These guys did an awesome job. They helped out fast when a certain dealership wouldnt uphold its warranty. Not only did they take it in right away, but they also got to the repairs quickly. which is saying a lot in this time of backordered everything. I thought they were reasonably priced, but they are experts on diesels, so thats why we used them, and we will continue to use them in the future.

Vp44 went out on me. These pros fixed me up within the the week and got me back on the road faster than they said. It would be done. My go to shop for my diesel repairs

Edited: they were friendly, and they fixed our issue, BUT they overcharged us. Said they gave us a great price, but it was way over what we were expecting. The guy took an hour off, saying thats the best he could do, as they had two guys working on it. HE CHARGED US DOUBLE for the time two were working on it. Im paying for a service. If it takes 10 guys, thats on you. Ill not be going back.We called Diesel Pros and they were able to get us in right away! They replaced our water pump, among other things that needed fixed up. A couple weeks later, we had to swing by again to get our Air Lift bags checked out before a long road trip. They were able to fix us up, same day. Everyone we ran into up there was friendly, professional, and super easy to interact with. Id refer them a thousand times over.

I called Diesel Pros because my 2017 Ford F-250 had a transmission problem. Diesel pros got me in rebuilt and updated my transmission with all the performance updates. Diesel Pros is the best shop in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex and maybe even in the state of Texas. Mike and his team at Diesel Pros came highly recommended. I have a fabrication business and we rely heavily on our trucks to perform day to day operations. Ive spent thousands of dollars with other diesel mechanics and always found a few things wrong with their work. My trucks wont go anywhere else. Spoke to Mike after my 2012 6.7 Powerstroke had been contaminated by water in the fuel. He said dont worry, Ive got you. He couldnt have been more right. My truck was repaired in just over 2 days from when I brought it in. Incredible service! I even checked the truck thoroughly once I got it back because I couldnt believe he got it done so quickly. Everything was replaced just as he promised.Not only this, but my truck runs better than it did before I brought it in. They took care of a few extra issues while it was in the shop and now it hauls A*S! Couldnt be happier with my experience. I plan to use Mike and Diesel Pros in the future. I used this company to have my truck tuned not only did they not do as asked they left half the parts in my truck they left my air filter unfasten and I have exhaust leaks that I never had before they totally ripped me off claiming they fix what everyone messes up I don’t believe them at all because I have to take my truck to someone else now because they didn’t do the job right I will never recommend them to anyone...... there is a reason why they are not a member of the bbb ... they are not a business that you can take at there word they will lie to your face be aware of this place ....

PLEASE READ:Recently, went to the local dealership for a repair on my F250. I was quoted a price for a starter that I could have bought a minor league baseball team for. I immediately called Diesel Pros and asked for their opinion.Not only did they quote a price hundreds less, they offered to reduce that low price to offset the fact that I would have to pay to tow my truck to them. The gentleman at Diesel Pros stated, “I’d rather lose a little money than to see those guys take advantage of someone.” That is 1st class.Diesel Pros will get my business for the remaining life of my truck and any future diesel I own. Recently had my 05 6.0 repaired by diesel pros and I couldnt be more satisfied with their service. They stayed open past closing to get my truck into the shop, everyone I spoke with was professional, courteous and they were all very helpful . My truck is back on the road after being down for about 5 months . Im sure it would of been back on the road sooner if I hadnt tried to repair it myself. Finally bit the bullet and took it to a shop which initially I didnt want to do for fear of what the price might be. Diesel pros charged me a fair price for the work that was done, I cannot complain . I will definitely be going back if this 6.0 decides to throw another fit . Would recommend to anyone and everyone wanting their truck fixed correctly. Thx guys !

These guys took care of me in a pinch. Got my truck back on the road and working perfect. After they got me fixed up, had a little unrelated coolant leak (common on 6.7 power strokes). Mike took care of the coolant leak and didn’t even invoice me. I can’t say enough about the service. These guys rock and really take care of customers!

The beautiful bearded wonder Mike and his crew of super human mechanics took on the monumental task of swapping the 6.0 in my E series. This van is my business so I was bit paranoid about such a task but Mike and his guys pulled it off. QUALITY work at the price promised despite all the problems it gave them. Any poor reviews are clearly left by over grown children that are mad about their dads not kissing them on the mouth anymore and deciding to take it out on an honest man doing honest work. My only regret is not using this shop sooner!

Spoke to the owner about my 07 6.0 months before my truck landed in his shop. I needed a new radiator and ended up with a fully bulletproofed 6.0 job and a few extra because of the turnkey price. Truck runs perfect and better than I expected. Owner and staff are very personal and care about their customers. At the end of the day, there are many local shops to choose from, but not with as many solid reviews. Work speaks for itself. Reviews helped steer me here. If youre not local, its worth the drive. Mike is the owner or the shop. When I tell you he does business the old school way, meaning if he says something, he not only holds his word but his peoples word as well. His shop foreman told me a certain price and when I got there mike was a bit higher, after I told him what was discussed on the phone with his foreman no questions asked and held up what the price that was discussed. I was passing through Texas heading home to Montana on a Friday and had injectors fail on a diesel, not a small job, they were amazing and super booked out yet went above and beyond to get me home to my family without having to stay the entire weekend in Texas. BEWARE!!! My husband took his 2017 Ford to Diesel Pros a few months ago for a repair. Fast forward to yesterday when my husbands truck would not start. Come to find out the two truck batteries that came with his new truck were swapped out with some old ~2010 Dodge batteries. We have not had any other work done on the truck since it was at Diesel Pros and are certain the new batteries that came with the truck were installed prior to taking to Diesel Pros. Check your vehicle before leaving their shop or better yet, avoid this place all together! We certainly will not be returning here in the future.

I must admit that I was a bit skeptical after my first conversation with Mike, my turbo was out and I had already been to four other Diesel Shops and it seemed everyone had something different to say about my truck. Mike gave me his word, as he shared his knowledge and experience, that my truck needed what he was recommending and if I trusted in him, I would not be sorry. I took a chance on him and his crew. I shared my worries about certain DOT issues with my truck, since I do Hot Shots with My Ram 3500. Again, Mike patiently explained the process and guaranteed his work. When my truck was done Matt escorted me to the shop and just seeing the completed work put a smile on my face from ear to ear. I even spoke with Jorge (the mechanic that worked on my truck) and he too took the time to explain everything he did to my truck. The next day I loaded my 53’ step deck with two Ram 2500 and a Jeep Cherokee. My truck handled better than ever! He runs and feels so much more powerful and smooth with or without a full load. Needless to say that I strongly recommend Diesel Pros for their professional but yet personal approach to the needs and worries of their customers, and of course for the great staff that produces excellent service!!

My truck sat at another shop for a week waiting on parts that I had to pay for before they could order them. Mike had my Truck for less than a day and had it running better than ever. I had looked at several shops to get my 6.0 updated. The truck was running and doing all I ask. I just wanted to make sure it lived a long time. I talked to Mike for about 30 minutes he outlined the repairs and the price. I said to him how can you price the job not knowing what you might get into. Finished it and charged the price I was quoted. I thought the truck ran well for all these years WRONG it freaking runs awesome now. Mike’s team did a great job on a very complicated repair on my diesel Jeep Grand Cherokee. I purchased a stock 2017 F-250 Powerstroke and wanted to get it tuned and leveled. Diesel Pros came highly recommended, from DFW ATV and a best friend that had the same thing done here. I piggy backed off of my friends research and stopped by their shop in Hurst on my lunch break. Very friendly good ole boys that know their diesels is how I’d describe the ones I met. The owner, Mike said something like “yeah we can tune it and lift it today, take a seat and watch some TV. Seriously about 3 hours is all we need.” They had it done in 2.5 hrs. Very satisfied with the work would be an understatement. That tune he put on was mild but I accidentally chirped the tires leaving the parking lot. Then I accidentally fishtailed onto the on ramp (dry conditions). I went from 15.7 mpg to 19.1. But who cares, I’m a race car driver now. Race truck? Anyways my only complaint is that it was godawful expensive. I’m just glad it isn’t $10,000, because knowing what I know now, I’d pay $10,000 for it. Great job Mike, thank you.

Had DEF delete performed and my truck runs great! 2016 Duramax 4x4 - getting avg of 4-6 MPG better depending on city or highway. Performs and sounds like a different truck. Mike & Matt know what they are doing, will be using them for everything moving forward.

Warmly greeted, everything plainly explained so even even I, a diesel newb could understand bullet proofing and what could be done to help increase fuel economy. All work was finished a day early so I could get back to work early. Nothing but professional service from ALL. After looking up other bullet proofing shops across the country,Diesel Pros cost and time turn around was lower than most I viewed. Excellent work. I give them 6 out of 5 stars. 5 out of 5 wasnt good enough.

My 2009 F250 collapsed a lifter. Sounded like a simple task so I tore into it. Soon figured out the cab had to come off and I had no lift. Spoke with Matt and Mike on the issue. Mike strongly suggested that there were more details at work than just replacing the lifter and rocker arms. Had the truck towed to Diesel Pros and held my breath for the final diagnoses. I relented and agreed to the full overhaul with a skeptical eye. I now am a HAPPY CUSTOMER!!! They made the truck run better than ever and I have a box of the old parts as proof the engine was a basket case when they received it. I RECOMMEND Diesel Pros to all who need a shop that can be trusted!

If I could give them 10 stars I would. Matt and the guys have been great with my 7.3 Excursion. I went in for something small and quick but they found some other stuff. Yes, it did add up but at the end of the day they worked to make sure everything was in the best shape it could be in and communicated with me throughout the entire operation. I had a problem after having a performance upgrade/service work completed on my 2005 F250 with an aftermarket component. Matt and Vito were very accommodating and even though it took a few more trips to Hurst than I would have liked, coming from the east side of Dallas, they got it fixed and all has been great! They stand behind their work and product. I would highly recommend them for any service or performance upgrades.

After checking out a couple of other diesel performance shops in the DFW area, I found Diesel Pros LLC. I decided to take my 05 Ford F-350 6.0 Power Stroke to them to bulletproof the engine. They were professional from start to finish! Even when they found leaks that required the engine to be pulled out completely, they constantly stayed in contact with me through the entire build! Truck runs great and they were more than fair in their pricing! I would recommend Diesel Pros to anyone!

Staff is very unprofessional and after seeing the way the owner conducts business I see why. He has no people skills its his way or the highway. He has a very bad ego problem and likes to try and bully his way out of his responsibilities. Believe me their are plenty of shops out there where you dont have to worry about getting screwed out of money by some punk .One positive it has a nice waiting area if you stand listening to the BS maybe they need to keep their company business to themselves and not let customers hear it I wont be back. Great place to bring your diesel for service! Ive taken my F-250 6.0 Powerstroke to Diesel Pros a couple times now and the experience has been top notch. Friendly service. Quick turnaround time. Excellent pricing. They called to update me on the status throughout the process and explained everything they were doing. When I dropped off my truck, it was in definite need of some care. When I got it back, it was a beast ready to take anything I threw at it. Pulling my 38 foot camper is now a breeze due to the increase in power after they bulletproofed and tuned my 6.0. The front end was a mess but now it drives like a new verhicle. When my truck needs repairs or upgrades, I will definitely be taking it back to these guys.

Too bad, this shop is not equipped to handle all diesel issues, shop and staff are unorganized, signs of mis management. speaking of signs...the sign on the front of the shop has incorrect spelling, really??? Nobody proof read the sign before it was hung? This should have raised the 🚩. Steer away from this place. Too many past customers have no good reference for this place, the good reviews must be solicitated.

I have a 2008 Duramax flatbed I had previous work done on my truck and mechanic could never finish the job. So I brought the truck to diesel pros in parts it was a nightmare but they took the job and put the truck back together the correct way and anytime I have an issue with the truck I take it to them and they always take care of me I would highly recommend using Diesel pros for Amy truck maintenance or repairs those guys are awesome go check them out

I took possession of a RAM 2500 that was in bad shape - I knew before I got it that it needed a new clutch and engine work. I was referred to Diesel Pros. Had the truck towed over there and met with them about getting it back in shape. I left it with them so they could check it out and give me an estimate. They called with an amount and a date, the price was more than fair (compared to what other people were telling me to expect). I gave them a go-ahead. They called me several times during the repair to keep me informed on the progress and they finished the work ahead of schedule. Truck runs great! I wish I could being all our vehicles to them. Highly recommend.

We had a fuel filter replaced in GA before driving back to NM but when my family and I were driving through Texas, we noticed a puddle of fuel under the truck. Turned out that the shop we had a fuel filter changed at had bungled the job and the system was sucking air all the way from GA.Mike helped relay and communicate the issue with the shop in GA and he is the reason we didn’t have to come out of pocket for the whole job. They had the whole retrofit job done in 2 days and I picked it up that Saturday. I haven’t had a problem since.Ashley at the front desk was warm and very helpful when we needed to bring our two dogs inside as well. They kept us comfortable for hours until the issue was resolved and we were back on our way to NM.We lucked upon Diesel Pros and we were treated like family. We will be bringing our truck to his shop for any future overhauls.Thanks y’all.

First let me say that the guys, and gal, at Diesel Pro are awesome! I dont have much experience with diesel mechanics because my 2011 6.7 liter Ford has only been down 1 time for a water pump. 295,000 miles later, I hear a loud whooshing noise under the hood. Sounded like the defrost was on full blast. The only thing I knew to do was take it to the dealership. Big mistake. The truck sat for close to a week, and towards the end of the week they sent a text stating that they found the problem (cac tube) as well as a laundry list of other issues. Close to $3500. I freaked. Id go more into detail but Ill freak again. I called Diesel Pros and explained the problem and Matt said to bring it in. They had all the problem fixed in a day and half for half the price!!! It runs like new!

After doing a hard search I settled on Diesel Pros do do what I thought might be a simple job on my 2004 Chevy duramax with a 6 speed manual transmission. You know the old saying. A first impression is a lasting impression. When I pulled up to the shop I noticed a concrete truck being pulled out and a freightliner setting in the parking lot . And there where not a ton of trucks sitting around to be worked on. That was a great sign I was in the right place. Replacing a pinion seal, and the clutch. Well it turned out to be much more, my transmission had to be rebuilt . And yes this cost a little more then expected. But they went above and beyond to to find the part for a transmission that Chevy said good luck finding parts. And these guys not only worked hard to find the part they where able to find the kit that would save me from issues down the road . You know in today socitey everyone is in it to make a quick dollar. It is hard to find places that care about you as the customer and still give you great service. If that is what you are looking for. This is the place. Thanks for the great work guys.

I recently purchased a 2007 F350 6.0. It had a check engine light at the time of purchase. I spent a good bit of time researching the issue and attempting to fix it myself. After not being able to find the problem I contacted Matt at Diesel Pros on a friends recommendation. My experience with Diesel Pros was great. I was skeptical after looking at the reviews, but I must say they fixed my two issues and the price was reasonable. My truck is running great and the follow-up phone call by the office staff was much appreciated. I will be back if I have issues in the future.

I have an older model, 2004 GMC 2500hd. I took it in to have all the fluids changed, and thats all I asked for. While my truck was there they gave it the ole once over and noticed a small leak and put a new seal in at no additional cost. Without going into all the details, they also gave me recommendations that I should keep an eye on and I didnt even ask them to look at anything else but they took the extra time anyway. I took a look at the recommendations they made and I replaced them myself.After all the service was done, I asked if they had veterans discount. I dont think they really had a military discount program but Mike gave me one without hesitation.They will definitely get my business again.

Inspect the work you bring your truck in for. These guys will cheat you if they can. I will never bring anything to these hacks again and I highly advise you look elsewhere for getting your vehicle serviced.
