This is our third service experience. My wife’s first experience wasn’t very positive as she felt like she was rushed through, but the previous two visits have been much better. I decided to wait in the waiting room for the oil change this time versus taking a free rental for the day. I can work remotely while waiting. Although they’re waiting area is very nice and clean, these tables make it very difficult to work on a laptop. The height is a standing bar height not a sitting height. On their next remodel, a sitting workstation would be nice for those of us that can work remotely which I noticed two or three people with laptops on their knees trying to work in the leather seats.As for the service after the fact, the service needed was not explained very well and felt rushed.

I booked an appointment for today for discussing about X3 and for a test drive. I reached there on time, but I was not attended by anyone. Finally I spoke to someone and she said one agent will come after some time. I waited for around 30 mins, but no one showed up. I got up and when I was about to reach the door, the salesman came up and said there is no card ready for test drive. He didnt even apologize for the delay, even though mine was a scheduled appointment. He wasnt even ready to discuss about his model, like its features, price etc. - such a bad salesman. I dont recommend this dealer and Im not planning to go back there.

I purchased my BMW 528i from Sarah. She was awesome to work with! She knew all of the features of the cars, she was patient, and helpful. I am very pleased with the price we paid and the service we received.I also appreciate that though we arent big spenders, they treat us with the same level of customer service as they would someone who bought a brand new 9 series.Thank you Sarah, well buy our next BMW from you too!

Bought a used Mazda car from this dealership. They didnt seem to want to get anything fixed on it when selling it as it had many major problems within the first year. The person who looked at my car said these issues seem to have been prevalent for awhile. DO NOT BUY USED Cars from this dealership. Just trying to make a quick buck.

I had a great experience ordering my new car from Dreyer & Reinbold BMW. My Advisor, David L, was fantastic to work with and helped me find the perfect car. I really appreciated how transparent and responsive he was throughout the entire process. He was also able to help me save some money by removing features I didn’t necessarily need. As for the new car, all I can say is I could not be happier with my purchase. Do yourself a favor and go test drive a new BMW with David!

Sales team very helpful. Service team is polite and means well. However service is extremely slow and uncertain. Disappointing. I thought Porsche and Audi had deteriorated in the quality of service and made the switch to BMW. Disappointed. If you sell luxury products you should be prepared to provide luxury service.

Blaire Duncan sold me my new X5 and the process was fantastic. The entire process was done remotely and there were no communication gaps at all. She was super easy to work with - thorough - and easy to communicate with.I first tried to buy a similar car from one of two dealers closer to home - about 2hrs roundtrip. Neither sales person - sales manager - or organization could hold a candle to Blaire. So I made the 12 hour roundtrip to buy my car from her and the team at D&R - and I would do it again. I cannot stress strongly enough the support she provided me. Talking to me on her days off - making sure that my checkout process was fast and efficient. This was all star service - from start to finish.To a person - everyone there went out of their way to be friendly and as important - helpful. I obviously dont live close - but I cannot imagine buying my next BMW from anyone else!

Came to this location looking for a specific SUV and was helped out very quickly and the experience overall was amazing.I was helped through the entire process from start to finish by Blaire, she is extremely knowledgeable & very personable and professional. She made the process go very smoothly and made sure I had everything I needed consistently.She allowed me take it for a test drive and had it was ready to go when I arrived. After the drive I already liked the SUV and was on to making an offer with my trade. She made everything very transparent and worked to make the whole process go easily . I never felt I was being undermined and felt as though I was being helped by a friend.After going over numbers and getting all the paperwork finished I was on my way in my new SUV, such a great experience and I was very happy with the condition my new SUV was in and the value they place on their guests.I had one small issue arise soon after purchase which was quickly resolved by Blaire herself, and felt very good about my recent transaction and love how much they stand behind what they sell.This dealership is top notch and would recommend it to all my friends and family. Sometimes car purchases can be a hassle but not here especially with the help I got from Blaire! Would definitely return the next time I want to make a purchase based on overall experience and quality of vehicles they offer. Outstanding sales experience with Patrick and Steven, the sales manager. Patrick has been very patient with me as I tested different vehicles, thought about it, came multiple times to the dealership. Brand new I dropped it off to them, and they ran my car without asking me through a car wash that has brushes and now my car has scratches. And I noticed that on the steering wheel there is grease marks when I got in. Immediately same problem came up within 2 min and took my car back and received no proper response.

I was very nervous purchasing my FX35 from just the internet and texting with a salesman after contacting the dealership (we’re from Wisconsin, worried about being a scam) but Sajid Sheikh answered all of our questions or concerns with ease and made us feel like we were a customer in the showroom looking at purchasing a used vehicle. He was very helpful with answering questions so we could make accommodations to fly down and make the purchase. If you’re looking to purchase a new or used Infiniti I would definitely recommend going the extra mile to look into purchasing from this dealership and salesman Sajid, also his co partner (financing department) Mark was very helpful as well.

Great place with polite and friendly staff. Prices actually beat other non-dealer locations on some items. E.g. Oil change is actually cheaper here than Firestone. At Firestone they wont even touch other fluid levels either so the dealership turns out to be better of a deal. Same with tire replacement. Was cheaper here than tire barn. However, break work was extremely expensive here (hence docking a star). I ended up doing the breaks (pads+rotors) with a friend and saving about $2000 and got nicer pads and rotors to boot.However, overall still a great place for a lot of the maintenance work. They also provide loaner cars so thats a HUGE bonus, too.

Recently called for information regarding a vehicle part. Cory in their parts department was my first contact. They were very happy to give me the info to sell me the part, but however the business is not interested in good customer service. They withheld the part number from the vehicle and informed me they are not able to give that info to their average customers. Cory actually had to stop himself then tell me. I then asked for their manager, Cory said that would be fine and left me on hold for approximately 30 secs to 1 min while he informed his manager on the situation before transferring me to him. I then spoke with Joe the Parts Department manager about the part and their policy. He then again informed me that their policy was to not give the part because they Are not in the business of giving their customers free research. This is strange given it took Cory less then a min to find this info. If they are paid by the hour I could have been more than willing to pay for his 1/60 of his hourly pay to compensate them on their research. If they were my best option I would then return to purchase the part. When I mentioned to the manager that it seems that they are withholding that info knowing that they are not the best option/price, Joe the Parts Department Manager responded with Oh, we defiantly are not the best price out there. I wouldnt waist your time calling this business. -From, Someone who is able to work with their hands.

They stand on their product from my experience. I dont think I have ever been treated better by a car dealer. Bonnie was really cool to deal with, the closing part of the deal was a thorough process also. I felt well informed about my car, warranty info, and who to call if I had questions or an issue. They got a person who actually makes sure you know how to use your car called the genius. I really feel like I have the ultimate team behind me and my ultimate driving machine.

I have owned a BMW for over 34 years. I have always owned a certified previously owned vehicles. I have always received tremendous service. I have purchase 2 from Dreyer and Reinbold. The service at Dreyer and Reinbold has deteriorated to such degree and the car itself has had all sort of issues that when I purchase a new car I will consider other brands. It breaks my heart because I loved this Car maker. I have owned 3 - 3 series and drove them for every. My latest car is a 5- series from Dreyer and Reinbold. They were dependable, beautifully designed and a dream to drive. I purchased a 5- series because I always dreamed of owning one. Unfortunately the 5-series I purchase from Dreyer and Reinbold is not the car i envisioned and what is worse the service has diminished terribly. It’s like lip stick on a pig. Very disappointed.

We purchased a used Mini from the dealership last February. Be vary wary about purchasing any used vehicle from this dealership. Improper repairs were done to the vehicle and it was purchase with fatal engine flaws that ended up costing more than the vehicle. Dreyer and & Reinbold worked harder at selling us insurance than than they did a quality vehicle. While, we hold some responsibility as a buyer, it doesnt solely rest there. The only reason they get one star is because I had to give them something to register the review.

Had a BMW X6M brought in for a Pre-Purchase Inspection (PPI) for $250 as I was out of state. I wanted them to look it over before I purchased the vehicle. They told me the battery was bad and would be $500 to replace. I asked about the paintwork on the vehicle and any damage, which they said there was none and the vehicle was excellent. I did not have them replace the battery because I would have it replaced at my local BMW dealer once it arrived. Upon receiving the vehicle there is a ding in the rear right quarter panel, which I was not made aware of during the PPI. Two of the wheels had curb rash, and one of the tires had a hole in the sidewall. All of which should have been discovered on the PPI! I then went to my BMW dealer where I removed the battery to replace it, and the battery was brand new with a manufacture date of 12/19! BMW tested the battery and it was new! Turns out the previous owner had it replaced 2 months prior. What did I pay for a PPI for, when they missed everything and tried to rip me off for a $500 battery when it was new?! I then had to purchase a new tire for $360. This service department is terrible!

Best car buying experience! This was my third car that I have purchased from Deyer and Reinbold (2 BMWs and 1 Mini Cooper) and I will definitely continue to buy my cars from them. I thought the last buying experience was great but they managed to top it.I had the pleasure of working with Robert Norton and his associate Sherry Nally on my latest purchase on 10/19/2017. Sherry reached out when she saw that I had some maintenance scheduled for my 2013 BMW to see if made sense to look at trading it in. Their timing was perfect as I was contemplating trading the car in or putting another 60K miles on it.They worked around my busy schedule to get credit lined up and model that fit my preferences and needs. They were on top of every step in the process and I was able to get in and out between meetings.Most importantly they treated me like family from the time I arrived to the time I left.Keep up the great work!

After talking with Scott in the Finance Dept (who was very helpful/informative as well) I was transferred to the Sales Dept. I spoke to Cory and he sent me a quick email with vehicles in my price range. When I showed up two daya later, he was ready to show me the vehicles that we discussed. This was my first BMW purchase and Cory was on point with all the information I needed about each car I test drove. My wife and I worked with Jarod to order a new 2021 228i GC when they didnt have exactly what we were looking for in inventory. He was excellent to work with - giving us all the information we needed to design and build what we wanted and called us as soon as it was ready for us to pick up. During the process he spent at least 30mins showing us everything in the car from turning on the auto windshield wiper to demonstrating the auto park feature to telling the car youre stressed and letting it run a program to help relax you. He didnt rush at all to move on to the next customer. Probably the best experience weve had purchasing a car and I will be back next year when my other car lease is up.

Recently punched a X7 and had a very pleasant experience. I traded in my previous lease for this lease and it was a seamless experience. I worked with Jarod Clausen and he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I had many questions and he answered all of them. He always acted like he wasnt in a hurry to move things along and never acted as if we were being a burden, despite wanting to see many vehicles. Serviced my i3 here, great experience, pulled right into the three lane garage, which was nice since it was only a few degrees outside, and was greeted by a polite staff member as I opened the door. They charged the vehicle while they did the required maintenance on it, and the waiting area was comfy with ample snacks and refrigerated beverages. Vehicle was waiting for me in the heated garage lane after service was complete. This was the most organized drop off and service Ive ever had on any vehicle Ive serviced. Will be returning for all my BMW service in the future. Great work!

Had them perform a pre-purchase inspection on BMW from another dealership in town. I asked them specifically to check for oil leaks. They noted one leak which I could fix relatively cheaply - so I bought the car. I drove the car to my home (I live in a different city) and took it my local mechanic to fix they the leak they identified. My local mechanic indicated bigger issues which costs 7k to fix. They gave me my money back for the inspection, but now I have the car with no recourse.

So I recently had a friend take his bmw here for service (newer 428i) after hitting a coyote and messing up his front bumper. The service advisor assured him the trim pieces would be paint matched (there were 2 trim pieces ordered). Upon arrival, we see they are in fact not paint matched and literally didn’t even install one of the pieces he paid for. It was missing the whole bottom trim piece that they said would be replaced. Not only was serviced not preformed but also mis-information being spread that the parts would paint matched from multiple people. Then he tells my friend he can pay an extra $3-400 dollars to have them painted (unacceptable) considering the full service wasn’t even preformed or up to par. We speak with the service manager and he was extremely rude. When asked if there was anything he could do to remedy the situation (by asking them to eat a $300-$400 paint cost) to make it right and he looked us dead in the eye and said no. I personally have worked at a dealer for over 2 years and never experienced this horrible of customer service. Furthermore I wrote this same review on Facebook yesterday and it is now deleted. Extremely unprofessional and shady business practices. They also told us they didn’t know the contact information for their GM. Cmon now. The GM will be hearing from my friend on Monday. Good luck deleting this review.

Really exceptional and caring service. I have a BMW and a Infinity through their dealership. I have driven other luxury brands and unlike other luxury dealership brands in city, where all the courtesy vanished once you make the purchase, D&B culture of courtesy and customer service is a stark contrast. They really value the relationship all the way. I can cite many examples where they went above and beyond than expected of a dealership. My wife’s experience is the same. This was my first internet buying experience and it couldnt have gone more smoothly. I had all kinds of hesitation purchasing a car living 650 miles away but through the help of Blaire, she made it one of the best buying experiences Ive ever had. She took specific photos of areas I asked for and was incredibly transparent about every little detail and incredibly meticulous about getting even the tiniest scratch perfect. When we flew in and showed up, the car was waiting in the delivery bay, the paperwork was ready and Blaire walked through everything with us. When she was done we met with Ed in the finance office who was awesome. He had everything ready, went through it, made sure we fully understood and we breezed through it in record time. With the combination of Blaire and Ed this experience was awesome and I would absolutely buy from them again, even being 650 miles away. Thanks Blaire and Ed for making this an awesome experience.

Aaron Brandes is the best Service Advsor in the business. He went out of his way to check on recalls/extended warranties for me. It saved us upwards of a $1000 for his help. Sales associate was friendly and personable and professional. Test drive was easygoing. Trade in value for my car was on the low end of fair. Negotiation on the used certified car I was looking at was less flexible than I was hoping. No screaming deals to be had here. But it was a good experience. Will be back if needed.

I’ve had my X3 for about two years, I looked for months for the exact car I wanted. Blaire wouldn’t stop until she found me exactly what I wanted in the price range I wanted. I would highly recommend Blaire!I rated 4 versus 5 because as a high end dealership the service department should do a better job of forming relationships and communication.

After deciding to change my daily driver from a Mercedes where both the customer and vehicle service were great to D&R BMW about a year ago, I have regretted this decision from day one dealing with Bonnie. My first oil chance took scheduling 3 weeks out and 6 days for them to complete. Right now, they’re scheduling out to the 2nd week of June for simple regular maintenance. If time matters to you, avoid D&R. I’m looking forward to going back to Mercedes at World Wide Motors.

Dominic was a rock star for us. He spent an enormous amount of time working with us from a distance getting us the info we needed to get the BMW suited for us. Rarely will you get a sales rep willing to give you the honest help and info you need. Got my first Mini_Oct 2015!Had an excellent experience at Dreyer & Reinbold during my initial visit to shop for a mini. From the friendly greeting at the receptionist desk, the attitude and personable Sales Agent ( Jim Barth), to the completion of the paperwork with the financial advisor, I felt like everyone at the dealership went out of their way to make it a special and unique car purchasing event.I never felt pressured by my Sales Agent, Jim Barth; he was very helpful in identifying and explaining how I could get to fulfill by wish to own a Mini. He was very cordial and conscientious in explaining car options. I felt he was very astute and was very familiar with the car.Without a doubt, the outstanding Customer Service I received was a major factor in my decision to get my Mini. Attempted to rip us off of a credit from buying through BMW again, wasted multiple hours of our time, was ticketed significantly higher than KBB and refused to negotiate. Ruined the appearance of BMW in general for myself and my family.

Find an independent service shop for your cars service. Buy your next BMW from another source. This place is a joke. The prices are so ridiculous I cant stand it.Yes I know my e39 M5 will cost more to maintain, but 350 dollars starting price for an oil change is crazy. Okay, their price is 150 for the oil if I buy it myself. How is it 200 in labor to remove and add 8 quarts of oil and a filter? The same process in every other BMW - no special M ways of doing an oil change.Service adviser told me I wouldnt be able to do a correct oil change at home using parts I bought from their parts department. Also was told I could not reset the oil life monitor. A quick google search shows how to reset it and save the 65 dollars they want to turn my key and hold 2 buttons.Crooks.
