I worked with Fady remotely from Denver to purchase my new (to me) 2011 Cadillac CTS-V and it was one of the smoothest remote purchases Ive made to date. Fady was very responsive to my questions and did his best to find out the answer to all of the questions that I had. I was able to complete all of the deposits, loan applications and paperwork that I could while remote so when I flew out to Indianapolis it was just the minimal paperwork and she was mine! Fady picked me up in her at the airport so I got to drive her back to the dealership and get a good feel for her, which I needed as I hadnt driven a stick in some years. I would highly recommend Coast to Coast and Fady to any remote buyer who wants their auto purchase to go as smooth as silk!

Bought a car from coast to coast and had it serviced several times and each time was given a rental car. now my engine has to be replaced and coast to coast has no record of servicing the car and wont pay for the engine. they never gave me receipts. The guy who was servicing the car no longer works there. Why are there no records in their computer system from all the times I took my car? It’s something wrong with this picture. I trusted them.

This week I went to Coast to Coast looking to upgrade our family convertible. I had been looking at Mercedes E class and BMW 3 series convertibles online. I have been looking for the right car for some time that would suit my growing family and I settled on either the Expedition Max or the Navigator L. After an extensive search I found one at Coast to Coast Imports in Indianapolis and began the communication process to acquire the vehicle. Upon calling I was greeted by Sam whom was very knowledgeable, cordial, and welcoming, and we set out the business of making a deal. After some back and forth on my trade and the price of their vehicle we agreed on a deal. We bought a used car at this location and it is beautiful! With us not seeing it until we got home, there was a crack in the windshield that was hard to see due to the tint and location. We called back and sent pictures to the GSM at the store and he had agreed to get the windshield taken care of. We really appreciated them working with us and making sure we were taken care of after the sale. Micheal seems like a down to earth person and he is very straight forward giving us no concerns.

Had a pleasant experience. We went in knowing which vehicle we wanted to look at, they confirmed before getting there that it was still available. The sales people were helpful and not pushy and they worked with us in dealing with our trade-in value as well as some issues we had with the vehicle we ended up purchasing. It has a scratch on the windshield from the wiper blades and they brought down the cost in a trade up for the cost of getting the windshield replaced. Very happy! :) If you go there, ask for Rob! Coast to Coast salesmen were very nice. They were professional and sold us a Toyota Sienna. We had a disagreement on Price but the sales manager met us in the middle and all was well. We drove away happy and pleased with the deal. We love the new Van and would go back again if we need a new vehicle.

I bought a used minivan from them. They were very nice but they would not budge on the price even when I found issues. The van only came with 1 valet key, and there were some other important features that they had missed checking. I ended up paying about $100 to get a duplicate key, fix the burnt out light, and fill up the tires with air. I will be living without one of the cigarette lighter adapters and owners manual. They also did a poor job of washing and sweeping it but its not like that is important. I think its nice that they even tried to wash it and sweep it. I cant complain as long as the mechanical condition is as solid as it seemed.Update: Within two weeks of taking it home I started finding a few other problems: mold under the carpet, and apparently a small hole in one of the tires (because I have had to fill it repeatedly). I tried contacting them 3 times through the website over the course of a week or two to no avail so finally I made time to call today (3-4 weeks after purchasing). Jeff, the representative who I worked with the most has always been very nice but it sounds like management will not do anything for me, and I was told that I waited quite a while to contact them.Hey I understand that I bought it as is and I understand that their main focus is on luxury cars, but when Jeff told me We wont leave you out in the cold (or something to that effect), I thought he was referring to things like this. At least the mechanical condition is sound. Im knocking on wood.

The staff members back at Keystone were extremely friendly and everything from the trade-in appraisal to the final paperwork was smooth and expedient. Nothing felt high pressure. Nothing felt sleezy. Have tried for 4 days now to contact a live person there imitating a salesperson. Have a vehicle am interested in but getting no responses. Have received and replied to 2 emails and then nothing. Emailed an offer on the vehicle, then nothing. Tried contacting the salesperson but she was busy. Left a message, then nothing. I give up. Will look elsewhere for the same vehicle. This place will remove any patience you might have.

Update 10/19/19: Upon realizing that they dropped the ball on getting back to me regarding the broken wiper arm, Micheal Siaba contacted me and quickly arranged for me to be reimbursed for the cost of the replacement wiper arm.I spent over 100k to buy my dream car from Coast to Coast, and trusted them when they said that it had just passed an inspection at a factory dealership. Got it home and discovered that the windshield wiper didnt work (the splines between the arm and the drive mechanism were wrecked). I reached out to see if they would offer to fix it, and never got a response from management. It cost me $900 to repair the problem so that the car was safe to drive.

My fiance and I have purchased two cars from Coast to Coast on Keystone Ave within the past year and a half. I have also sent 3-5 leads their way. With my first purchase I had a good experience. I did not purchase any of the warranty products on my vehicle (luckily). At that point I had no complaints. Our second purchase has been a completely different story. We did purchase all of the warranty products for the vehicle and since purchasing the car there have been 3 major issues. The first one we took the vehicle in and got the front/driver side tire replaced because it popped on a busy highway. We went ahead and replaced the other front tire (we payed for on our own as we expected to do). The next issue we ran into was with the power steering seizing up. The warranty did not cover anything and we had a large bill to take care of all on our own. This most recent issue was with the back/driver side tire popping on an even busier highway. We tried calling the service department 1 week prior to set up an appointment, but never received a call back. This issue could have been avoided all together if the service department would have gotten back to us in a timely manner. We were able to touch base on a Monday and set up an appointment for Tuesday morning. We take the vehicle in on Tuesday morning and were told that it would be taken care of by the afternoon, but would get a call one hour later to confirm. We waste time in the area expecting a call because of the long drive home, but dont hear anything. Three hours later we call back and are told that it wont be done until Wednesday, so we go home. The next day I call at 5 pm because we still have not heard back. At this point I get a response saying that it would be done on Thursday. My fiance has to work on Thursday and Friday and I am without a vehicle because she has to use mine to get to work. I was able to find a ride, but need to pick up the vehicle before 1 because the person helping me out has plans. I still have not received a call from the service department at this point. I had to initiate the updates myself. It is now Thursday and I have yet to receive a call back although I have called multiple times to get an update. It looks like I wont have a vehicle for at least one more day. This has been an awful experience and will not be coming back.

I was excited to get a truck, had the paperwork faxed over to me by Jeff. I reached out as Coast To Coast needed to make a correction on my address before I could return a signed copy. We had agreed on a price and Coast To Coast had been on the phone with my bank to set up all information. I did not hear back for a day, then when I finally get a hold of them the next day, they sold the vehicle to someone else saying Jeff was off for the day and they did not know. They did not even have the decency to call or try and get in contact after going through this entire process. It is difficult to find trustworthy people in this industry anymore.

I bought my Mini Cooper there, and was completely satisfied. They didnt pressure us at all, allowed us a good test drive, and were polite and helpful. Although I didnt have to have a loan I did decide to allow them to arrange financing, which they did through a local credit union at a good rate, and with no hassle. My car was in good-as-new shape with only 8,000 miles on it despite being more than a year old, and the price was lower than other Minis I had seen elsewhere with 3 times that mileage (Im not sure why), so I was very happy with the deal. (The price was the price they listed, no negotiation on that, but very fair.) Now 2 years later Im still very happy with having bought this car there.

I purchased my Acura ILX from Coast to Coast. Very nice experience. This was my first oil change, and I was charged almost $100 (even with a warranty). They did not vacuum the car, or anything else for such a steep price. After paying, I then had to ASK where my vehicle was! That was my first, and last oil change there!

This was my first time looking to purchase a car on my own, and Coast to Coast couldnt have made my experience any better. From the very beginning, they proved not only to be knowledgeable, but also polite and friendly. I purchased my car today after a week of working with Parker and Owen--who made sure to find me a car that I would be able to afford and love. They were patient with me all week and never made me feel pressured. I highly recommend to Coast to Coast.

The wife and I found the car we were looking for with these guys. Flew down from Houston, Texas and Chris was nice enough to pick us up from the airport in a snow storm and take us back to the dealership. They were also able to beat our financing rate and save us some money. Definitely worth the trip and may come back when ready for our next purchase.

I have to add to the absolutely positive reviews. My husband and I drove three hours to look at a very specific BMW 650i convertible, and I cannot express my thanks for the experience. After several days of rain, the car, was unfortunately, rather dirty. When DH and I returned from our test drive, I mentioned it to Ryan, who assured me that the car would be washed and cleaned before we took delivery. I feel I was offered a fair price for my trade, and Ryan let me know when it had sold to someone thrilled to get it. I have nothing bad to say about Coast to Coast. Well consider them for sure when we are ready for another luxury import.

My overall car buying experience was about as bad as it gets from a dealership and I will never return to this dealership nor recommend it to anyone. The car selection and prices are decent but the customer service, lack of experience, and dishonesty of a few members of this staff should scare anyone away.Lets start with the only good thing, the car. The price of my vehicle was better than I could find within a 150 mile radius and the low miles coupled with the nice condition drew me in. I cant speak for the entire selection but I was able to find what I wanted at an exceptional price.Service: After deciding this was the vehicle I would purchase I made a trip home to acquire a few things the salesman said I would need for purchase, insurance info and current lien holder information for my car. Upon returning I come to find out there were a few other things necessary. The amount of time I spent in the dealership this day was beyond any other previous experience. If I were in the car sales business I would have a checklist of everything I would need from my customer in order to process the purchase. There wouldnt be, Oh, and I forgot for the third time we need this account # from you as well. Still, I could overlook this. In addition, the salesman I purchased from refused to have my headlights realigned when bringing the car back in the following week.Lack of Honesty: Before I shook on this deal I confirmed with 3 people in the dealership that I would retain the aftermarket wheels from my trade in. I even offered to bring my original wheels back in the very next day but was told by my salesman that wasnt necessary and to just come back next week when we tint the windows. Upon my return the following week my trade-in had been sold and my salesman lacked any initiative to make things right. After pleading my case to 3 other people in the dealership I asked to speak to the manager. The manager was too busy so I waited patiently in the lobby. After another hour, one of the associates helped me out and we went around to the back of the shop and found my trade in. I was given my wheels like agreed upon but the amount of effort I put it made it seem like this dealership was trying to play the odds of me giving up on what was promised to me. Coast to Coast Imports has no integrity!With all this being said, the guy that did my window tinting was the only helpful associate. Throughout my entire experience I never became upset and demanding, I was very willing to work with this staff even after I had been told my trade-in had been sold. The lack of commitment from the sales team is disturbing.If you are looking for a car I can only recommend you shop prices at this dealership and use them as a bargaining tool elsewhere. This is NOT a dealership you visit to build a car buying relationship with.

Good experience. Good staff. They go the extra mile vs. standard dealerships making the purchase process easier especially when Im leading a very busy business life, I do not have time to fiddle with more paperwork. I drove a couple of cars, chose the one I liked, took it home and everything was ready for signing a couple of days later. 30 minutes and the car was mine. Simple. (Ryan, Muhammed and the staff were great!)

I inquired about a used Fiat 500 Abarth with 22.5K miles. Friday morning and bought it that night. Robert B stayed in the office when we called on his day off and met me 5 minutes after they closed. I test drove the car and fell in love. With my financing already set up. I was out of there with my new car in less than 2 hours. The men and women there stayed 2 hours past closing on a Friday so I could buy this car. I understand selling a car is there job, but no one wants to stay at work 2 hours after close on a Friday!I had nothing but a great experience from this establishment. I will enjoy my ride even more!

Mo Ganchi was great to work with and extremely helpful. He answered all of our questions and helped us through our car buying process, without feeling pressured. I try getting a car from this dealer and they had me waiting for almost 3 week because they said the car was at the body shop. I had ask them to please give me a call to let me know when they had the car back..I called every week just to double check they didnt have the car back ...I called again today and they tell me the car sold YESTERDAY. I was really interested on buying the car ..I wasted my time, now I know to go to a Professional dealer instead..one star is to much for what they deserve

First let me say, I bought a used car; I dont expect it to be perfect. I expect to have issues; thus the reason I bought an extended warranty with the car, which has a 90 day waiting period. However, I bought a BMW because they have a history of being well built and lasting for many miles.On September 16, 2017, I purchased a 2008 BMW 135i. On my way home the check engine light came on. I emailed the salesman, George, to inform him. He told me to bring it back to Coast to Coast or take it to the BMW dealership. I now have a $5100.00 repair bill before I have made my first payment on the car. The engine was covered in sludge and needed to have some parts replaced and the engine cleaned. I have difficulty in believing Coast to Coast did not know that there were issues with the engine; they claim to diagnose the car and repair anything before a sale occurs. I have contacted Owen, the finance manager, and he has not called nor emailed me back.Before I purchased the car, George, the salesman, was texting me every day to get me to take a test drive. After the sale? Radio silence. He hasnt called to see if I like the car or how its performing. During the financing process, Owen was telling me how good the customer service is at Coast to Coast and they always take care of their customers.They could not have been nicer when I was purchasing the car. Now they want nothing to do with me.I have filed a complaint with the BBB and contacted an attorney to determine if Coast to Coast was required to thoroughly diagnose the car and if they were required to disclose problems to me. I have also contacted the IN Attorney Generals office to file a complaint.Do not go to this dealership. I will not recommend this dealership to friends nor family. I believe they are dishonest.

I would give them 0 stars if possible. I was interested in a vehicle they had but I am over 8 hours away so I wanted to negotiate everything over the phone. They gave me a good offer for my trade ($30,500) so I made an offer for the jeep I wanted ($23,000 listed at $24,000). I was told they couldnt accept that offer so I asked what the best they could do was. They said the best they could do is to take the $295 admin fee off ($24,000). Deal. After they learned that I didnt owe anything on my trade and that they would have to write me a check for the difference between the two, they could no longer take the admin fee off (now at $24,295). Whatever, I was still interested and I was ready to come make the trade. Something came up and I wasnt able to drive there. I was still wanting to buy the jeep so I asked what it would cost to have it shipped to me. They were confused and thought I was still wanting to trade my vehicle. They told me they would take care of the shipping and just take it out of the check they would owe me. That isnt them taking care of the shipping, thats me paying for the shipping and them trying to do it without telling me what it would cost. Whatever, I wasnt trading my vehicle so it didnt matter. I asked for the best price shipped to me. They said $24,295 shipped to you. Awesome, deal! Then they tell me they forgot to include the shipping (even though the email specifically said with shipping) and it would be another $750. I walk away at this point because Ive had enough. They give in and sell it to me shipped for $24,295. Great. We get everything set up and ready to ship. I got 0 updates for the next two weeks unless I asked them and even then the responses where not helpful at all. It finally ships. After everything else, they sent it to the wrong address. I had to drive two hours to pick it up. I told them THREE different times where to send it to as it wasnt the same address as the address that I had to put on all the paperwork. THREE TIMES! And they still messed up. I finally get to it and discover that its not in the condition they said it or made it appear in the pictures. The clutch is going out, the top has a leak, and the hood decals have peeled off. I strongly advise anyone looking at a vehicle they are selling to reconsider. I have worked with at least 15 dealerships over the years and this has been by far the worst experience I have ever had.

He escorted me to the Service Department where I meet Roshan was A-1But the experience I had was the greatest one ever.The Staff was so accommodating and my ServiceI CANT WRITE ENOUGH ABOUT HIM.Roshan explained all that they would do and with time needed to do to get my car in better condition.I am thankful for the HONESTY. I purchased an Infiniti G37 sedan from Coast to Coast 2 years ago. I dont recall the name of my sales rep, but he was very friendly and professional, as was all the staff. The buying experience was excellent. The only recommendation that I would have would be to have any used car checked out by a third party before you buy it from anywhere. I was told that they put new tires and new brakes on any vehicle that showed more than 50% wear. The tires on my car were new as I could see, but I did end up having to put all new brakes and rotors on the vehicle within two weeks of purchasing it. Otherwise, the car was exactly as promised and the experience was overall very good. I have waited to post a review as I wanted to see if the car held up over time. I had stopped into the North Side Infiniti dealer to ask what color my interior was so I could order some floor mats and the woman there, who was not very friendly talked badly about Coast to Coast so I was worried I might not have gotten what I paid for. That however has not been the case. The car, with the exception of the initial brake repair, has been wonderful, and even with the cost of the brakes, I feel like I got an outstanding deal. I will definitely be back to Coast to Coast for my next used luxury vehicle.
