I was looking for a new truck upgrade and was pre-approved in financing already. I found a 2016 Ram Power Wagon on Indy Auto Man website I was interested in. We live close to them and went over to look at it. The atmosphere was awesome as the sales people didn’t hound you, and let you look around the lot without following you around like a puppy dog. I bought a truck from here in January of last year and it was the most pleasant experience I’ve ever had in buying a new vehicle. Friendly staff, great prices and great selection. Was able to get into an awesome truck in no time. Recently had my transmission go out in my truck and was super worried with how I was gonna afford to fix it. I purchased a Maserati Quatroporte in early 2020. After owning it now for over a year, I felt it’s time enough to leave a review. Ive owned hundreds of cars, no joke. There is no way I could be happier. I flew in from Colorado after buying online and it was truly a great experience. I’ve put close to 50k miles on it and it’s been flawless. I picked up the twin turbo V6. I am now checking these guys regularly for the twin turbo V8 model. Even though this dealer is 1,000 miles away from me and buying a Maserati is sketchy as it is, I am beyond confident that this dealer won’t sell me a lemon and it will be at a very very fair price. After dealing with them I would have no issues purchasing unseen or without a test drive. I will definitely buy another Maserati from them soon!

This turned into a terrible experience for purchasing a vehicle. It seemed from the start we were continuously told, “sorry there has been miscommunication” and the goal posts would be moved every time. It has got to the point we are not even confident in the legitimacy of this dealership. This has by far been one of the worst customer experiences I have encountered. Truly not satisfied. If we were not so along in the process of buying the vehicle we would have most definitely taken our business elsewhere.

We were very impressed with our salesman Craig Aldridge & Jamie. The ac was not working properly and it was agreed since we lived out of state Indy would cover the cost on repairs. I was leery of that arrangement (past issues with car dealerships) they definitely held true to their word. Craig was always easy to contact if we had questions after our purchase. Easy to work with.
