Came in with my little girl not knowing much about cars they helped her and I feel welcome and did not try to take advantage of the fact I was a female who didn’t know much about cars. Also vacuumed my floor boards and topped off all of my fluids. I highly recommend any one who wants honest car guys to go here.

Came here last minute for an oil change an hour before they closed because i needed one asap. they were very nice and took me right in and told me not to worry about the time. i found out my car only takes synthetic oil & it’s way more expensive than i thought, but the owner worked with me & got me a fair price. they even put my new license plates on for me because i couldn’t find the right tool to use. very nice and professional! thanks guys!

Excellent customer service from start to finish!!!I have high expectations when it comes to great service & the handful of times spent at NRH SpeeDee location left me indifferent to the quality of care I received.. until today :)Steve the owner/manager wowed me and its only right to give credit where its due. He was super polite, communicative, upfront on prices, he voluntarily added a coupon taking $$ off the total [no car shop has ever done that for me] AND gave me coupons for my next visits that are actually worth saving PLUS a loyal customer card I didnt even know existed.I didnt know vacuuming floorboards was still a thing.. As far as full synthetic oil changes and oil filter replacements go theyre the best price in the metroplex. Also one of the fastest services Ive experienced. Whole process from pulling up, to driving off was 20 minutes. I drive from east fort worth because this is such a great value for a reliable service. If you live in the H E B/ surrounding area and need a maintenance service I highly recommend this shop.

First off, they have great deals you can find on groupon. The receptionist was polite and answered all my questions. I took my car in for a wheel alignment and I had a couple people in front of me and the wait would be a little over 2 hours.I got my car back in 2 and a half hours just like they said, however, my steering wheel is not aligned. In order for my car to go straight, I have to position it to the right. Picture shows my problem. I called back but they said its still on first come first serve basis. I do not live in the area and was not expecting to wait hours again for them to correct a mistake. I looked online and it should be a quick fix but I will have to dedicate another drive back.Overall, you get what you pay for. Cheap and gets the job done - just not great quality work and attention.

I usually get my oil changes at the dealership, but I needed something quick before a road trip to Tennessee, so I went here the day before. Half way there my wife calls and says theres an oil stain in the driveway back home and sends this picture. Sure enough I found out I was leaking oil for the last 350 miles. Turned out the mechanic did not tighten my oil drain plug. It was hanging on by two threads, so i was miles away from being stranded on the highway with a seized up engine. I absolutely dont recommend this place, stay away!Oil change was Thursday, October 4 around 4:30 pm

Waldo is very knowledgeable and honest.I would highly recommend Spee Dee to everyone! A woman can know that she can trust the employees here to tell the truth and not rip you off. This is the only place that I will bring my car.

Beware of this location.I chose this location based on their cheap price for an synthetic oil change. I called them and they quoted me for a mobil1 syntheth oil change. It was about $30 less then what most places charge.I always watch very closely when other people work on my car. So i am watching them as they change my oil and i notice they DID NOT put in the mobil1 they put this other brand which is not what i asked for or what i have always put into my truck.When i confronted the employee (possibly the owner) i told them what i saw and he confirmed with the tech they did put the wrong stuff in.He says it was an accident which is possible but i dont believe it because he walked me over to the computer to change the price and they had the mobil1 entered into the computer. Although they did offer to drain and put in the mobil1 that i had asked for a am very skeptical about this location. I was already running late to work so i didnt stick around for them to correct this.Also they did a slopy job. When i got home i had to wash the oil off my front bumper.

Noor was very friendly and got me in and out so quick for a state inspection. I first went to a fancy new place that opened up down the street and was told an inspection would be more than an hour! I went here and was very impressed. Such friendly staff. I will be referring all friend here from now on.

DO NOT GO HERE. THEY ARE LIARS AND THE OWNER MO IS SO DISRESPECTFUL. I got my oil change and state inspection done here, went down the street 0.4 MILES and my car completely locks up and stops in the middle of HWY 26. Had to push my car into a parking spot at the court house. He sent 2 of his workers over to look at it after having us wait 2 hours in the heat. HIS OWN WORKERS SAID THAT THE OIL FILTER WAS MISSING, he tells them to come back and they cannot help us. All of the oil leaked out completely, the MANAGER MO, said that we tampered with the filter. A 28 YEAR OLD girl trying to get her car inspected and oil change, and I TAMPERED WITH THE OIL FILTER??!!!! WHAT IN THE HECK???!! He told me that he was not reliable for it or the damages if any were done from the issue. THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE. They even pass inspections on cars that are not suppose to pass. Save your money and go else where, they will not be reliable for THEIR own DAMAGE THAT IS DONE, TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE.

Service is fast, but they dont make their customers wear masks (at least when i was there) not cool, especially when they had kids coughing and touching everything.

The manager is very nice. He stayed open late to get everyone taken care of and do a couple more State Vehicle Inspections. Hard to find good service like this anymore. I would highly recommend this place. They are very efficient.

Review completed during COVID-19 PandemicI come in for a state inspection using a groupon and am told to go inside. On the door is a sign that says that masks are necessary. The worker himself is not wearing a mask. There is a single customer inside not wearing a mask.My car is being inspected and I’m in the waiting room and all of a sudden the TV starts having some man cussing profanities. “F this” and so forth. That should not be allowed in an environment where kids might be around.Worker comes back in, without mask, says car is ready. I come to the desk, give him my groupon. He crumpled it up and says “we’re the same price as groupon”. I’m confused. Why would he crumble it up? Am I good to go? He doesn’t tell me if I pass or not. He doesn’t give me a sheet of paper. I ask where the paper is and he just says it’s on the dashboard.So place is rude, not clean, not appropriate for families to come in. I would not return to this establishment.

First class experience. Clearly a small business owner who cares about customer service. The gentleman who has the franchise both mans the front office, and works with his employees on the floor. I had a groupon for an oil change, but ended up doing the state inspection as well. He was professional, a pleasure to talk to, gave good advice on my old car. Speedy service as well. Ill be back here.

Nice that the oil changes at buy 4 gut one free. But dont expect them to do anything extra. They wont too off your fluids (windshield wiper etc) like other places will. Staff isnt the friendliest. Very direct and to the point

I had wrote a review a few months ago. I had gotten the last 3 oil changes to my car done here. The owner ends up saying that wherever I took it before the 3rd change had broken the oil pan and the plug had been stripped because it was tighten to tight. When I told him that wherever was actually his place, his excuses and explanations changed. So he said he had to replace the plug which I looked up and was 7-8 bucks. He charged me $15. I told him he really shouldnt be charging me anything since he was the one who messed it up. He said it was probably just normal wear and tear. At my next oil change(of course not here), I was shown the new plug he placed and told that the plug he placed was actually an oversized plug, fit for a trailer. I drive a Honda Accord. Now I have to pay again to fix the mess hes done to my car.

Getting my oil changed after getting changed at speedee. While getting new oil changed at different place, come to find Speedee never changed the oil filter as it was mostly socked in oil and falling apart. Please be careful and make sure you ask to see them place a new oil filter in your vehicle.

Ive never left a review on anything before, but I truly feel that the guys in this shop at the Hurst location deserve a 5 star rating. Theyre extremely helpful, informative, and show you exactly what theyre talking about when describing the issue. Ive recently had both my wifes and my vehicles fixed there and you cant beat the price. They do amazing work, to the fact that Ive never been able to say My Mechanic but anytime I need something done, Ill be able to take it to My Mechanic now because theyre the only place Ill go from here on out! This place is a awful. Try to avoid it. And the Owner should be shameful for running that speed dee. I had my brake pads And Rotors change 6 month ago and Started making noise few days ago. I Had a year warranty. and I go back today and they said that can’t do anything about it. What a shameful.I went to another place to get brake checked they said Speed Dee used the cheap brake Brake pads. I called back the owner and told him about it but he didn’t care at all.Not even worth 1 star.

Came back from vacation with a driveway full of oil (we had taken it to SpeeDee for an oil change the day before vacation). Took my sons car to a mechanic and was told I could have ruined the engine because the drain plug was not screwed in. Now the undercarriage of my sons car is full of oil which I will have to get cleaned. Additionally, while we were at SpeeDee, the owner was rudely reprimanding the very nice receptionist in front of a lobby full of customers.Edit: I contacted SpeeDee upon their request/response from my review. They never responded.

If I could put 0 stars, I would. DO NOT GO HERE. These people are liars and just want to get as much money from you in every way that they can. The employees are extremely rude and the owner is a reflection of that. If you want a good, quality job on your vehicle, DO NOT come here.

The customer service could be better. The first time I came here was on a Monday. A young guy was just standing in the parking lot. He didnt greet me or anything when I pulled up. Then I noticed he was talking on his phone using his wireless earbuds. About 30 seconds later, he acknowledged me by putting up his pointer finger, telling me to wait. Five seconds passed and I decided to back out of the parking lot, and take my business elsewhere.

I went up there and got a full synthetic oil change and was told that it was one price. BUT when I went to pay I got hit for a oil filter and extra oil and shop fee. That was extra $23!! I understand stay the 1/2 Quart but wow. $9.00 extra oil (1/2) $9.00 filter and $5.00 for shop fee!! The owner was not willing to even wave the shop fee. For that price I could have gone to Express mustang in grapevine and had a free car wash!! I would not recommend going to that place to anyone!! When I ask for what oil they’re using he told me a house Brand. WFT does that mean?? I guess I Learned my lesson when it’s to cheap to be true it probably is.

Went early morning for alignment, was 1 customer ahead of me. i was told an hour and a half of wait time maximum but normally takes 45 minutes. So I sat playing with my phone. 2 hours nothing. I didn’t say anything since it’s not exact timing. Another hour and they still had not started on my car. At 3 hours I asked them how much longer and they shamelessly said 45 minutes for the customer in front of me and then I’ll be taken care of after that. Their explanation was they had taken off all tires of the car of that customer and the car was on the lift. So they couldn’t take it out. She had bad tires and they were going to replace it before alignment. And they ordered some parts for the car but ordered the wrong one. I understand things happen but if it was gonna take 3 hrs, they could have put her old tires back and take the car off the lift and finish my alignment in 20-30 minutes like they did afterwards. Or at the least I was sitting there for 3 hrs and they didn’t bother communicating any of this at all to me. Their time is valuable and so is mine. Everyone has things to do in their life and not just sit for 4.5 hrs for alignment when told an hour and a half at the beginning. I ended up calling being late for work and rushed to the work when I got out.

Just had my 3rd auto inspection from SpeeDee and it was another quick and easy experience for my 16 yr old Toyota Camry. Highly recommend for inspections and regular maintenance.

Always fast and dont need the Groupon for the 19.99 oil change. Or synthetic for that matter... They also do inspections and some repairs too. Highly recommend.

Everyone at the SpeeDee shop in Hurst is so friendly and helpful! They always take the time to show the customer exactly what is going on with her vehicle. Im usually skeptical when it comes to maintenance on my car because I know very little about automobiles in general; it would probably be extremely easy to talk me into buying things I dont need or paying to fix things that arent broken. Luckily, the owner of this shop understood where I was coming from and had patience enough to show me what was going on every step of the way -- and all I was getting was a routine oil change! LOL. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone out there who wants to find a friendly and HONEST mechanic. Plus, the service was super quick and the receptionist was friendly and interesting!

Been going here for years and years, and Ive always had good quick service for oil changes and inspections. No complaints at all. Even when I moved a little further away, I still make an effort to come back here because Ive never had a bad experience.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! Came here for an alignment on my Jeep since they had a good Groupon deal. Be aware there are additional fees you will have to pay if you have an SUV or Truck. Waited 2 hours for them to do the alignment. As soon as I drove off I immediately noticed it was extremely off. Turned back around and told them about the issue. They stated they couldn’t do anything until their owner was back in 30 mins. I waited for him to get back to tell me they had to redo the alignment and wait for the alignment tech to come back from lunch in an hour. Ridiculous place that will make you wait for hours to not get the job done you’re paying them for. Don’t waste your time and money here.

Guys were nice and all. Shop needs to be organized as its in disarray. Stopped by to get my trucks oil changed. Drove off and made it a few lights down the road then smoke started pouring out of the hood. Turned out the oil filter cap didnt get put on correctly. Drove back to the shop, most of the oil had drained out and sprayed all over the engine. They replaced the filter and oil and sprayed off the engine with degreaser. Mistakes happen, if anyone understands that its me. But damn man. Being nice and getting a job done are two different things. They fixed it, but I wont be back.

This was first time to visit here and they were nice. I had my car inspected and the worker said it would take no more than 15 to 20 minutes and it didnt take no more that.

I bought two groupons. One for an inspection and the other for semi synthetic oil change. They both cost together $37. A pretty good value Id say. I have an F150 with a V8 in it. Its also a 2001. I was expecting someone to try and sell me for more items but it all checked out perfect. I had to pay an additional $7 for the 6the quart of oil because my truck takes 6 quarts but I knew that going in. Very professional staff and honest as well. Ill use them from now on.

Went there for a state inspection, was in and out in about 20 mins. It can get pretty crowded, they just ask you to park in the driveway where other cars are parked in line. Not a whole lot if space in the lobby, but they got the job done quick.

Pretty group of guys that work there and they will help with any of your automotives needs.

Bad management. Manager does not care, slow service. Shame. This place used to be good a year ago in 2017-2018.You guys need to fire the rude guy Mo. Hes not bringing in any new customers besides scaring them all off and ripping them off too. Misleading information, argues with you and hes just so rude. SpeeDee could do better. The location in Bedford is wonderful. Theyre nice, honest and provide good speedy service.

Everytime I come to this establishment I am impressed by the teams courteous and customer service. I feel welcomed and comfortable from the moment I hand my car over to them. I came in for an oil change one time and ended up having a mechanic offer to fix my horn free of charge. They were successful and now I am headache free. I will continue doing my business with Speedees of Hurst!!

RUN AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION. Terrible service! Read the reviews, the bad ones are true. They took entirely too long and some man tired to sell me something my car clearly didn’t need. It’s a practically brand new car. The place looks a mess and it seems like shady business. If I have any problems with my car after this oil change, best believe I will be back and they MUST Fix it or we will have a problem. Everyone that works here needs to be fired and hire real mechanics to fix cars! It’s ridiculous. I will NEVER return and let them handle my car EVER AGAIN.

I have been getting our four cars serviced over the last couple of years and I am very pleased with the service and the honesty of Mo and his crew. They give me an accurate time of how long it will take and are very efficient and SPEEDEE. They have done a fabulous job. I came in on a Groupon a couple of years back. I knew it was a grabber and included only the oil change and there would be other fees such a taxes filter and disposal just like every where else. They have done my brakes, fixed my electrical system, replaced a touch radio in one of our Honda’s and fixed my rear washer in my SUV. Mo seems to be able to do everything I ask. What I like most about the place is the next time you come in -Mo takes care of you. Plus he gives you the same price as the Groupon just like the first time. The prices are fair and the service has been excellent. Keep up the great work!

I should read review before I came here. Brought my car to replace AC compressor with a brand new part after 5 hours installation AC compressor, the ac isn’t cooling and told them to find out the issue so they were saying your compressor is bad, I asked him how did you know without any diagnostic that compressor is bad then they told me to bring the car tomorrow so I asked them why you cant do today because the manager isn’t here we can’t do anything. Ok the job is not done then I’ll come tomorrow and once you find out issues I’ll pay. Instead to do right things they took off the key and threatening if I don’t pay now they won’t give the key back and called the police. This is place all about lie and overcharge from customers and off course they don’t know what they are doing. I took my car another shop so they did diagnostics and found out there wasn’t the compressor problem they just did a bad job. Conclusion, stay away for this place you will pay more at the end because they’ll screw up your car and blaming you that your car is bad.

We had out oil changed today at this location. The gal at the desk was friendly and helpful but we had two issues.The first issue, a very minor issue, we asked the technician who took our keys if he could look into why the check engine light is on and he said he would. When we picked up the vehicle, however, it had not been done.The second and bigger issue, we drove the vehicle for about 5 miles before we began hearing a loud banging and scraping sound. My fiance gets out to look and they broke the skid plate under the car. They told us to bring it back but had no regard to our concerns about further damage from driving it back. We are on our way there now to see if theyll fix it but previous reviews have me concerned. Ill update once we take it in...

BE CAREFUL!!! I had my breaks done here after getting several oil changes using Groupon. No problems until the breaks. They apparently didn’t screw everything in appropriately when putting the tire back on. I started hearing a rattle on my right passenger tire after arriving to San Antonio for a visit. I eventually had it checked at a Jeep dealer there who found the problem. Luckily they fixed it for just the cost of labor, so no one really got much from this. I’m Posting as a warning to NOT use this place. According to the guys at the Jeep dealer, this could have caused me to lose my tire driving which could kill me and others. Stay far away.Edited review: they contacted me and asked that I email them my contact so we could further discuss. I sent them an email to the provided email address and they never responded. So...they almost killed me and other drivers with their poorly executed attempt at a minor repair (brakes) and they wasted my time and effort to give them the opportunity to repair. I can’t say enough TO AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!! Plus they’re pretty rude there anyway.

This place is awful. Been there three times now trying to get service and either the employees are late (show up after 8 am opening) or they don’t know when they can get to my car. And they take no appointments. Completely ridiculous. Zero reason to go here over other service-oriented shops.

First time and last time here. Whoever the receptionist is at the front, she might want to remain professional and not say things under her breath when customers are paying a pretty good chunk of change to help keep your store lights on. Service was pretty decent for the most part (semi-synthetic oil change, filter and break fluid was cleaned it), but one of the managers tried to up-sell by telling us that if we didn’t get the break fluid changed out we were facing a “life and death” situation on the road lol. Kinda dramatic and not the best way to up-sell. Just sounds desperate. Also confusing regarding how they apply Groupon coupons. Wouldn’t recommend this shop. Too many options out there to continue to support a shop that wasn’t worth the drive or money. Wish I had read more reviews before coming here.

I needed a copy of an oil change to get my truck warrantied and I showed them the redeemed groupon and the car fax report and they still say they have no record of my oil change or inspection. Now I have to pay a very expensive repair out of pocket cause of their bad paperwork!!! This super cheap oil change cost me over $800 dollars cause of their mistake

I have a 2018 Toyota Camry Hybrid, it takes 0w-16 oil. I trusted that these people knew what they were doing and would use the correct oil for my vehicle. They did not. I later found out that they used the wrong oil type and did not even change the filter. Avoid this place.

I was better off doing the oil change myself. They never put back on my engine cover and I had to show the tech how to reset the maintenance light. And it also took around an 1.5 hrs

Poor service had me waiting for three freaking hours for a alignment on my vehicle. Owner told me he cant guarantee me his service, so why in the heck is he doing business as a business owner if he cant even do his job right. I highly dont reccommend you to go there. When you fail at the ONE basic thing you exist for. Got an oil change here a couple days ago, and immediately afterwards started noticing my car leaving oil stains on the ground wherever it was parked. It is now completely out of oil and cannot be driven. It is past midnight on Easter Sunday and I am hoping someone would be willing to come out to tow me home. Words cannot express how miserably SpeeDee has failed to do their ONE job here. Do not be lured by the Groupon, it is actually more expensive than normal rates (their own words). Buyer beware

Went there for an state inspection for a discounted price that they said they will match.Inspection was done quickly within 15-20 minutes without any issue.When it was time to pay the cashier at the counter quotes a price that was higher than the discounted price and even after insisting that the earlier discussed price was lower the cashier was arguing back. Finally had to show them evidence of the previously agreed discounted price only after which the cashier agreed to charge the amount.Made me feel like they are not trustable.Would probably not go again there and would not recommend it.

The checklist had things on it that werent even looked at. For example, when I arrived, my tires were all low on air pressure. After the oil change, the tires were still under aired, yet the checklist said they were checked. I also had paid for an air filter change yet the checklist said I didnt need one.

CAUTION ... DO NOT GO HERE!!! I foolishly bought the $35 Groupon coupon and now Im out the $35. I would NEVER, NEVER do business with this SCAM company again (and now will probably never purchase another Groupon deal again either). They waaaaayyyyy oversold the Groupon coupons and this little tiny dink of a company had ZERO chance of ever honoring the labor required to fulfill the coupons. I drove here (from Grand Prairie to Hurst) to get a wheel alignment FIVE different times and each time was turned away or told that it would be a 4 to 5 hour wait. They dont do appointments. Also, for over a week, their alignment machine was down so they couldnt do an alignment at all. And, like others have mentioned, on three of the times that I arrived at 8 in the morning, NOT A SINGLE ONE of their mechanics had even shown up for work by 8:15am. I will eat the $35 loss of my money this time but I STRONGLY advise avoiding this SCAM company like the plague.

This place is a joke! Came in with my groupon that shows brake change on one axle with my student discount comes out to be $59.99, but the guy was acting so shady and out of no where tells me thats only for labor (when the groupon clearly states parts, labor and warranty). I told him that and his response was that makes no sense because I can get brake pads for about .20 cents... total waste of time. DO NOT BUY THE GROUPON OR EVEN TAKE YOUR CAR UP THERE! Rude owner. I used a groupon here for an alignment, I was charged extra and owner claims it was in the fine print on the groupon to charge extra for minivan but it is not. If you want your keys back, you gotta pay the extra $15. I would not recommend this business.

Honestly I have no idea how this awful business still open. I should have read the reviews before I purchase a Groupon voucher. Awful customer service and that includes the owner who is running this place. The employees and the owner showed up 12 minutes late with a bad attitude all over their faces. The girl at the front desk has no customer service skills whats so ever. Rude and dry to every customer came in while I was there.. I agree with each negative review on here and I guarantee you the positive reviews are either their friends or their relatives. Finally, dont worry about messaging me back saying all the BS they you want me to email you to discuss further I know there is nothing you going to do about it because you and your service suck.

The communication at this shop is absolutely horrible.I came in on a Saturday to get a tune up/wheel alignment. The staff is nice and the tune up was done well but I was told mechinanic for the wheel alignment only works during week so they told me to come in during the following week so I did just that. I got the wheel alignment done drove off and my steering wheel was about 15 degrees off. I came back to shop and they failed to tell me that my caster was off and I needed to my tires balanced so they told me to come in later in the day at 11:30 am. I came at 11:30am and then they told me they were too busy and that if I came in for this specific repair on early Saturday that I could get the work done. I came in on this Saturday morning and now they told me I can’t get the work done today and I would need to come in during the week. All of this miscommunication has wasted me so much time when I could have just gone elsewhere for the worry.TLDR: Nice staff and cheap work but the communication is horrible!

Dont try to go in anywhere near closing because apparently they decide to close early and wont fit you in even though theres nobody there. Thankfully the Speedees on Central has better service. They got me in seconds before they close at 6!

My second visit here and I will keep returning. The are fast, accurate and actually change my filter. Price is Right too!!

Tried them 1st time. Fast, prompt service. In and out 20 minutes for a state inspection. Would recommend them

I had an excellent experience with the State Inspections for my truck and my wifes car. I also had a lube, oil & filter and it was a quick turnaround. I will be taking my truck here for further needs.

Very disappointed on the customer service I purchased an alignment for my vehicle on groupon which does state its only Monday thru Friday I get here on a Tuesday thinking I should be good and that this mechanic is to busy even though the receptionist informed me it would only be another hour I didnt mind to wait since Im driving an hour away I need my alignment done but she went and talked to the mechanic and he said he had no more time for today BS!!! very disappointed on the customer service that they didnt even bother to try just informed me to either drop of my car or come super early which hey! They wont have time by then either I recommend to go else where!

Horrible and Racist.I would give no star if I could. Came at 12:00 for a tune up and was the only customer. Paid for it at 12. I asked the guy over 3 times did he have my part and when was he going to start on my car. Each time he said 5-10 mins dismissively. My car didnt get touched till 2. I went inside, he had my parts pushed to the side and took care all of the white ppl and about 8 cars that came after me. Said they took priority. Then he had the nerve to get irritated when I told him what he did was an injustice and that I should be the priority because I already paid and been here the longest. He intentionally put me last. Never ever again.

If it’s not for an inspection don’t go to these guys. I live in Frisco, but worked near this location 7 days per week (7am to 6pm) from August until March so getting my car to the dealership I use for maintenance (in McKinney) was impossible.I had my truck inspected by SpeeDee in early February and was able to do it on my lunch break. The next week I brought my car in for an oil change. Fast forward 3 months...I am now sitting in the dealership looking at pieces of metal in the drainage plug threading because it was stripped by SpeeDee. It took the dealership 25 mins just to get it out. Thankfully, the oil pan is okay and they’re not charging for the replacement drainage plug.I shouldve read the reviews, but I didn’t because i let my guard down after that inspection.

The owner said he checked my tires (part of 17 point inspection). when i left my tire pressure monitoring light was on. when i called him, he said it would go off after driving 15 miles or i had a bad sensor. I went to discount tire, they added air, and the light went off immediately and didnt come back on.
