Ive worked customer service before so I know how it can be. I try to give people some grace but come on. Where is the management or owner? You must not care about your business. Ive come to this location more than once.

Love KK, but got massively shafted today. I ordered a half dozen, 2 chocolate with sprinkles and 4 of the classic glazed. The glazed donuts were horrible. Looked like they were made one or two weeks ago. Heck out the picture. Frustrating that there is no quality control at all. They shouldnt sell those terrible looking things.

Got our free donuts for National Donut Day 🍩😃I hope the people working there are getting paid well. Every time we have been here to get a free donut, they are always nice and courteous.Be kind to them back please ☺️ there was a long line in the drive through and they were diligently working both. There were only three people working so they were doing the best they can. Good job!!

Have tried to go to this location 4 times and each time there is some excuse. First time they had all the lights off and no signs saying they were closed, twice some machine was down and again this morning they are doing some grease cleaning thing and won’t be open until 4pm. I just wanted to try the Halloween donuts but it’s clear being open and ready to take orders isn’t a priority

The drive thru didnt work, the bathrooms were out of order, there is a drip of water coming from the ceiling, and no coffee available. This place stays busy with people getting their free vaccine donut and glazed donuts, if asking for anything else you will be disappointed. Two people working, my sisters and I ordered iced coffees received frozen coffees instead. The coffee was a pre-made mix in a carton, it was nasty and I requested a refund. First and last time coming to this location.

Sadly not the best location. I am not blaming the workers, because they have always been friendly and nice, but I feel like the management itself seems like it could be better and is def lacking so it seems stressful for the people working there. Stuff is always out, or it seems short staffed. The first time I had gone there I was told that no one there knew how to fill the donuts for cream filled, that they didn’t have anyone working there at the time that could do it, and it was early in the day. I’ve been here a few times and it just seems like management isn’t present/cares.

Drive thru only and unless you are getting just regular glazed, they mess up your order.

Horrible customer service. Im from Memphis. They barely have the light on. Its a different staff every cisit. I was told today you no longer sell donut holes, which is a lie. They also never have any other items available when you ask on their menu that you see in the drive through. They are sorry and lazy.

I have gone to this location on multiple occasions and have ordered from this location as well. First time, the location was running smoothly and was able to get the smaller donuts. Second time, it was earlier in the morning. There was only one person working and I noticed that there was a sign in the drive-thru window stating I came to work today because my boss told me I had to. I have been feeling sick with a running nose and tried to tell them. Please do not buy from here today. This was kind of alarming and I didnt return. They hardly ever had the donuts advertised in the emails or in general. Ive ordered from this location with door dash and got a refund one time because the donuts given were not the donuts that were ordered. The hot donuts sign is never lit when I pass by the location and normally its around the time that it is supposed to be on. Not sure what happened, but I hope they fix it because I love Krispy Kreme.

Pulled up into the drive thru this morning, but no one answered the drive thru and there was no sign saying the drive thru was closed. The back doors were open and garbage and bugs were everywhere. When I pulled up, they had a green tarp over the inside of the drive thru window. I remember when this place first opened and was pretty nice. Not anymore…

I know it’s been years since I last visited a Krispy Kreme, but since when did they start making the donuts so small? And my chocolate glazed one looks so unappetizing. Disappointed overall.

Hit and miss on employees. Got the grumpy one who gave us attitude on the buy one get one offer until we showed her. She decided to give us the Frankenstein and mini donuts....

The store itself is not very intuitive on pricing for half dozens or what not even though theres a menu. As well, theres not a lot of flavors it seems. However, the glaze on the donuts was amazing and the customer service was really great in assisting me. Overall, I would come back again and would recommend.

Lack of quality control. The donuts don’t come in the same size. This one is very extreme - a donut is about half of its size.

Had to go to an appointment in houston area and have a grab of donuts in this place and had a blast eating some mini strawberry cheesecake donuts. this krispy kreme location abides with the city and state covid protocol and guidelines were being followed sanitizing stands at the entry way, posters to wear mask, 6ft apart posters on the floor, nice to be in a place where you are safe...

Normally I love this Krispy Kreme. The doughnuts are usually light and fluffy and perfect. The last couple of months though every time I have visited the donuts are clearly a day old. You can tell just by looking at them and one bite you know this is actually probably a couple days old stale donuts. Highly disappointed.

On google it said that the closest Krispy Kreme that was near me was nearby and open. But, when we had gotten there the place looked empty the and the lights weren’t even on and the parking lot and drive thru were closed with a barricade. Very inconvenient considering that I lived less then twenty minutes away from this one. I don’t want to drive a whole hour just to get a dozen. Very disappointed. Please fix this glitch!

This is the oldest new business in the world. This building looks about 15 years old and I think it just opened 3 years ago. You can tell the employees could care less it could care less not just from the poor customer service but also from the way the place is kept up.

Its Krispy Kreme…what can I say? The people there are really friendly and courteous. I also like their coffee.

Stopped by here to pick up some seasonal Christmas donuts. Service was fast and friendly. Donuts were yummy and they looked cute, too! Love Krispy Kreme, and their seasonal donuts are always appealing, so this place is worth the trip.

Long wait, had to redo a batch of donuts because they forgot icing. Personally I find them too sweet but the wife loves them. Nice staff though.

Really disappointed in the customer service. I understand that their glazing machine is broken… but what kind of an establishment let’s you place an online order (that said it was ready 4 minutes later), drive 20 minutes to their store and only then be rudely informed by the employee in the parking lot that they actually have no donuts!? Thanks for the call (not). I used to work fast food and if we got an online order for something that we were out of, we always called the customer! I would’ve appreciated being saved the 40 minute RT drive. I love Krispy Kreme, but never doing that again…not worth the risk

Small donut shop with famously delicious donuts. The building is easily recognizable and very simple. They have a donut conveyor belt that is behind the counter and seen through glass walls and is quite interesting to see. They also have coffee, and a few other drink options. The employee that helped us was incredibly friendly and helpful. This place isnt much on extras, but is a great spot to pick up delicious donuts to-go or grab a quick bite in. We opted for the simple glazed donut and a coffee to take with us on the road. Next time we visit, I think were going to give the filled donuts a try. If youre into sweet breakfast treats, give them a shot, youre sure to like what you try.

Drove an hour to pick up my order paid for the special halloween doughnuts the only reason i bought them just to go pick them up and only get three cats and the rest are basic doughnuts with orange icing and she made them when we got there and she didnt even tell us they couldnt make the right ones

Big sign on window that say due to national coin shortage use a card i place my order get to pay with my card employee say cash only. First of all remove the sign second of all that is something that needs to be communicated as soon as a customer is greeted. So simple to say welcome to krispy kreme we are only accepting cash payments. Common sense and simple customer service but yet wait til i order and get to the window to say this wasting my time!

Place not the same what it was before. floors wet, ceiling vents dripping water to the floor and counter. Tables dirty and not well kept up place. The workers dont know what they doing or even properly check out a customer. I feel staff not properly keeping up with sanitation or cleaning of the place. Workers talking to their buddies on the tables instead of doing their work.

This has to be the worst krispy kreme in the world. The donuts are way smaller than normal, stale and cold at 830am, drive thru doesnt work, they get your order wrong, and it took 30 min and I was 2nd in line. I tried to get my order refunded for the wrong item and it took so long and I had to ask for my card back and never got refunded. Walmart sells better donuts than here even after they sat for a week. Do not go here.

Had to tend to my evening craving of a donut. Lol service was fast and order was accurate. Ms. Lucy was who had my donuts ready. She welcomed me with her warm and bubbly personality. Her service was AMAZING. Keep being sweet Lucy and never let anyone steal your joy away ✨

Out of pretty much everything and dirty... person at cash register was nice but wont be returning.

I dont even know where to begin. From walking in, no one in the store acknowledged our arrival. We stood in front of the counter/display trying to make eye contact with one of the 4 employees we could see, but despite the occasional glance, no service.Employees werent using gloves to pick up donuts off the line, and they seemed to be struggling with the glaze machine, and the selection was pretty bare. The one lady that seemed manager-like was sitting on the couch area, then went outside to talk and grab some food from a car, we know cuz we saw her bring it in the store. It took a good 10 minutes before some other random employee from the back came to assist us. Some random person, who I assume was their friend, got more acknowledgment than us as customers.It just seems like a hang out spot for the employees and their friends.Come on guys, step it up.

Could be cleaner, the ceiling was dripping a little in one place, and a couple tables were missing hats. They didnt have much variety of donuts available when we left, but no one can beat Krispy Kremes signature hot donuts, so it was still a good experience. The coffee was very strong, but probably because theyre competing with other cafés. Service was okay too.

Never turns on Ubereats or Doordash.. weekend after weekend I want to place an order but nooooope. I told UberEats 2 months ago you never turn it on, i dont know why it has you listed when you never turn on the device/app

Always good and fast service. The was an older lady ordering through the driver thru in front on me and they were very patience with her even though she kept adding more to get order as they brought it to her. I do hope that lady is doing ok though. I did get a little worried since she kept adding and adding to her order. Was almost a 30 minute wait but really good staff.

Poor attitude and wasted 4 dollars on an iced coffee that was hot coffee poured over ice and no flavor. I can see why the locations are closing totally ruined my visit here.

( June 5, 2020 @ 7am ) Got 2 Dozen Glazed donuts. When we go to the drive thru we couldn’t hear them so we ended up just going to the window. When we got home, all the donuts seemed day old. Didn’t have a hard glaze or seem fresh. For being 30 minutes after opening, I’m pretty upset with the service. Will not be going again.

This review is specifically for the limited edition key lime pie donuts. Got the glazed and the stuffed, and lets just say that limey tang and sweet glaze should never be mixed. Glad this item is only out for 4 days. Every other one of their standard donuts is amazing

Store was closed unknowningly and was not reported on the website, had 3 delivery orders cancelled, one of which was after the new open time they set on the support phone call. I wanted breakfast, now I can only eat lunch its been so long.

Living in Texas, most residents prefer Shipley but let me state that I love Krispy Kreme donuts. Unlike their competitor, their doughnuts are still soft and fresh tasting after 24 hours and not hard with crumbly sugar.Will definitely continue to patron this location while waiting for the company to place a closer one to me. 😃

The variety of donuts they have here is simply impressive. Worth the trip to this place. Wish they were closer to The Woodlands, TX. The customer service was ok (could be better) and the donuts were extremely delicious. Krispy Kreme always has the best donuts!

Krispy Kreme is my favorite donut shop! I love it! But dont try to rush and make it before they close. They start throwing everything away ONE hour before they close. If you get there 30 minutes before, theyll either only have glazed donuts, or just tell you theyre out of everything. They should just change their hours then...

Came here for free donuts offered to vaccinated customers. Saw one employee scalding another taking break on wrong time. Its very unprofessional to do that in front of bunch of customers.

If I could give a zero to this location I would!! This location needs to close!! When we arrived the people with the donuts to the back didnt have gloves on, which was a big red flag. No one acknowledged us when we walked in even though they all looked at us. They had an older woman close to the counter and 3 younger ones in the back dealing with the donuts. We go to the bathroom and then go to the counter and NO ONE comes to the counter!!! The older lady was drinking something and throws it out near the soda machines and the rest stay in the back. I can see everyone and theyre all looking but NO ONE comes to the register!! By this time Im getting aggravated and they look and like nothing, the lady goes to the drive thru window and says something to a guy at the window that just pulled up and still minutes go by and no ones talks to me. Looking around the establishment it looked dirty and just not right and wouldnt pasa an inspection. My husband called me that he was outside in the car and says to just leave and I do but I was about to tell them straight out that their customer service is the worst but preferred to write here so that management can see how this location just simply sucks!! This establishment is dirty, had food all over the floor where they make the donuts, even the area with tables were not clean, and the worse is that the employees are the worst in customer service!! This is our 3rd time coming to this location and every single time there has been an issue and thats it no more chances!!! Were not coming back and DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!

Just came and waited 10 minutes at the drive through. I swung around to why no one answered. All of the staff where in the front dancing. When you see what the staff were, then it all made sense. The reviews on the attitude, slow service, inconsistent quality. There can only be one demographic of people that are notorious for this. My question is why not just stay at home and collect government handouts and let the people who really want to work and actually do a good job. Be there. This is what happens when you chimp out an establishment.

Wow, what a mess. Signs all on the building about the menu speaker being broken, about some national coin shortage, and to top it off: “We’re sorry, but we don’t have donuts today.” Friday at 7:45 AM. Go ahead and close this place down. It‘a a blemish on the Krispy Kreme trademark.

Im not sure if anyone actually works here. The donuts are never fresh. & the last time I drove by, it looked like they were closed, with the way the grass was overgrown and the building was neglected. Just ordered from there & the donuts tasted old & funky. Forget about red light hours. That aint a thing at this location, apparently.

If I could give no stars I would. They never have a wide selection of donuts. I wanted to use a coupon and they told me they have no original glazed donuts to buy..seriously isn’t that what you are known for?? Also for Christmas chocolate sprinkle donuts they just have regular sprinkles..really come on! I have been to this location several time thinking it will change but it hasn’t at all. Never coming back.

They messed up my order, overcharged, said they didn’t have any hot donuts and can’t heat them up because they have no microwave. They refused service. Worst service here!!!! Went to Shipleys down the street and they not only can heat up your donuts but they offered to make fresh ones.

I ordered 3 regular glaze donuts. They were out I guess so they subbed 4 mini donuts without even telling me. Kind of dumb but whatev.

1. All the lights were off and headset don’t work, I almost thought they were closed.2. They guy said only credit cards and walks away with my card which now days you can’t trust that.3. I paid 23 bucks for some cold donuts and very ugly looking freeze.

A long waiting lines inside and outside of the store. It seems they might need more staff for a smooth operation.Plain glazed donuts were fresh off the conveyor belt. Other donuts in the display were tasted old and hard.

Service is good and doughnuts are always delicious! The line can get a little slow in evenings which is why I didn’t give 5 stars but all around a great place! I love that they ALWAYS let me know when the glazed are fresh out and warm so I can have option of adding them! FYI go in through Target driveway it’s a little tricky... I Highly recommend!

First time at the Krispy Kreme at this location and I’m pretty disappointed. I got the original glazed and the blueberry cake donut. They were all super flat and not light and fluffy like I remember them being. The blueberry donuts were ice cold. Kinda wish I kept driving and saving my little money instead of stopping here. One positive is that they tasted good I guess

Horrible experience!!!! Ordered heart shaped donuts on Monday February 10th to be picked up today Thursday at 6 pm. I showed up and they didnt have my order ready. PM staff said didnt know and asked me for more time. Came back 1 hour later and I got worse. The manager just came out to apologize and offered full refund, stated they ran out of products needed. They didnt do anything during time they asked. I will take my business elsewhere and will keep telling friends and family to do the same. My birthday is on valentines day and I am not going to have my heart shaped donuts. This place needs better management or should go out of business.
