Absolutely Great kolaches here.Well made and theyll warm them up for you if theyre not hot enough.They sell breakfast drinks, like chocolate milk, in a fridge on the side of the lobby.

Ordered 1 dozen kolaches they were hot and good great service.

Very delicious and selective! Theyre clean and safe, as well as wearing masks. The staff is very sweet, respectful and very fast service as well. Would recommend this location.

Bought $80 worth of Kolaches as soon as they unlocked the door. Staff was pleasant and accommodating. My crews devoured all of them.

The kolaches are good but if youre going to choose delivery options youre in for a disappointment.

Most Kolache Factory locations serve a good product. But the US 290 @ Fairbanks is constantly a step above any of the other locations Ive visited. The staff is friendly, the food is well prepared, and they keep most items in stock throughout the entire morning.

I mean these kolaches are ridiculously good every time. I let the young lady at the front twist my arm and bought 2 more that really hit the spot. Jalapeno popper kolaches... Why? They were the perfect balance between the spice bacon and cream cheese. Perfect

Runs out of Kolaches to fast

I purchased a sausage, jalapeño, and cheese kolache and it made me sick. It tasted like it had sat out for a while.

My brother turned me on to this place. The BBQ brisket kolache is hands down the best! They are fast and curtious at this location. The only reason I gave it a four star instead of a 5 star review is they do not offer iced tea. If you could provide even bottles of unsweetened iced tea it would be a game changer!

Good Kolaches! Its a chain, but the service is good. The counter help always has a smile. The prices are a bit higher than local shops. The quality is consistent.

Ordered about 10 kolaches online. The girl seemed confused which box was mine. Over half the kolaches were incorrect filled with just egg ugh.. No way to know until you eat one

Since June, its under new management. This menu board is much clearer than before. According to the new owner, the furniture will be replaced, too. They usually have good promotion in the mornings. Freshly brew coffee is a must-have with my kolaches.

All employees taking orders had a mask on this morning at 6:57, except the manager he had no mask on bringing out kolaches on trays. When I asked the employee if he was around all this food with no mask on she was like yes. I then requested to speak to him and asked why he had no mask on and acted like it was no big deal on top of being out/handling food. Never again!

Still good Kolaches...too a long hiatus like 8 yrs....and got bk to Houston for a visit. Still taste good

I absolutely love Kolache Factory. The NW Freeway location has horrific service. All of the popular kolaches were not available. The service was extremely slow. Several people including me walked out frustrated. I rarely do reviews, but this required input. This location needs help!

Not Enough Kolaches....really????? Ive stopped here 2 times within the last couple of weeks to pick up some kolaches. They are very limited at opening hours of 6:00a.m.. There are only limited types of kolaches you can purchase and if they run out, you out of luck. Customer service really needs to be more pleasant especially if your running out of kolaches at 6:05a.m. and the store opens at 6:00a.m..

These ladys have horrible customer service they act like they do not understand English looking at me crazy! They do not greet the customers. I asked 1 of them why they locked the door at 1:55 she told me because they been at work since 3 a.m they ready to go home.When Half price starts at 1:30 p.m they still charging full price & when i mention it to them they have an attitude about company policies! The staff needs to be retrained & redirected customer service is 1st i do not think these ladys care if people come back are not they Rude!!!!

Kolache Factory is my favorite place to get breakfast for coworkers but this location doesnt seem to be up to par with some of the others. I placed a to go order, I went in to pick it up and told the lady I made a call ahead order. See seemed confused so I told her my order which she put into the computer and boxed them up. This seemed odd as they generally have it all boxed up in advance, I thought they just forgot to box mine up as I only ordered 30 min in advance. As soon as I left I got a call from them and I told them I already picked it up. I got 3 more consecutive calls from them and I tried to explain that I already picked up my order, they did not seem to understand this. I was finaly rudely asked Are you going to pick up your order or not? and I simply said No as they apparently did not understand what I have told them 3 times. They proceeded to try and get my name and I simply hung up.Overall Location: poor communication skills.

Most cheap tasting kolache ive ever bought! These kolache seem like the most simple,lazily made cheap ingredients no flavor if u love these you’ve never had the pleasure of real kolache’s.

They literally ran out of kolaches. The name is kolache FACTORY. They said 20 minutes for more sausage egg and cheese, and bacon egg and cheese. I waited 45. Still no kolaches. Basically all they had left was ranchero chicken and Italian. People were pulling up, walking in, and immediately walking out. The shelves were empty

The worst service ever!!! First, the fountain machine was out of order. There was no sign on the machine. Then, I asked for a bacon, egg and cheese kolache. They gave me the wrong one, and then she wants to argue with me saying it was bacon. I showed her the sausage inside of it and she still wants to argue with me. I should have went to Subway next door!!!
