The team at Napleton Hyundai did a great job of meeting all that I asked of them. I was on a tight schedule the Friday night I looked at cars, but my salesman Drew was fast and efficient and listened to everything I said. On Saturday morning I returned to do financing, also on a tight schedule. Drew was ready and waiting for me, Dom, in finance, was fast, intelligent and very helpful. I needed to have a meeting while my car was getting its finishing touches, Dom and Drew worked to find me an office so that I could conduct my meeting. I am editing this review to say that I had some issues with the Service Department for a part that was broken when I purchased the car and that the salesman said would be fixed. There has been some serious communication issues, but I have spoken to Jordan and Megan now and hopefully it will be resolved. Megan was very understanding and polite on the phone. They both made me feel heard and optimistic that the issue will be resolved. I cant wait until it is and bump this grade up even further!Julian Ramirez was our sales associate and he was really wonderful to work with! He knew all the cars on the lot and even though we thought we knew what we wanted, he was able to match us with a car that offered even more! He worked along with his manager, Paul Picou who was also great! We found both of them to be very knowledgeable and down to earth. Both gave straight answers and really seemed to want to find us the car that met all of our needs - and more! Thanks to both Julian and Paul for a great experience!
Recently purchased a new Tucson Hybrid and very happy with overall service of dealership. I bought a car that took a while to come in and they handled the situation well with me nagging them about delivery date. And when I tell you that Ed took care of us and rolled out the red CARPET. Now remember the (Boss) was with me *WIFE* wasn’t happy at all for me getting a new vehicle. BUT Ed my man made us feel comfortable by taking the time out to explain ever little detail that we didn’t understand. Due to 1st and big purchase. Never once made us feel pressure into buying a vehicle. This place was clean, everyone was smiling and etc. My man Ed made it happen.THEN THERE WAS DOMENIC…. My husband and I have been set on getting the Palisade. We have been going from dealership to dealership and calling around for someone to give us information about the process of getting one ordered. Every where we have been and everywhere we have called they were all pushing for us to buy what they have on the lot and telling us lies about ordering so that it could sway us to purchase what they have in inventory. Whenever we would say we just want to go ahead and order, they would always say we will call you back with information. We rarely got call backs because no one wanted to deal with placing an order and just wanted to make a quick sale.I finally called Napleton Hyundai of Carmel which is 3 hours away from us and Paul the manager has been amazing! He made us feel confident in wanting to place this order with him and gave us all the information we have asked for that no one else did. He stuck to his word and would call us back so that we could get the ball rolling on our order.Its very unfortunate that we couldnt find service like this in our area.We placed the order with Paul and we look forward to meeting you and cannot wait for our Palisade!Thanks so much!
Knew what I wanted. Test drove a new Tuscon and fell in love!! The whole experience was fast easy and was able to negotiate terms I was comfortable with! My sales representative Carmen was walking out the door about to leave to go home because it was her Birthday! Happy Birthday Carmen!! She stayed with me until we finished!! After I first looked at my truck and saw the generic numbers they showed me I didnt figure there was anyway to get the deal done knowing I was upside down on my trade in. Paul told me he was confident he could get me where I wanted to be, but I was still skeptical and left. A few hours later he called and had it done and I drove away today in my beautiful 2021 Ram! Had some issues last minute in financing but dont believe it was the dealerships issue. (Bank issue) All and all easiest car buying experience Ive ever had! Thanks Paul and Lenny!!
I have edited this rating three times trying to give Napleton the chance to make things right. Im at this point tired of excuses. My vehicle was in service for weeks, tressed out about the lack of communication. Stressed out about receiving a dirty loaner. Now after 4 -5 wks. Waiting for parts and repairs on my 2021 vehicle, while driving wires/harness falling between my feet. Yes that can be fixed but at the inconvenience of a return trip and wait! Not couting waiting for almost an hour for a car that was supposed to be finished the last pickup! You get one chance to make a good first-time expression! Make it count! Now with that said i will return and hope all goes well!
Absolute horrible customer service. Was working with them for hours and was setting up a price for a vehicle and literally sold it from under my father who was there for over 3 hours finalizing a deal. What a waste of time and horrid way to do business. He was there with the money about to buy. The other customer was not. Sad sad excuse for a sales model there. Celebrating 90 years of business but im betting that will be ending soon with the way they do business there.

Poor experience with service department. Scheduled my appointment on the wrong day, the paint guy is only there on Fridays but they scheduled me for a Thursday. Couldn’t answer basic questions on how long my appointment would take and said the service advisors were “too busy to be bothered with this question.” Sales department was great at initial purchase, but then blew me off when I had to make my repair appointment for damage my car came with that they promised to fix in the purchase agreement

Ive been looking for a newer vehicle but knew I had some challenges with my credit that would prevent me from getting a vehicle I wanted versus a vehicle they wanted me to have. I got an approval through Capital One and called Crissy Burton for assistance with choosing a great car and rate. When I say she went above and beyond and made this process so simple, I mean that. I never expected to get approved for a 2019 and that happened without using CapitalOne. Came in with over $6K in negative equity & still managed to get a car payment nearly the same as I’m paying now. They worked a miracle. Wish I could give them 20 stars.

Brian was my salesmen; he was very helpful in explaining the purchasing process of the car. He was attentive to my wants and needs in my next car. He even bought me a Gatorade! He definitely enjoys what he does for a living. My car was one of those anomalies that had a manufacture electrical issue. It was nobody’s fault at the dealership. Megan Davis, Brian, and Chris Barker were great in helping me get a car rental to have while my car’s electrical issue is being fix, and they even reimbursed me the full amount for the car rental! While my car has a warranty, given that I bought it with 3 miles on the odometer, it was not required by the dealership and for Hyundai’s corporate office to help with the car rental reimbursement. I’m incredibly grateful that they reimbursed me 100% for the car rental. My car is still being worked on, and I have no doubt that I have the best service department giving my car the care it needs!

We had a engine recall issue with our 2011 Sonata turbo. It was a rocky time since there was a NATIONAL shortage of turbos. It took 5 months to get my car back. However, Kevin was professional the entire time and kept us informed on updates and such. I got my car back today and learned they looked up every recall and replaced everything without me even knowing some of the other recalls, and then some other extras as well. It was rocky, but I appreciate Kevin and the Hyundai Napleton team for their efforts and I definitely will return for anything else I need for my car, and even buying my next car here!

Ive been a loyal customer to this location since purchasing my vehicle in 2016 and am extremely disappointed to have waited this long to realize this dealership couldnt care less for my investment. My 1st 1-star review was edited after a gentleman, who no longer works for this company, attempted to rectify my ongoing issues with this team here. They seem to be a team for themselves and not for the actual customers. Since then, I am now in a battle trying to get my vehicle fixed, again, after sitting in this dealership for over 2 weeks on multiple accounts to fix the same issue. They recently quickly dismissed me after I discovered my tires and rims were bent after sending them in to be resurfaced under my tire warranty. I sent my car in again, and they told me they fixed it. Upon going to 2 other Hyundai dealerships in Indy, they reassured me it was Not and also confirmed with the tire insurance company that they were actually paid for the service that they did not complete!! Keep all your records and interactions. They made it clear on many accounts that they barely wanted to honor my warranty that I paid for at this location. On top of them still not contacting me with the whereabouts of my automatic keys and fobs that they knowingly lost and took forever to tell me about. Tim, the general manager, knows of this ongoing issue, doesnt return calls and has blocked my fiancé from contacting him after giving him his contact information to help resolve this, as he too owns a dealership. Megan, who is supposed to be their customer liaison, contacted me stating how she was hired to deal with women and help be a better voice, which is weird, yet has shown the exact same attitude this company represents. The last time I came up there to pick up my vehicle that had been sitting on all fours with no tires for over 2 weeks, was given back to me with grass and dirt in my front grill. I asked her if she could assist me, she agreed and never came back even after watching me leave. After finally making my last car payment, I should be celebrating, not fighting to communicate with a dealership or their corporate. Coming from another successful business owner, this is sad how I am left feeling as a customer. My rims are still bent.
Just bought a Hyundai Palisade from Mauricio Muniz. He was very personable and very attentive. I liked his approach and didnt push the sale. He let it just happen. The manager, Jared, was also very good.I highly recommend this dealership!
The service department is terrible. Made an appointment and waited 45 mins just to be checked in and explain the reason for making an appointment. Left with nothing being fixed on my car. Will definitely be going to a different Hyundai location that is hopefully more efficient and has a higher service level.

Julian and Paul did a great job explaining the car buying process. I would definitely stop by to give them my business again.I am editing my post as well due to problems with the service department. I spoke with Jordan who said I would be contacted once the part was available. I was not. I was told the master technician would be available today and Im coming from 2 hours away. He is not, and the only reason that I found this out was by calling. That was an obstacle within itself because the phone tree is a mess. Getting my vehicle repaired has been very messy as well as the communication with the service & parts department. Hopefully, the phone tree situation improves as well as the service department communication.
I had a horrible experience at Napleton Hyundai. They had my car for 6 weeks. At week two they reached out to me on Wednesday to let me know my car would be ready by Friday but it wasnt. They did that 3 more times. I gave them a bad review. Megan reached out via text and offered me $200 to remove the negative review. That was on 10/6. I text Megan yesterday and today 10/20 to let her know I did not receive the $200. She did not respond. Its going to cost more than $200 to remove this review.
Bought a BMW X3 from this dealership. The used cars inventory is impressive. They probably have a lot more than the others in the area. Found the prices to be a bit better too. Happy overall!

Came in for service with no expectations of purchasing. Received a call from Chris to see how service was which was great. He informed me he may be able to get me a lower rate and newer model vehicle. I said why not. I came back to the dealership and was greeted by Julian Ramirez which was very friendly and extremely helpful, I them spoke with Chris again he too was very helpful. Finally I spoke with Paul sales manager he got things working and I was approved for a newer vehicle with less miles. I ended my visit with Robby Ertimi he went over all paperwork and did a phenomenal job. All 3 gentleman were amazing and so very helpful.

Would not recommend. Staff was less than knowledgeable and suggested we park our car on the street to have it get hit so we could get the insurance money. Multiple times throughout our conversation the sales associate had to be corrected re: what vehicle we were riding in, details/specs of the vehicle, and warranty options. Associate kept referring to car (that had 10k miles on it and was > 1 year old) as brand new and stated it didnt have a car fax report because of this, when car had open recall on it. When we said we would think about it and come back, felt VERY pressured and sales associate stated dont give me the God thing what are you waiting for. Went back 2 days later and worked with another associate who seemed ill informed as well. Left without purchasing and will not be returning.

Ive been a loyal customer since I purchased my Hyundai in 2017. Ive went to Napleton for all of my vehicle service needs, even though going to Napleton is out of my way. I made an appointment for an oil change a couple of days ago. Today, the service representative informed me that my wait would be over 2 hours for an oil change. I voiced my displeasure. The service representative had an I dont care attitude. Based on his poor customer service attitude, I left. Im done going to Napleton — I wont return.

I reserved a new vehicle before it was on the lot. Although we had some issues getting the vehicle at on certain dates, the dealership was able to work with us to make sure the deal was made and we left happy. Would definitely recommend.
