mobile for well over a decade, but we ended up with 3 new iPhones for only $27 more per month. Once we pay our phones off, itll only be $8 more per month than what we were paying at T-Mobile (with significantly better coverage). We were shocked!It was all great until we had to have our phones ported out from T-Mobile. We ran into a major issue with this that was 100% on T-Mobiles end. Very long story short, Lamar stayed HOURS after his shift was supposed to be over, (apparently missing a family gathering) because he was determined not to leave until the issue was resolved. It was obviously not how any of us wanted to spend our Saturday evening, but he had such a positive attitude about everything, and in the end, T-Mobile was finally able to resolve the issue and our phones were activated within minutes.Even though this issue was in no way, shape, or form the fault of Cellular Sales, they offered us a $60 wireless charger for our troubles. My husband and I are brand new to Indianapolis, and we are confident that we will continue to be customers here.Thanks again, guys! You were both fantastic!

I am a 64 year old special education teacher. I saw where Verizon had a special the month of April for teachers and nurses. I contacted Allen Syx to help me out on what was the best deal for my family and I. He spent a lot of time looking over our existing account and then gave me very sound advice on what I should and should not do. He was very patient (had a lot of questions) and very informative through the whole process. When we did make our decisions on what types of phones we wanted....we received them the very next day. He offered to help me set them up and said he would be there in the future if we had any needs/questions/concerns. I highly recommend Allen for any phone (services) needs you may have.

I actually feel bad for not leaving a review earlier. Pardon my spelling but Braden I believe, one of the managers has time and time again gone above and beyond for myself and my family. I usually go into Verizon frustrated because of an issue... But now I just go see Braden lol... I already know itll be taken care of quickly and hes a fun to be around. Truly has changed my experience w Verizon . Everyone in the store has been helpful but I usually dont go in unless hes there. Again I should have written this a year plus earlier so that others knew what store will take care of them. Good group of guys I wont be going to any other Verizon store for as long as I can help it. I am very satisfied as a customer for all the service I had at Verizon from Keystone, I purchased a new phone and I was very well attended by salesman Allen who had all the attention and patience to solve everything I was needing. My new phone kept everything I needed and all my apps. I really recommend the store and I appreciate the attention and all the availability and respect that the seller had with me. The staff at this store has saved me twice when Ive had a phone die. Once they did their absolute best to recover information. The second time they moved a SIM card for me into an older phone until I could get the screen on the one I just damaged replaced. Theyve always been helpful and I appreciate their assistance!!

HelloA couple of weeks ago, I thought I submitted a manuscript re the wonder service I received from Allen at the Verizon store on keystone ave. Unfortunately it didn’t go through so I am writing again.More briefly, my iPhone completely died and I did not know my password to get started loading a new phone. Other stores had told me I would have to go to the Apple store to access it. This, of course happened when we were in lockdown so I couldn’t get there even if I wanted to. Allen declared he would get past all of that and after performing several tricks he amazingly did. Since I am very tech challenged, he took the time to get me set me up. No service like that before. Lots of patience!!In addition to all that, he was able to get me some deals to set me up with an IPAD and also get me going with that. Don’t remember that I have ever received a “deal” from Verizon!!So, in short, Allen is a great representative for Verizon and his customer service is wonderful. I am a nurse and therefore an essential employee. I depend a lot on my phone. I came in, in a panic and I left a very happy customer!!

Layne was extremely helpful in transferring all of my data to my new iPhone. He was even able to transfer photos from my ancient 4S which I brought along. I appreciated his professionalism and product knowledge.

This is my third visit here because of a lost phone. I have been treated with respect and patience, which I highly value as they have answered my many questions.Today, Dalton was very pleasant and friendly, as were the others a couple weeks ago. I drive farther to cone here than my closest Verizon store because of such good service.

Allen and his team took the time to explain the functions of my new Samsung galaxy note 10+.After being a long time apple user and trading in my iPhone 10 and apple watch series 4, He made making the switch easy. Being in sales I always expect to be sold when making a large purchase. But Allen took his time and was a great source of information for me and made sure everything was covered for my trade ins and new phone. Will definitely come back just for him and would recommend anyone else the same.

Switching cell phones is always a pain but Douglas made it as seamless as possible. Very knowledgeable and personable.

We added my fiance to my single line plan and ended up getting such great deals, we saved a ton of money, my fiance was able to get a brand new phone, and I could get myself an iPad. He was even helpful and willing to stay late to meet with me when I had concerns about my promotions because they hadnt shown up on my account yet, making me feel much better! Everyone at this store has been extremely helpful, but Allen really went above and beyond.

Well first off, its a cellphone retailer...not a Verizon. Looks like one but its not. That being said, I will be coming here for anything that I dont need to go to a corporate location for. Chris was outstanding. He helped me tremendously when I was having issues with Verizon. He even called them himself trying to work it out. Then he waited for the several hours I was on the phone with them. Chris is an outstanding employee of yours and we will be back to deal with him in the future. If you go in make sure to ask for Chris!

Went in for an upgrade and Dalton helped me through the entire process. He made the whole experience as quick as possible and even helped me in getting the exact phone I wanted even though it wasn’t in their store. I spent nearly three hours at this store today because my previous carrier made it difficult to transfer my account. Dalton E. was incredibly patient, kind, and informative throughout the entire ordeal/3 hour venture. He problem-solved every issue and went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of before leaving the store. The most un-boring 3 hours spent switching a phone to another carrier, something which probably should’ve been incredibly boring. I highly recommend their service!

Cory Mitchell was absolutely amazing. He helped me get the phone I needed while putting me at ease about such a large purchase. He explained everything fully to me (Im not very tech savvy) gave me all of my options and really went the extra mile to help me understand everything I needed to know about buying my new phone . He also helped put together a customized package for me with all of the accessories I needed but didnt know WHAT I needed, saving me hours of time trying to figure out what kind of case, cords chargers etc. I would need. He even went out of his way to get my phone from another location when it wasnt in stock at the store. I will definitely be a long time customer and plan to come back to Cory when I need to upgrade and to get my kids a new phone.

The sales rep acted very rudely by helping another customer in the middle of our service. Instead of asking his coworker to help the young lady, he commenced to put my service on hold while engaged with the other lady. I guess since I wasnt buying a phone, my services wasnt important. Once he was done helping her he then turned back to me to see what my decision was. I told him Ill take my business elsewhere and buy something with them!

I’ve always used Verizon, great service. But I tend to hate going in to talk to reps about new phones or new lines. I was given the option to trade in my iPhone 6 to an iPhone 7at no cost. Yippee. It should have been a very simple process online, but I kept running into problems. After hours on the phone, I gave up and decided to visit the store. I had great service. When my phone arrived, I again should have had a very simple online experience to send my old phone back. But same thing happened. I visited the store again and I could not be more happy with Cory M.s patience and help. I was at the store an hour total. I suppose I could have been frustrated, but it was the on phone support that was taking so long. Little did I know that Cory should have left, his hours being up. But he stayed an additional 45 minutes to make sure the process was done, and done right. Very pleased with the service and will make this my regular Verizon.
