Just purchased a used Audi A8 L. Great experience across the board. Never had driven an Audi before and met Rob Grave’s while out looking at cars. He immediately made time for me and organized for me to drive 3 different versions. His knowledge was awesome and ultimately helped me decide on the A8.The complete transaction went perfect. No pressure tactics to buy anything. They just presented what they had and explained the advantages. Even gave me a couple weeks to think it over.Always wanted an Audi always heard great things. Now I see why people who by from them return over and over. Tom Wood Audi of Indianapolis is top notch.

Traveling through Indie on our way to Virginia and had an emergency issue. The service technician and Dept were very impressive. We anticipated that our plans would either be cancelled or minimally modified, but this dealership was super responsive. Additionally the customer service within the waiting area were very attentive. This was the best dealership experience I have ever had.

Took 3-4 weeks to get an appointment for a recall and oil change. So plan ahead. I dropped car off at 9:30 am. Was contacted at 3 pm to tell me my car would not be ready as they had not started working on it ( I did appreciate the honesty). Was offered a rental car (not a Audi loaner) at no cost, which I declined (again I Appreciated the offer). I was contacted at 11 am the next day letting me know my car was ready. I picked up my car which was washed and the work was completed perfectly. I gave 3 stars due to the time to schedule an Appt. 3-4 weeks is too long. I am concerned if my car is not working properly it would take weeks to get repaired. I own a 2021 A8.

I brought my Audi in for an alignment and it was so bad I was scared to drive the car though whenever I received it back it was perfect its never been so good since Ive purchased the car and now I feel safe to drive it. Always concerned with their own business not the customer and not the first time to experience this. Confirmed on checkin that car had a recall upgrade for software that they would take care with my appt and upon pick up they failed to make the upgrade. I live an hour away and always trying to limit my trips. Now they expect me to bring it back again. The person that checked me out had no consideration for my time nor took any accountability for Audi service mistake. Love the car but probably not going to repurchase here due to service. Regret referring my friend who just purchased a new Q7.

I was traveling with my daughter and dog when our air conditioner went out on a 90 degree day- we still had 10 hours left to drive and it was miserable. I called Indy Audi and Ashley was so kind to help us- when we arrived they were ready and found the problem right away (system needed charging and freon). They gave us waters and let us sit in their nice waiting area with our pup. We were out in under an hour with a nice cold air conditioner. We were so very grateful for Ashley and the great mechanics there- thank you thank you for all your Kindness Indy Audi!!

I had scheduled front break replacement and 65,000 scheduled maintenance online several weeks prior to my appointment. I live a minimum of 45 minutes from the dealership. When I arrived at 10:30, I asked that service be completed by 2:30. After 1:00 I was informed service would not be completed until 4:00 to 4:30. At 3:10, I was informed that they did not have the parts for the brake job and that I would have to reschedule. However, I was asked to not only pay for the 65,000 mile service but also to prepay the brake parts. No offer of a discount for anything was offered as an apology. BS!

Went in to check a brake fault which they could not replicate but during inspection found excess wear on front tires. Just bought Q7 in April, a CPO car. They talked to used car manager and he approved 2 new tires at no cost to me. Tom Wood Audi is the best. This is my 5th car from this truly great dealer!

Average at best. Not great attention to you as a customer. Waited for a good 5 mins before anyone helped me. Guest lounge was nice and spacious, and service was done on time. I’m comparing this to the Toyota dealership I took my wife’s minivan. As soon as I pulled up, someone came out, greeted me and got things started.

I walked in after ordering a new key and new key programming and the dealership has no layout. I was shocked to see that the salesmen are just at desks and not even walking around looking to help customers. I was told that the programming wasnt working and they would need to start tearing things down that would START at 350! That was insane as even with someone with no experience, I would tell it was almost certainly the door lock cylinder since the car locks and unlocks from the inside (I knew it wasnt electrical). They still charged me 100 dollars for the programming that didnt even work! They literally put the two keys in the car to get the 2nd key to work and charged me for that when the whole programming was for the 2nd key fob to work wirelessly. I instead called the lafayette location that gave me a wayyyy better price and didnt try to screw me. Only thing was the Ben was actually professional despite my frustration. Update: they honored programming it after I fixed the door lock cylinder myself and didn’t charge me

I worked with Heather to purchase an extended warranty on a 2014 R8. Initially, other Audis told me that they were unable to offer the warranty on the vehicle and folks on the forums told me to reach out to Heather.Lo and behold, Heather was able to offer the warranty and pulled me quotes within 15 minutes. She was very responsive via email and answered so many questions from me on the phone. She was truly a pleasure to work with, and I can now drive my new car with complete peace of mind.I highly recommend any R8 owners looking for a warranty to give Heather a call, as well as anyone else who might be exploring what their financing department offers.

He also was able to match a trade in allowance for my car after we received a higher quote at another car lot. Although we didn’t buy as we are about to purchase a home I will be returning to him. Audi sold me a prepaid service package in 2018 to cover 4 services (15k, 25k, 35k, and 45k mile package). They did not mention that the services had to be used within 1 year of each other, or within 66 months of the original purchase date OF THE CAR by the PREVIOUS OWNER.Paid extra money to get future services. Didnt bring my car in for awhile because of COVID. Put only 6k miles on car in 2.5 years.Take my car in for 25k mile service and they refused to do it via the service package, and demanded I pay for a service Id already paid in advance for.They refused after talking to corporate, and when I contacted Audi America, they also refused.They also refused to give me a refund.Their argument is that the contract states that the repairs had to be done a year apart. However, I was not shown or told that information before purchasing. I dont even believe I signed that contract. They made no exception for a global pandemic. Theyre just taking my money and then asking for more.I CANNOT believe a multi-million dollar company would screw over a person like this, or that they would be willing to lose customer(s) over what is something like $400, but Ill NEVER buy an Audi again, and Ill never go to this dealership again except for recalls. Im seriously considering selling my Audi and getting an Acura because Acura doesnt treat its customers this way.Shame on this company

IMO: Audi Indianapolis is NOT where to go for quality service. We took our new A6 to them with a low pressure reading and all they did was RESET THE INDICATOR on the dash. NO ONE physically reviewed the tire, NO ONE took interest. Later in the month my wife was STRANDED in remote northern Indiana after attending a family funeral, with the SAME TIRE FLAT and ruined. She feared assault or worse, and finally, AAA put on the spare tire which was ALSO DEFECTIVE! According to the service advisor, NOTHING IS COVERED, their personal incompetence is not covered, the originally damaged and later ruined TIRE IS NOT COVERED, and the DEFECTIVE SPARE is not covered. IMO: PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND AVOID THIS DEALER, as IMO, THEY DO NOT CARE!

The Worst! Patrons Beware of Dishonest, untrusting, lacking integrity, misleading, Severely overcharging for service.Audi Indianapolis lived up to the stigma that dealers will take advantage if you let them.I understand that maintenance costs are average. Replacements and repairs are even more costly, however, as an Audi owner who chose what I thought to be reputable business to get a 65K service on my 2015 Q3.I was immediately quoted an estimate of $500 when I walked in the door - hindsight I should have walked out- and the service agent mentioned brake fluid and AWD fluid. I was told all were “included”. I anticipated it would end up being less than that. How naive of me! It was $923After two hours My vehicle was ready. I was then told about recommendations -Under trim, $429 tires, $1100, alignment $200, battery check returned a fail and advised there is no way of knowing when the Battery could quit - $339 since Audi batteries cannot be purchased at a local shop and require programming.I later received a text with estimates of $165 for the 65k service which is an oil filter and oil and inspection, $17 for brake fluid and $57 for AWD fluid, battery $339 totaling $643 -$239 is above average costs for $65K oil change/inspection however I expected to be charged on the higher end.Final bill $291 for 65K oil change and inspection, brake fluid $173, AWD fluid $57, battery $339.I did not expect 923.39 - well above an initial estimate of $500 which was ludicrous fro the start.My feedback - be upfront and truthful about costs/labor for factory recommended services oil changes/inspectionsCustomers can choose to accept it or seek to have their service done elsewhere.I will travel 2 hours to have my Audi serviced at a business I trust going forward.received the poorest service on my only visit to Audi Indianapolis.

Purchased my Audi at a different location, but have used Audi Indianapolis for service a few times. I have worked with Austin T each time and he has been excellent. I had an issue where the place I purchased my car from had broken off the license plate nut when they installed my temp plates, so I dropped in without a call ahead to Audi Indianapolis on my way home from work. Austin didnt complain at all about me not having an appointment. He even got the parts himself and fixed the issue personally so that I wouldnt have to wait. Really appreciate the consideration for my time and the prompt service.

Technician went above and beyond what was asked of them, especially since I had a license plate issue where the shop wanted to charge $180+ to fix. However the technician kept at it and eventually got the license plate off the car without having to spend the money - I greatly appreciated that! One recommendation I do have is to let customers know ahead of time if their car will be due for a major maintenance the next visit. I was told my car was due for the 95k miles maintenance (my car was at 91k), however this maintenance was going to cost an additional $850. I passed on it and will get at the next service appointment, but maybe alerting customers ahead of time instead of springing on them when they come in for just an oil change might be beneficial.

Terrible service. The 2016 Audi Q5 burns large amounts of oil with less than 72,000 miles. The Audi dealership stated that it’s normal for the well known problems of the 2.0 liter engine. I have to add a quart of oil every 2 weeks. Very disappointed.

I have worked with this dealer before with okay results. This interaction did not go well. It took 3 business days to complete routine maintenance with no warning and no explanation until I inquired. During the process, there was a hail storm which resulted in damage. Clearly this was out of their control; however, I would have hoped a dealer network as large as this would have put some effort into helping manage the repair process and no efforts were made. I was also surprised to be told I would have been responsible to repair any hail damage on the loaner car in addition to my own car, which thankfully was safely parked in my garage. Not going back if I can avoid it.

I am extremely upset and disappointed with the Technician that was assigned to do the simple routine oil and filter change. I cant help but worry about other things he may have neglected to do to my car while it was in his possession. How could someone fail to reassemble this large engine cover had they really had their mind on their job? To think that this mistake was not immediately shared with you after I left your facility sounds like an attempt to hide neglect. I am only thankful that I looked under my hood the next day following the service work and found this error and contacted you about it.
