They got a customer for life. Found a good deal on a vehicle, for my parents. Had the pleasure of having Paul help us out. Had a nice test drive and decided to pull the trigger on it. The process was easy and everyone offered us water, beverages, and snacks. There is also a beautiful 64 Porsche, on the show room. Love the green paint! Lastly, after closing the deal, I joking asked for a free Porsche hat. Without missing a step, Brad said no problem. The small things like that will make me loyal to a company down the road.

I have taken my various Porsche’s to multiple dealerships for service in the past. Given this experience, I can say for a fact that Tom Wood Porsche has delivered the best service experience I’ve ever had! Not only did the knowledgeable staff walk me through each part of the service being completed, but they offered to pay for a delicious breakfast (I stuck around for my Diesel Cayenne to be completed), but they also offered ample, quiet space for me to take meetings while working remotely from the service center!

Had a wonderful certified used buying experience with Paul Bennett. Very down to earth, which was important to me as Im new to this type of car - Paul is a performance driving enthusiast, not just a luxury expert, so our conversation was very entertaining. Prices are competitive with others like Carvana, but the certified extended warranty made buying here a better deal.

Brought my new to me Boxster in for an oil change and an evaluation of fuel injectors. Was told that I didn’t need an oil change and that fuel injectors were clean. I spoke with service tech about my car and got great info about how to maintain it. Service tech topped off oil and sent me on my way. I couldn’t be happier with the service provided by John and the service tech. I won’t hesitate to bring my Boxster there for future service needs.

Arrived at 8 AM for what was to be a two hour service and I was going to wait. Was then told that it would be a 30,000 mile service and would be over four hours. Thankfully I was provided a ride home.Received a call 6.5 hours later and advised the vehicle was ready to be picked up. Got dropped off and was told I needed to wait another 15 minutes for cleaning. After that I got in the vehicle and upon turning out of the facility I immediately noticed missing out in the engine and the check engine light came on. Went back and waited while they checked out the problem. After 45 minutes, I was advised they had replaced three of the six new spark plugs that had been damaged when installed.The dealership was very apologetic and courteous.Dennis Whitaker

So I recently got software upgraded on my Taycan 4S and it was an excellent experience from scheduling to getting the car back . The only thing I feel that they could have done better is to call me and let me know that they are bringing the car over. I was not notified of car delivery and the car was parked halfway between the two garage doors so the other car got blocked as well . But for this I will give them 5 stars . Dakoda the service manager I spoke with is an excellent person and was very helpful.

John Castle, Dakoda and the rest of the service staff were able to accommodate a pick up and drop off service request for our Cayenne with specific instructions due to my wife’s high CoVid risk. Not only did they perform the work flawlessly and as requested, they informed me of additional service needs and made suggestions regarding what was safe to put off for awhile. While I didnt purchase my Cayenne from this dealership, I was in town visiting and had an issue with my SUV. I pulled in the dealership at 4:30 on Friday afternoon and within 30 minutes I was in a loaner on my way to my hotel. My wife and I were in Indianapolis over the past weekend and noticed our engine diagnostics showed our oil level was low. We contacted Tom Wood Porsche on Saturday afternoon and had the good fortune to speak with Barry Wickliff. He told us to come right over and he personally confirmed the low oil level and added the required quart without charge. He was so personable and helpful, even helping my wife with some of her unrelated questions concerning the car. His helpful and gracious attitude is all the more impressive given the fact that we are from out of town and unlikely to be purchasing a car from him. If I lived in Indy I certainly would return to Barry to purchase our next Porsche and would strongly encourage those in the area who are considering buying a Porsche to visit with Mr. Wickliff.

It was a bit intimidating going into a Porsche dealer to buy a Volkswagen. The salesman Dan was very informative on the 2016 GTI I was looking at buying and sold me on it. The sales manager Jordan and general manager John Moses were very courteous and welcoming into the dealership. The finance manager Brad was very thorough on the whole process and got me out quickly. I definitely recommend buying any vehicle from here. I will definitely be buying another vehicle from here in the near future.

I am updating this review because I would also like to recognize the outstanding service provided by Brent Taylor. Not only does Brent provide excellent work on modern Porsches, he has been willing to work on my older classic Porsche. Brent is always up to challenge of diagnosing any issue.Over the years I have always received excellent service at Tom Wood Porsche. Last month John Castle and his team were exceptional in assisting with an issue. A day before I was to leave on vacation, I found a bolt lodged in one of my tires. I called John around noon and explained the problem. He was able to get me in that afternoon and install a replacement. Not only was the problem promptly resolved, but he also was able to put me in a loaner so I could make to an afternoonappointment.

Dan was professional but friendly and fun. We had good time going through the vehicle’s features even though it was pretty overwhelming. The gentleman sitting at the reception desk was also a genial conversation and the rain forest we signed with Brad wasn’t bad at all. I would gladly recommend Tom Wood Porche to family and friends.

Incredibly poor communication. Was initially told I could wait. Got there, told I couldn’t. Was given a ride home. (We used to get loaners.) ••• When the car was done, I was asked in a phone message, “Do you need a ride to pick it up?” I immediately called back, and said yes, I did, and gave my pickup address. I get a call back, same guy, asking it I needed a ride. I said, “Yes, I just left you a message!” “What’s the address?” “I just left that on the message, too!” ••• I wait for a dealer car to pick me up. MY car arrives. (?!?) “You need a ride back?” I ask the driver. “Yes.” My car had to make THREE trips in rush hour, wasting gas. ••• This dealership’s service has gone down the toilet in the last several years. Never again.

Visited Tom Wood Porsche on Saturday, May 29th. We live in Texas and were visiting family in Indianapolis and attending the Indy 500. We noticed the heater in our Porsche Cayenne was not working properly and took a chance hoping we could get it looked at on Saturday. We were a little concerned there could be an issue that might surface on our return trip to Texas on Tuesday after Memorial Day. We were immediately greeted by a service ambassador Dakoda Neace. He was as able to quickly diagnose the problem; determine the faulty switch was in parts inventory and could get it replaced Saturday afternoon. Dakoda made a loaner available to us for the afternoon. The work was completed as promised. We can’t thank Dakoda enough for helping out of town visitors.

I love my Porsche Cayenne however I have not always had good luck with the Service Department. They should really train their employees with scheduling and not promise same day oil changes if they can’t deliver. It’s a shame that I have such an amazing car but not a dealership that offers customer service.

Great service and smooth drop off and pickup! Excellent communication while service was being performed including several updates. Everyone wore masks and made sure the customers were safe.

Shane in service at Tom Wood Porsche did a great job of tracking down both interior and exterior parts that were missing from my Cayenne. He even installed a few of the parts. Great job. He did everything that he said he would do from start to finish and kept me in the loop the whole time.

My Cayenne needed for a major work at the engine, and I believe Tom Wood handled that professionally. Everything was under warranty and went smooth with that. Unfortunately the car had to stay at the shop for more than 2 months. I received constant updates on the situation. After about a month, Tom Wood provided me a great loaner vehicle, which made my life easy. I wish I would have received the loaner vehicle since day 1. Perhaps I simply should have ask.

I recently purchased a Taycan 4S. Tom Wood dealership was awesome in trading for the vehicle I wanted, with a process that took less than a week. I had looked at the car earlier in the year, but am happy I waited as it allowed Porsche to ensure everyone was educated on how to use the car and its features. Richard Sellers is a wonderful sales person and spent well over an hour with me walking through the setup of Porsche Connect and how the car works. Post sale he has done a wonderful job in answering questions and providing setup videos for my home charging setup. I love the look of this car for sure and very much appreciate how well the dealership has taken care of me pre/post sale. Thank you.

I experienced a very bad service here. When I get here for the oil change, they only ask me for my ID and said I am good to go. I book the service online and only for oil change. I don’t know the price for that. However, when I back here they ask me to pay over 1000. And it including other service which I don’t need. I called back when I back home and their manager said before the service, they showed me a paper work for the bill. I did not received that or even see any paperwork. Later the manager told me their staffs are gone and he will call back tomorrow. I wait for a whole day and no one call me back. I call the store again and they transfer me to the voice mail. I leave the comment and wait for the call back for another day. Still no response. They send me the automatic emails for feedback, I do response to that email and again no response. I am really said about what they are offering and giving me such a terrible experience, if you guys don’t want to solve the problem or give me the answer, don’t pretend that you will call me back. This is too crazy.

I consulted with a couple Porsche dealerships around Indianapolis for my latest vehicle and the team at Tom Wood Porsche was top notch. I learned not only was their pricing competitive with larger dealers, but their customer service during the entire process was better than any other dealership I have dealt with. Following through on everything promised and making the whole buying process easy and pain free are just a couple reasons this dealer is top on my list. The sales associate Dan Borden was more than helpful and delightful to work with, both in person and over the internet. The sales manager George Wright also helped out and filled in when questions came up that Dan couldnt answer. I have waited two months after buying to write this review to see how the after sale has gone...so far so good!

GREAT customer service, he even went as far as to print out some diagrams in recognition of the fact that GT3s work a good bit different in terms of installation in addition to giving us a few posters and calendars to hang up around the shop. Over at Midwest, we look forward to continue working with this Porsche [and, hopefully Shane, too] in the future!

Went by to look at the Taycan Turbo S, and it was incredible! That car had so much presence and luxury that I was thoroughly impressed.The thing that blew me away was the service. One of the service guys (Dakoda) not only told me all the specs of the car, but actually walked me through the maintenance schedule and cost of ownership. What that tells me is that Tom Wood is honest and trustworthy when it comes to their business. I will definitely be back!
