Honestly, car shopping is the worst experience in the world. We went through 4 or 5 different dealerships until we finally found Ashlee. If anyone is currently looking for the right person to trust, not only do I recommend Eastgate, but personally recommend you ask specifically for Ashlee (hope Im spelling it right)! We had an issue with our vehicle the day after we bought it (used car) and she personally drove us a loaner and took our vehicle to get fixed. I promise you she will go above and beyond to take care of you and all of your needs.

I am posting this b/c not many dealerships deserve a review IMO. but Eastgate earned my respect enough to share my experience. We have never owned a Jeep or been to Eastgate prior to last Saturday. The atmosphere at Eastgate was not like any other dealership we have been too. I have always expressed being at a dealership is like swimming with sharks and you are the chum. I can honestly say that Eastgate proved that theory wrong as I left with my new vehicle confidently believing that I was not prey. Thank You for the kindness each one of you shared, the knowledge you gave to my noob questions, and most of all letting us leave Confidently knowing that we were taken care of! Public Service AnnouncementNO TRANSMISSION WORK CAN BE DONE AT THIS TIME. The service manager informed me that the shops 1 and only transmission technician is deathly ill. He wont be returning anytime soon. This is after they held my truck hostage for two weeks. Two whole weeks and no one ever even inspected this vehicle. So unless you have two + weeks to spare I wouldnt bring my vehicle here for service.Your welcomePS. Never go inside the service center if your black or brown. Do everything remotely, or your chances of this happening increases greatly. No matter how polite or professional you are

Ive bought a handful of cars and this was easily the best experience Ive had. No BS, didnt try to upsell me, and Ashlee did a fantastic job. Unfortunately, after youve settled on a price, they tack on $1500 in dealer services that have already been performed that you cant opt out of... Things like premium sealants for the clear coat and upholstery. If I was buying a new car, fine, but for a used car, its ridiculous to negotiate a price and then have this huge figure added on.... and they do it for every vehicle. Hmm. At very least, this should be disclosed clearly in the prices displayed on the internet and the prices quoted by the salespeople. Its borderline false advertising. If you go there, ask them to take it off based on your negotiated price. Theyll wont drop it but youll get a big break on it. Still aggravating and Im still researching with the secretary of state whether the practice is even legal. This will probably keep me from shopping there in the future. If it wasnt for Ashlee, Id have taken my business elsewhere this time too.

Refused to negotiate add-ons that shouldnt have been mandatory. Salesmen was awful and completely uninterested once I said I wouldnt pay for an unneeded tracking system. Offered the lowest amount on my car trade of any of the Jeep dealerships. Will never set foot here again.

Took my Jeep there to have the upper and lower ball joints replaced after picking it up on the way home my brakes went out because the slider bolts wont put back in my driver side caliper so it fell off and I had to replace it on the side of the road. Benefit of the doubt given take a dare to have more work done and after picking it up Im driving it it seemed like my steering was loose after looking at it. I noticed a bolt fell out of the control bar arm linkage ends its only half of my sway bar was connected $2,200.
I spoke to Kim over the phone and decided to come in because of how great her customer service was. She directed me to Marcus, who was a very unprofessional representation of the dealership. During the test drive, I made all of the uncomfortable small talk... even though salesmen are supposed to at least pretend to be interested in selling cars. My personal situation was the reason why I didn’t purchase the car I wanted today, so not giving any blame on the dealership for that, but did not appreciate how Marcus showed multiple other employees the numbers that he was working with and their responses to the entire sales room that included loud whistling, the words ‘whoa’, and laughing at mine and my daughter’s expense. Afterwards, Marcus came back to discuss more things with me in a very bored and uninterested manner before I walked out. Once again, the internet sales team was wonderful... but it’s sad that they work to bring customers into the dealership, just for the sales team to belittle customers and show how unprofessional they are. I thankfully had already had another approval from a different dealership who offered me almost 3k more for my trade- in and was happy to have my business .
I have been here a couple of times now. I have asked them numerous times while there to contact my warranty company about my tire and the keep giving me the runaround! Everyone acts likes it’s too much work or they can’t do it. They always say they will but still haven’t. They give this long story about going to my original dealership which is 1hour away and they are literally 5 minutes from my house! They even plugged my tire and recommended I get a new one but will not contact the warranty company. I have been told they should accept my warranty and every time I ask for the warranty manager she is unavailable!!
Once again I was there for three hours for a single oil change. Noting that I was fifth in line this morning when they open the doors but as its happened twice before they put the wrong oil in my truck so I had to stay longer for them to change the oil again. And to make a mention of twice before they have left my oil filter loose. The only reason I give it one star is because the parts manager spoke to me and was very pleasant and apologized for the incident.

Bought a package deal, might just call it a loss and go somewhere else. Its always something when I come 8n for a oil change now. Wanted to get my key programed and cut, service guy said okay chick that took my info for oil change said no make an appointment. These new people are something else. Never again
I have been a longtime customer of Eastgate Chrysler, but the experience I had today has so negatively impacted me that I may never return for ANY REASON!! I waited 2 hrs and 15 min for an oil change. To make matters worse, a gentleman that came in 30 min after me was done and gone 20 min. BEFORE me, for the EXACT same oil change. Finally, after asking when my vehicle would be done a 1 hr 45 min wait, I was told it would be another 30 min, as yet another customer who came after I did was leaving.This experience was an absolute travesty start to finish!! This is in NO WAY Express ANYTHING!! And if its not obvious I am LIVID!! Maybe Customer Service is no longer important to the Service Department or maybe their is s new manager who does not emphasize the importance of Customer Service. . Either way, Im not spending another penny there!!
First, let me say that if you are an out of state buyer do not buy at this dealership. I drove from Ohio and picked up my Challenger Scatpack. My temporary tag expired on the 27th of February and currently it is March 10th. I cant drive my car because the dealership has not processed my paper work for my memorandum title to get plates. I now have a brand new car that I just made a payment on that I cant drive because of this. I have only received feedback that the general manager is looking into it. I believe at least a call to let me know the issues would be nice. This is really unbelievable. My advice? Run dont walk to a different dealer. Stay away or you too will be sorry. I have so disappointed.

My review is not on the service received, the salesman and the managers I dealt with were friendly and helpful and the transaction went smoothly. My issue was that they charge you $399 for a VIN etch on the windows without even asking first. After seeing the cost, I asked to not have this service done and they told me that it is done on all their cars no matter what, so when you buy a car from this dealership go ahead and add $399 plus tax to the price. What makes it even worse is you can but the kit on Amazon for less than $30, yet they charge you $399 for this service. This deceptive practice is what took this from a 5 star experience to a 3 star experience.
Website says service hours till 6pm cant actually talk to a person when you call always machines. Tells you you dont need to schedule for oil changes.. Showed up at 4:50 went in they told me to pull to door drove to door sat there for a couple min door opened pulled in at 4:58 than was told they stop doing oil changes at 5.. not to mention indy traffic and almost 3 hours of driving for me. Been there a few times now and never had a good experience

Found a truck i was interested in on their website. Drove to the dealership to see it. I could not locate it on the lot. Salesmen Kevin stepped outside the door and waited on my to step out of my car all the while talking on his cell phone. (It was pretty creepy). I barely got my care door shut before he was yelling something at me from across the parking lot. I told him what vehicle i was looking for. He said that the vehicle had not been processed yet and it was in the back but we could go look at it. He gave me some story about having to list it on their website by law. I told him that i was interested. We went in and talked to the sales manager who said the truck should be processed later in the week. I gave Kevin my name and telephone number and he said he would call me once that was done. The truck has since disappeared from their website. No phone call from Kevin. What a waste of my time with this shady dealership.

I love this place! Never actually thought that I would LOVE a car dealership but this one is awesome! I had an issue with my top rear tail-light and the mechanic figured out that it was an actual parts issue so it was covered under warranty still. They took the time to explain what had happened AND show me on the vehicle exactly what they needed to replace. I was sincerely impressed! The mechanic was genuine and answered any questions I had. Everything was handled promptly and thoroughly as well. My rental vehicle was also superb and the process for paperwork was smooth. When I returned to pick up my vehicle, this process was also painless AND the dealership had washed my car! I was literally so impressed by how easy all of this was. All staff members were easy to work with and prompt - no unnecessary up-selling whatsoever! This is probably the fourth time Ive also used this dealership (for oil changes mainly) as its the closet one to me. They have always been fantastic and I highly recommend their service team!
Since it wouldn’t let me post the texts between me, the salesman, and the owner -I will explain. I wouldn’t recommend ALEX the “salesman” to anyone I Know. Sean the Manger, of course played the “ I didn’t know anything about this” Card. Been nearly 50 days since the BMV has received my title transfer, and now on 11/6, I am being told they are going to try and get me a duplicate title. Cmon man. Don’t do business like that.Honestly, would never recommend anyone to consider shopping at this shady lot. PLENTY of others to choose from. Let my mistake be your lesson. BUYER BEWARE!!
Eastgate Chrysler is where I purchased my new 2015 AWD Dodge Charger. I always go to this dealer for routine oil changes or any service. I am blessed with this Charger. Only once in the shop for a warrenty fix on the door lock in the first few months of 2015. Yep, that’s the only service fix. I was in recently for a small emissions canister recall. I easily scheduled this appointment for 8am and I waited for it. I added one of my prepaid oil changes to the ticket. I walked out within 1.5 hours as estimated to me. I only have 42,000 miles on my 2015 fully loaded Charger. Still original tires & brakes. Ice cold AC and cooled seats in Summer and heater steering wheel and seats in a winter. Love my lane assistance warnings, talking backup camera, and especially my blind spot warning mirrors. I respect the social distancing in the dealer waiting room. I buy all my cars at this dealer and so does my adult son. You won’t be disappointed!
Quote a price for oil change then when you check out they add extra for labor and more other charges. If you need a real price dont trust the quote.
I have been a Eastgate Chrysler customer for about 2 years and never had much of any issue at.But, lately it seems something has changed......About a week ago,I called to make an appointment to get my car serviced for an oil change and tire rotation, which I have never done before. I was told it wasnt necessary because they have an Express lane for that type of service.So I drive their and upon arrival I am told my wait time is gonna be two to three hours and I should have made an appointment?????Today, I drive in to get my car serviced. Tire rotation and oil change and when I pull up, Im literally sitting outside the overhead door for probably two minutes and there isnt a car in front of me nor inside the shop.Finally, someone opens the door and I drive in. I get out of my car and one of the service guys that sit in the middle of the place ask me if I am there for service? I said yes I am here for an oil change and tire rotation. He said do you have a package deal and I said yes. He said great go in and have a seat we will take care of everything and come and get you when your vehicle is done!Upon arriving home, I noticed that my tires where not rotated not does my receipt show that they rotated my tires, but that is what I paid for!Makes me wonder how many times its happened before and I didnt catch it........?I have a call in now to the service manager and I am waiting on his call back.

I was pleasantly surprised. I am a returning customer, and I thought I would visit Eastgate as a courtesy. I actually expected that I would like the Ford Transit Connect better, and I had a very favorable first visit at the Ford dealer. But my experience with Eastgate was consistently good with each visit, and they were willing to demonstrate how the Chrysler Voyager was a better vehicle. Superior product and superior service won me over
I rarely leave reviews, but I believe my experience needs to be shared. To sum it up, the three staff members I came across were excellent in their customer service, communication, transparency, and honesty. 5 stars.After looking for a car for weeks and being misled by other dealerships on the conditions of their vehicles, I contacted Eastgate via telephone. I spoke to a salesman named Jarrod, told him what I was interested in and that I may want to trade a vehicle after it was appraised. Communication was spot on, and he followed up and responded in a very timely manner. I told Jarrod I was coming in, and he said it was fine (this was last minute on my part). Instead of having me twiddle my thumbs when I got there, Jarrod let me know he had an appointment at the time I let him know I would be there, and he set me up with another salesman (Mathew), informing me Mathew would would take care of me. There is a lot that could have gone wrong here, and the communication received was appreciated. Time is money.I got there at the scheduled time, and informed Mathew of my plan. He wasnt pushy. Some of the information I asked he did not have at that moment, but he said he would get it. I was not lied to by him. I told him I didnt want to purchase a car that day, and was really busy for the next two days, but was interested. Mathew didnt treat me any different. Some salesman may become disinterested, short, not as friendly or accommodating, but Mathew wasnt any of those things. There wasnt a single time over the next few days that he did not pick up when I called (called about 5 times). I did my research on my trade-in value, their vehicle, etc. so I kind of knew what to expect when it came to the numbers. I asked Mathew specific questions about his dealerships practices (do your homework people), and to my surprise, he answered without hesitation. Transparency is key and will earn my business every time. I never got the feeling he was trying to manipulate, con, or evade me or the questions I asked. I even had a pre-purchase inspection done on the used vehicle I purchased at my mechanics repair shop, and due to my busy work schedule, he DROVE THE CAR and met me at the facility.Overall, stand up guy. We settled on a price I felt comfortable with, and then it was on to the finance managers (Wes Baker).Wes communication was clear, and when I had certain questions (which happened immediately actually) and asked him to explain a little more, he didnt hesitate to help. Wes mentioned the warranty they offered, and even though I declined it, he WAS NOT PUSHY. This is big. Ive ran across so many finance managers who will use different tactics (usually appealing to the customers ego, fear, envy, and/or greed, then using it against them to increase the sales profit), but he did none of those things and I respect and appreciate him for that. The process went smoothly, he informed me of things I needed to do (once again, A+), and I was on my way.

I had an appointment today for an oil change and a tire rotation on my Jeep, because it was time, but also because of preparations for a long distance drive soon. It was done pretty quick and my Jeep was very happy for the tune up! I can always tell when my Jeep had good service, as it drives much more smoothly. To top it all off they accepted my Mopar coupon. If I am back in the area again, I will be sure to get my Jeep service from Eastgate chrysler.

I would recommend Eastgate Chrysler service department because of the convenience and friendly service. I tried three different places for an oil change and it would have required leaving my car for the day or waiting four hours in a loud dirty waiting room. I waited less than a hour and I was back on my way. Also, Destiny (the service attendant) was very helpful and super nice which made the difference in my visit. I was very pleased with my service.
Staff was very friendly. Took 2 hours for a oil change and tires rotated but I survived. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is many of the employees have their mask on their chin. I guess the chin area wont get the virus.

I will never go to another dealership. Brandon Adams helped us determine what the best Jeep was for us. He listened to us and had us test drive several jeeps. He didn’t push or “sale”. He simply helped us find the perfect Jeep for us. The whole process he asked questions. He asked permission. By far our best experience ever in buying a new suv. The whole team were nice and accommodating! I am recommending to my friends and family that they at least check them out!

It would be nice if you wouldnt purposefully manipulate people for a quick buck. This place is not honest, at all whatsoever, and if you walk into the door be prepared to be pampered to your hearts content because they want to cover up the bull as much as possible. They will make your deal sound so good, but in the end youre just being screwed over. Basically there is nothing special about this dealer, its like all the other ones and if you are budget conscious (like you should be especially during a pandemic) I would strongly urge you to not shop here.

Had to have Jeep towed to dealership because it was broken in to and couldn’t drive it. I put the keys in the Dropbox. Casey was great. He called me first thing the next morning and we discussed everything. He kept me fully and promptly updated and was able to work the car into the schedule and also did some additional needed maintenance. It was greatly appreciated!!!
Ive bought 3 brand new vehicles here over the last 10-11 years and service used to be great. But something has changed. I scheduled to have my truck in for some recall work, they had it all day and didnt even look at it. I thought the point of scheduling an appointment was to make sure it got worked on. They have lost my business for good.
This business lacks terribly in customer service. I dont know how they stay in business. If I could give them no stars, I would! I had my van towed in when the engine died. That was on a Friday morning. Because I didnt make an appointment, it didnt get looked at until Monday morning. (Next time Ill try to foresee better that Im going to need to have my vehicle towed!) The driver who took me to work, I was told couldnt pick me up and take me home, only back to the dealership! You practically pass by my house to get to Eastgate! How irritating when its in there and will get work done on it, that you will get paid for and I have no vehicle, but you cant take me home? It was (extended) warranty work, and I didnt get a loaner until Wednesday evening...6 days after the incident! Driver couldnt pick me up at work for that either because they had a 4:30 downtown pick up. I was to I had to be there before 5 to get the loaner. I was there by 4:46, and it was 5:25 before I was seen at the service desk to sign the paperwork for the loaner. So a 40 minute wait! Really? So glad I was there before 5!By Friday when I was told it would be done, I sent a text from the number they had sent me to send any questions, asking about when it would be ready. That and 3 other texts went unanswered over a period of several hours. I made a phone call to the service manager who confirmed it was ready but I couldnt pick it up until the warranty company had paid for it! So now my vehicle is being held hostage? Anyway, I ended up calling the warranty company. They paid it by credit card so I could get my vehicle.Ive left some of the details out to keep this shorter, but there was a lot of being ignored, questions not answered, and ones that were, being short and with a condescending tone.What a stressful ordeal. I will not be going back there, and Im letting friends, family and co-workers know they shouldnt either! Im a loyal customer when Im treated right, like with respect. This kind of treatment isnt how you win new customers. You lost me, Eastgate shortly after I walked in the door.
I had a terrible experience with Eastgate. Several months ago I visited this dealership hoping to buy a Jeep Renegade with a Remote Start System and Heated seats, as it is very cold here in the winter. I test drove a vehicle that did not have these features and told the salesman that I would not purchase it because it did not have all the features I was looking for. This salesman told me it was not a problem and that those features could be installed at Factory Quality. I agreed to purchase the vehicle and had the heated seats installed. I immediately realized I had been lied to when I saw the cheap aftermarket quality that was put in my car. Not to mention I was lied to again when I was told the Remote Start System would not be available until the winter. Well, winter came and I was told by a manager that the Remote Start system was not even possible to add to my vehicle. He then promised that he would get me a new car that had the features I paid for but that was once again, another lie. It has been months now and they have resorted to ignoring me. This company has essentially stolen from me and I am telling everyone that I know to stay away...

They are extremely shady and do not care even during a time we’re all going through during COVID 19! They are pushy, rude and will push anything for you to buy and then change the contract into something completely opposite to what you were told. Please don’t step foot in this dealership.
Great to work with. I was able to work with the team at Eastgate to arrange everything before hand with complete transparency. The actual process to close the purchase took about 15 minutes. I would highly recommend Eastgate to anyone.
I visited this dealership on 8/19 for an oil change. Was offered a package deal with four full synthetic changes for $199 which is a pretty decent deal. Took the deal and was pleased with service. A little less than a week later I noticed oil dripping on my driveway from my car. My car is basically brand new and seeing a big oil patch coming from it was alarming. Took it into the dealer and explained what I saw. They were terrific in dealing with the issue. The Service Manager was Brian and I couldnt have been more pleased with him. He gave me constant updates on what they were doing and showed me the cause of the leak (faulty o-ring on oil filter). They gave me a new filter, topped off the fluids and cleaned all the oil that spilled onto my car. Couldnt have been more pleased with their attention to the issue. This was all done on a Saturday as well which was impressive to me. Not only will I continue to come back for my service here but I will also make them my first stop when I purchase my next vehicle. I wish all dealers where like Eastgate. My salesman was Micheal Jenkins, I would highly recommend him. Micheal and the finance team did there best to set me up with a vehicle that met my needs and style while still staying within my budget. The receptionist is kind and the general staff very pleasant. I bought my 2019 Ram 3500 dually Bighorn from them. The entire staff was very informative and made my wife and I feel like a part of the family. I also had some things added to my truck which had to be ordered. They worked with my hectic schedule for me to get in and get the parts installed. I wont go anywhere else to get genuine Mopar parts. Furthermore, I would recommend everyone to go there for vehicles or maintenance.Thanks for all your help and advice.

Service was on a airbag recall. So it didnt cost me anything. Not much to complain about. The repair was timely and I would say just be a little nicer and direct to people. when I came to pick my car up there seemed to be some confusion. The guy who brought my car to me was friendly and said I had a coolant leak which I knew but it was nice they had done a once over to let me know. Over all quick and easy to get done.
UPDATE:September we went in to look at a new truck. We worked with a gentleman by the name of Jarrod. He was very professional and great to work with. We will definitely be working with Eastgate again. Thanks to everyone who worked with us to get us in this beautiful truck!
