Car was pulling to the right. Had to take it in twice. Best-One worked with the warranty company and replaced all four tires. Pull was gone after second visit. There was a mix up when I picked up the car that had to be worked out, but my car is driving OK now. On a scale of 1 to 5, I give them a 3 for service. For being an advocate with the warranty company, I give them a 5.

The facility was well organized and clean and the staff were courteous and very helpful. I had my oil changed and tires rotated and balanced and they researched fixing my door pull and gave me an estimate. They do good work for a fair price.

I found Best-One of Indy a couple of years ago after being fed up with the quick stop shops. You cant beat their price on a full synthetic oil change and though they might mention that you need something else done to your vehicle, they dont pressure you into doing a thing. Make sure to book an appointment because they are generally busy. Cheap, friendly and fast.

I love Best One, they take care of my trucks and trailers I use for my business and also our personal vehicles. Full service! They are honest, reasonable, and accessible. Levi is awesome, great to work with and provides excellent customer support. Way better than going to a dealership for late model vehicles.

Scheduled on phone. Asked for 4 wheel alignment, 1 tire repair and 4 tires balanced. Got a call explaining loose ball joint and loose tie rod end so they couldn’t do the alignment. When I asked if the alignment was out I was told it would be because of the loose tie rod and ball joint. I was charged $25 for an “alignment check”. I was charged $80 for 4 wheel balance and 1 flat repair with valve seem and “shop materials fee”. This was after I had a $15 off coupon that the clerk almost refused to except over the phone even though it’s on their website. I can except all of this even though most shops do free suspension inspections, some do free flat repair, and usually $60 will get you lifetime rotation and balancing. BUT when I went to pick up my truck, the gear selector showed Reverse when it was in park, N when in R, etc. it took me a couple of hours to figure out that the plastic bracket that positions the selector cable under the steering wheel had been broken at some point while it was at the shop. — when I told the manager about this problem in the shop parking lot he never apologized, got defensive and told me it would be 2 days before it could be addressed and that if a cable or something was broken we would have to have a conversation. I don’t want to even take it back to be looked at after this experience. In my mind, I feel that whoever pulled my truck out of the shop noticed the problem with the shifter and did nothing about it. I feel that I need to share this feedback. Thank you.

In the midst of a stressful couple days I had a really great experience with Best-One of Indy.I had started hearing a noise on my car earlier in the week and immediately called the dealership, where I usually get any maintenance done. They were booked out for a full week, so I reluctantly booked it. After a day of hearing the noise and Google searching myself into panic, I put in a request at Best-One, at 3 am no less. I had been told by numerous friends they trusted them and used them often. I had a reply from Levi first thing after they opened the next morning, he offered to get me in the next morning, a Saturday, and do what they could to get it back to me but didnt get my hopes up.I dropped my car easily upon opening, within a couple hours Levi called to explain the findings and the plan, he said they were doing their best to have it done by their earlier close time but couldnt promise. I was surprised get the call and hour before they closed that they had been able to finish it! I was able to pay over the phone since my ride would arrive later than their close, and my car was ready and back to normal when I arrived!At no point did I feel deceived or pressured into adding other services as you often do in these situations. They were quick, accommodating, and so kind. I will be choosing Best-One of Indy for my future maintenance, no questions about it!

I love love love Best One of Indy on 82nd St. The staff has a way of looking out for you that makes you feel like family. As a female, they have never taken advantage of the fact that I am almost clueless on what repairs need to happen. The prices are affordable and they have never tried to fix more than what was truly needed.

Very slow service. It took half the day to get an oil change with only one customer in front of me. They did do some extra things and the service was good but I have never experienced such slow service. Good but slow.

I commute an hour everyday to work, and on my way to work I experienced an issue with my tire. Being a woman this is something my husband usually deals with. I couldnt make that commute home with a bad tire... so I called Best One and spoke with Levi. Levi was a blessing in disguise! Ive had my car serviced by them twice and they are very professional and takes great care of your car. The first time I had an alignment done on my 2001 Buick Century Custom after some front end work that I had done. The second time I had an oil change, a dry rotted tire replaced, and power steering fluid changed. I highly recommend these guys to take care of your car.

I went in to have my brakes checked. My truck when a left it didn’t have any maintenance lights on it, but when I picked my truck up my brakes was worse off then when I left it. I basically have no brakes now and my vehicle can’t be driven in the condition they left it which was unsafe. They didn’t give me any warning at all. I feel like they didn’t give a care since I decided not to have them fix it for 1879.00. For the next customer please be careful who you trust your car with.

My son is at Buttler and I sent him to Best-One-off Indy because of your reputation. Everyone I know in Indy says they are the place to go. The took care of my son’s issues and the final price was less than the estimate.

Even though they could not get the parts needed for an alignment on my ‘83 VW Rabbit, they did print out on the estimate what parts I would need for the job. At least I can order those from a specialtyVW auto parts place on my own, and then get them installed.

Front tire had gone flat. Thought I had run over a nail. I take it in to Best One Tire, requesting they inspect it, and if it can be fixed, please fix it, and if not, Id buy a new replacement tire.I was at their complete mercy. They could have literally said anything, and insisted I replace the tire, and I would have done it, no questions asked. They came back, said my valve stem was loose, which is why air leaked out.$24 out the door. It is hard to overstate how appreciative I am of their honesty. I will without a doubt be taking my business back to Best One Tire because of their professionalism and my confidence that I am getting their best quality product.

Ive been coming to Best One for a while now for anything between new tires to oil changes and theyve always delivered superior customer service at competitive prices. After trying out a few mechic shops closer to me in Fishers, I ended up returning to Best One because the other mechanic shops were either too expensive or just didnt fix my problems.

I went to Best One of Indy in Castleton and Jim the manager is Awesome. I told him about the problem I was having with my truck and he listen and got the Job Done! He was very professional and polite. He walked me thru everything he was going to do and kept me updated the entire time. I recommend this wonderful establishment and I will definitely be returning for any future work

Although it is never fun to have to get a new tire because you have damage, my experience at Best-One was terrific. The guys were all very friendly and helpful. The facility was cleans and inviting. They were even able to change my oil while they changed my tire saving me time as well. By they way they have an incredible price on their oil changes. I will be back, for sure!!!

Jim was able to fit me in for a last minute oil change and it was quick and easy. Ive also had a tire replaced at this location and they were very helpful, kind, and easy to work with! I scheduled an alignment after replacing my clutch and dropping the subframe. The guys got me in the next day. During the alignment, the mechanic found that a rear wheel bearing was almost completely out. The price they gave was fair. I always do my own work but Best One replace it during the alignment. I was highly satisfied with the work. I would recommend this location.

Friendly staff, easy to set up service. If you are taking your car in for an oil change, be sure to tell them you do not want a brake inspection. I was charged 30 dollars for an inspection that I did not ask for. Also, if you have road hazard on the tires and your rims are slightly bent, know that they will no longer be covered under warranty. A nail in the sidewall would have no correlation to a bent wheel, so keeping my fingers crossed that I wont get screwed over on that.

I explained that I was on a budget but needed my car to get me from point A to point B. Asked them to check on certain things. They did exactly that. Told me what I could do to fix the other stuff, but there was no pressure at all to do it right then.Super friendly, free drinks while waiting, no sales pitch, fair price, and quality work. What more can you ask for ?

I spent forever looking for a car place when we moved here. This was the last place I tried because I haven’t been anywhere else since going here a couple years ago. They always make great recommendations, charge fair prices, and help me work through the hard decisions about what to fix and when. I’m also always really impressed how well they know ME. I only go here ever three or four months, but with the way they remember and greet me (even when I’m calling over the phone), it’s like I was here just last week! Great people, great work.

Great service— friendly, punctual, and reasonably priced. They will repair punctures or flats at no cost if you pay a small fee for their protection warranty. Totally worth it!

I came in to best one of Indy nervous as a female who knows nothing about cars. I spoke to Jim prior to coming and he made me feel very comfortable and advise me of possibilities that could be going on with my car. I brought the carl in and all of the staff was extremely professional, courteous, and thorough when explaining the issues that were going on with my tire. They completed the job in an efficient time and a great price. I most definitely will be back.

We have never had a bad experience here. They are knowledgeable and efficient, the weight with an appointment is never long. We have had particularly great service from Logan, and appreciate his professionalism and customer service. We definitely recommend them.

Received an alignment this past weekend and upon checkout they tried to charge me more because I was told my car had a feature that made the alignment more expensive. I asked what the feature was and was told it was a lane departure alarm. My car doesn’t have that.... After a short discussion I was able to get the charge dropped.When I got in my car my seat was all out of position. I can understand if it was pushed up a little or back a little, but it was all the way back and the seat had been reclined.Later on that night after I got home I was looking at my wheels and two of the 4 were completely covered in what appeared to be grease. I should not be receiving my car in worse shape than I left it.All in all, just felt the customer service and attention to detail was very poor. I guess I’ll assume the alignment was done correctly.

I appreciated that they found a slot for me over the busy holiday weekend. I also appreciated the honest assessment of my vehicle. My only criticism was that I had to call them to see if my car was ready for pickup. Overall, very pleased.

I have come to really trust the team at Best Tire Indy North, and Jim in particular. I was reluctant to have them service my BMW but they have done an outstanding job and been honest with me when an issue has to go to the dealer. Great group of folks who go out of their way to find the most affordable options.

I went here for a myriad of issues with my car. They were all super nice and explained everything to me in detail without making me feel stupid for not knowing about cars. They are way cheaper than the dealership and offer a good warranty on repairs and rival (beat!) anything the dealership may provide.I did not feel like I was taken advantage of and was given enough information to decide what needed fixed and what wasn’t necessary. They really do take care of their customers and are generally a nice team all around.Definitely come here!!!! I can’t recommend them enough and will definitely be a customer for life!

This is my place for working on my car. We have our tires from Best One so we get them rotated for no additional cost every 5,000 miles. If something needs to be done, I trust Best One to do a job well done with a competitive price. The staff is friendly, they listen to what we describe as needing to be done, and have always been able to give us an appointment in a near time slot.As an update of my recent experience, my wifes car needed a tune up - I new it was close to needing one, they suggested it while her car was in for an oil change / tire rotation. We had the tune up done by this location at a very reasonable price. What I like about this experience, is that they went through what they had found, gave suggestions with reasons why they thought the work should be done, but they were not being pushy. Whenever I go to Best One, I feel they have the best interest of me and my car in mine. No up-selling. Jim is who I usually deal with and he is excellent!Another experience with Best One Castleton, was with my son. He had his oil changed somewhere else. The other location doubled the amount of oil in that car and it left his car immobile after he drove it for a few miles. He had the car towed here, they fixed it (the other location is going to reimburse him for the damage, but he didnt want them trying to fix it). Best One also gave suggestions on what to look for, what to expect and what signs he would see if he should bring it back. His car is back in great shape again. His statement to me - From now on, I only come to Best One.

Great price and a great team. Went in for hitting a pot hole and was concerned something may be off. They showed me a digital read out showing my car wasn’t aligned properly and for $100 they fixed it and the car drives much better. It was pulling in that direction.

Just got a four-wheel alignment on my F-150 for $85, cant beat that. Staff was friendly, service was quick considering I didnt schedule an appointment.

Best-one was very professional and thorough. They didnt pressure me to get extra services and explained my options in a way I could understand. Lastly, they ordered a part and had it brought over to the shop while I waited so I didnt have to leave my car overnight. Very happy with the service.

Very good service. Sales person was very well informed and did a good job explaining what I needed to do. Two front tires and alignment check was done in about an hour while they were fairly busy. I have bought tires from them before, and I will continue to use them, vAmericanery soon for replacement of my rear tires.

Contacted Logan to match the deal I had last summer on 2 more tires. He was able to get a discount and get me in and out within 3 hours of my initial call! I was very pleased with the service!The guys were even working on my car while they were eating lunch; rolling a tire over for balancing and grabbing a bite of their sandwich. The alternator in my daughters car went out on a Monday morning and they arranged to get the car towed to their location and got a new alternator and battery replaced in the same day. Outstanding service and very friendly.

Weve been using Best One (aka Indy Tire) for some time now but they are also great mechanics. They are dedicated and always let you know what should be fixed now and what can wait. Its very refreshing to find a mechanic you can trust.

The staff were very friendly and greeted me immediately upon entering the lobby. I purchased a set of 4 tires with road hazard protection (a must because of the terrible condition of the roads in Indy) and an alignment. The service was completed in only a few hours even though there were several customers in front of me. Time went by rather quickly because the lobby is very accommodating with comfortable chairs, magazines, and coffee. They very politely recommended a few other preventive maintenance services based off the mileage of my vehicle which I declined only because they were already completed. I was very relieved this wasnt one of those automotive maintenance businesses that rely heavily on high pressure up-sales by trying to pressure you into spending way more than what your vehicle actually needs. I highly recommend this place and I will definitely be returning in the future.
