This is the only place I take my vehicle. They are very fair when it comes to pricing. They are also quite knowledgeable and upfront about repairs. I 100% recommend and trust them. I even send customers to them, they are that amazing. You will not be disappointed.

Best experience I have ever had with a mechanic shop! My truck died and wouldnt restart right next to this shop and I am glad that it happened there! the lady at the front was very kind and helpful, and kept me updated with the work. Was told it would take some time to get it in if I could be patient then got a call 3 days later saying it was complete which was way faster than I was expecting! Mechanics done excellent work and explained everything they did! Price was great, work was great, and customer service and experience was great! This will be the only shop I use in the future!

We got there before they opened to have my daughters air conditioning diagnost in her car. They said a couple of hours. They had it almost 8 & she had to keep calling them for updates. They still dont know what it is. Dont waste your time or money going there. Just wanted to address the reply: if you would have told us we needed an appointment and had others cars way ahead of her than that would gave been different. The lady said a couple of hours. My daughter had to call your shop to get answers. If she hadnt called we wouldve been waiting for who knows how long. Im sorry but stand by what you say. She couldve called and said were still working on it but no communication until she had to call.

They took a little while to get back to me on an issue I was having with my car, but they apologized and were upfront about everything. The cost of labor is a lot cheaper than other shops ive been to.

We moved recently and I wasnt sure where to go when my car acted up. Without hesitation, my friend gave me the contact info for 3D. He has used them for years. I was relieved to not have to go by trial and error to find a new mechanic. They got my car running smoothly again.

Wonderful people, excellent work, and a very affordable price. They kept my 1996 Chrysler running long after she should have been put out to pasture! I plan on taking my new (new to me) car in next week for some minor upkeep and I am certain the experience will be the same.

Best service in indianapolis. Had an electrical problem had been to several shops. No one could figure it out. I took it to 3D and they got me up and running again.

I have been doing business with them for 12 years! Ive owned 4 vehicles in this time and they are the only ones I pay to do work on my vehicles!! I blew my engine in one van and they replaced it for me!! Still driving that van 3 years later! Wouldnt trust anyone else!

Great customer service did what they said and charged less then eatimate

Had my car at their shop in may of 2015. The man that rebuilt my carb. did a great job. Found out this week that the other work that was done to the car was uncalled for. I called 3d back after getting my car back and let them know i was still having the same issues. They kept blaming the starter even after i told them it was a new starter. Then she gave me some none sense about the motor getting to hot, which the car wasnt over heating but would just click when trying to start. Long story short 3d charged me for work that wasnt needed and had me throw about 350.00 at a 5.00 problem. It was simply that my positive wire to my battery was not connecting. Im not writing this for any resolve from 3d. I would never got back to them or tell friends about them.This is so maybe next time they check connections first. Instead of what was done in my situation.As u said it would crank and crank. Which was the same problem u said u fixed. Yet the car had the same problem after i got it back. Called u and told u and u said the fuel was to hot. Which i found odd.What it came down to was the wire on the battery. Instead of checking my connections u charged me for a distributor.Which was not needed. And u were not told it would start because we had to push it to put it on tow.

I would say so so Yes they were prompt actually beat me back to my car. I liked that my car was on the full dolly rather than dragged behind.
