Love this starbuck location. They always make a great coffee. However they need to be more organized things and tables. Highly recommended

I’ve never had an issue about their customer service. But recently I’ve been received horrible customer service from ONE individual. She’s tall, light skin, wears glasses and always works in the morning. She’s soo rude to customers for no reason. She has very poor customer service skills.

I want to like this spot but staffing has never been to the level to meet guest volume.This is NOT due to the pandemic. This has been an issue for years and years and years.It is faster to leave the mall and go to the high volume free standing store across the street.Above unit management rant needs to solve this issues.

Overall crew members could have more training to provide a better service at this location. Specially the young guy who was taking order, he was rude. I never experienced this kind of behavior from a Starbucks employee.

Great location! I work in the mall but dont drink a lot of coffee. Even though I go once every month or so they still usually recognize me and remember my order!

This Starbucks almost always has long lines the more shoppers you see. Using the Starbucks app has always been a way to skip the line for the regulars. It really is unfortunate that this store doesnt support the app. Anyway the frapp I ordered from the store came out perfectly. No complaints from me. Would definitely frequent again when I need a break from the hustle and bustle of shopping.

Rude bad service I never go to Starbucks to expensive. But the experience I had this time I went lets me know Ive been right mcdonalds coffee works and I always get great friendly service

Worst customer service ever. I had asked for light ice on my trenta drink and the manager got upset and said he wasnt going to give me light ice on my drink because he would have to fill it up with more of my drink. I mentioned that Ive never had any problem in my hometown. I said, he didnt have to fill it up but I wanted light ice. Turns out he was the manager and said, I can refuse service. I said ok, just give me my money back. Then he took out half the ice and filled it up with the drink and asked other people there, who wanted a free drink. Would NEVER recommend this store.

Excellent staff they pretty much know me anytime I order.

The store manager Elina is very rude and unhelpful. If you have an issue she does nothing to try and resolve it in anyway.

Staff is extremely slow in preparing drinks. Expect a wait of 30+ mins when the line is not long.

Busy outlet but was well attended to. Located right in the middle of the mall and can be a bit tricky to find but follow the nice smells and you will be just fine! Great coffee as usual

This Starbucks is obviously busy around the clock. Ive visited this location several times. Usually, they are fast and friendly. Today, I waited 18 minutes for hot tea tea with steamed milk. I was perturbed, to say the least. I received my food order a good ten minutes before that. Its like me they lost my order until I asked about it. This was at 8 am inside the mall, so I really felt it should not have taken so long.

This Starbucks has one of the best operations Ive ever experienced. Its fast-paced, wait time is always within reason, and they maintain cleanliness at a great standard.

Extremely rude employees, I’m talking about the one by the Cheesecake Factory.

Nice meet up. Can get packed really fast. Have a back up plan in case you wanted to hangout a bit if so.

Drinks are wonderful but more eggless snacks should be offered!! There used to be chocolate peanut butter cups and chocolate graham cracker cookies.... now nothing without eggs except the Nice Granola bars....

It was being renovated so I can give a complete review of my visit, what I did experience was satisfactory.

This shop was newly renovated when The Galleria added the two escalators at the center, next to the elevators. Since this shop is located at the center of the mall, it attracts a lot of people making the place fully packed every time! The line here are always long. Some of the crew here are fast-workers and some are really slow as a snail. I would just suggest for you to go to the other Starbucks located via the Neiman Marcus wing. That place is less busy compared to this store.

Its Starbucks they are genius...they have the world convinced that its ok to pay $7 for a cup of coffee...I mean I just spent $14 so Im not judging, Im just stating the obvious. You hope to get what you pay for in this situation, the right order and friendly service.I usually order ahead on the app and just walk in and out. So I cant really speak on the nuances of this particular location

Super fast

Employees play around too much. It’s usually a very busy location and they take their sweet time to get things done. They also goof off too much. I work at the galleria and this is my experience with them EVERY time I come here .

Parking is crowded. Quick service but my barista was eating and drinking all the while. Not my kind of music, but it was extremely loud. There are better Sbux in the area.

Its Starbucks, all basically the same, barista looked stressed by the long line, they must clean tables more often, good wifi by Google. Tables are few and mostly busy.They should have more nutritional and healthy food and no more straws.Good parking.

Like all Starbucks, there is a guaranteed wait in line. Its near the Westin hotel so it is convenient if youre staying there or shopping at the Galleria.The staff is just overwhelmed from opening to close. Its way too small for the volume of customers. I found the staff to be okay. Theyre way too busy to go out of their way to be extra nice. I order a very basic drink but if you like to order a custom drink with lots of instructions lower your expectations. This location is all about volume and not quality.

Is Starbucks is typical of most of the chain. Its a bit larger than most and crowded often times with people studying and conducting business at the tables. The Baristas are friendly and helpful. Theres plenty of parking because its a large strip mall

Love the fact that they are open late

The barister was very rude to customers. And making other peoples drinks before others in the line, even if they were both iced coffee drinks. I would never go to this one again, less the baristers learn some respect.

Worse experience ever at this Starbucks. The night shift team, Dyan, Fallan, etc., offerz the worse customer service Ive ever received at any Starbucks store and I noticed everybody else was complaining. I travel from other city to experience this type of service is very disappointed!! I waited for almost 30 minutes to get one drink. I ordered a almost croissant which got warm up first but was cold by the time I got my drink. 👎👎

At Starbucks has drastically overpriced coffee busy all the time and the people are always really nice I don’t know it’s the same as everyone you’ve ever been to there’s nothing new about it if you want food to eat that’s fresh do not come here and they microwave all the biscuits and quiches and stuff they’re really good don’t give me wrong it’s just microwave food

I made an mobile order as I usually do, the 5 drinks were supposed to take 4-9 mins to be made. When we arrived at the store about 3 mins later we ended up waiting 20 mins and the drinks were still not done. So I asked about them and the employees knew nothing about my order, so I showed my receipt and they began to make them. 10 mins later we had 3 of the 5 drinks and they argued with me that they completed my order. So I again showed my receipt and they said they would finish the order, well then they came with one of the same drinks they already made and was upset with me! So then I told them yet again what drinks were mlm missing and they finally completed my order! This in all took about 40 mins!

This location in the mall is really nice and clean; however, there needs to be a lot more employees. I waited 15 minutes until I ordered my drink, and then I waited another 15 minutes to recieve it.

Who doesnt love Starbucks?? Lol

People in the know go to this Starbucks when in the Galleria, not the ground floor Starbucks by the elevators. It can get hot in the summer though.

Staff is very rude at the downstairs Starbucks in the Galleria. Someone stole my drink and the staff tried to give me someone elses drink and said its the same drink take this one.. needless to say I didnt want someone elses drink.

Good place but always crowded but it’s the only Starbucks that’s open 24/7So that’s good for Houston!!

Awful service. Its usually awful because its busy. But it was more worse today. I just got me a vanilla bean grande. Its water down. The cashier was awful because no smile, no thank you, no nothing. Just swipe your card.

Location = fabulous, Lines = incredibly long and super slow :( Several times I have gotten in the drive thru line only to wait for 10-15 minutes and eventually pull out to go to another starbucks after the line didnt move. Not sure why with so many staff their drive thru lines seem to be so inefficient.

It is faster to actually drive, park the car and get your coffee from this store than from the drive-thru which is across the road as this store is not so busy in the morning. Less waiting time.

Gets insanely busy here. If you dont get your morning fix youll be in line forever and then wait another forever until your drink is ready.PEOPLE STOP ASKING FOR FREE WATER. GO BUY YOUR WATER. PAYING CUSTOMWRS SHOULD BE PRIORITY.
